00:08 God is love, God is love 00:12 Praise Him, Praise Him All ye little children 00:16 God is love God is love 00:24 Hi, boys and girls, there is something special 00:26 that God would like you to know about Himself 00:29 and it's very simple really. 00:30 But a lot of people miss it, something they already know it. 00:35 But their action show they don't really believe it. 00:38 Now kind of sounds like a riddle, right. 00:40 Well, I suppose it is and there are many verses 00:43 in the Bible that talk about it. 00:45 In fact, it's a song that the priest of Israel 00:48 saying about God, accompanied by trumpets 00:50 and symbols and lots of other instruments. 00:53 King David, wrote about it in his song as well. 00:56 Have you guessed it yet, umm, let's see. 00:59 Okay, I'll give you a few more hints. 01:01 Long ago the beautiful temple in Jerusalem, 01:04 had been destroyed and God's people 01:06 were carried off to other lands as prisoners, 01:08 because they had turn their hearts away from the Lord. 01:11 But the Prophet Ezra tells about 01:13 when the people finally returned 01:15 to rebuilt the temple. 01:16 And one day when the builders 01:18 had laid the foundation of the temple, 01:20 the priest stood by in their priestly garments 01:23 and saying a very special song 01:25 while all the people shouted and just praise the Lord. 01:29 What was that song? 01:31 Well, there are several versions. 01:33 Lets go to our Bibles and one of my favorite 01:36 is found right here in First Chronicles 16:34. 01:41 It says, "Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, 01:45 His love endures forever." 01:49 That's the song and I think 01:51 that's one of the most beautiful songs 01:53 in the Bible, isn't it? 01:54 It tells of God's goodness and love 01:57 and how that love is just everlasting. 02:00 Well, long ago before this work was created, 02:04 Satan tried to get the other angels 02:06 to believe that God is not good, or loving, or kind. 02:10 And some of the angels, 02:11 I'm really sad to say this, boys and girls. 02:13 But some of the angels believed Satan's lies. 02:16 And because they no longer loved 02:18 and trusted in God's goodness, 02:20 they had to be cast out of heaven, 02:22 so that they wouldn't make heaven 02:23 a miserable place for everyone else to be. 02:26 Well, today Satan is still spreading 02:28 his lies on this earth. 02:30 And he has convinced many people 02:32 that God is unfair, and unloving, and unjust. 02:35 But we know, just how good God really is, don't we?
