It's almost time for Kids Time, 00:00:01.98\00:00:02.97 we're gonna be late. 00:00:02.98\00:00:03.95 It's time to share there's a world out 00:00:03.96\00:00:07.06 there looking for a friend like Jesus, 00:00:07.07\00:00:11.63 it's time to share there's a world out 00:00:11.64\00:00:15.41 there. Let's tell them that He loves us so. 00:00:15.42\00:00:19.74 Let's tell them that He loves us so. 00:00:19.75\00:00:23.80 Kids Time, Kids Time, Kids Time. 00:00:23.81\00:00:28.80 Hi boys and girls, isn't it fun to get a 00:00:32.98\00:00:35.02 letter addressed just to you. Especially, 00:00:35.03\00:00:38.25 if you don't even know who it's coming from? 00:00:38.26\00:00:39.84 Sometimes there might even be money 00:00:40.35\00:00:41.89 tucked inside or may be a balloon or some 00:00:41.90\00:00:43.96 pretty stickers or sometimes it's just good 00:00:43.97\00:00:47.92 news, right Max? Do you like good news? 00:00:47.93\00:00:50.19 I know Maxwell loves to get your letters. 00:00:50.20\00:00:52.09 I love getting letters too. I can hardly wait 00:00:52.80\00:00:55.53 for the special time on each Kids Time for me 00:00:55.54\00:00:57.98 to open up your letters. I love seeing your 00:00:57.99\00:01:00.48 photos and the pictures you draw, but my 00:01:00.49\00:01:03.12 favorite part is when you write and tell me 00:01:03.13\00:01:05.25 all the ways that you share Jesus. Today's 00:01:05.26\00:01:08.67 Bible story's about the Apostle Paul writing 00:01:08.68\00:01:11.11 a letter to his friends. He didn't have 00:01:11.12\00:01:13.36 a cellphone to call them and give them a message. 00:01:13.37\00:01:15.53 In fact, he didn't even have email or even a 00:01:15.54\00:01:18.44 ballpoint pen. He had to use a feather, 00:01:18.45\00:01:20.43 which we call a quill pen. And instead of a sheet 00:01:20.44\00:01:23.97 of paper that you fold up and you putting 00:01:23.98\00:01:26.11 into side of an envelope, he wrote on a scroll, 00:01:26.12\00:01:28.97 a long sheet of paper that's all rolled up, 00:01:28.98\00:01:31.72 but just like you when you get a letter? 00:01:31.73\00:01:34.58 Paul's friends were so excited when they 00:01:34.59\00:01:37.05 got his letter. They can hardly wait to 00:01:37.06\00:01:39.11 hear what he had to tell them, but to 00:01:39.12\00:01:41.26 find out what the message was that Paul 00:01:41.27\00:01:43.48 sent in his letter you're going to have to wait 00:01:43.49\00:01:45.99 for our Bible story today because right now, 00:01:46.00\00:01:48.49 hey Max, Max are you ready? 00:01:48.50\00:01:50.64 Get ready for Nature Time. 00:01:50.65\00:01:53.46 Hi, boys and girls, welcome to Nature 00:02:00.57\00:02:02.48 Time. Today Ranger Rod is in very exciting 00:02:02.49\00:02:04.82 place and I'm a very important path. 00:02:04.83\00:02:06.50 This path right here's made out of black top, 00:02:06.51\00:02:08.70 it moves along one of the most beautiful 00:02:08.71\00:02:10.98 rivers in all of North America. In fact, 00:02:10.99\00:02:13.42 I'm in Yellowstone National Park. Right 00:02:13.43\00:02:16.04 behind me is one of the most photograph 00:02:16.05\00:02:18.09 features; in fact one of the most photograph 00:02:18.10\00:02:19.90 falls, water falls in all the world. Boys and 00:02:19.91\00:02:23.46 girls, this beautiful water falls right behind 00:02:23.47\00:02:25.40 me is called Lower Falls of Yellowstone River. 00:02:25.41\00:02:27.63 Almost 60,000 gallons of water, every single 00:02:27.64\00:02:31.75 second at this time year in the spring flow 00:02:31.76\00:02:34.60 over this fall. They fall 308 feet to the bottom 00:02:34.61\00:02:38.74 of the canyon. This is Grand Canyon of 00:02:38.75\00:02:40.84 Yellowstone. Now, some people think that 00:02:40.85\00:02:43.31 they see this Yellowstone all the 00:02:43.32\00:02:44.89 long the sides of the banks through river here 00:02:44.90\00:02:46.81 that that's how Yellowstone got its name 00:02:46.82\00:02:48.67 Well, in fact that's not a reality. You see, 00:02:48.68\00:02:52.11 the Indians had given the river its name 00:02:52.12\00:02:53.67 because of the barge yellow clefts that 00:02:53.68\00:02:56.83 are on the river way out in North Dakota 00:02:56.84\00:02:59.19 right where the Yellowstone meets the 00:02:59.20\00:03:01.11 Missouri River. Then of course the Missouri 00:03:01.12\00:03:03.43 River flows on down meets the Mississippi 00:03:03.44\00:03:06.15 and eventually flows into the Gulf of Mexico. 00:03:06.16\00:03:08.76 Maybe you live somewhere near the Gulf of 00:03:09.53\00:03:11.13 Mexico, when you look out you see those 00:03:11.14\00:03:12.65 beautiful blue waters, some of it came from up 00:03:12.66\00:03:15.21 here in Western Wyoming, the Yellowstone 00:03:15.22\00:03:17.58 National Park. Boys and girls, it's very 00:03:17.59\00:03:20.10 important to stay on the path especially here 00:03:20.11\00:03:23.45 in Yellowstone, especially in a 00:03:23.46\00:03:24.56 dangerous place like this, it doesn't need 00:03:24.57\00:03:26.29 to be dangerous, but if Ranger Rod get off 00:03:26.30\00:03:28.12 the path and wasn't paying attention that's 00:03:28.13\00:03:30.64 almost a 1000 feet, that you could fall here 00:03:30.65\00:03:33.42 down into that river, wouldn't that be 00:03:33.43\00:03:34.97 horrible? I think that'd be scary. So, Ranger 00:03:34.98\00:03:37.46 Rod has to be very careful. Do you likes to 00:03:37.47\00:03:39.54 stay behind the, the, the barriers that the Park 00:03:39.55\00:03:42.30 is setup for our safety? Let's have a little talk 00:03:42.31\00:03:44.65 about these barriers and let's get a better 00:03:44.66\00:03:46.73 view sort of a birds eye view almost like we were 00:03:46.74\00:03:49.06 from helicopter or a bird down into these 00:03:49.07\00:03:51.88 beautiful falls, and lets take a closer look at, 00:03:51.89\00:03:53.79 what do you say? Boys and girls, we're 00:03:53.80\00:03:56.43 coming up on Lower Falls in Yellowstone. 00:03:56.44\00:03:58.18 Isn't this beautiful boys and girls? Ranger 00:04:36.21\00:04:38.54 Rod is standing here at this overlook and I can 00:04:38.55\00:04:41.36 feel the power and the ground is actually 00:04:41.37\00:04:43.33 shaking a little bit even though we're long 00:04:43.34\00:04:44.81 ways from that beautiful river and those huge 00:04:44.82\00:04:47.02 towering falls, you can see at the, at the top 00:04:47.03\00:04:50.26 of those falls that there's some people on 00:04:50.27\00:04:52.08 overlook over there every time Ranger Rod 00:04:52.09\00:04:54.00 gets on at overlook and looks down, it's 00:04:54.01\00:04:56.34 incredible the power and the force of that water 00:04:56.35\00:04:59.29 going over there. You know, I'm reminded when 00:04:59.30\00:05:01.26 I think about the power of this river especially 00:05:01.27\00:05:03.79 the danger of those falls. How horrible 00:05:03.80\00:05:06.71 would it be to fall into the river and be 00:05:06.72\00:05:09.02 swept over those falls? You know, 00:05:09.03\00:05:11.09 falling in a river like this would be sort of 00:05:11.10\00:05:13.47 like sin and temptation taking a hold of us. 00:05:13.48\00:05:16.21 Sometimes boys and girls, we're tempted if 00:05:16.90\00:05:18.95 we're in sin and temptation and it 00:05:18.96\00:05:21.27 doesn't look too dangerous, to be like 00:05:21.28\00:05:22.63 being far up the river. There is always plenty 00:05:22.64\00:05:25.42 of time to get out, but boys and girls, if we 00:05:25.43\00:05:28.80 play around a little bit with that sin we start 00:05:28.81\00:05:32.12 to get bold and we start to get little more brave 00:05:32.13\00:05:34.58 and we're closer and closer to the brink of 00:05:34.59\00:05:37.65 our own spiritual disaster just like on 00:05:37.66\00:05:40.55 over these falls would be. You know, that's 00:05:40.57\00:05:42.70 why it's so important to stay on a path 00:05:42.71\00:05:44.28 when we're here in Yellowstone Park, 00:05:44.29\00:05:45.88 especially looking over these large cliffs, 00:05:45.89\00:05:48.71 that's why it's also important to stay on 00:05:49.35\00:05:50.93 the path that God has set for us. You know, 00:05:50.94\00:05:52.82 the Bible says in Psalms 25:4, Show me thy ways, 00:05:52.83\00:05:56.43 O LORD: teach me thy paths." And in 00:05:56.44\00:05:59.31 Proverbs 3:5 and 6, it says, "Trust in the LORD 00:05:59.32\00:06:02.33 with all the heart; and lean not unto thine 00:06:02.34\00:06:04.37 own understanding. In all thy ways 00:06:04.38\00:06:07.04 acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." 00:06:07.05\00:06:11.41 God's path might sometimes seem a little 00:06:12.00\00:06:13.95 narrow and some more restrictive kind of like 00:06:13.96\00:06:16.32 these paths and trails that we follow in the 00:06:16.33\00:06:18.81 Park, but God always has our best interest 00:06:18.82\00:06:21.43 in view. Jesus loves you boys and girls. 00:06:21.44\00:06:23.46 And He wants what's best for you. And so, 00:06:23.47\00:06:25.87 it's very important just like staying 00:06:25.88\00:06:28.01 on the path, just like staying behind these 00:06:28.02\00:06:29.92 boundaries and this beautiful overlook where 00:06:29.93\00:06:32.33 over 2 million people every summer take their 00:06:32.34\00:06:36.21 picture here, maybe you've had your picture 00:06:36.22\00:06:37.73 here. I'm getting my picture taking here. 00:06:37.74\00:06:39.81 And boys and girls just like being here behind 00:06:39.82\00:06:43.61 this boundary let's trust Jesus to setup 00:06:43.62\00:06:45.99 boundaries for our lives. You know, I'm 00:06:46.00\00:06:48.44 gonna do that. And Ranger Rod wants to do that. 00:06:48.45\00:06:50.13 I hope you want to too, until next time 00:06:50.14\00:06:52.76 this is Ranger Rod saying, let's all 00:06:52.77\00:06:55.08 enjoy God's greater outdoors. 00:06:55.09\00:06:57.72 Lord, prepare me to be a sanctuary 00:07:17.20\00:07:29.12 Pure and holy, tried and true 00:07:29.87\00:07:40.59 With thanksgiving, I'll be a living 00:07:41.87\00:07:53.20 sanctuary, Lord for You 00:07:53.21\00:08:03.43 Lord prepare me to be a sanctuary 00:08:05.09\00:08:15.45 Pure and Holy, tried and true 00:08:15.46\00:08:26.34 With thanksgiving I'll be a living 00:08:26.35\00:08:37.67 sanctuary, Lord for you. 00:08:37.68\00:08:53.27 Welcome to Learning Time. I'm glad you 00:09:05.43\00:09:08.01 joined us today, by the works of things 00:09:08.02\00:09:10.30 it looks like we're gonna cook stuff up, 00:09:10.31\00:09:12.09 doesn't it? Yeah. Yeah, well you'll be surprised 00:09:12.10\00:09:15.21 what we're gonna cook today. And I've got 00:09:15.22\00:09:16.82 three helpers; I've got Carrigan over here, 00:09:16.83\00:09:18.72 now Carrigan have you ever cook stuff up? 00:09:18.73\00:09:20.87 Yes. What would you like to cook? Peanut 00:09:20.88\00:09:23.17 butter and jelly sandwiches. Peanut 00:09:23.18\00:09:24.57 butter and jelly, you know I bet I could fix 00:09:24.58\00:09:26.34 that. Now, it would be interesting, 00:09:26.35\00:09:27.75 wouldn't it? And I have Maria over here, 00:09:27.76\00:09:29.35 now Maria have you ever hurt yourself? Yes. 00:09:29.36\00:09:31.72 What happened? I fell off my pony. Oh! 00:09:31.73\00:09:34.45 And what happened to you? I fell off and 00:09:34.46\00:09:38.38 I landed on my back. Oh! That's not a good 00:09:38.39\00:09:41.32 place to land, is it? Not on your back, 00:09:41.33\00:09:43.78 I don't think so. Well, and Luke you know, 00:09:43.79\00:09:46.49 have you ever hurt yourself? Yeah. Yeah, 00:09:46.50\00:09:50.15 has anybody ever given you first aid? 00:09:50.16\00:09:51.90 No. No, well that's bad. You know, when 00:09:52.19\00:09:54.86 somebody hurts themselves we ought to 00:09:54.87\00:09:56.17 give them first aid, shouldn't we? Yeah. 00:09:56.18\00:09:58.09 Yeah, because that patches them all up. 00:09:58.10\00:09:59.84 Yeah, and we got Max over here, look at Max. 00:09:59.85\00:10:02.67 Now, Max he looks like he's dreaming about 00:10:02.68\00:10:05.23 cooking something up, doesn't he? Yeah. 00:10:05.24\00:10:07.75 Yeah, I think so. Let's get my helpers up here. 00:10:08.03\00:10:10.31 Come on up here because we're gonna cook 00:10:10.32\00:10:11.63 some stuff up right. And we got some safety 00:10:11.64\00:10:14.11 glasses, we're gonna have them put safety 00:10:14.12\00:10:15.66 glasses on because well you, normally don't 00:10:15.67\00:10:17.86 put safety glasses on when you cook at home, 00:10:17.87\00:10:19.63 do you? No, no. No, okay and put your glasses 00:10:19.64\00:10:22.24 on over here. Now, what we're gonna do here 00:10:22.25\00:10:24.15 this is, we're gonna cook something up, 00:10:24.16\00:10:25.39 it's called elephants toothpaste. Do you know 00:10:25.40\00:10:28.20 that elephants have toothpaste? No. No, 00:10:28.21\00:10:31.04 they really don't, but this makes a lot of 00:10:31.05\00:10:33.13 toothpaste, so that's what we're gonna do 00:10:33.14\00:10:34.26 today. Now, what we're gonna use today 00:10:34.27\00:10:36.24 is we're gonna use some of the stuff right here 00:10:36.25\00:10:37.77 is called hydrogen peroxide. Now, have 00:10:37.78\00:10:40.11 you ever been had a cut or something and 00:10:40.12\00:10:41.98 somebody put hydrogen peroxide on your skin 00:10:41.99\00:10:44.01 or your cut. Yeah. And what happens, does it, 00:10:44.02\00:10:46.35 it is bubble up? Yes. Yeah, it bubbles up 00:10:46.36\00:10:49.34 that's catalytic reaction take place, that's 00:10:49.35\00:10:52.18 what we're gonna work with today. So, here 00:10:52.19\00:10:53.77 we're gonna have some helpers to help me 00:10:53.78\00:10:56.00 pour some of this hydrogen peroxide, so 00:10:56.01\00:10:57.95 why don't you take this? Can you see the 00:10:57.96\00:10:59.22 marks right there? Can you see where 4 ounce 00:10:59.23\00:11:01.72 is? Pour, pour it into the four ounce mark, 00:11:01.73\00:11:05.19 you see the four ounce setting right there four, 00:11:05.20\00:11:07.83 see the four? Yeah. Just pour it and until 00:11:07.84\00:11:10.10 it gets to four and then stop. So, we're gonna 00:11:10.11\00:11:12.63 measure very, very carefully you know, when 00:11:12.64\00:11:14.43 you cook you have to measure carefully, 00:11:14.44\00:11:16.49 don't you? Absolutely, and then we've got 00:11:16.50\00:11:19.36 something else right oh! This looks like soap, 00:11:19.37\00:11:21.19 you ever cook with soap Maria? No. No, 00:11:21.20\00:11:23.87 we're gonna cook with soap today here, 00:11:23.88\00:11:25.66 why don't you take this soap right here? 00:11:25.67\00:11:26.87 And I want you to put soap in there to fill 00:11:26.88\00:11:29.02 it up to the sixth mark; can you see the 00:11:29.03\00:11:30.63 little six right there? Fill it up to the six and 00:11:30.64\00:11:33.20 you just pour in and you have to squeeze 00:11:33.21\00:11:34.40 that bottle, get some more out of there, 00:11:34.41\00:11:35.61 just squeeze that thing right here. I hope 00:11:35.62\00:11:37.87 you never cook with soap because actually 00:11:37.88\00:11:39.60 we need soap to clean up with, don't we? 00:11:39.61\00:11:41.57 Okay and this is great, thanks for helping me. 00:11:41.58\00:11:43.54 And let's see why don't you put? Let's put 00:11:43.55\00:11:45.76 about two or three drops of that food coloring 00:11:45.77\00:11:48.06 in there. Okay or maybe four, okay to, that's 00:11:48.07\00:11:51.41 probably good okay. Why don't you stir that up 00:11:51.42\00:11:53.64 for us? We're gonna mix that all up. So, what 00:11:53.65\00:11:56.03 do we have in the jar and that little 00:11:56.04\00:11:57.77 measuring cup? We have hydrogen what? 00:11:57.78\00:12:00.34 Peroxide. Peroxide and we've got some soap, 00:12:00.35\00:12:03.17 some liquid soap. Okay, now what I want you 00:12:03.18\00:12:05.82 to do Maria is, can you pour that into there 00:12:05.83\00:12:08.23 for us? I'll take this little thing from you, 00:12:08.24\00:12:09.96 just pour it all in there, okay. Now, we 00:12:09.97\00:12:12.44 have some food coloring and hydrogen peroxide 00:12:12.45\00:12:14.77 and liquid soap. Now, hydrogen peroxide is 00:12:14.78\00:12:18.95 called H2O2, that's interesting. What does 00:12:18.96\00:12:21.79 that remind of H2O2? Water, water. Water 00:12:21.80\00:12:24.96 that's right. Because water is H2, what? O. 00:12:24.97\00:12:28.12 O, okay. So, it has one more oxygen atom 00:12:28.13\00:12:31.82 which is kind of cool, what? Hey, I've got 00:12:31.83\00:12:34.20 something in this container right here, 00:12:34.21\00:12:35.99 why don't you pick that up? And it happens 00:12:36.00\00:12:38.53 to be yeast, and we use yeast when we cook and 00:12:38.54\00:12:40.92 we bake, right like baking bread? Now, the 00:12:40.93\00:12:43.06 yeast happens to be a catalyst for us. Now, 00:12:43.07\00:12:46.13 a catalyst starts a reaction to take place. 00:12:46.14\00:12:48.61 So, we're gonna get a reaction 'cause you 00:12:48.62\00:12:50.71 know what I want you to do? Okay, I want you 00:12:50.83\00:12:53.25 to pour that very quickly right inside 00:12:53.26\00:12:55.63 here, but wait, wait, wait, wait a minute some 00:12:55.64\00:12:57.90 thing's gonna happen, are you ready for this? 00:12:57.91\00:12:59.72 Yes. Are you ready for this? Yes. Okay, 00:12:59.73\00:13:02.15 what we might do is just make a mess. Okay, 00:13:02.16\00:13:04.72 here we go, alright pour it all in here 00:13:04.73\00:13:05.93 for us, put it all in just like, okay and 00:13:05.94\00:13:08.51 then what we're gonna do is we're gonna 00:13:08.52\00:13:09.66 stand back and just see what happens. 00:13:09.67\00:13:11.76 Wow! We're getting a little reaction and, 00:13:11.77\00:13:13.91 and, and we're making some elephant's 00:13:13.92\00:13:16.87 toothpaste. Oh! My goodness. And 00:13:16.88\00:13:19.59 it just keeps going and going and going, 00:13:19.60\00:13:21.23 isn't that cool? Yeah. Wow! And the, the yeast 00:13:21.24\00:13:25.76 is our catalyst. And it actually decomposes 00:13:25.77\00:13:28.86 the hydrogen peroxide into, into water and 00:13:28.87\00:13:32.34 oxygen. And we're getting so much oxygen 00:13:32.35\00:13:34.41 and that we're making so much, so many 00:13:34.42\00:13:35.91 bubbles, but you know what? An elephant could 00:13:35.92\00:13:38.21 really brush his tooth without all that stuff 00:13:38.22\00:13:40.70 couldn't he? Yeah. Boy, I think so. Boy, if that 00:13:40.71\00:13:43.78 doesn't stop we're gonna be floating out to here 00:13:43.79\00:13:45.77 on foam, aren't we? Yes. You know, I want 00:13:45.78\00:13:50.22 to thank my helpers today for helping me 00:13:50.23\00:13:51.89 make elephants toothpaste. And you 00:13:51.90\00:13:53.92 know boys and girls, remember, every time we 00:13:53.93\00:13:56.43 learn about science, we're learning 00:13:56.44\00:13:58.43 more about our Creator God. 00:13:58.44\00:14:02.47 Therefore, comfort one another with these words. 00:14:09.58\00:14:15.77 Here Paul, I brought you some water to drink. 00:14:15.78\00:14:23.07 Thank you Timothy. I'm writing the 00:14:23.08\00:14:24.83 letter to the believers in 00:14:24.84\00:14:26.06 Thessalonika. Really, I remember them. 00:14:26.07\00:14:28.57 They were wonderful to us, weren't they? 00:14:28.58\00:14:30.94 Oh! I can't remember being with them and 00:14:30.95\00:14:32.96 they just had such a Spirit of Christ in 00:14:32.97\00:14:34.90 them. They did, full of faith and hope and, 00:14:34.91\00:14:36.85 and courage. Yes so, so what are you telling 00:14:36.86\00:14:40.07 them? Oh! I'm sending them a letter to remind 00:14:40.08\00:14:42.56 them to have hope in the soon coming of our 00:14:42.57\00:14:45.89 Lord Savior Jesus Christ. Can I hear some of the? 00:14:45.90\00:14:48.47 Please, let me read this to you. "But 00:14:48.48\00:14:51.13 we don't want you to be ignorant, brethren, 00:14:51.14\00:14:53.63 concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest 00:14:53.64\00:14:56.42 you sorrow as others who have no hope." 00:14:56.43\00:15:00.03 That's wonderful. "For if we believe that Jesus 00:15:00.04\00:15:03.19 died and rose again, even so God will bring with 00:15:03.20\00:15:06.38 him those who are asleep in Jesus. Yes. 00:15:06.39\00:15:09.17 For this we say to you by the word of 00:15:09.18\00:15:11.62 the Lord, that we who are alive and remain 00:15:11.63\00:15:14.46 until the coming of the Lord will by no means 00:15:14.47\00:15:17.45 precede those who are asleep." Oh! They need 00:15:17.46\00:15:19.85 that message Paul. "For the Lord Himself 00:15:19.86\00:15:22.53 will descend from heaven with a shout, 00:15:22.54\00:15:25.01 with the voice of an archangel and with the 00:15:25.02\00:15:27.87 trumpet of God, amen, and the dead in Christ 00:15:27.88\00:15:31.37 will rise first. Then we who are alive, and 00:15:31.38\00:15:35.12 remain shall be caught up together with them 00:15:35.13\00:15:37.27 in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, 00:15:37.28\00:15:39.74 and thus we shall always be with the Lord. 00:15:39.75\00:15:43.91 Therefore comfort one another with these 00:15:44.54\00:15:48.67 words." Paul that is a beautiful message, 00:15:48.68\00:15:52.02 how did you think of those words? God 00:15:52.03\00:15:53.42 has given me this message for the 00:15:53.43\00:15:55.22 believers in Thessalonika. Timothy, 00:15:55.23\00:15:58.52 may I entrust these sacred words with you? 00:15:58.53\00:16:03.01 I will see that they're delivered. 00:16:03.02\00:16:05.95 Deliver them to the believers in 00:16:05.96\00:16:07.57 Thessalonika. I will leave immediately. 00:16:07.58\00:16:09.82 And God's peace go with you. Thank you, Paul. 00:16:09.83\00:16:12.38 Excuse me sir, you're not from Thessalonika, 00:16:21.79\00:16:24.67 are you? No, I'm not. Where are you from? 00:16:24.68\00:16:27.14 Who are you looking for? I have a special 00:16:27.15\00:16:29.10 message from the Apostle Paul for the believers 00:16:29.11\00:16:31.67 in this city, but I don't know where to find 00:16:31.68\00:16:34.04 them. I'm a believer, follow me, follow me, 00:16:34.05\00:16:36.42 I know where they are. Yes, yes, follow me. 00:16:36.43\00:16:37.65 I'm so glad you're here, we could 00:16:45.93\00:16:47.41 use the encouragement. That's what I'm 00:16:47.42\00:16:49.63 here for. Oh! Alitta my sister. I found another 00:16:49.64\00:16:54.60 believer. Oh Timothy. Hey! It's good to see 00:16:54.61\00:17:00.04 you, praise God. Yes, listen Paul's been 00:17:00.05\00:17:02.93 concerned about the believers here, so he 00:17:02.94\00:17:05.09 wrote a special letter and he wants me 00:17:05.10\00:17:07.18 to read it to them. Oh! Wonderful, just what 00:17:07.19\00:17:09.18 we need, come in. Let's go. Timothy has come; 00:17:09.19\00:17:13.76 he's got a message from Paul for us. 00:17:13.77\00:17:17.27 Oh! That's wonderful. Yes, but Paul was 00:17:17.28\00:17:20.87 very concerned about you because he 00:17:20.88\00:17:23.31 knew that you have loved ones who have 00:17:23.32\00:17:25.24 died. Yes. And he didn't want you to mourn 00:17:25.25\00:17:27.65 as people who have no hope because 00:17:27.66\00:17:30.71 if Jesus resurrected from the grave, 00:17:30.72\00:17:32.63 so will our loved ones one day. Amen. 00:17:32.64\00:17:35.64 Listen to what he wrote here. "And we who 00:17:35.65\00:17:39.71 are alive and remain until the coming of 00:17:39.72\00:17:42.79 the Lord, will by no means precede those 00:17:42.80\00:17:45.93 who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will 00:17:45.94\00:17:50.67 descend from heaven with a shout, with the 00:17:50.68\00:17:53.53 voice of an archangel and with the trumpet 00:17:53.54\00:17:56.46 of God. Praise God. And the dead in Christ 00:17:56.47\00:18:00.00 will rise first. Then we who are alive, and 00:18:00.01\00:18:04.67 remain shall be caught up together with them 00:18:04.68\00:18:07.71 in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, 00:18:07.72\00:18:11.29 and thus we shall always be with the Lord. 00:18:11.30\00:18:14.30 Therefore comfort one another with these 00:18:14.31\00:18:19.08 words." Wonderful, wonderful. Did you get 00:18:19.09\00:18:23.69 those words? We're not going up without 00:18:23.70\00:18:26.62 our loved ones that have fallen asleep. 00:18:26.63\00:18:29.46 This is a treasure, Timothy, you must thank 00:18:33.93\00:18:36.83 Paul. I will, and it's yours to keep and read 00:18:36.84\00:18:39.97 and study and share it with others. 00:18:39.98\00:18:42.24 Yes, yes. Praise the Lord. 00:18:42.25\00:18:47.35 Hi, boys and girls. It's time for Miss Brenda's 00:20:40.30\00:20:42.98 Book of the day. And today's book is called 00:20:42.99\00:20:46.33 Secret of the Desert Lights by Sandy 00:20:46.34\00:20:48.64 Zaugg. And it's a story about following God's 00:20:48.65\00:20:52.11 laws and you really. Boys and girls, I recommend 00:20:52.12\00:20:54.55 this book highly. Well, today I wanna, 00:20:54.56\00:20:57.14 I have you meet two wonderful guests. 00:20:57.15\00:20:59.51 I have with me Alex and Jackson. Thank you, 00:20:59.82\00:21:02.80 Alex and Jackson for being with us today. 00:21:02.81\00:21:04.81 And it's so exciting to have you here. 00:21:04.82\00:21:07.71 And is Kids Time a program that you watch? 00:21:07.72\00:21:10.00 Yeah, yeah. It is, and tell what do we always 00:21:10.01\00:21:12.71 talked about on Kids Time? What we do to 00:21:12.72\00:21:14.45 share Jesus. Yeah, that's right. And that's 00:21:14.46\00:21:16.41 what I want you to tell us today. What do 00:21:16.42\00:21:18.10 you to do share Jesus? Well, I videotape 00:21:18.11\00:21:22.70 Church services and prophecy seminars and. 00:21:22.71\00:21:26.23 Now, when you say you videotape, do you and 00:21:26.24\00:21:28.10 your brother actually work and do this? Yeah, 00:21:28.11\00:21:30.35 yeah. You do. And we edit them on our computer 00:21:30.36\00:21:34.96 and then burn a DVD and make fancy labels 00:21:34.97\00:21:37.89 like this. Oh! Let me see, can I see this? 00:21:37.90\00:21:40.22 Oh! Look at this boys and girls, this is really 00:21:40.65\00:21:43.20 nice. Can you see that? And once we 00:21:43.21\00:21:47.63 have the DVDs and we want, we share them 00:21:47.64\00:21:50.25 with people who couldn't be there 00:21:50.26\00:21:51.81 or want copies to gives their friends. So, 00:21:51.82\00:21:55.44 it's a witnessing tool that you can use so, 00:21:55.45\00:21:57.64 yeah, the sermon each week, and when you say 00:21:57.65\00:22:00.32 you edit them, how long does it take you to 00:22:00.33\00:22:01.51 edit a program? Usually it takes about you 00:22:01.52\00:22:05.40 know, couple of hours and we, we add credits 00:22:05.41\00:22:08.17 and stuff on the ends of the programs. 00:22:08.18\00:22:10.90 Do you take down any bloopers? Yeah. Does 00:22:10.91\00:22:13.87 he get some bloopers sometimes? You do, and 00:22:13.88\00:22:16.37 Jackson what do you, what do you actually do 00:22:16.38\00:22:18.60 yourself in this process, do you do editing, 00:22:18.61\00:22:20.41 do you do all this stuff too? Yeah, I usually 00:22:20.42\00:22:22.69 film with the camera. So, you're right behind 00:22:22.70\00:22:25.24 the camera. Yeah. And is it hard keeping 00:22:25.25\00:22:27.71 up where the everybody's going and, 00:22:27.72\00:22:29.22 and keeping the camera steady. 00:22:29.23\00:22:30.65 Sometimes. Sometimes, do people come 00:22:30.66\00:22:33.50 in when they're trying to get through the 00:22:33.51\00:22:34.81 pew or walking past you ever bump your 00:22:34.82\00:22:36.20 camera or. Yeah. It happens. And sometimes 00:22:36.21\00:22:38.42 people walk in front of you too. Oh! Yeah, 00:22:38.43\00:22:41.34 so that's good, good editing takes care 00:22:41.35\00:22:43.05 of that. Could you have some good audience 00:22:43.06\00:22:44.49 shot or B-roll put in there. Yeah. That's 00:22:44.50\00:22:46.87 awesome. I'm really excited about what 00:22:46.88\00:22:50.57 you're doing because I think it's wonderful not 00:22:50.58\00:22:52.36 just for the people that your normal 00:22:52.37\00:22:54.36 visitors that couldn't, I mean your members 00:22:54.37\00:22:56.54 that couldn't come because now they 00:22:56.55\00:22:57.91 can see the Church service. How about the 00:22:57.92\00:22:59.59 one's that are home bound because of 00:22:59.60\00:23:02.15 illness that they're, they can't ever come 00:23:02.16\00:23:04.17 to Church anymore. You're bringing Church 00:23:04.18\00:23:05.60 to them. Yeah. And, and you also give it out 00:23:05.61\00:23:08.55 to visitors, right? Sometimes we want to, 00:23:08.56\00:23:11.39 we want to give them a DVD, so they can 00:23:11.40\00:23:13.25 watch the previous message they missed 00:23:13.26\00:23:15.95 or whatever. That's wonderful, right? 00:23:15.96\00:23:18.78 You actually brought, actually a video roll 00:23:18.79\00:23:22.05 for us, right. I think they have a video roll 00:23:22.06\00:23:24.52 showing exactly what they do and 00:23:24.53\00:23:26.86 let's take a look at that right now. 00:23:26.87\00:23:28.01 So, what are we do for Jesus? Well, in our 00:23:30.62\00:23:33.51 little ministry we make video productions, 00:23:33.52\00:23:35.95 if there is a prophecy seminar, a Camp 00:23:35.96\00:23:38.80 Meeting or just a special Church service 00:23:38.81\00:23:41.33 that can help spread the Gospel, we want 00:23:41.34\00:23:43.56 to be there to film it. And then share it with 00:23:43.57\00:23:46.07 others, just this year we've produced 00:23:46.08\00:23:48.93 four prophecy seminars, a Camp Meeting 00:23:48.94\00:23:51.78 with C.A. Murray and countless special 00:23:51.79\00:23:54.63 Church events. And we even filmed away. 00:23:54.64\00:23:57.05 We try and share these video productions 00:23:57.39\00:23:59.66 with as many people as we can. Often, people 00:23:59.67\00:24:02.83 want copies of an event, so they can share 00:24:02.84\00:24:04.51 those with others. Sometimes they want to 00:24:04.52\00:24:06.84 just view the events again, but most often we 00:24:06.85\00:24:09.87 like to visit those who've missed a Church 00:24:09.88\00:24:11.79 service to give them a copy of the DVD. 00:24:11.80\00:24:14.32 Many of our videos are shared on our 00:24:14.94\00:24:16.97 website desiremedia.org. People can either view 00:24:16.98\00:24:21.81 them online or have us mail them a DVD. 00:24:21.82\00:24:24.71 Speaking of our website, we're in 00:24:25.49\00:24:27.49 the middle of filming a Revelation seminar 00:24:27.50\00:24:29.60 right now.
