It's almost time for Kids time, 00:00:01.98\00:00:02.95 we are gonna be late. It's time to share 00:00:03.14\00:00:05.95 there is a world out there looking for a 00:00:06.07\00:00:09.33 friend like Jesus. It's time to share there is 00:00:09.58\00:00:14.23 a world out there. Let's tell them that 00:00:14.26\00:00:17.16 He loves us so. Let's tell them that He 00:00:17.19\00:00:21.27 loves us so. Kids time, Kids time, Kids time. 00:00:21.46\00:00:29.86 Hi boys and girls, how are you feeling today? 00:00:30.60\00:00:33.10 Did you get a good night sleep last night? 00:00:33.46\00:00:35.30 We need lots of sleep to stay healthy, 00:00:35.88\00:00:37.46 don't we? Oh, I wish I gotten lot more sleep 00:00:37.49\00:00:42.26 just like Max, Max likes to sleep all the time, 00:00:42.29\00:00:44.76 have you ever felt like that? Sometimes, 00:00:45.37\00:00:47.43 I even wish that I could speed up time, 00:00:47.46\00:00:49.71 like when I am looking forward to seeing 00:00:50.22\00:00:51.55 my grandsons and I just can't wait. 00:00:51.63\00:00:53.75 Maybe you felt that way when you were looking 00:00:54.24\00:00:55.91 forward to your birthday or maybe to your 00:00:55.97\00:00:57.70 favorite holiday. You just want a time to 00:00:57.74\00:00:59.91 move along a little more quickly, but it 00:01:00.01\00:01:02.54 doesn't work that way does it? You can't 00:01:02.67\00:01:04.82 move time, no one can. So, isn't it strange 00:01:04.89\00:01:08.54 that there is a story in history about a day 00:01:08.60\00:01:11.25 when time moved backward, yup that's 00:01:11.50\00:01:14.17 right it really happened? Time moved back 00:01:14.21\00:01:16.99 a whole hour. We are going to here about 00:01:17.12\00:01:19.72 that day in our Bible story. You won't wanna 00:01:19.79\00:01:22.76 miss it and by the way I sure enjoy spending 00:01:22.87\00:01:25.65 time with you. Right now let's 00:01:25.74\00:01:28.33 get ready for our Nature Time. 00:01:28.36\00:01:30.75 Hi boys and girls welcome to Nature Time. 00:01:36.38\00:01:38.56 We are here in beautiful Western Montana 00:01:39.16\00:01:41.21 and I'm with my friend Lacy Deist. 00:01:41.79\00:01:43.67 She is a trainer here at Triple D Game 00:01:43.87\00:01:45.47 Farm and we have a very gorgeous special 00:01:45.50\00:01:49.53 guest today, and could you tell us Lacy 00:01:49.81\00:01:53.07 what's the name of our guest today? 00:01:53.12\00:01:54.35 His name is Lacoda. Lacoda. 00:01:54.81\00:01:57.11 He is a Thunder Wolf. Lacoda is a 00:01:57.32\00:01:58.89 thunder wolf. Now is a Thunder Wolf a type 00:01:59.00\00:02:01.97 of gray wolf or we are talking about 00:02:02.00\00:02:03.70 something entirely different. It's a type 00:02:03.74\00:02:05.63 of gray wolf, yeah. So, he is a subspecies 00:02:05.66\00:02:09.66 of the gray wolf. Where would be the 00:02:09.69\00:02:10.88 Thunder Wolf be found? The wolves that 00:02:10.91\00:02:14.22 we have here at our Game Farm, 00:02:14.35\00:02:15.90 they originate from the Brooks Range, Alaska. 00:02:16.10\00:02:18.74 And he is from the original string and then 00:02:19.66\00:02:22.21 we also you could find them kind in the 00:02:22.28\00:02:26.70 northern regions. Okay now he seems pretty 00:02:26.73\00:02:30.16 docile, pretty friendly. He is a little shy that's 00:02:30.34\00:02:33.34 good, but he seems pretty docile, 00:02:33.55\00:02:36.29 so is he a pet, is he trained. How is that, 00:02:37.10\00:02:40.65 that you can be holding on to him by his 00:02:40.86\00:02:42.10 leash there and not be getting you know 00:02:42.18\00:02:44.29 eat, haven't you ever read the story. 00:02:44.42\00:02:45.88 You know the big bad wolf. He is not a 00:02:45.91\00:02:49.95 big bad wolf. Okay. We bottle-raised him, 00:02:50.09\00:02:52.76 he was actually born at the farm here. 00:02:53.34\00:02:55.07 Okay. And he has been with us ever since 00:02:55.70\00:02:59.24 he could probably remember. How old is he? 00:02:59.79\00:03:01.53 He is two years old. Okay so he is not very old. 00:03:02.14\00:03:04.50 This is pretty big, a pretty big dog, 00:03:04.53\00:03:06.45 pretty big wolf for only two years old. 00:03:06.64\00:03:09.79 How much do you think, is Lacoda? 00:03:09.95\00:03:11.59 Yes. Lacoda, how much do you think 00:03:11.62\00:03:12.74 Lacoda weighs Lacy? Probably close to a 00:03:12.77\00:03:16.11 little or maybe 100 pounds. A 100 pounds, 00:03:16.21\00:03:17.61 is that typical or is he extra fat or is he 00:03:17.64\00:03:20.57 extra skinny is it. He is well fed. 00:03:20.66\00:03:23.54 He is well fed, okay. But, he is a big male 00:03:23.85\00:03:27.25 and he will be a little bit bigger as well so. 00:03:27.93\00:03:29.89 Now if he was living out in the wild with his 00:03:30.21\00:03:33.48 ancestors or his relatives that live there. 00:03:33.74\00:03:35.30 What would he be eating, probably different 00:03:35.53\00:03:36.92 than what he eats here at Triple D 00:03:37.03\00:03:38.52 Game Farm? He will probably be eating quite 00:03:38.63\00:03:41.89 a bit of deer. Okay, deer. Whatever else 00:03:41.92\00:03:45.27 they can get to really, but deer is their main 00:03:45.59\00:03:47.56 source. Now out there in Alaska I 00:03:47.60\00:03:50.20 understand the wolves eat like moose which 00:03:50.24\00:03:53.81 are huge they weigh you know over 1000 00:03:53.84\00:03:56.03 pounds, they can be seven feet high at the 00:03:56.09\00:03:57.45 shoulder. How would a wolf like this take down 00:03:57.56\00:04:01.08 a large mammal like a moose? Well they 00:04:01.60\00:04:05.95 would probably be looking for sick moose. 00:04:06.00\00:04:08.98 Okay. And they hunt together. So, they 00:04:09.55\00:04:11.91 hunt together, so Lacoda wouldn't hunt by 00:04:11.98\00:04:14.04 himself if he were up in Alaska typically he 00:04:14.13\00:04:17.41 would be, what do they call is that a pack? 00:04:17.44\00:04:19.14 A pack, yes. Okay, so wolf pack. 00:04:19.22\00:04:21.24 They would work together, I mean, 00:04:21.59\00:04:23.75 he couldn't take down a single moose himself. 00:04:24.04\00:04:25.99 So probably the alpha male, the alpha 00:04:26.13\00:04:29.12 female and their pups would be in a pack. 00:04:29.20\00:04:32.18 Okay. And they would work together. 00:04:32.52\00:04:33.64 And they would sort of team up on a harness. 00:04:34.21\00:04:35.89 Now I understand that what can happen 00:04:36.26\00:04:37.98 sometimes is that a couple of wolfs or wolfs 00:04:38.07\00:04:40.32 will chase for the pray for sometime until 00:04:40.44\00:04:44.62 he gets little tired and then another one 00:04:44.79\00:04:46.14 will pick up and another one will pick, 00:04:46.33\00:04:47.51 but you mentioned that primarily would 00:04:48.09\00:04:50.63 be maybe a sick animal or an injured animal 00:04:50.77\00:04:53.15 or young animal and they help to create a 00:04:53.61\00:04:56.93 balance in nature. They also would do what 00:04:56.97\00:04:59.37 we might call kind of call out the weak and 00:04:59.40\00:05:02.53 make a better heard actually the moose, 00:05:02.71\00:05:05.27 actually benefits from the presence of the 00:05:05.78\00:05:07.88 wolf. Correct. Now I know that here in 00:05:07.91\00:05:09.81 Northwest Montana, we also have wolfs and 00:05:09.94\00:05:11.97 they have been introduced back into the 00:05:12.00\00:05:15.23 former range in Montana. The Gray Wolf 00:05:15.26\00:05:17.32 is reintroduced into the Former Range. 00:05:17.60\00:05:19.07 In part of that for that reason is to try and 00:05:20.81\00:05:24.67 help keep a balance in nature. They also 00:05:24.78\00:05:26.72 move wild life, they move game species, 00:05:26.81\00:05:29.22 they keep them working back and forth 00:05:29.39\00:05:31.67 between important habitats. So, they don't 00:05:31.77\00:05:34.10 congregate in just one area. Right. 00:05:34.15\00:05:35.87 And so, I see wolf as a very important predator 00:05:36.12\00:05:39.97 if you will. Sure. Is that all that these wolfs, 00:05:40.28\00:05:44.56 they are strictly predators or do they 00:05:45.18\00:05:46.76 eat anything else. They are pretty much 00:05:46.81\00:05:49.37 strictly predators, sometimes if they have 00:05:49.48\00:05:51.99 stomachache or something they eat grass. 00:05:52.25\00:05:54.21 Okay, so he is a large predator on the 00:05:54.63\00:05:57.73 landscape very necessary especially in the 00:05:57.76\00:06:00.84 wilderness setting, especially in the area 00:06:00.87\00:06:02.34 where he is got lots of them. Now how much 00:06:02.37\00:06:04.66 territory would a pack take in. How much 00:06:04.80\00:06:06.79 country would pack sort of call their own? 00:06:06.88\00:06:09.15 I think they could travel quite a bit, 00:06:10.48\00:06:12.84 but they probably stand about the same areas. 00:06:13.50\00:06:16.36 In a relatively smaller area, I have heard it 00:06:16.39\00:06:18.65 estimates up to well over 100 even 200 square 00:06:18.76\00:06:21.84 miles if they have that ability and if game 00:06:21.91\00:06:25.15 is available to them. Sure. And they can move. 00:06:25.36\00:06:27.38 And they will travel long distances, 00:06:27.54\00:06:28.51 they get into a track and wolf can travel 00:06:28.84\00:06:30.73 long distances 30-40 miles in a night even 00:06:30.86\00:06:35.62 and so. They are fast animals. 00:06:36.28\00:06:37.25 That's incredible, boys and girls we 00:06:37.26\00:06:39.50 could talk about a wolf a long time. 00:06:39.53\00:06:40.76 I used to own a wolf in fact they are 00:06:40.86\00:06:42.19 marvelous animal, they are difficult to 00:06:42.44\00:06:43.97 train. Lacy is doing a great job. She has 00:06:44.04\00:06:46.19 kept Lacoda well under control. He is just 00:06:46.30\00:06:48.78 a beautiful, beautiful animal and we have 00:06:48.81\00:06:50.76 appreciate it so much you are being on our 00:06:50.83\00:06:53.03 program today and being willing to show us 00:06:53.14\00:06:55.57 this beautiful creature that God has created. 00:06:56.08\00:06:57.65 wild places, where he lives. Until next time, 00:07:00.13\00:07:03.52 boys and girls, this is Ranger Rod. 00:07:03.58\00:07:05.13 Lets all enjoy God's great outdoors. 00:07:05.39\00:07:08.26 Welcome to Learning Time. I don't really know, 00:10:23.44\00:10:25.65 but I like my mom's cooking. Oh! Cool good 00:10:25.69\00:10:28.73 for moms cooking. How many of you 00:10:28.88\00:10:29.93 like your moms cooking? You better all say 00:10:29.98\00:10:31.47 yes, oh yeah moms cooking. And then I've 00:10:31.66\00:10:35.57 got Trendy over here. Trendy what's one of 00:10:35.68\00:10:37.60 your favorite foods? I like to say spaghetti. 00:10:37.66\00:10:41.59 Spaghetti, how many of you like spaghetti? 00:10:41.66\00:10:43.29 Oh I love spaghetti as well. Then I have 00:10:43.91\00:10:46.25 got Joshua over here. Joshua what's one of 00:10:46.28\00:10:49.03 Celery. Well, how many likes celery? 00:10:51.70\00:10:53.74 I do too; you put stuff on your celery? 00:10:54.02\00:10:55.66 Peanut butter. Peanut butter we put all 00:10:56.23\00:10:57.87 kinds of stuff on celery, me too. 00:10:57.91\00:10:59.55 Hey today I want my helpers to come up here. 00:10:59.58\00:11:01.93 We are gonna mix up something and this 00:11:02.16\00:11:04.07 might be great for you to try. Come on 00:11:04.18\00:11:06.03 up here, we have got some things up here; 00:11:06.10\00:11:08.36 let's take a look at what this is. We have 00:11:08.47\00:11:10.28 got some whipping cream right here and we 00:11:10.32\00:11:12.05 used that in cooking sometimes don't we? 00:11:12.16\00:11:13.97 Okay now we have a jar, so at home all 00:11:14.00\00:11:16.15 you need to have is a jar, maybe you can 00:11:16.18\00:11:18.00 do this at home. If you need some help 00:11:18.05\00:11:20.31 make sure you get a little bit of help. 00:11:20.36\00:11:21.75 What I am gonna do is we are gonna put that 00:11:22.20\00:11:23.65 jar right here. Let's see Joshua, 00:11:23.68\00:11:25.73 why don't you go ahead, could you pour some 00:11:25.77\00:11:27.28 of that whipping cream in the jar, 00:11:27.31\00:11:28.59 maybe about a half, okay, fill it up half full, 00:11:28.70\00:11:31.90 so find a container could be plastic or glass, 00:11:32.36\00:11:35.09 if its glass be very careful because it could 00:11:35.14\00:11:36.96 break, right. And then you need to have a 00:11:36.99\00:11:39.40 lid, so you got to put the lid really, really tight. 00:11:39.43\00:11:41.74 Okay, great now Trendy why don't you go 00:11:42.12\00:11:43.36 and put the lid on there for us. What do 00:11:43.44\00:11:45.35 you suppose we are gonna make Trendy, 00:11:45.38\00:11:46.89 do you have any idea? You have any idea? 00:11:46.94\00:11:49.73 No. Wow good this is gonna be a surprise. 00:11:50.42\00:11:53.79 How many of ever had butter? 00:11:54.18\00:11:55.22 Anybody have eaten butter? Right well 00:11:55.25\00:11:57.17 you can make your own butter at home 00:11:57.30\00:11:59.11 and it's real simple and I'm gonna teach 00:11:59.15\00:12:01.04 you how. So we have got our container right 00:12:01.07\00:12:03.28 and we put it half full of whipping cream, 00:12:03.83\00:12:05.80 okay and its on real make sure it's on real 00:12:05.96\00:12:07.60 tight otherwise you could have a real mess 00:12:08.28\00:12:09.35 in your hands. You know what we do now. 00:12:09.41\00:12:11.01 What? We just take it and we go like this 00:12:11.53\00:12:14.93 you just shake it, you just keep that cream 00:12:15.35\00:12:17.56 moving, isn't that interesting and pretty soon 00:12:17.99\00:12:20.64 you will have butter. So, why don't you do 00:12:20.78\00:12:21.98 that about 10 times or 20 times and pass 00:12:22.04\00:12:24.31 it to Trendy and then back to Redman. 00:12:24.53\00:12:27.79 And we are just gonna change you now 00:12:28.25\00:12:29.82 because you get tired right up shaking it. 00:12:29.97\00:12:31.65 So, you can give all your friends together or 00:12:32.13\00:12:33.56 your family you can do this before you have 00:12:33.59\00:12:35.14 supper and you can make your own butter 00:12:35.21\00:12:37.00 isn't that cool. Now how in the world this 00:12:37.43\00:12:39.51 had happened? Well we have got this stuff 00:12:39.57\00:12:41.57 right here that's called cream, now this is 00:12:41.62\00:12:43.35 whipping cream and it's a liquid isn't it? 00:12:43.46\00:12:45.23 Oh it's a liquid and I don't think I wanna 00:12:45.78\00:12:47.53 drink straight cream that would be really 00:12:47.56\00:12:49.39 rich. But, you know what happens when we 00:12:49.43\00:12:51.26 shake it? Its starts to we have a physical 00:12:51.40\00:12:55.88 change, you know what physical change is? 00:12:55.99\00:12:58.12 Anybody know what a physical change is? 00:12:59.25\00:13:00.41 What is the physical change? 00:13:00.48\00:13:01.54 When something changes. That's right 00:13:01.64\00:13:03.48 when something changes. I've got a peace 00:13:03.62\00:13:05.31 of paper in my pocket it's like a paper 00:13:05.34\00:13:08.18 towel right. Now if I take that paper towel and 00:13:08.23\00:13:10.97 if I crush it all up like that into a little tinny 00:13:11.03\00:13:14.13 ball that's what we call a physical change. 00:13:14.24\00:13:17.05 Did the paper change into a rock? 00:13:17.59\00:13:19.13 No. No or some kind of chemical? No. No 00:13:19.55\00:13:22.80 we just change the physical appearance of 00:13:22.95\00:13:25.20 it right. So, what happens inside that 00:13:25.23\00:13:27.88 liquid it gets to a physical change actually. 00:13:27.98\00:13:31.25 We are gonna change that liquid into a 00:13:31.28\00:13:32.79 solid which is going to be little butterball. 00:13:32.89\00:13:35.46 Are you ready for doing that? Yeah. 00:13:35.99\00:13:38.18 I think so, so how we are going in there? 00:13:38.21\00:13:39.74 Now this will take you about maybe 10 minutes 00:13:40.66\00:13:42.28 or so. So, what we did was we made 00:13:42.32\00:13:44.17 some of this ahead of time and the inside of 00:13:44.35\00:13:46.22 this little glass jug right here, as you shake 00:13:46.31\00:13:48.71 the cream back and forth, back and forth 00:13:48.99\00:13:50.99 cream is full of fat, right? And of course 00:13:51.11\00:13:53.44 we don't want to eat a lot of fat. 00:13:53.50\00:13:54.73 But, those fat molecules, it's a larger molecule 00:13:55.13\00:13:57.44 and as you shake it back and forth you know 00:13:57.82\00:13:59.22 what happens? The fat molecules they start 00:13:59.27\00:14:01.90 to stick to each other. That's right they 00:14:01.99\00:14:03.47 start to getting sticky that's all I could say 00:14:03.64\00:14:05.62 about it. They start to get stickier, stickier, 00:14:05.97\00:14:07.38 stickier pretty soon you end up with the 00:14:07.64\00:14:09.28 butterball right inside of your container, 00:14:09.36\00:14:11.51 hey lets open this thing up lets check this 00:14:11.54\00:14:13.52 out wow. And you know what we have got 00:14:13.55\00:14:16.18 some, we have some liquid inside of there, 00:14:16.27\00:14:18.36 part of that is a liquid and part of that is a 00:14:18.51\00:14:21.14 big chunk of butter. Can you see a big chunk 00:14:21.27\00:14:23.83 of butter in there? Is just kind of floating 00:14:23.87\00:14:26.29 around in fact what I'm gonna do is this, 00:14:26.32\00:14:28.25 yeah I'm gonna pour some of this out. 00:14:28.39\00:14:30.37 Now the liquid is very interesting because 00:14:30.40\00:14:32.50 the liquid is what we could consider buttermilk, 00:14:32.53\00:14:35.18 you wanna taste that? You don't have to if 00:14:35.34\00:14:37.06 you don't want to okay. But, its buttermilk, 00:14:37.21\00:14:39.25 it's very sweet and it's not sour at all. 00:14:39.36\00:14:42.34 You want to taste a little bit of it? 00:14:42.51\00:14:43.48 Do you like that? It's interesting. 00:14:43.84\00:14:45.77 He doesn't like it what it is. You want to taste 00:14:47.03\00:14:49.24 part of it, you don't have to okay just a 00:14:49.37\00:14:50.93 little bit, okay so that's really, that's really 00:14:50.96\00:14:52.93 butter milk, okay. And then you know what 00:14:53.22\00:14:55.24 we have got that big fat glob right inside 00:14:55.94\00:14:58.76 here and that's our butterball and that's 00:14:58.87\00:15:00.62 what we are going to spread on the crackers 00:15:00.65\00:15:02.13 and eat. So, I'm gonna just go ahead and dump 00:15:02.16\00:15:04.64 that out right here, wow you see that. 00:15:04.72\00:15:07.00 That's a big old chunk of butter, 00:15:08.08\00:15:09.96 hey that's interesting, Trendy why don't 00:15:09.99\00:15:11.87 you go ahead and put some of that on a 00:15:11.90\00:15:13.70 cracker and we can all have some butter 00:15:13.79\00:15:16.60 crackers and this is fresh butter. There is no 00:15:16.63\00:15:19.67 preservatives that's cool isn't it? Yes. 00:15:19.82\00:15:22.67 And you can put a little salt in there when 00:15:22.70\00:15:24.73 you start shaking it up and that really 00:15:24.76\00:15:26.66 improves the taste as well. And you can go 00:15:26.99\00:15:28.74 ahead take a bite, tell us what you think and you 00:15:28.83\00:15:31.08 can give one here you go try. Wow how it 00:15:31.14\00:15:34.04 tastes? Good. Does it taste like butter? 00:15:34.29\00:15:36.73 Yes. It's real butter and it's real fresh. 00:15:38.28\00:15:40.72 You know enough we have some left over, 00:15:41.10\00:15:42.39 if we have some left over I'm sure the Max 00:15:44.14\00:15:46.34 would clean the plate wouldn't he? Yes. 00:15:46.37\00:15:48.37 He would love to do that. You know that's very 00:15:48.93\00:15:50.89 interesting and you know what you know 00:15:50.97\00:15:52.75 when we make butter it reminds me of 00:15:52.84\00:15:54.58 something special. Do you know that butter is 00:15:54.69\00:15:57.46 mentioned in the Bible, how many of knew that? 00:15:57.76\00:15:59.42 Oh that's right butter is mentioned in the Bible, 00:16:00.95\00:16:02.90 so they have had butter for a very, 00:16:03.30\00:16:05.39 very long time and you can make it at home 00:16:05.63\00:16:08.62 before your supper and that would be great for 00:16:08.94\00:16:11.04 us to do. Hey remember boys and girls every 00:16:11.09\00:16:14.13 time we learn more about science, 00:16:14.17\00:16:15.98 we are learning more about our creator God. 00:16:16.06\00:16:19.69 Oh my good friend, oh how are you? 00:16:40.30\00:16:43.18 How are doing? It's good to see you shalom. 00:16:43.54\00:16:45.20 How is your family? Family is good. 00:16:45.31\00:16:47.18 How about yours? Excellent, excellent, 00:16:47.35\00:16:49.13 our Lord, he is good. He is good. Always 00:16:49.35\00:16:51.42 good. And have you heard the king is healed? 00:16:51.45\00:16:54.34 We've heard, that the whole town is hearing, 00:16:54.44\00:16:56.51 we are celebrating, we are happy, 00:16:56.65\00:16:58.28 we are pleased. Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, 00:16:58.33\00:17:00.16 of course. Have you heard the story? 00:17:00.55\00:17:01.92 Not in its full detail, no. Do you know anything 00:17:02.03\00:17:05.16 about it? Actually I got to witness the whole 00:17:05.24\00:17:08.39 thing; you know I work for the king, absolutely. 00:17:08.43\00:17:10.64 So, I was there. Can you share anything with us? 00:17:10.86\00:17:12.85 Oh yes, I would love to tell you the story. 00:17:13.01\00:17:14.91 Oh, please, please. You know a couple of weeks 00:17:15.07\00:17:16.93 ago King Hezekiah, he got a boil and always 00:17:17.23\00:17:22.03 when you get a boil it's very uncomfortable 00:17:22.06\00:17:23.93 and it hurts. Absolutely. But, usually it goes away. 00:17:23.96\00:17:26.70 Well Hezekiah just got worst and worst and he 00:17:27.85\00:17:30.83 got weaker and weaker and pretty soon he 00:17:30.86\00:17:33.18 wasn't even able to get out of the bed. 00:17:33.29\00:17:35.14 I was really worried about our king because 00:17:35.90\00:17:37.97 you know he is a God fearing man. 00:17:38.36\00:17:39.93 Absolutely, we know that all of Israel knows 00:17:40.11\00:17:42.50 that. One day the prophet Isaiah came into 00:17:42.53\00:17:45.88 the palace and I can tell by the look on his face, 00:17:45.91\00:17:48.45 he did not have good news. He came up and 00:17:48.48\00:17:51.56 he stood over Hezekiah's bed and he said 00:17:51.59\00:17:54.46 king your majesty, you need to get everything 00:17:54.56\00:17:57.79 in order because God has told me that you will 00:17:57.85\00:18:00.68 not get better, you will die. I was crushed, 00:18:00.71\00:18:04.58 and the king, the tears running down his face 00:18:05.29\00:18:08.17 he turned to wall and I can hear him praying, 00:18:08.72\00:18:11.28 he said oh God please heal me. I want to 00:18:11.37\00:18:15.27 live Father. And I turn and I saw Isaiah 00:18:15.34\00:18:19.08 walking away and I was so sad, 00:18:19.31\00:18:21.29 but soon Isaiah came back and at this time 00:18:22.92\00:18:26.07 he was smiling. Good new I suppose. 00:18:26.12\00:18:28.07 He did he said Hezekiah, the God has talk to me 00:18:28.10\00:18:32.34 and he said you will be healed. Praise the Lord. 00:18:32.82\00:18:36.11 In three days you will be able to go 00:18:36.25\00:18:38.26 to the temple and offer sacrifices. 00:18:38.39\00:18:41.07 Oh, Lord he is good. He is good 00:18:41.83\00:18:43.55 he said not only you be healed, but I will 00:18:43.58\00:18:45.61 give you 50 more years of life. 00:18:45.64\00:18:47.63 This was so amazing almost couldn't 00:18:49.49\00:18:51.75 believe it and Isaiah said and to help you 00:18:51.78\00:18:54.40 believe this will come true. 00:18:54.43\00:18:56.41 God will give you a sign. Do you see 00:18:56.44\00:18:59.10 the sundial right here; he said 00:18:59.13\00:19:01.45 I can make the shadow move forward 00:19:01.48\00:19:04.54 or backward 10 steps. 00:19:04.57\00:19:06.61 Tell me about that we have heard about that, 00:19:06.64\00:19:07.84 but it's confusing. He said Hezekiah you 00:19:07.87\00:19:10.08 get to chose, so Hezekiah looked and he said 00:19:10.11\00:19:12.50 well it's an easy thing for the sun to move forward. 00:19:12.53\00:19:15.04 We know that, yeah. I want the shadow 00:19:15.07\00:19:17.71 to move back. That's impossible, 00:19:17.74\00:19:19.57 that's impossible. Nothing is impossible 00:19:19.60\00:19:22.03 with our God my friend. Well, well true but 00:19:22.06\00:19:24.22 that's still impossible. Well Isaiah said 00:19:24.25\00:19:26.33 that it will happen and we stop and we looked at 00:19:26.36\00:19:30.86 the sundial and the shadow stop. 00:19:30.89\00:19:32.89 And then it moved backwards ten paces. 00:19:32.92\00:19:37.11 You were there. I saw it moved back. 00:19:37.14\00:19:39.96 Praise Lord. And that's not the end of the story. 00:19:39.99\00:19:43.01 Three days later guess who was walking 00:19:43.04\00:19:45.41 around in the temple? The king. 00:19:45.44\00:19:47.31 Praise Lord, you saw he was the king. He is healed. 00:19:47.34\00:19:49.96 Thank you Lord, thank you Lord. 00:19:49.99\00:19:52.69 Our God is amazing. We were praying for the king, 00:19:52.72\00:19:55.42 but of course it's our Lord he 00:19:55.45\00:19:57.07 is the one that heals of course. 00:19:57.10\00:19:58.74 Sometimes when I pray, I feel like maybe God 00:19:58.77\00:20:02.14 is not listening to me. How do you feel 00:20:02.17\00:20:04.25 when you go to the temple? Exactly the same, 00:20:04.28\00:20:05.25 you know, I don't think he is there but it 00:20:05.26\00:20:06.97 just doesn't feel like he is gonna respond to my prayers. 00:20:07.00\00:20:09.98 But after hearing this story it's changed. 00:20:10.01\00:20:13.84 I'm faithful, I believe, I believe. 00:20:13.87\00:20:16.85 Praise the Lord, I know the God hears our prayers. 00:20:16.88\00:20:19.18 He is the mighty God. Who can not only move 00:20:19.21\00:20:21.35 that sun, but he can heal us and he listens to us. 00:20:21.38\00:20:24.99 Oh, I'm gonna share this story with my family. 00:20:25.02\00:20:27.24 They need to give the story. They do. Praise the Lord. 00:20:27.27\00:20:30.22 Well I need to go. So do I, see you my friend, 00:20:30.25\00:20:32.57 shalom, shalom, shalom. 00:20:32.60\00:20:34.93 I have a Friend so precious, So very dear to me, 00:20:50.60\00:20:56.42 He loves me with a tender love He loves me faithfully; 00:20:56.45\00:21:02.93 I could not live apart from Him, I love to feel Him nigh; 00:21:02.96\00:21:09.37 And so we dwell together, My Lord and I. 00:21:09.40\00:21:16.79 I tell Him all my sorrows, I tell Him all my joys, 00:21:16.82\00:21:23.22 I tell Him all that pleases me, I tell Him what annoys; 00:21:23.25\00:21:29.56 He tells me what I ought to do, He tells me how to try; 00:21:29.59\00:21:36.06 And so we dwell together, My Lord and I. 00:21:36.09\00:21:50.41 Hi boys and girls, it's time for 00:21:56.06\00:21:58.15 Miss Brenda's Book of the Day. 00:21:58.18\00:22:00.15 And today's book is Guide's Greatest Angel Stories 00:22:00.18\00:22:04.99 and it's by Helen Lee Robinson and it's full 00:22:05.02\00:22:07.66 of miraculous stories about angels. 00:22:07.69\00:22:10.32 You won't want to miss a single one. 00:22:10.35\00:22:12.22 Well, I wanna introduce our guests today. 00:22:12.25\00:22:14.92 We have with us Caleb and Matthew. 00:22:14.95\00:22:17.42 Thank you Caleb and Matthew, where are you from? 00:22:17.45\00:22:19.32 From Ohio. From Ohio 00:22:19.35\00:22:21.32 and how old are you Caleb? 10, you are 10 00:22:21.35\00:22:23.68 and Matthew? 13. 10 and 13. 00:22:23.71\00:22:24.99 And I understand you have a really 00:22:25.02\00:22:28.14 special ministry what is it? 00:22:28.17\00:22:29.84 Well for birthdays, we raise money 00:22:29.87\00:22:34.10 and instead of getting birthday gifts. 00:22:34.13\00:22:37.47 Now how do you have a birthday and raise money. 00:22:37.50\00:22:39.41 Can you tell me about that Matthew? 00:22:39.44\00:22:41.89 Yes, we ask our relatives instead of 00:22:41.92\00:22:44.03 getting gifts to give some money and 00:22:44.06\00:22:47.51 we collect that money and we collect 00:22:47.54\00:22:48.51 and we send into projects 00:22:48.52\00:22:50.33 and ministries like that. 00:22:50.36\00:22:52.83 And so was that hard now, whose idea 00:22:52.86\00:22:55.40 was to come up with this to not have 00:22:55.43\00:22:58.19 birthday presents? Mommy and daddy. 00:22:58.22\00:23:00.00 It was so when they came to you and said 00:23:00.03\00:23:01.93 how do you feel about his or do they say it 00:23:01.96\00:23:03.65 has to be this way. They said 00:23:03.68\00:23:05.83 if you wanted to be this way. They gave you a choice 00:23:05.86\00:23:10.83 And what did you think about that? 00:23:10.86\00:23:12.79 I thought it was good idea. You did what did you think? 00:23:12.82\00:23:15.80 I thought it was good idea too. You did so; 00:23:15.83\00:23:17.20 you are all four now I don't know how many kids 00:23:17.23\00:23:18.96 will do that.
