It's almost time for Kids Time, we going to be late. 00:00:01.98\00:00:04.11 It's time to share there's a world out there, 00:00:04.75\00:00:07.99 looking for a friend like Jesus. It's time to share 00:00:08.70\00:00:13.99 there's a world out there, Let's tell them that 00:00:14.07\00:00:17.29 he loves us so. Let's tell them that he loves us so. 00:00:17.32\00:00:23.76 Kids Time, Kids Time, Kids Time, Kids Time. 00:00:23.99\00:00:27.89 Kids Time. Hi boys and girls, some 00:00:27.92\00:00:32.29 times it fun to pretended, isn't that right Max. 00:00:32.32\00:00:35.22 It's a specially fun to play dress up. 00:00:36.20\00:00:37.94 Do you like my cowboy hat? 00:00:38.23\00:00:39.52 My grandsons Michael and Jason they like to put on 00:00:40.27\00:00:42.49 cowboy hats and they pretend to gallop across the prairie 00:00:42.52\00:00:45.41 just conquering the wild west. But, wearing a costume 00:00:45.44\00:00:49.03 doesn't change who you really are? Does it. 00:00:49.06\00:00:51.63 I can take the cowboy hat off and I'm still 00:00:52.18\00:00:54.76 Ms. Brenda, inside you still know what's real and true. 00:00:54.79\00:00:59.58 And that's a good thing because what's real and true 00:00:59.88\00:01:02.71 is much more exciting and much more important 00:01:02.74\00:01:05.37 than anything you could ever pretend. 00:01:05.40\00:01:07.90 Our Bible story today is about three little boys who 00:01:08.51\00:01:11.46 grew up laughing and playing just like all little boys do. 00:01:11.49\00:01:14.75 But, these boys grew up to be Captains in the 00:01:15.28\00:01:17.80 King's army. Not pretend but real Captains. 00:01:17.83\00:01:22.01 That means that they were in charge of whole lot of 00:01:22.30\00:01:25.23 other soldiers and they can tell those soldiers 00:01:25.26\00:01:27.62 just what to do. It's an exciting story 00:01:27.65\00:01:30.53 which you'll hear all about in just little bit, 00:01:30.70\00:01:32.96 but first let's get ready for Nature Time. 00:01:33.39\00:01:38.26 Hi boys and girls welcome to Nature Time. 00:01:44.82\00:01:47.02 Right now I am in Glacier National Park, 00:01:47.89\00:01:50.20 in Northwestern Montana. This is one of my favorite 00:01:50.23\00:01:52.73 places to be. In fact I visit here often with my family 00:01:52.76\00:01:56.71 because of the beauty, because of the diversity 00:01:57.05\00:02:00.42 because of the animals and because of the birds. 00:02:00.78\00:02:05.19 Because of all the creatures that we like to share 00:02:05.29\00:02:07.46 on Nature Time. In fact many of our 00:02:07.68\00:02:09.61 Nature Time programs are filmed here in 00:02:09.64\00:02:12.52 Glacier National Park. Did you know that they are 00:02:12.55\00:02:15.86 over 1200 plant species in Glacier National Park alone? 00:02:15.89\00:02:20.61 All the way from the huge joint trees down to the 00:02:20.94\00:02:24.81 littlest tiny plants all of them very important 00:02:24.84\00:02:27.78 and very necessary on the landscape here. 00:02:27.81\00:02:29.64 In fact there are over 250 species of birds. 00:02:30.22\00:02:34.00 So, if you love to watch birds as many of us do 00:02:34.22\00:02:36.60 bring your binoculars and have them ready because, 00:02:36.92\00:02:39.54 you might see something as exacting as the bald eagle, 00:02:39.57\00:02:42.43 or maybe a golden eagle, or maybe an owl a bird of prey, 00:02:42.83\00:02:45.93 maybe you'll see the tiny little hummingbird, 00:02:46.68\00:02:49.14 or the mountain ram. These are all fun birds 00:02:49.41\00:02:52.50 to look for, some of my very favorites are the mammals. 00:02:52.53\00:02:56.33 The animals that are here, the species is very diverse 00:02:57.05\00:03:00.16 there is over 70 kinds, all the way from the mighty 00:03:00.30\00:03:02.62 grizzly bear, he is my one of my very favorites. 00:03:02.65\00:03:04.65 Down to the little mouse or the red back boar. 00:03:05.00\00:03:06.95 They all live here in Glacier National Park. 00:03:07.16\00:03:08.99 The diversity doesn't end there with the animal kingdom. 00:03:09.43\00:03:12.02 The mountains here all the way from the valley floor 00:03:13.22\00:03:16.68 clear up here to well over 8000 feet of elevation 00:03:16.84\00:03:19.66 and in that there are many different kinds of creatures 00:03:20.29\00:03:22.68 that live here, lets talk just for a moment about the 00:03:22.71\00:03:25.77 bighorn ram, have you ever seen a mountain sheep? 00:03:25.80\00:03:28.35 They are beautiful, in the way they walk across 00:03:28.73\00:03:30.95 these high craggy cliffs or the mountain goat. 00:03:30.98\00:03:34.11 He is just like an acrobat, up there on those 00:03:34.62\00:03:36.60 high mountains. He has no fear of heights, 00:03:36.63\00:03:38.86 like Ranger Rod, you know I am little careful 00:03:39.18\00:03:41.44 I try to wear a good hiking shoe, so I don't 00:03:41.47\00:03:43.70 slip and slide on these trails. 00:03:43.73\00:03:45.24 God made those animals with their hiking shoes built in. 00:03:46.04\00:03:49.46 And they don't slip and slide they need that traction. 00:03:49.81\00:03:52.41 Or maybe the wolverine. If you had a chance to see 00:03:53.87\00:03:55.89 him that would truly be amazing. 00:03:55.92\00:03:58.25 You probably wouldn't see him from this beautiful 00:03:59.15\00:04:01.62 going to sun road, this going to the sun road was 00:04:01.65\00:04:05.06 put here in the 1930s. That was 75 years ago. 00:04:05.30\00:04:08.75 And it's a great road, you get all kinds of beautiful 00:04:09.43\00:04:11.62 pictures of the diverse landscape, but if you wanna 00:04:11.65\00:04:14.32 see a wolverine, you're gonna have to 00:04:14.35\00:04:16.29 put on your backpack and you're gonna have 00:04:16.32\00:04:18.50 to head for the back country. That's not hard in 00:04:18.53\00:04:21.07 Glacier National Park. Because there is many, many 00:04:21.10\00:04:23.77 miles of trails where you can get way backup into these 00:04:23.80\00:04:27.10 mountains, you can camp there over night, 00:04:27.13\00:04:29.24 maybe several nights. And you can enjoy the 00:04:29.27\00:04:31.71 beauty there where very few people ever get and 00:04:31.74\00:04:34.64 ever have the opportunity to enjoy. 00:04:34.67\00:04:36.71 We are talking about the going to the sun road 00:04:37.10\00:04:38.67 we are right here beside it so, if you hear a car. 00:04:38.88\00:04:40.86 That's a family headed to Logan Pass to try and get a 00:04:40.89\00:04:44.70 glimpse of maybe the hoary marmot. 00:04:44.73\00:04:47.06 Or the little ground squirrel, or maybe the big grizzly bear 00:04:47.09\00:04:50.67 is gonna across the highway just above of us here. 00:04:50.70\00:04:52.84 You never know, be prepared for the unexpected. 00:04:52.99\00:04:55.36 Have your camera ready, and when you're at 00:04:55.39\00:04:58.15 Logan Pass bring along a sled. 00:04:58.18\00:04:59.92 I love to slide on the snow that's up there, 00:05:00.87\00:05:02.69 maybe you will too. It's great fun, so if you're 00:05:02.72\00:05:05.66 a bird watcher, if you're an animal lover, 00:05:05.69\00:05:07.82 if you love just to see the diversity of scenery. 00:05:08.19\00:05:10.47 The high mountains, the beautiful valleys, 00:05:10.74\00:05:12.85 the swift flowing. crystal clear rivers. 00:05:12.88\00:05:15.09 Whatever it is that you like. Just peace and quiet. 00:05:15.12\00:05:17.53 Just to sit along site a beautiful meadow 00:05:17.71\00:05:20.12 and watch a mule deer with her fawn come out. 00:05:20.35\00:05:22.61 Or maybe you like to hear the bugle of an elk. 00:05:22.95\00:05:24.71 In the fall, that's a great time to be here. 00:05:25.01\00:05:26.71 To watch the fall colors, or see a eagle, soaring 00:05:27.05\00:05:29.99 up above the mountains. As he just his catch his 00:05:30.02\00:05:31.95 wind currents, and hovers up there. 00:05:31.98\00:05:33.86 You can just lay there in that soft grass and 00:05:34.12\00:05:36.80 just talk and commune with God, or you can walk 00:05:36.83\00:05:39.73 with your mom or your dad or your brother, or your sister. 00:05:39.76\00:05:41.88 Hold hands across one of these beautiful meadows 00:05:42.12\00:05:43.97 and just get connected. Boys and girls, I hope 00:05:44.25\00:05:47.57 that you will take an opportunity if it's 00:05:47.60\00:05:49.01 available to you. To spend some time in a beautiful 00:05:49.04\00:05:51.86 park and just enjoy nature. And if you have the 00:05:51.89\00:05:55.22 opportunity to travel to Northwestern Montana. 00:05:55.25\00:05:57.69 Make sure you spend some time at Glacier National Park. 00:05:58.43\00:06:01.03 Maybe I'll see you there and if I don't take a picture 00:06:01.47\00:06:04.52 send it to me at 3ABN, in care of Ranger Rod 00:06:04.55\00:06:08.23 this is the picture of me at Glacier National Park. 00:06:08.51\00:06:10.72 Thanks for the invitation from Montana. 00:06:10.87\00:06:12.69 Until next time this is Ranger Rod saying 00:06:12.72\00:06:15.73 lets all enjoy God's great outdoors. 00:06:15.76\00:06:18.62 Let our hearts be always cheerful 00:06:28.66\00:06:34.09 why should were mean at her there, when our kind 00:06:34.12\00:06:41.17 down love ye father, makes us to love this day, 00:06:41.20\00:06:48.44 always cheerful, always cheerful, 00:06:48.88\00:06:54.19 sunshine all are as we see, all that beauty is the 00:06:54.22\00:07:01.76 path of Jesus cheerful we may always be. 00:07:01.79\00:07:08.61 Welcome to Learning Time. I am glad you joined us 00:07:15.62\00:07:17.99 again today. You know today we're gonna 00:07:18.02\00:07:19.48 do an interesting experiment about temperature 00:07:19.51\00:07:22.01 and about water, and we've got three people to help 00:07:22.04\00:07:24.74 me today, I've Tyler over here, Tyler you like water. 00:07:24.77\00:07:28.68 Don't you? Yeah. Yeah, you drink water? 00:07:28.71\00:07:30.10 Yeah. You swim in water? 00:07:30.13\00:07:31.23 Yeah. And we use water for 00:07:31.26\00:07:32.51 a lot of different purposes don't we? 00:07:32.54\00:07:33.95 Yeah. I've got Maya, over here, Maya, you swim 00:07:33.98\00:07:38.04 in water? Right. Yeah. 00:07:38.07\00:07:39.22 Yeah, I love to swim, well this is kind of related to water 00:07:39.25\00:07:42.40 that we might wanna swim in, I've got Abigail over here. 00:07:42.43\00:07:45.30 Abigail, you drink plenty of water every day don't you? 00:07:45.33\00:07:47.97 Yes. Yeah, you like cold water, 00:07:48.00\00:07:49.80 or hot water to drink? Hot. 00:07:49.83\00:07:51.65 Hot water, that's kind of nice to drink a hot beverage 00:07:52.11\00:07:54.47 isn't it some times. Well we're gonna work with 00:07:54.50\00:07:56.30 temperature in the water. Why not all three of my 00:07:56.33\00:07:57.90 helpers come up here. And, yeah Maya, I want 00:07:57.93\00:08:01.05 you be in the middle over here. 00:08:01.08\00:08:02.12 Here we go and Tyler, why don't you come on over here 00:08:02.52\00:08:04.12 with me, we got some safety glasses. 00:08:04.15\00:08:05.83 Remember we always protect our eyes when we're working 00:08:06.27\00:08:08.37 with things that are warm, hot, or cold or chemicals, 00:08:08.40\00:08:10.84 or fire or things that blow up right. 00:08:10.87\00:08:12.50 Why don't you go and put your safety glasses on. 00:08:13.06\00:08:14.67 Let me explain what we have here. 00:08:14.86\00:08:16.30 Well we've got a picture right here and you notice 00:08:16.50\00:08:18.98 something kind of interesting I could probably draw 00:08:19.01\00:08:22.02 something on here. Look at that, what is that? 00:08:22.05\00:08:24.45 Smiley face. Well, smiley face, well all 00:08:25.58\00:08:27.80 the moisture that's in the air, the water molecules 00:08:27.83\00:08:30.17 are condensing. They are getting very, very cold 00:08:30.20\00:08:32.53 and they're sticking to the outside of this pitcher. 00:08:32.56\00:08:34.67 But, for this experiment we want you to be able to see 00:08:34.95\00:08:37.20 through the picture. So I'm gonna wipe all that 00:08:37.23\00:08:39.62 condensation off. That's what we call 00:08:39.65\00:08:41.19 condensation, so let's wipe this off, okay. 00:08:41.22\00:08:44.07 And then you will notice something interesting, 00:08:44.37\00:08:46.36 in this one container right here I have got a little 00:08:46.39\00:08:49.50 bottle and the bottle has a little wire on it. 00:08:49.53\00:08:51.61 Okay, and this is very hot. I mean, I can pull my hand 00:08:51.64\00:08:54.81 on there, but it's pretty warm and this has some 00:08:54.84\00:08:57.81 colored fluid coloring and some water. 00:08:57.84\00:09:00.45 So, I am gonna ask Maya to pick this up, okay and she 00:09:00.48\00:09:04.17 is going to lower it very, very slowly inside of here 00:09:04.20\00:09:07.54 and lets see what happens to that colored water. 00:09:07.74\00:09:10.32 Are you ready? Yes. Okay, and 00:09:10.35\00:09:12.67 she is doing a very good job she is lowering it down. 00:09:12.70\00:09:15.27 And you know what I am gonna do? 00:09:15.66\00:09:16.68 I am just gonna go ahead and wipe this clear, 00:09:16.71\00:09:19.48 so that you can see through it and so get down here 00:09:19.51\00:09:22.84 so you can see right in there. Where is the color going? 00:09:22.87\00:09:25.45 Is the color going up or down, where is it going? 00:09:25.48\00:09:27.85 Up. You know it's staying 00:09:27.88\00:09:29.70 at the top isn't it. Well all of this liquid 00:09:29.73\00:09:32.85 in our little bottle was it warm or cool? 00:09:32.88\00:09:35.26 Warm. It was warm, you know what 00:09:35.79\00:09:37.47 happens to warmer air? Warmer water, warmer water 00:09:37.50\00:09:41.29 stays at the surface or does it go to the bottom 00:09:41.32\00:09:45.04 of the water color? Surface. 00:09:45.07\00:09:47.06 Look it's stays to the surface, all of this is blue. 00:09:47.09\00:09:50.12 But, you know eventually the whole thing, the whole 00:09:50.15\00:09:53.14 pitcher will be blue because the water molecules are 00:09:53.17\00:09:56.07 moving all the time. And it will mix, but 00:09:56.10\00:09:58.51 for right now the warmer water is staying above right? 00:09:58.54\00:10:03.64 That's interesting isn't. You know I've had that 00:10:03.67\00:10:06.35 experience, how many of you have ever swam in some 00:10:06.38\00:10:09.67 water and it was warm at the surface or rather warm. 00:10:09.70\00:10:13.46 But, when you went down and you dug down 00:10:13.68\00:10:15.34 to the bottom what happened to the temperature? 00:10:15.37\00:10:17.23 It got cooler. It got cooler, it happens 00:10:17.26\00:10:19.70 in a swimming pool. It can happen in a lake, 00:10:19.73\00:10:21.87 or even in the ocean sometimes isn't that interesting? 00:10:21.90\00:10:24.99 That's really interesting. One day we were actually 00:10:25.35\00:10:28.14 scuba diving on in the Pacific Ocean. 00:10:28.17\00:10:30.83 And we had all rubber suits on and we had all of our gear, 00:10:30.86\00:10:33.11 it was really, really hot. The surface water temperature 00:10:33.14\00:10:36.44 was 90 degrees, is 90 degrees warm? Yeah. Oh yeah, 00:10:36.47\00:10:40.88 and we were sweating and hot, well that day we were 00:10:40.91\00:10:44.04 diving on, it was actually on a little cliff area. 00:10:44.07\00:10:47.89 That we call a little gorge underwater and it was, 00:10:48.08\00:10:52.05 it was cold we got down to 70 feet and it was freezing, 00:10:52.08\00:10:55.01 not freezing cold, but it was very, very cold. 00:10:55.04\00:10:56.92 My teeth were chattering. Well that's because 00:10:56.95\00:10:59.10 the warmer water was at the top of the water column. 00:10:59.13\00:11:02.09 The colder water was down below and colder water 00:11:02.12\00:11:05.06 is heavier than warmer water. That's why the warmer water 00:11:05.09\00:11:08.57 just stays up, isn't that cool. Yeah. 00:11:08.60\00:11:11.26 I think so too. Well remember boys and girls 00:11:11.29\00:11:14.54 every time we learn more about science, we are learning 00:11:14.98\00:11:18.17 more about our Creator God. 00:11:18.20\00:11:20.57 Hey, lets rest here. Yes, I am hungry. 00:11:26.61\00:11:28.80 Hey kids, out the way, out the way, move. 00:11:29.69\00:11:31.85 Hey we get some bread here I'm starving. 00:11:32.18\00:11:34.24 What about this place? That be good, clear it out. 00:11:35.35\00:11:37.69 Get out of here. You, get out. This is my shop. 00:11:38.77\00:11:40.77 This is our shop. Are you questioning my authority. 00:11:40.80\00:11:43.08 Move, move, out. Okay, if you break it, you pay for it. 00:11:43.11\00:11:47.37 Move. Down, I'll get the bread. 00:11:47.40\00:11:50.93 You sit down there. Are you hungry? 00:11:52.61\00:11:58.82 Pretty good. So, how long are we going 00:12:02.57\00:12:04.87 to travel more? About a mile or so, okay. 00:12:04.90\00:12:08.38 Still hungry? Hey, you don't look too good. 00:12:10.39\00:12:13.96 What happened, what's wrong. It's been a rough day. 00:12:13.99\00:12:17.73 Tell us about it. Well, you remember how the King 00:12:20.13\00:12:23.82 he was up on palace roof one day, and the ladders 00:12:23.85\00:12:26.97 broke and he fell down. Yeah, I remember that. 00:12:27.00\00:12:29.32 Yeah, I remember too. He got hurt really, really bad. 00:12:29.35\00:12:31.89 It wasn't too much on the outside, but the doctors were 00:12:32.42\00:12:34.58 able to fix, they said, you must have got hurt somewhere 00:12:34.61\00:12:37.09 on the inside, 'cause he was in bed and he was just really 00:12:37.12\00:12:40.65 sick and in lots of pain. Well, the King who is not that old 00:12:40.68\00:12:45.28 had this really bad feeling like maybe this is it 00:12:45.31\00:12:48.28 he might die. But, he wanted to know 00:12:48.31\00:12:50.60 for sure so he send some of his messengers to talk to 00:12:50.63\00:12:53.96 Beelzebub, the false God of Ekron, he said go to Beelzebub, 00:12:53.99\00:12:58.31 who knows the future. And ask him if I am 00:12:58.34\00:13:00.49 going to get better. So, the messengers went, 00:13:00.52\00:13:03.55 but, on the way they were met by this man, 00:13:03.58\00:13:06.14 who was wearing this camel skin clothe, 00:13:06.44\00:13:08.33 with a leather belt, and this man had the authority 00:13:08.36\00:13:11.30 of God about him. And he said, stop. 00:13:11.33\00:13:14.52 Is there no God in Israel, why are you going to Beelzebub 00:13:14.55\00:13:19.68 to try to find out the future. And he told the messenger, 00:13:19.71\00:13:23.02 he said you go back and tell the King that he will not 00:13:23.05\00:13:26.24 get better and that he will die on the bed that he is lying on 00:13:26.27\00:13:29.64 right now. Well, the messengers they turned around and 00:13:29.67\00:13:32.95 they came back and the King was surprise that the 00:13:32.98\00:13:35.60 messengers got back so quickly. 00:13:35.63\00:13:37.42 He said how come your back so fast, what happen. 00:13:37.72\00:13:40.42 And so they told him, and said did you meet? 00:13:40.86\00:13:43.71 And they said we don't know who he was. 00:13:43.74\00:13:45.24 He said, well tell me about him. So they described 00:13:45.53\00:13:47.40 what he looked like, and he said, it has be 00:13:47.43\00:13:50.95 Elijah the prophet. That sounds like? 00:13:50.98\00:13:53.66 You know the King, he is about our age. 00:13:54.58\00:13:56.45 He grew up with the same stories of, you know 00:13:56.48\00:13:58.71 Elijah on Mount Carmel with a fire coming down 00:13:58.74\00:14:01.17 and how he is able to make a revival in the whole 00:14:01.20\00:14:03.87 kingdom, but this King Ahab, he hasn't learned 00:14:03.90\00:14:06.86 any lessons. So, he said I want to 00:14:06.89\00:14:11.09 talk to that man. And he so he got one of the 00:14:11.12\00:14:13.14 captains and his group of 50 men, and 00:14:13.17\00:14:15.73 he said you go get that prophet and you 00:14:15.76\00:14:17.43 bring him to me right now. I want to talk to him. 00:14:17.46\00:14:19.59 And so the captain went out and pretty soon he found 00:14:20.33\00:14:23.53 Elijah and he was sitting up on this hill. 00:14:23.56\00:14:25.35 And the captain was at the bottom of the hill and 00:14:25.65\00:14:27.36 he said you, man of God, you come down here right now. 00:14:27.39\00:14:31.26 Well Elijah said, if I am man of God, a fire from 00:14:32.55\00:14:36.85 heaven will fall down on you and your men. 00:14:36.88\00:14:38.93 What happened? Well the sky split open 00:14:38.96\00:14:41.94 and fire fell straight down from heaven, and consumed 00:14:41.97\00:14:45.46 the captain and 50 of his man. It's unbelievable. Well, 00:14:45.49\00:14:50.18 we were waiting back at the palace when the first Captain 00:14:50.21\00:14:52.54 didn't come out, the King became even more angry. 00:14:52.57\00:14:55.10 And he send another captain out he said, you get your 50 men, 00:14:55.30\00:14:57.89 go bring that prophet of God I want to talk him now. 00:14:57.92\00:15:00.57 Bad idea. Well the captain went out 00:15:00.60\00:15:02.94 there, and he saw Elijah sitting up on the hill 00:15:02.97\00:15:05.23 and he said, you man of God the King says come down now. 00:15:05.26\00:15:09.22 And Elijah said once again, if I am a man of God 00:15:10.03\00:15:12.81 then fire will fall down from heaven. 00:15:13.03\00:15:15.17 And the same thing happened. It consumed the captain and 00:15:15.92\00:15:19.90 all of his men. Well by this time word had 00:15:19.93\00:15:22.75 come back to the palace and we knew what was happening 00:15:22.78\00:15:25.78 to the captains and men out there. And the King was still 00:15:25.81\00:15:30.33 angry and he turned to me and he said you, get your men 00:15:30.36\00:15:33.90 and go get that prophet, bring him here now. 00:15:33.93\00:15:36.00 What did you do? I was terrified. 00:15:37.23\00:15:39.40 Well, I couldn't disobey the King, so I got my men 00:15:39.91\00:15:42.24 and we went out there and sure enough there was the hill 00:15:42.81\00:15:46.08 and there was the prophet of God, and as we came 00:15:46.56\00:15:48.80 closer, I stepped in front of my men and I fell down 00:15:48.83\00:15:51.81 on my knees and I said man of God, please have mercy, 00:15:51.84\00:15:55.96 have respect for the lives of my men and myself. 00:15:56.26\00:15:59.00 Please don't kill us. What did he say, what happened? 00:15:59.03\00:16:03.52 I looked up and Elijah was praying, he was looking 00:16:04.33\00:16:08.57 up to heaven and talking and I said oh no, here comes 00:16:08.60\00:16:10.88 the fire, but then he stood up and he came down to us. 00:16:10.91\00:16:14.19 And he put his hand on my shoulder and looked me 00:16:14.68\00:16:16.16 in the eyes and he said God said, that 00:16:16.19\00:16:18.27 I can come with you. So me and the rest of my men 00:16:18.30\00:16:23.68 we surrounded the prophet and we took him to see 00:16:24.15\00:16:26.58 the King, when he walked in there the King said 00:16:26.61\00:16:30.57 why did you say this about me and Elijah stood there 00:16:31.08\00:16:34.69 right in front the King and he said the exact 00:16:34.72\00:16:36.70 same thing he said, why are you going to other Gods. 00:16:36.73\00:16:38.99 Don't you believe in the true God of Israel? 00:16:39.02\00:16:41.14 And he gave him the same prophecy he said, you 00:16:41.71\00:16:43.93 O' King will not get better. And then he walked out, 00:16:43.96\00:16:48.01 Wow! I know that they have been a lot of rough times 00:16:48.04\00:16:52.78 in this country. A lot of people have been 00:16:52.81\00:16:54.78 worshiping other Gods and sometimes I've even wondered 00:16:54.81\00:16:57.75 is the God of Israel real? Or is he just like the Gods of 00:16:57.78\00:17:01.13 stone and the Gods of wood that we see in the idols. 00:17:01.16\00:17:04.27 But, after what I saw today, I know that the 00:17:06.18\00:17:09.80 God of heaven is real. And after seeing Elijah 00:17:09.83\00:17:13.57 looking into his eyes I know that I what to know. 00:17:13.88\00:17:16.51 The God of Elijah for myself. Well I have to get back 00:17:17.02\00:17:21.62 to the palace, you have to take care of your prisoner. 00:17:21.65\00:17:24.60 Thanks for telling us. That's an amazing story. 00:17:25.51\00:17:28.56 Unbelievable. He was a wise man the way 00:17:28.59\00:17:31.94 he approached Elijah. Sorry, we haven't been 00:17:31.97\00:17:35.44 very nice to you. Come on let's keep going. 00:17:35.47\00:17:39.04 You want more bread. We get you a loaf of bread. 00:17:39.67\00:17:47.93 We'll put it on the King's account. There we go, lets go. 00:17:51.64\00:17:56.18 Hi boys and girls, it's time for Ms. Brenda's 00:20:08.17\00:20:10.39 Book of the Day. Well boys and girls, 00:22:56.91\00:22:59.35 Ms. Brenda was here earlier with Zoei and I was able to 00:22:59.38\00:23:02.80 play a start, we have a special piano and I played the piano 00:23:02.83\00:23:05.34 and while I'm playing they could record, just what 00:23:05.37\00:23:07.45 I was playing so that right now, Zoei can sing with 00:23:07.48\00:23:11.29 Ms. Brenda playing, I don't even have to be at the piano 00:23:11.32\00:23:13.33 and she is gonna to sing for you live right now, aren't you? 00:23:13.65\00:23:16.10 Shall we sing that. He lived and died 00:23:42.77\00:23:51.44 to buy my pardon, an empty grave is there to 00:23:51.47\00:23:59.88 prove my Savior lives. Because he lives, 00:23:59.91\00:24:09.77 I can face tomorrow. Because he lives, 00:24:10.20\00:24:19.41 all fear is gone. Because I know 00:24:19.77\00:24:27.64 he holds the future, And life is worth the 00:24:28.05\00:24:35.96 living just because he lives. Amen. That was beautiful Zoei, 00:24:35.99\00:24:49.90 do you like singing for Jesus? Yes. 00:24:50.14\00:24:52.06 You do and you know lots of songs, don't you, I've heard 00:24:52.09\00:24:55.85 you even knew the old rugged cross. 00:24:55.88\00:24:57.74 And you sing that one, an amazing grace, 00:24:58.07\00:25:00.24 I've have some wonderful songs and mom, can you tell us 00:25:00.96\00:25:03.83 you know, has Zoei had any special training 00:25:04.63\00:25:07.27 I am sure moms and dads all over the world want 00:25:07.30\00:25:09.11 to know how did Zoei get to sing like that, she is only 00:25:09.14\00:25:11.28 three years old. Actually, none of us sing 00:25:11.31\00:25:13.77 you know my husband and I, we don't sing and we don't know 00:25:13.80\00:25:17.90 how she picked it up, but the thing is the day when she 00:25:17.93\00:25:20.65 was born we actually played Christian music to her all the 00:25:20.68\00:25:23.79 time, so I believe she picked all the songs just by 00:25:23.82\00:25:27.74 listening to the CD. That we played to her 00:25:27.77\00:25:30.49 and so, and we definitely know this is a gift from God 00:25:30.91\00:25:35.60 because like I said none of us know how to sing, 00:25:35.63\00:25:37.97 and the fact that she can sing and memorize songs and 00:25:38.41\00:25:41.29 music that amazes us too, yeah. It's a very amazing, 00:25:41.32\00:25:45.28 well Zoei, I wanna thank you for coming on Kids Time 00:25:45.31\00:25:48.14 and sharing with boys and girls all over the world. 00:25:48.17\00:25:50.80 In fact even more people are gonna see you 00:25:51.00\00:25:52.86 sing now then ever before.
