It's time to share there is a world out there 00:00:03.50\00:00:06.87 looking for a friend like Jesus, it's time to share 00:00:07.31\00:00:12.01 there is a world out there. Let's tell them that 00:00:12.04\00:00:14.64 He loves us so. Let's tell them that He 00:00:14.72\00:00:18.19 loves us so. Kids Time, Kids Time, Kids Time. 00:00:18.49\00:00:25.31 Hi boys and girls, today I like to show you a 00:00:25.34\00:00:26.98 picture of my brothers and sisters. In this picture 00:00:27.16\00:00:29.73 you will see my mom in the background and 00:00:30.04\00:00:31.97 my two brothers up in front. There's my brother 00:00:32.01\00:00:34.29 Jim and I am just gonna go around the circle 00:00:34.46\00:00:36.37 here behind brother Jim is my sister Cinda then 00:00:36.51\00:00:39.50 there is Miss Brenda my mom. My sister Linda 00:00:39.53\00:00:42.33 and then my baby brother Kenny and it's my 00:00:42.39\00:00:44.82 baby brother Kenny that I am gonna talk to you 00:00:45.05\00:00:46.68 about today. You know I'm so blessed and grown 00:00:46.73\00:00:49.10 up with two brothers and two sisters and I love 00:00:49.13\00:00:51.20 them so much and you know what I know they 00:00:51.25\00:00:53.27 love me too, but even the most loving brothers 00:00:53.32\00:00:55.86 and sisters some times do have disagreements 00:00:55.94\00:00:58.24 and when you have disagreements you can hurt 00:00:58.47\00:01:00.45 each other very deeply without even meaning to. 00:01:00.58\00:01:02.84 Well I wanna tell you about my brother Kenny. 00:01:03.53\00:01:05.82 When I was just a young girl I loved to bake 00:01:06.83\00:01:09.31 delicious things in the oven in fact, if there was 00:01:09.39\00:01:12.07 anything that went in the oven I wanted to bake it. 00:01:12.20\00:01:14.62 I loved taking things to Potlucks at church too and 00:01:15.16\00:01:18.29 I liked how the people at church would always 00:01:18.42\00:01:20.22 brag at how, what a wonderful baker I was. 00:01:20.32\00:01:22.79 And I kind of liked that and I kind of liked the 00:01:23.32\00:01:25.46 attention they gave me, which isn't always good, 00:01:25.56\00:01:27.63 because you know what? You get all puffed up 00:01:27.81\00:01:29.47 with pride and that's not right. Well my little 00:01:29.59\00:01:33.01 brother Kenny whenever I was baking he wanted 00:01:33.11\00:01:35.44 to be right there in the kitchen with me and 00:01:35.47\00:01:37.49 some times I didn't always wanted him by me in 00:01:37.75\00:01:39.96 the kitchen because it was hard to keep him out 00:01:40.03\00:01:41.74 from stirring and slopping it around and everything. 00:01:41.84\00:01:44.01 I wasn't always patient with him and I some times 00:01:44.26\00:01:47.86 I told him I didn't want him to help me and he 00:01:47.92\00:01:49.42 want to be up there and please he wanted to 00:01:49.68\00:01:50.98 help anyway. Well one time when I was making 00:01:51.05\00:01:53.45 I guess, I think Kenny was about five years old 00:01:54.18\00:01:56.37 and he decided he was gonna help me bake in the 00:01:57.05\00:01:59.18 kitchen. Now I didn't really want him to, 00:01:59.28\00:02:01.75 but he was decided he was gonna help me, 00:02:01.82\00:02:04.35 so he sat up on the corner and he was watching 00:02:04.51\00:02:07.62 me he says, you know, bake my cookies. 00:02:07.81\00:02:09.71 Well unbeknownst to me he did a little more 00:02:10.24\00:02:13.31 than watch. He helped a little too much, 00:02:13.47\00:02:15.48 but I didn't find out until we went to the Potluck 00:02:15.73\00:02:18.02 at church and everyone looked at my beautiful 00:02:18.13\00:02:20.84 cookies and they said oh these cookies look so 00:02:20.93\00:02:23.33 delicious and then they started take a bite out 00:02:23.42\00:02:25.77 of them and you know what they did. 00:02:25.80\00:02:26.89 They went out and they started spitting them out. 00:02:27.11\00:02:31.53 I was so amazed I didn't know what the matter 00:02:32.32\00:02:34.06 was. My brother Kenny when I wasn't looking 00:02:34.18\00:02:38.42 at him poured a whole lot of salt in my cookies 00:02:38.47\00:02:41.60 and even though they looked delicious they 00:02:41.74\00:02:43.87 tasted terrible. Oh my I was so upset with Kenny. 00:02:44.36\00:02:47.92 I was so, that he had embarrassed me in front 00:02:47.95\00:02:49.99 of those people at church and I was so mad at him, 00:02:50.05\00:02:53.43 poor Kenny. You know, I eventually realized 00:02:54.02\00:02:56.75 how wrong I was to hold a grudge against him 00:02:56.83\00:02:59.10 and I forgave him. He didn't mean to dump the 00:02:59.56\00:03:02.28 salt in my cookies. He thought he was helping me 00:03:02.38\00:03:04.34 and, you know what, he forgave me for being 00:03:04.78\00:03:06.89 so angry. You know boys and girls I am so 00:03:07.02\00:03:09.54 thankful for forgiveness, aren't you? 00:03:09.72\00:03:11.40 Forgiveness helped me and my brother and it 00:03:11.86\00:03:13.91 changed our hearts and our attitudes towards each 00:03:13.97\00:03:15.93 other and forgiveness is like that. Our Bible story 00:03:15.98\00:03:19.41 today is about that kind of forgiveness and how 00:03:19.44\00:03:21.61 it changed one man's heart toward his brother. 00:03:21.64\00:03:24.29 Maybe it will help you forgive someone who hurts you. 00:03:25.03\00:03:27.71 Because it makes Jesus happy when we choose to 00:03:28.16\00:03:30.47 forgive doesn't it. Well right now its time 00:03:30.56\00:03:33.11 for Ranger Jim let's see what he has for us today. 00:03:33.14\00:03:35.71 Hi boys and girls, Ranger Jim saying welcome 00:03:43.29\00:03:45.15 to Nature Time. We're glad you can join us today; 00:03:45.22\00:03:47.46 we're at Southern Adventist University at 00:03:47.87\00:03:49.18 Collegedale, Tennessee. We are out in this 00:03:49.29\00:03:51.32 beautiful scene and there's cars behind us or 00:03:51.40\00:03:53.62 traffic can be here, but we are going to be 00:03:53.75\00:03:55.70 talking about a special time with my friend Korine 00:03:55.80\00:03:58.30 today. Korine, what are we doing today? 00:03:58.41\00:04:00.18 Today we are talking about some of the most 00:04:00.62\00:04:02.75 beautiful places and things. Have you boys and 00:04:02.84\00:04:06.10 girls ever been out Sabbath afternoon hike, 00:04:06.30\00:04:08.73 it's one of my favorite things. Mine too, I love it. 00:04:08.97\00:04:11.83 My favorite thing to do though is to hike 00:04:12.71\00:04:14.51 beside water. Creeks, streams, lakes right, 00:04:14.59\00:04:18.56 the ocean all of those places. Neat thing about 00:04:18.61\00:04:21.68 the ocean is that you can find shells and all 00:04:21.78\00:04:25.00 kinds of neat things as well as like animal tracks. 00:04:25.14\00:04:28.45 You can find places where animals have left 00:04:28.84\00:04:31.30 their mark. Why would that be? The reason for 00:04:31.59\00:04:34.88 that is because they love the water the same 00:04:34.96\00:04:39.83 as we do, as well as they need the water, 00:04:39.95\00:04:42.33 it's the place where they can get food, 00:04:42.82\00:04:44.31 shelter and they are able then to leave and 00:04:44.70\00:04:47.97 show us and if we're patient, if we're patient we 00:04:48.13\00:04:52.04 may actually see the animals come back again. 00:04:52.15\00:04:54.73 Yeah, yeah that would be. That's a neat thing 00:04:55.22\00:04:56.63 to do and go for, our children like to use to go, 00:04:56.75\00:04:59.04 we had a stream near by and we would walk 00:04:59.07\00:05:01.41 there and they would go up, they could collect 00:05:01.66\00:05:03.83 everything. Weed flowers along on the bank, 00:05:03.93\00:05:06.10 or what have you. Then there will be a shallow 00:05:06.36\00:05:07.94 place and a muddy place and there what could 00:05:08.21\00:05:10.15 you see there? One of my favorite things to 00:05:10.18\00:05:13.54 collect is stones. You could find the most wonderful 00:05:13.63\00:05:17.38 stone in creeks and brooks. This is a stone that 00:05:17.49\00:05:22.23 I found in a brook and if you'll notice it's fairly 00:05:22.33\00:05:29.59 smooth. It is, it is very smooth. Isn't it? 00:05:29.70\00:05:32.89 It also has neat little markings and these are 00:05:34.28\00:05:37.27 actually called quartz and these quartz are 00:05:37.48\00:05:42.37 actually crystals and they're beautiful. 00:05:42.41\00:05:45.19 They are beautiful it look like little tiny diamonds, 00:05:45.22\00:05:47.15 don't they. The water has done this to it. 00:05:47.33\00:05:50.42 It has smoothed it down, it has made it so that 00:05:50.55\00:05:53.11 all those sharp edges are gone. I have some 00:05:53.27\00:05:56.15 more stones. This one's not quite as smooth. 00:05:56.25\00:06:00.20 It still has some rough edges. Do you think? 00:06:01.12\00:06:02.09 It does it has some holes in it and looks like 00:06:02.95\00:06:05.37 the water worked on it, but it must have been 00:06:05.43\00:06:07.58 made out of tougher stuff because it's not quite 00:06:07.72\00:06:09.86 as smooth as it was before. Right. If you like 00:06:09.92\00:06:14.31 to play in the water this is the way to go. 00:06:14.36\00:06:17.08 This is a skipping stone. Skip the stone right, 00:06:17.72\00:06:21.53 I love it. This is great for standing beside a Creek 00:06:21.69\00:06:25.07 or a Lake and you just don't know what to do. 00:06:25.10\00:06:27.57 It's Sabbath afternoon this is great. 00:06:27.65\00:06:29.80 You can get out there and throw that skipping 00:06:29.83\00:06:32.27 stone and see how far you can make it fly. 00:06:32.31\00:06:34.76 How many times you skip 1, 2, 3, 4 the big contest 00:06:35.50\00:06:38.02 8 or 9 times you cast it after it goes through 00:06:38.32\00:06:40.42 like that. The wonderful things about these stones 00:06:40.48\00:06:44.13 is that the water has made them each into 00:06:44.26\00:06:46.30 something unique and beautiful. Right. 00:06:46.47\00:06:48.57 And you know God has the tendency to work on 00:06:49.59\00:06:52.01 our hearts and make us smooth out all those 00:06:52.21\00:06:54.16 rough edges. Yeah he made, just like the 00:06:54.35\00:06:56.58 water does to the stone. Just take all those rough 00:06:56.61\00:06:59.19 edges and polish it and polish it and polish it. 00:06:59.30\00:07:02.85 I just by chance happen to have one here, 00:07:03.11\00:07:05.42 see this one, isn't this a beauty, and that's 00:07:06.11\00:07:08.34 beautiful. Now, that's beautiful. Now Ranger 00:07:08.48\00:07:09.55 Jim took this one from the time it was very rough 00:07:09.58\00:07:13.30 had lot of debris on it. Like with boys and girls 00:07:13.33\00:07:16.25 and older boys and girls even like Ranger Jim 00:07:16.28\00:07:18.52 we may have bad habits. We may have temper 00:07:18.96\00:07:21.25 tantrums, or those kind of things as they're 00:07:21.44\00:07:24.25 polished away from us. We become more Christ 00:07:24.50\00:07:27.01 like and if we become more Christ like we become 00:07:27.04\00:07:29.54 more beautiful. So we can learn so many lessons 00:07:29.75\00:07:32.55 from that and when we were talking about that, 00:07:32.79\00:07:34.97 I couldn't recall when our children were very young, 00:07:35.32\00:07:37.89 their favorite thing to do was also Sabbath 00:07:38.30\00:07:41.49 Afternoon walks and hikes. So thank you so 00:07:41.53\00:07:43.68 much for coming in and talking to us about this, 00:07:43.75\00:07:46.24 so boys and girls I hope you will go on a Nature 00:07:46.48\00:07:49.07 Hike every Sabbath afternoon, look for the 00:07:49.14\00:07:51.81 tracks, look for the stones and all of these 00:07:51.84\00:07:54.33 things. And enjoy them because God wants us 00:07:54.50\00:07:57.15 to see those things and see his handy work, 00:07:57.30\00:08:00.18 and that's what it's all about. So Ranger Jim 00:08:00.38\00:08:02.68 is always saying boys and girls don't 00:08:02.74\00:08:05.03 forget to tell Jesus you love him 00:08:05.06\00:08:06.75 because he really does love you. 00:08:06.99\00:08:09.94 The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want. 00:08:17.06\00:08:19.71 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures. 00:08:20.41\00:08:22.98 His sheep am I. In God's green pastures feeding, 00:08:23.33\00:08:31.35 by His cool waters lie, 00:08:31.42\00:08:33.69 Soft in the evening walk my Lord and I; 00:08:34.06\00:08:37.29 All the sheep of His pasture 00:08:37.70\00:08:39.70 fare so wondrously fine, His sheep am I. 00:08:39.84\00:08:46.00 Waters cool pastures green, 00:08:46.10\00:08:49.76 In the evening walk my Lord and I; 00:08:50.24\00:08:54.16 Dark the night, rough the way, 00:08:54.33\00:08:58.01 Step by step, my Lord and I. 00:08:58.42\00:09:02.45 Waters cool pastures green, 00:09:19.65\00:09:23.70 In the evening walk my Lord and I; 00:09:23.88\00:09:27.77 Dark the night, rough the way, 00:09:27.89\00:09:31.66 Step by step, my Lord and I. 00:09:32.12\00:09:35.99 In God's green pastures feeding, by His cool 00:09:36.29\00:09:39.47 waters lie, Soft in the evening walk my Lord and I; 00:09:39.79\00:09:44.55 All the sheep of His pasture fare so wondrously 00:09:44.97\00:09:48.52 fine, His sheep am I. 00:09:48.75\00:09:53.95 Welcome to Learning Time, thanks for come and 00:10:02.85\00:10:05.34 buy hey I'm gonna teach you a really, 00:10:05.47\00:10:08.56 really neat science trick. Would you like 00:10:08.60\00:10:10.37 to learn it? And would you like one? Yes. 00:10:10.40\00:10:13.82 Well I have got two helpers with me. 00:10:13.85\00:10:14.95 Here I have got Jayden and Lenny. 00:10:15.08\00:10:16.56 Would you two like to learn a science trick? 00:10:16.67\00:10:18.46 Yes. Well you know some people think that this 00:10:18.96\00:10:21.04 is magic. But you know, I don't magic, 00:10:21.07\00:10:23.12 because I do science, but you know sometimes 00:10:23.15\00:10:25.97 science looks like it's magic doesn't it? 00:10:26.03\00:10:28.30 Well, it's gonna look like it's magic today. 00:10:28.85\00:10:30.86 In fact, I have given you something and I want 00:10:30.89\00:10:33.23 you to check these pieces of equipment out. 00:10:33.37\00:10:35.42 What's this? A chain right, this happens to be a 00:10:35.84\00:10:39.18 chain in fact it's a ball chain because it looks like 00:10:39.37\00:10:42.04 it's made out of little balls isn't it? So it has 00:10:42.13\00:10:44.45 a name. Everything has a name, now we are 00:10:44.58\00:10:47.10 gonna take that chain, we are gonna put it, 00:10:47.16\00:10:48.93 we're gonna take these fingers and we gonna 00:10:49.29\00:10:50.87 put the chain right over, just like that. 00:10:50.97\00:10:52.61 Can you do that? That's exactly right. 00:10:52.80\00:10:54.62 Now I have this little ring right here and I'm 00:10:55.00\00:10:57.03 gonna take the ring and I'm gonna hold it 00:10:57.06\00:10:58.92 in my hand just like I was making a okay sign. 00:10:58.95\00:11:01.73 You make that sign don't you? It's just okay 00:11:01.91\00:11:04.25 right, okay, alright. Now, as you hold it like the 00:11:04.42\00:11:07.54 okay sign, I want you to put the chain 00:11:07.71\00:11:09.70 right inside of the ring. You got it? 00:11:10.07\00:11:12.86 That's exactly right, now what we are gonna 00:11:13.42\00:11:15.98 do is I'm gonna, what would happen if I 00:11:16.03\00:11:18.34 just let the ring go. What would happen? 00:11:18.41\00:11:20.56 You think we drop? Shall we try it? 00:11:21.71\00:11:23.21 Okay so I'm gonna let it go and it's gonna 00:11:23.71\00:11:25.34 slide right down the chain and it dropped you 00:11:25.45\00:11:28.22 were right. It drops down. Now why does it 00:11:28.31\00:11:30.81 drop down rather than dropping up? 00:11:30.98\00:11:32.71 What pulls things down? Gravity, Gravity pulls 00:11:34.53\00:11:38.63 things down. It pulls you down and me down. 00:11:38.73\00:11:40.66 Now hey, but lets watch that one more time, 00:11:40.79\00:11:44.05 now I'm not gonna play a trick on you really. 00:11:44.40\00:11:47.88 I'm gonna use some really interesting science. 00:11:48.34\00:11:50.29 Do you like science, don't you Lenny? 00:11:50.37\00:11:51.67 What do you like most of all about science? 00:11:52.03\00:11:54.10 You like to do things experiments? 00:11:54.97\00:11:56.59 Yeah. Yeah, what about you Jayden? Yeah. 00:11:57.03\00:11:59.59 You like experiments too and to make things. 00:12:00.07\00:12:02.12 Oh well I think that's interesting too. 00:12:02.59\00:12:04.87 Now today I'm going to have you watch my hands 00:12:05.26\00:12:08.86 very, very quickly, I'm gonna do something, 00:12:09.03\00:12:11.67 but you what my fingers never leave my hand. 00:12:11.89\00:12:15.29 They don't, they stay right on my hand, 00:12:16.02\00:12:17.11 but something is gonna happen that's gonna 00:12:17.28\00:12:19.16 be hard for you to figure out. I'm gonna drop 00:12:19.19\00:12:21.52 my ring and you see what happens when I 00:12:21.63\00:12:23.89 drop my ring. Here it goes, give me a 3, 00:12:24.10\00:12:26.35 2, 1 guys. 3, 2, 1, and I will drop them, 00:12:26.38\00:12:31.17 well what happened? It got stuck; it got tied up 00:12:31.87\00:12:35.39 on the ring. Hey, can you try that? 00:12:35.42\00:12:37.99 Give it a try. Drop yours, can you get yours all 00:12:38.33\00:12:40.88 tied up on your chain. Did you do it? 00:12:40.95\00:12:43.07 Well try it. Drop it, well try it again. 00:12:43.85\00:12:47.71 Try to get it, Lenny, you got to try this thing. 00:12:47.86\00:12:49.85 We got to learn this. This is a science trick. 00:12:49.93\00:12:52.07 Look at, she got it. That's wonderful. 00:12:52.22\00:12:54.31 Are you guys doing it? Let's go put it here. 00:12:54.44\00:12:56.62 Lets try it again. We gonna put it right there 00:12:56.81\00:12:58.50 and then we gonna drop it and 3, 2, 1 and 00:12:59.35\00:13:03.26 we drop it in well and it gets tied up. 00:13:03.31\00:13:05.75 Now do you know how you can learn that trick? 00:13:06.18\00:13:08.45 Do you know how you guys can learn that trick, 00:13:09.14\00:13:11.04 so you can do it every time. Well here's the secret. 00:13:11.07\00:13:13.57 What you do is you will never give up because 00:13:13.81\00:13:16.35 if you give up you will never be able to learn the 00:13:16.48\00:13:18.94 trick. Well you're gonna have to work on that 00:13:19.03\00:13:21.45 trick and you can get a ring and a piece of 00:13:21.54\00:13:24.59 chain like this and practice that trick. 00:13:24.84\00:13:26.88 You can know, that reminds me of something 00:13:27.31\00:13:29.23 that's very important and that is gravity. 00:13:29.31\00:13:31.56 How many of you ever thought that gravity was 00:13:32.21\00:13:34.34 real important? Have you ever thought about 00:13:34.41\00:13:35.84 gravity before? Well, I gonna tell you something 00:13:35.92\00:13:38.76 interesting about gravity. If it wasn't for gravity 00:13:39.05\00:13:42.13 you know what you and I couldn't even live. 00:13:42.38\00:13:45.13 You know why we couldn't live if there wasn't any 00:13:45.56\00:13:47.10 gravity. There's no, what? Air. That's right. 00:13:47.34\00:13:51.68 There would be any air. Jayden, you're right, 00:13:51.79\00:13:53.68 because gravity pulls the air down and keeps the 00:13:54.02\00:13:57.28 air down here on planet earth, so that we can 00:13:57.62\00:14:00.22 breath it. If the air goes up and there wasn't 00:14:00.31\00:14:02.91 gravity. We wouldn't even have any air because 00:14:02.97\00:14:04.98 the air would just float in the space and that wouldn't 00:14:05.13\00:14:08.27 be a good thing. Wouldn't it? No. Well, God knew 00:14:08.30\00:14:11.31 exactly what he was doing. When he created 00:14:11.47\00:14:13.67 air and when he created gravitational pulls 00:14:13.90\00:14:17.13 that gravitation pull keeps the air down here, 00:14:17.53\00:14:20.71 so that we can breath. Isn't that a good thing? 00:14:20.83\00:14:22.43 Yeah. Every time we learn something new 00:14:22.94\00:14:24.90 about science. We learn something 00:14:25.16\00:14:26.69 new about our creator God. 00:14:26.84\00:14:29.58 There was a great findings. Yes it was. 00:14:40.43\00:14:42.61 Hello boys, stand up, we brought you furs, 00:14:43.45\00:14:46.25 Simon, how are you? Good to see you. 00:14:46.35\00:14:48.32 I see you get some furs for me. Do you have 00:14:48.66\00:14:51.82 some shekels for us? Well here how much do you want. 00:14:51.91\00:14:55.19 Well I don't know 40 shekels. 40 shekels? 00:14:56.14\00:14:59.96 How about 35. 35, Simon, are you some 00:15:00.49\00:15:05.66 kind of jokester or perhaps a story teller. 00:15:05.74\00:15:08.76 Well speaking of stories have you heard what 00:15:09.52\00:15:11.95 happen to our Master Esau? Esau? 00:15:12.01\00:15:14.41 Yes, Esau he's a changed man. He's nicer, 00:15:14.47\00:15:17.26 kinder, even more polite. Esau, kind, polite. 00:15:17.74\00:15:21.66 It all started with the bunch of stinking sheep. 00:15:23.15\00:15:26.38 Is he in the sheep business now? 00:15:26.87\00:15:28.34 No, but it wasn't just sheep, it was oxen too. 00:15:28.44\00:15:31.38 There were gifts from his brother Jacob. 00:15:31.81\00:15:35.02 His brother Jacob is back. Yes, well tell me about 00:15:35.90\00:15:40.87 it. When Esau found out that Jacob was 00:15:40.91\00:15:42.94 sending him these gifts and he was quote, 00:15:43.03\00:15:45.01 he was furious. Now you remember Jacob's 00:15:45.51\00:15:47.75 the one who did him wrong. Who stole his birth 00:15:47.78\00:15:49.92 right. Right. Well Esau got all of us together 00:15:50.01\00:15:53.12 and he said grab your swords boys, 00:15:53.43\00:15:55.57 we're going for out. We were going out for revenge. 00:15:55.67\00:15:57.83 We were ready to fight. We were prepared. 00:15:57.86\00:15:59.47 Did you do it? Well we got stopped. 00:15:59.57\00:16:02.00 What stopped you? A dream, a dream, 00:16:03.01\00:16:06.76 see it was nightfall we were ready to go, 00:16:06.79\00:16:07.85 but well the Sun set and we had to make camp. 00:16:08.04\00:16:10.56 Esau had a dream and in the dream he saw 00:16:11.44\00:16:13.48 Jacob and he saw Jacob sad because his 00:16:13.61\00:16:16.90 mother has died and sad because he had 00:16:16.93\00:16:18.86 been away from home for 20 years, 00:16:18.89\00:16:20.54 but even more important in that he saw angels, 00:16:21.06\00:16:24.45 guarding Jacob's camp all the way around, 00:16:24.86\00:16:27.38 angels around the entire camp. He woke us 00:16:27.52\00:16:30.22 up in the middle of the night and he said man, 00:16:30.25\00:16:32.12 we can't attack Jacob. He is protected by the 00:16:32.77\00:16:35.43 Lord Almighty. Yeah, you can't fight angels, no, 00:16:35.48\00:16:38.87 no way to it. Well we don't know what to do 00:16:39.34\00:16:42.17 so, but Esau still wanted to see his brother, 00:16:42.24\00:16:44.97 so we went to Jacob's camp and then in the 00:16:45.33\00:16:48.03 distance I saw an older looking man hunched over 00:16:48.09\00:16:51.55 and crippled and very pale. Who was that? 00:16:51.83\00:16:55.43 It was Jacob. Can you imagine, Jacob, crippled and 00:16:55.76\00:16:58.57 old. When Esau went up to him and Jacob fell 00:16:58.60\00:17:02.18 down before him seven times and he said something 00:17:02.21\00:17:05.48 about my brother, you are my master and I'm 00:17:05.69\00:17:08.40 your servant, but what's even more than that, 00:17:08.43\00:17:10.80 he was crying in front of him, Esau crying? 00:17:11.07\00:17:14.69 Melt down and was crying. I thought Esau was 00:17:14.99\00:17:18.68 shaking with rage, but he was overcome with 00:17:18.93\00:17:21.21 emotion and he bent down and I thought for 00:17:21.40\00:17:23.98 sure Jacob was gone. Wow, and he picked him 00:17:24.04\00:17:27.23 up in a great big hug. They hugged each other? 00:17:27.26\00:17:31.07 They did. They did. Esau even kissed his neck. 00:17:31.10\00:17:34.97 He did, wow. We told you he is a changed man 00:17:35.39\00:17:39.24 Esau is. I guess so, what do you suppose changed 00:17:39.37\00:17:43.25 him. He no longer holds the grudge in his heart. 00:17:43.28\00:17:47.03 Maybe he finally met the God of his fathers and 00:17:48.20\00:17:50.90 he decided to forgive his brother. Forgive, 00:17:50.93\00:17:53.63 dream helped him. Forgiveness is what changed 00:17:53.90\00:17:56.02 him. Yeah. Forgiveness is why he is nicer man. 00:17:56.06\00:17:59.49 Wow! What a story. The change that happens in 00:18:00.00\00:18:03.11 people when they forgive is amazing and he is 00:18:03.20\00:18:05.29 no longer bitter. No. He is a happier man, 00:18:05.38\00:18:08.32 he is. Speaking of being happier I have been lot 00:18:08.68\00:18:11.29 happy if you give me 40 shekels for these furs. 00:18:11.41\00:18:14.33 How about 37? Okay. That's what I got in my 00:18:15.86\00:18:22.26 purse. Well good. I was lucky to have that 00:18:22.47\00:18:26.43 much with me today. I didn't know you boys 00:18:26.50\00:18:29.01 were coming. Wow. Look at that, 37 shekels. 37. 00:18:29.09\00:18:36.32 Thank you Samson. You go back and say hi 00:18:37.48\00:18:39.99 to Esau for me. Will do. You give him my best 00:18:40.04\00:18:42.79 regards. We're all happy he's no longer angry. 00:18:42.98\00:18:45.65 Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty! 00:19:01.91\00:19:11.63 Early in the morning our song shall rise to Thee. 00:19:12.17\00:19:21.73 Holy, holy, holy, merciful and mighty! 00:19:22.35\00:19:31.87 God over all who rules eternity, 00:19:32.36\00:19:42.66 Holy, Holy, Holy Angels adore thee 00:19:58.55\00:20:08.61 Casting down their bright crowns around the glassy 00:20:09.03\00:20:16.43 sea; Thousands and ten thousands, worship will 00:20:16.58\00:20:25.98 before thee. Ricchiuti. 00:22:25.62\00:22:28.33 Well boys and girls I can hardly wait to talk to 00:22:28.84\00:22:31.22 our guests that here today. Joshua Lance. 00:22:31.75\00:22:33.81 Hi, Joshua, hello. Joshua I'm excited you said your 00:22:33.84\00:22:37.24 Aunt Sonia recently went to, came to visit you. 00:22:37.48\00:22:40.50 Yes. And she talked with some people with you 00:22:40.53\00:22:43.86 and tell me about your experience? Yes. 00:22:43.95\00:22:45.78 We have a little beach down at the end of our 00:22:45.97\00:22:47.53 neighborhood and so went down talk to this lady 00:22:47.56\00:22:50.31 that kind of watches over everything and I sang 00:22:50.47\00:22:53.67 for her, I sang, make me a servant and we give 00:22:53.70\00:22:55.52 her a little bookmark. With the scripture on it, 00:22:55.62\00:22:58.64 yes, with the scripture on it and we told about 00:22:58.67\00:23:00.58 her about 3ABN she had asked about what it stood 00:23:00.72\00:23:02.46 for, so I told her the Three Angels Broadcasting 00:23:02.69\00:23:04.54 Network and so I said you know Three Angels 00:23:04.58\00:23:07.54 Broadcasting Networks the three angel's message. 00:23:07.75\00:23:09.23 Right, had she heard of the Three Angels Message. 00:23:09.72\00:23:11.95 Oh I think she had 'cause she said yes, 00:23:12.23\00:23:13.98 and then she said that it gave her goosebumps 00:23:14.85\00:23:16.40 when I was sang for her so, and then just after 00:23:16.69\00:23:19.90 that we went to camp meeting and that's when 00:23:20.01\00:23:22.04 she went with us too, right, and I sang at a 00:23:22.07\00:23:25.53 Seventh-Day Adventist church. And you sang for 00:23:25.65\00:23:27.67 the main auditorium at the camp. Yes, I sang 00:23:27.70\00:23:29.39 for the main auditorium, a big old giant room and 00:23:29.54\00:23:32.36 there were lots of people where you really nerves. 00:23:32.79\00:23:34.24 Oh, yes, there were lots of people not at all, 00:23:34.27\00:23:35.24 it was fun and so I was sang there and then I 00:23:35.25\00:23:38.71 went to the junior division where we had meetings 00:23:38.79\00:23:40.71 and it was really fun, and, you sang for some 00:23:40.80\00:23:43.61 teenagers too, didn't you? Yes, actually not, 00:23:43.64\00:23:46.40 I sang for them in the auditorium when the 00:23:46.57\00:23:48.47 teenagers were there. Okay and they asked as if 00:23:48.75\00:23:50.42 I was singing, they said wow. I thought teenagers 00:23:50.50\00:23:53.62 didn't want to be around little kids so I was 00:23:53.72\00:23:55.07 like wow. I mean you know. So, you were able 00:23:55.13\00:23:57.80 to witness to them about Jesus too? Yes, 00:23:57.92\00:23:59.40 but I didn't have time to come and sing there, 00:23:59.83\00:24:01.27 and the kids really and kids really enjoyed it and 00:24:01.31\00:24:05.55 give the glory to God. That's right, 'cause when 00:24:05.73\00:24:08.37 we sing about Jesus it's always about Jesus 00:24:08.61\00:24:10.63 right? Yes. And which one of your favorite songs 00:24:10.77\00:24:13.22 did you sing? I love you Lord and face to face is 00:24:13.25\00:24:16.06 one of my favorites. It has such emotion in it and 00:24:16.51\00:24:20.59 what other songs, and seek ye first. 00:24:20.62\00:24:24.44 I like that one too. Yes, and make me a servant 00:24:25.20\00:24:28.21 too, I love that one where your sang give me, 00:24:28.28\00:24:29.65 give them all to Jesus.
