It's time to 00:00:06.80\00:00:11.10 share there's a world out there; Let's tell 00:00:11.13\00:00:14.14 them that He loves us so. Let's tell them that 00:00:14.17\00:00:18.21 He loves us so. Kids Time, Kids Time, Kids Time. 00:00:18.24\00:00:24.19 Hi, boys and girls, do you know I brought 00:00:24.22\00:00:26.09 my piggy bank to show you today isn't he 00:00:26.12\00:00:28.40 cute, he has got such a cute little smile on 00:00:28.43\00:00:30.93 his face here and he's even got a little gleam 00:00:30.96\00:00:33.19 in his eye doesn't he. Oh! I think he is so 00:00:33.22\00:00:36.32 adorable and you know what I've got room 00:00:36.35\00:00:39.57 for a lot more money and here it's a great way 00:00:39.60\00:00:41.68 for Miss Brenda to save her money. My piggy 00:00:41.71\00:00:44.17 bank is near and dear to my heart. In fact, 00:00:44.20\00:00:46.18 I wouldn't wanna give it up for anything, 00:00:46.21\00:00:48.50 would I, you know, I also live in a house that I 00:00:48.99\00:00:52.11 like very much, it has a nice big kitchen because 00:00:52.14\00:00:54.53 you know Miss Brenda loves to bake and I 00:00:54.56\00:00:56.55 bake and bake and bake, I can just bake to my 00:00:56.58\00:00:58.97 heart still I because baking is my favorite thing 00:00:59.00\00:01:01.70 to do. At least one of them, well my kitchen is 00:01:01.73\00:01:04.50 near and dear to my heart and you know what I 00:01:04.53\00:01:06.60 wouldn't wanna give it up for anything 00:01:06.63\00:01:08.50 or would I. You know, boys and girls have you 00:01:08.73\00:01:13.30 ever love something so much that you 00:01:13.33\00:01:15.12 caught yourself saying I wouldn't wanna 00:01:15.15\00:01:16.89 give that up for anything I just loved that so 00:01:16.92\00:01:19.35 much, but Jesus wants us about that, he said: 00:01:19.38\00:01:23.37 For where your treasure is, there your heart 00:01:23.40\00:01:26.19 will be also. Look that up in Luke 12:34 and 00:01:26.22\00:01:29.70 also the Apostle Paul wrote: Since, then, you have 00:01:29.73\00:01:32.59 been raised with Christ, set your heart on 00:01:32.62\00:01:35.19 things above, where Christ is seated at the right 00:01:35.22\00:01:38.09 hand of God. And that's in found Colossians 3:1. 00:01:38.12\00:01:41.19 You know, I don't want you boys and girls to 00:01:41.99\00:01:44.16 ever like anything on this earth become so dear 00:01:44.19\00:01:46.69 to you that you wouldn't give it up for anything. 00:01:46.72\00:01:49.12 In fact I don't want anything for Miss Brenda to 00:01:49.69\00:01:51.76 be so important to me that I wouldn't give it up 00:01:51.79\00:01:53.62 for anything. In fact, you know what my precious 00:01:53.65\00:01:55.81 little pig here, I think I have a, I have a special 00:01:55.84\00:01:58.69 friend that I know collects pigs and she would love this 00:01:58.72\00:02:01.38 I'm gonna give Carrel Shelton my pig and 00:02:01.79\00:02:04.81 I think she will enjoy that very much. You know 00:02:05.21\00:02:07.81 boys and girls remember your treasure is in 00:02:07.84\00:02:09.79 heaven and that is where your heart should be also. 00:02:09.82\00:02:13.09 Well, right now let's join Miss Emily in the garden. 00:02:13.63\00:02:16.16 Hey, boys and girls I'm here in my garden 00:02:23.64\00:02:26.48 and I'm observing all of the cool insects that grow 00:02:26.51\00:02:29.52 here in the garden. One of the neatest insects 00:02:29.55\00:02:32.42 that lives here is the butterfly, there are over 00:02:32.45\00:02:35.93 17,000 different kinds of butterflies and the 00:02:35.96\00:02:39.49 summertime is the best time to observe all 00:02:39.52\00:02:42.35 of the different butterflies that fly around my flowers. 00:02:42.38\00:02:44.84 There are a few things that I like to do whenever I 00:02:45.87\00:02:47.89 observe butterflies. First thing I like to do is see if 00:02:47.92\00:02:51.01 they fly alone or if they fly in groups. 00:02:51.04\00:02:53.24 The other thing is when do they fly do they fly 00:02:53.71\00:02:56.92 during the day or do they fly during the night? 00:02:56.95\00:02:59.40 Butterflies actually fly during the day and if you 00:02:59.94\00:03:03.12 see something that looks like a butterfly at night 00:03:03.15\00:03:05.40 that is called a moth. The other thing I like do 00:03:05.43\00:03:08.77 is, I like to see where the butterfly is go to in the 00:03:08.80\00:03:11.63 gardens, are they attracted to certain flowers 00:03:11.66\00:03:14.41 or are they attracted to a certain area of my 00:03:14.44\00:03:16.63 garden. Those are some of the favorite things that I 00:03:16.66\00:03:19.65 like to observe about butterflies. But there are 00:03:19.68\00:03:22.23 few things that you can do in your garden 00:03:22.26\00:03:24.43 to attract more butterflies. The first thing 00:03:24.46\00:03:28.02 is that you can plant certain plants that 00:03:28.18\00:03:30.24 butterflies really like and I have a few examples 00:03:30.27\00:03:35.22 here today. The first plant is called flocks, 00:03:35.25\00:03:38.80 now this plant is a perennial it comes up 00:03:39.09\00:03:41.78 year after year. So, whenever you plant a 00:03:41.81\00:03:44.53 perennial you don't have to plant it again, it will 00:03:44.56\00:03:46.82 come up year after year after year. 00:03:46.85\00:03:48.79 I kind a like to say that it celebrates the birthday 00:03:49.09\00:03:51.28 every year and butterflies like to suck the nectar 00:03:51.31\00:03:54.49 out of the flower. How do butterflies do that? 00:03:54.96\00:03:59.43 butterflies don't have mouths; I'll use my 00:03:59.76\00:04:02.62 butterfly here. This is not a real butterfly, but 00:04:02.65\00:04:05.20 just a pertain one. Butterflies don't have 00:04:05.23\00:04:07.55 mouths what they do is, they have a long 00:04:07.58\00:04:10.46 coil that they hide underneath their head, it's 00:04:10.49\00:04:12.51 kind of like a straw and what they do is they 00:04:12.54\00:04:15.28 slip that inside the flower and drink all of the 00:04:15.31\00:04:17.91 yummy nectar from it. The other thing butterflies 00:04:17.94\00:04:21.78 used are these antennas; they use these antennas to 00:04:21.81\00:04:26.10 help them find the flowers as they like in the 00:04:26.13\00:04:28.26 garden. So, a couple other flowers that you can use 00:04:28.29\00:04:31.69 in your garden, one of them is called Ageratum, 00:04:31.72\00:04:35.41 now I love this plant, this is an annual. So, it grows 00:04:35.65\00:04:39.12 only one year you have to plant this every single 00:04:39.15\00:04:42.02 year, but it's got a really nice blue color 00:04:42.05\00:04:44.32 that butterflies really like. And the last plant 00:04:44.35\00:04:47.30 that I like to plant are Zinnias, Zinnias are also an 00:04:47.33\00:04:52.30 annual and you can grow this by seed 00:04:52.33\00:04:54.59 and they come in all different kinds of colors. 00:04:54.93\00:04:57.19 Now, the last thing that you can do for butterflies 00:04:57.64\00:05:00.10 in your garden is you can take a small shallow dish 00:05:00.13\00:05:03.03 and put a couple of pebbles on in and then fill it up 00:05:03.63\00:05:09.17 with water, because butterflies like to come 00:05:09.20\00:05:10.96 get a drink. But they like a really shallow base of 00:05:10.99\00:05:13.94 water and I put the rocks in so the butterfly has 00:05:13.97\00:05:16.59 something to perch on and whenever I'm feeling 00:05:16.62\00:05:18.96 really excited to get butterflies in my garden 00:05:18.99\00:05:21.14 I normally put a piece of sweet fruit in their, 00:05:21.17\00:05:23.92 such as watermelon or banana and that's a really 00:05:23.95\00:05:26.41 nice natural sweet treat for the butterflies. 00:05:26.44\00:05:28.88 Well, boys and girls I'm gonna keep my idea 00:05:30.12\00:05:32.08 for more butterflies in the garden, but first I wanna 00:05:32.11\00:05:34.84 encourage you everyday to sow the seeds of God's love. 00:05:34.87\00:05:38.69 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. 00:05:45.98\00:05:48.69 If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, 00:05:48.72\00:05:51.67 I will come in and dine with him, 00:05:51.83\00:05:53.90 and he with me. Revelation 3:20. 00:05:53.93\00:05:57.00 Behold, Behold I stand at the door and knock, knock, 00:06:03.01\00:06:08.17 knock Behold, Behold I stand at the door and knock 00:06:08.20\00:06:13.72 knock, knock If any girl hear my voice. If any boy 00:06:13.75\00:06:18.52 hear my voice, And will open, open, open the door, 00:06:18.55\00:06:23.68 I will come in. Behold, Behold I stand at the door 00:06:23.71\00:06:31.42 and knock, knock, knock Behold, Behold 00:06:31.45\00:06:35.47 I stand at the door and knock, knock, knock 00:06:35.50\00:06:38.77 If any girl hear my voice, If any boy hear my voice, 00:06:38.80\00:06:44.75 And will open, open, open the door, 00:06:44.78\00:06:47.96 I will come in. I will come in 00:06:47.99\00:06:59.73 Welcome to Learning Time, I'm glad you 00:07:07.53\00:07:09.82 joined us today and I've got two special 00:07:09.85\00:07:11.98 helpers. Let's see who they are? Serena, 00:07:12.01\00:07:14.43 you're back hey thanks for helping me today. 00:07:14.46\00:07:16.64 Welcome, Tyler thanks for helping me, sure, 00:07:16.67\00:07:18.98 hey we're gonna do something interesting. 00:07:19.01\00:07:21.03 We've got some pieces of equipment here, 00:07:21.06\00:07:22.73 but you know we're gonna be safe today. 00:07:22.76\00:07:24.29 And you can try this experiment at home, 00:07:24.72\00:07:27.63 so we're just gonna do it here and we're gonna 00:07:27.66\00:07:29.75 use some safety equipment, what it is? Safety glasses, 00:07:29.78\00:07:34.15 the safety glasses will you mind putting those 00:07:34.18\00:07:35.80 on Serena okay and Tyler I've got a pair for you 00:07:35.83\00:07:38.07 as well and I have got a pair too. Well, don't we 00:07:38.10\00:07:41.22 look good with our glasses on? Yeah, they look great. 00:07:41.25\00:07:45.05 Well hey today, we're gonna be talking about 00:07:45.08\00:07:47.58 heat and cold and you know what happens, 00:07:47.61\00:07:50.57 when things get cold something happens that's 00:07:50.83\00:07:53.84 very interesting because every things made on a 00:07:53.87\00:07:56.04 molecules isn't? Yeah, you are, the air is, the 00:07:56.07\00:07:58.92 food that we eat, the chair and this, this, this can, 00:07:58.95\00:08:02.34 this canister that has gas in it. And gas is even made 00:08:02.37\00:08:05.11 out of molecule. Today, we're gonna look at piece of 00:08:05.14\00:08:07.93 brass, this is brass it's a metal and this is a ring 00:08:07.96\00:08:11.10 vand you know that most rings have a hole in them. 00:08:11.13\00:08:13.49 Did you know that? Yes, isn't that curious anyways 00:08:13.52\00:08:16.54 today we're gonna do out little experiment 00:08:16.57\00:08:18.08 and Tyler I want you to hang on to that ring 00:08:18.11\00:08:20.14 right here, the brass ring. I'm gonna put this 00:08:20.17\00:08:22.67 ball it's a solid brass ball. Well, it fit through 00:08:22.70\00:08:25.64 there, do you think? Yes, okay we're just gonna 00:08:25.67\00:08:28.20 drop it right through and see what happened wow! 00:08:28.23\00:08:30.15 And it does fit through, but that's because it's 00:08:30.18\00:08:32.78 not real warm because if we warmed this up, 00:08:32.81\00:08:35.78 you know, what happened to this little ball? 00:08:36.07\00:08:37.70 It will get big, you know how big this little ball 00:08:37.95\00:08:41.63 will get if we heated up. It will fill up the whole room, 00:08:41.66\00:08:44.99 no it won't do that but it will get bigger. In fact it 00:08:45.87\00:08:49.38 may not have been fit through the hole, shall we 00:08:49.41\00:08:51.62 try it. Sounds like an experiment, so let's go 00:08:51.65\00:08:53.99 ahead and do wow! we're gonna heat this up, 00:08:54.02\00:08:57.01 well that's really hot. We are using propane 00:08:57.13\00:09:00.45 now that's a gas, it's a fuel isn't it? 00:09:00.48\00:09:02.44 So, we're gonna heat this up and this little handle 00:09:02.65\00:09:05.21 I've got a long handle and that long handle will 00:09:05.24\00:09:07.48 keep my hand from getting warm because that 00:09:07.51\00:09:10.32 metal conducts the heat and so I don't wanna get 00:09:10.35\00:09:13.12 my hand burn. You know that reminds me if something 00:09:13.15\00:09:15.44 Serena. Give a roast anything, what you roast? 00:09:15.47\00:09:20.04 Have you ever roast marshmallows, yeah oh! 00:09:21.17\00:09:23.28 I like to roast marshmallows and sometimes you can 00:09:23.31\00:09:25.36 put some of that chocolate with it and the graham 00:09:25.39\00:09:27.84 crackers, have you ever had those small things yeah. 00:09:27.87\00:09:30.19 Oh! Do you like those? Yeah, yeah, but we can't 00:09:30.22\00:09:32.66 eat a lot of them because when I eat some more, and 00:09:32.69\00:09:34.61 I want some more, some more and some more and 00:09:34.64\00:09:36.46 that's interesting. Now, you think that's hot enough, 00:09:36.49\00:09:39.45 if it's hot enough what should have happened 00:09:39.99\00:09:41.53 to the ball class, get bigger, should it got bigger 00:09:41.56\00:09:44.87 right. Because the molecules get further apart 00:09:44.90\00:09:47.96 when they get heated up and they start to move faster 00:09:47.99\00:09:50.82 and faster, shall we try it Tyler yeah. Okay, I'm gonna 00:09:50.85\00:09:53.81 turn my heat off right here, because that's really 00:09:53.84\00:09:56.04 dangerous we're gonna put it here and let's see 00:09:56.07\00:09:58.31 if it's gonna drop through, no it's not gonna drop 00:09:58.34\00:10:00.68 through in fact what's gonna happen to it. 00:10:00.71\00:10:02.07 Can we balance it there? Look it there, it doesn't go 00:10:02.10\00:10:05.01 through, it's too big isn't that interesting. Wow! 00:10:05.04\00:10:08.35 How could we get it go through class? How could we 00:10:08.53\00:10:10.38 get it go through? Shall we try to cool it off, 00:10:10.41\00:10:13.82 yeah, yeah, oh! I think I have to lick at. No, 00:10:13.85\00:10:17.25 it's much too hot, it doesn't look like it's 00:10:17.28\00:10:19.52 dangerously hot, but it is dangerously hot. 00:10:19.55\00:10:21.98 Now, listen to the sound of this little ball cooling 00:10:22.01\00:10:25.59 down and what's gonna happen to the molecules when 00:10:25.62\00:10:27.97 we do that, get small, there are gonna get closer 00:10:28.00\00:10:30.77 together here we go let's put it in there in. Wow! 00:10:30.80\00:10:35.33 Did you hear that? Did you see that? Yeah, well, there 00:10:35.36\00:10:38.72 was some steam, some condensation that came up 00:10:38.75\00:10:40.98 there. Now, those molecules ought to be closer together 00:10:41.01\00:10:43.32 you think it will fit through there now, yeah. 00:10:43.35\00:10:45.76 Let's try it put it right here and drop it right 00:10:45.79\00:10:47.95 through and it goes right through isn't that 00:10:47.98\00:10:50.56 interesting? Yeah, now hey Serena, I'll tell you 00:10:50.59\00:10:53.39 what we're gonna do, let's put those down over here. 00:10:53.42\00:10:55.37 I have got a little model you know sometimes we 00:10:55.67\00:10:57.68 can learn a lot by using models. And why don't you 00:10:57.71\00:11:00.83 hold that for me and this is, what is that anyways? 00:11:00.86\00:11:03.91 Isn't a toy, yes have you ever used one of these 00:11:03.94\00:11:07.04 before. Well, it reminds me of molecules and when 00:11:07.07\00:11:11.04 things are cool, the molecules are closed 00:11:11.07\00:11:13.19 together. In fact, we have these little points 00:11:13.22\00:11:15.10 right here, this whole thing is called the 00:11:15.13\00:11:16.68 Hoberman Sphere and it's made out of simple 00:11:16.71\00:11:19.23 machines. It's made out of first class levers 00:11:19.26\00:11:21.73 really and when things get warmed like that ball 00:11:21.76\00:11:24.50 Tyler, those molecules get further apart and 00:11:24.53\00:11:27.60 they start going faster so can you make that 00:11:27.63\00:11:29.57 bigger for us? I think you know how to do that, 00:11:29.60\00:11:31.69 she's gonna make this thing bigger just like 00:11:31.72\00:11:33.33 when things get warm like those molecules get 00:11:33.36\00:11:35.89 further apart. Wow, did it get bigger? Yeah, 00:11:35.92\00:11:39.42 that's right and when things warm up those 00:11:39.45\00:11:41.63 molecules start to move faster and faster 00:11:41.66\00:11:43.86 and they get further apart. Serena, I bet you 00:11:43.89\00:11:47.32 can even get in there, can you get in there? Hey, 00:11:47.35\00:11:48.86 I'll hold it, can you find, can you get in there. Oh! 00:11:48.89\00:11:51.48 Hey, and she can crawl right through that hole 00:11:51.51\00:11:53.45 there you go, we will put the hole down there for you. 00:11:53.48\00:11:55.22 And she can fit all the way, Tyler can you fit in there 00:11:55.49\00:11:57.64 too, do you think two people get in there, 00:11:57.67\00:11:59.77 isn't that interesting? And that reminds me of 00:12:00.48\00:12:03.58 something interesting as well, do you know that God 00:12:03.61\00:12:06.81 created molecules? Did you know that? God created 00:12:06.84\00:12:09.38 molecules, he created you and I, he created them 00:12:09.41\00:12:11.95 so that when things heat up they get little bit 00:12:12.23\00:12:15.25 bigger and when they cool down, they get a little 00:12:15.28\00:12:18.04 bit what? Smaller, smaller except for water, 00:12:18.07\00:12:21.24 did you know that's true. When we freeze water in 00:12:21.50\00:12:24.43 cool water down do you know what happens to it? 00:12:24.46\00:12:26.10 it gets bigger, and it does. You know, that's a good 00:12:26.59\00:12:28.89 thing, because if the water didn't get bigger the 00:12:28.92\00:12:32.32 crystal and structure gets a little bit larger. 00:12:32.35\00:12:34.62 Water can flow, when it freezes, did you know that 00:12:34.77\00:12:37.41 ice floats. If it wasn't for ice floating, you know, 00:12:37.44\00:12:40.32 what happened to the fish Serena? The fish 00:12:40.35\00:12:42.75 wouldn't have a place to swim, because water 00:12:42.78\00:12:45.07 when they froze would go to bottom of the lake or 00:12:45.10\00:12:47.41 the streams of the oceans and what would happened? 00:12:47.44\00:12:49.80 would get layer after layer of ice and pretty soon they 00:12:50.23\00:12:52.77 wouldn't be any water left and that would destroy the 00:12:52.80\00:12:54.98 animals and some plants too isn't God great? Oh! 00:12:55.01\00:12:58.50 He is and when we learn more about science, 00:12:58.53\00:13:01.87 we learn more about our creator God. 00:13:02.07\00:13:05.57 Why are you so sad? Where is momma? Well, she 00:15:16.53\00:15:21.26 had to go to the market, but she will be home soon. 00:15:21.29\00:15:23.73 Are you hungry? Sure, yeah, would you like some grapes, 00:15:24.37\00:15:28.58 sure here we go, don't spell them? Beth where 00:15:28.61\00:15:38.46 is your mother? Well, she had to go to the market, 00:15:38.49\00:15:40.87 but she will be home soon father what's the matter. 00:15:40.90\00:15:42.96 Oh! I have just been up on the hill side and I was 00:15:43.14\00:15:47.12 listening to this teacher, the one they call Jesus. 00:15:47.15\00:15:49.93 Oh! Yes, mother and I have listened to him, 00:15:49.96\00:15:52.15 isn't he good? Oh! He is a good teacher and he tells 00:15:52.18\00:15:55.75 wonderful stories, but you know the people are 00:15:55.78\00:15:58.70 crowded all around him. I waited for him to be 00:15:58.73\00:16:01.74 finished and when everybody was starting to leave, 00:16:01.77\00:16:04.01 I went up to him and I asked him. Teacher 00:16:04.04\00:16:07.05 what must I do to be saved; well his first answer 00:16:07.08\00:16:10.63 didn't surprise me. He said keep the commandments, 00:16:10.66\00:16:13.86 I said well this I have done since I was a child. 00:16:14.49\00:16:16.68 But then, then he said sell everything you have 00:16:17.15\00:16:23.02 and give it to the poor and come follow me. 00:16:23.38\00:16:26.28 He said this to me; he didn't say to the crowd, 00:16:28.08\00:16:30.10 he didn't say to anybody else, he says it to me, 00:16:30.13\00:16:32.39 sell everything you have and give it to the poor. 00:16:32.42\00:16:35.49 The rest of them presences follow that they don't have 00:16:36.81\00:16:39.11 anything to sell. Yes, but you know what would people 00:16:39.14\00:16:43.64 think if I would sell everything and just take 00:16:43.67\00:16:46.18 off and follow after some preacher I mean, 00:16:46.21\00:16:48.13 I have been a ruler since I was a little child 00:16:49.35\00:16:51.71 and my father before that and his father before that. 00:16:51.74\00:16:54.59 This home has been handed down to us from generation 00:16:54.62\00:16:57.00 to generation. It has been said that he is the 00:16:57.03\00:17:00.08 son of God, well, anybody can stand up on the hill 00:17:00.11\00:17:04.11 side and say that there are the son of God and 00:17:04.14\00:17:06.73 claim to me the Messiah, but I mean how can I 00:17:06.76\00:17:10.47 mean how can I, how can I know that he is the Messiah. 00:17:10.50\00:17:12.64 They said that he feeds all of prophesies for the 00:17:13.51\00:17:15.99 Messiah, what if he is and has asked you to do this. 00:17:16.02\00:17:19.44 What would your mother say, what would the 00:17:22.09\00:17:24.58 people from the temple say, what would our neighbor 00:17:24.61\00:17:27.76 say, what they think we were stark raving mad if we 00:17:27.79\00:17:30.40 just sold everything and wandered often, you know. 00:17:30.43\00:17:34.48 I believe he is the son of God, it just, it just too 00:17:36.10\00:17:41.50 hard I mean how we can just let go with all of this. 00:17:41.53\00:17:46.22 God's blessed us so much and now he wants us 00:17:46.97\00:17:49.04 to just give it away. Listen, I got to go find 00:17:49.07\00:17:52.52 your mother, if she comes home tell her I'm out 00:17:52.55\00:17:55.39 looking for her, I'm going to the marketplace. 00:17:55.42\00:17:57.70 I love you father. Why is father so angry? 00:17:58.33\00:18:03.10 Well, when God asks somebody to do something 00:18:03.62\00:18:07.81 and they really don't want to do it they feel very 00:18:07.84\00:18:11.12 upset inside; father is having hard time feeling 00:18:11.15\00:18:16.04 like he should obey. He just doesn't know is 00:18:16.07\00:18:18.64 that the right thing; you wanna pray with me right 00:18:18.67\00:18:20.76 now, okay. Dear Father in Heaven, we love you so much 00:18:20.79\00:18:29.84 please give my father peace, help him to know 00:18:30.58\00:18:34.23 and to do the right thing, give us peace and strength 00:18:34.82\00:18:41.52 through these times and please be with our family. 00:18:41.55\00:18:45.66 Jesus loves me! this I know, For the Bible tells me so. 00:18:45.69\00:19:04.65 Little ones to Him belong; They are weak, but He 00:19:04.68\00:19:11.55 is strong. Yes, Jesus loves me! Yes, Jesus loves me! 00:19:11.58\00:19:21.80 Yes, Jesus loves me! The Bible tells me so. 00:19:21.83\00:19:32.55 Ethan and I are here to tell you, it's time for 00:19:39.92\00:19:42.46 Miss Brenda's Book of the Day. And boys and girls 00:19:42.49\00:19:47.58 do I ever have an exciting book for you today, 00:19:47.61\00:19:49.68 this book is called The Missing Combination Mystery, 00:19:50.11\00:19:52.64 it's the book wrote by Jerry D. Thomas, it says: 00:19:52.67\00:19:55.57 Hidden in a dark and cobweb-filled corner of the 00:19:55.60\00:19:57.87 basement is Great-grandpa Archer's old safe. 00:19:57.90\00:20:00.68 Chris and Maria are sure it is filled with money 00:20:01.03\00:20:03.24 and perhaps gold. But little do they know what is 00:20:03.27\00:20:06.27 really inside. Now, the Shoebox Kids jump into 00:20:06.30\00:20:09.81 action as the new mystery prompts them to search 00:20:09.84\00:20:12.12 for the true identity of the person who donated 00:20:12.15\00:20:14.99 the big white cross on the hill. Now, Chris and Maria 00:20:15.02\00:20:18.30 have a feeling they know but oh! Do they really 00:20:18.33\00:20:21.39 know who the mystery person is? Oh! 00:20:21.42\00:20:23.67 They are gonna have to prove it first, I'm not 00:20:23.70\00:20:26.07 gonna tell you, you're gonna have to read the book. 00:20:26.10\00:20:27.97 The Missing Combinations Mystery book wrote by 00:20:28.00\00:20:30.85 Jerry D. It seems like the long drive, but before 00:20:51.77\00:20:55.23 we talk about what you do to share Jesus, we have 00:20:55.26\00:20:57.53 Alex on the phone, Alex are you there, yeah. 00:20:57.56\00:21:00.38 Oh! Anybody 00:21:36.56\00:21:40.45 that doesn't know about him. Anybody that doesn't 00:21:40.48\00:21:43.51 know about him, that's good to tell, anyone that doesn't 00:21:43.54\00:21:46.70 know about him I can't think the better answer 00:21:46.73\00:21:48.54 then that Alex. Well, thank you so much for talking and 00:21:48.57\00:21:51.52 you know what Miss Brenda wants you to just encourage 00:21:51.55\00:21:53.37 you to keep sharing Jesus, will you? Okay, 00:21:53.40\00:21:56.48 alright bye, bye now, bye. Thank you, Alex. 00:21:56.51\00:22:00.94 Well even I'm so excited to have you here today, 00:22:01.20\00:22:04.11 can you tell me what do you to share Jesus? 00:22:04.14\00:22:06.77 I have a piggy bank that looks like a Church, 00:22:07.44\00:22:13.54 so it's a bank that looks like a Church. Let me you 00:22:13.57\00:22:17.07 you have a bank that looks like a Church, piggy bank. 00:22:17.10\00:22:19.14 Oh! It's not a pig, it looks like a Church right and 00:22:19.17\00:22:22.87 it has a spot on the top of it to put money, yeah 00:22:22.90\00:22:25.76 and then what do you do? When it's full, we take 00:22:25.79\00:22:29.70 it to the bank, send it to ADRA. And, so when you 00:22:29.73\00:22:36.24 fill all that, that piggy bank which is really 00:22:36.27\00:22:38.70 a Church you fill it all up with money and then 00:22:38.73\00:22:41.03 will you take it to the bank and then they take all 00:22:41.06\00:22:44.27 that money and you send it to ADRA. Now, that's 00:22:44.30\00:22:46.71 an organization that helps children that need food 00:22:46.74\00:22:49.89 and clothes isn't it? Yeah, and then get send it to 00:22:49.92\00:22:56.53 Cuba. Oh and then you also send it to Cuba, 00:22:56.56\00:22:59.23 so you help the Cuban children, yeah well that's a 00:22:59.59\00:23:02.21 good thing to do tell me what do you do to earn 00:23:02.24\00:23:04.00 money to fill up your bank. I don't know. Well, you 00:23:04.03\00:23:08.48 were telling me earlier that you didn't you wash some 00:23:08.51\00:23:11.07 windows with your free mom.
