00:03 It's time to share there's a world out there,
00:06 Looking for a friend like Jesus. 00:10 It's time to share there's a world out there; 00:13 let's tell them that He loves us so. 00:16 Let's tell them that He loves us so. 00:20 Kids time, kids time, kids time, kids time. 00:24 Hi boys and girls, have you think wondered 00:26 how we know that Jesus died and rose again. 00:29 You're right, if you answer. Because it says so 00:32 in the Bible, but wait, who wrote the Bible 00:35 and how do we know that what it says is true. 00:38 You know, this is a very important questions, 00:40 that you know that the Bible was written by 00:42 about forty different people from over 00:44 a thousands of years and we know its stories are true. 00:47 Because they were written by people, 00:49 who are actually there and saw the stories 00:51 is happened or they knew someone, 00:53 who saw the stories is happened and wrote down 00:55 what they were told. Most were eye witness, 00:58 who saw what happened with their own eyes. 01:01 You know, there is another way we know the Bible writers 01:04 were telling the truth and that's that many of them 01:06 will, willing to die for the truths that they wrote about. 01:09 Now they had nothing to gain by what they wrote. 01:11 So must have to believed, what they were writing. 01:14 Our Bible story today is about some people, 01:16 who actually saw Jesus to alive again, 01:19 after he died on the cross. They were so exciting 01:22 him that they ran around telling everybody 01:24 they knew and their stories were recorded in the Bible. 01:28 You know, how amazing it is that we can read their stories 01:30 anytime we want, even after all these years so past, 01:35 you know yourself privilege boys and girls 01:37 to have this special book. The Bible in your home, 01:40 you know it is so precious. 01:42 When I was in Russia, I heard story after story 01:45 of the Russian people. That for many, many years 01:48 was able to have this book. We don't realize 01:50 what a precious gift this is and I want 01:53 to encourage you boys and girls. 01:54 Each and everyday, to read your Bible 01:57 and such precious every word, 01:59 because you will brought closer to Jesus. 02:02 Well, right now it's time for Ranger Jim 02:04 to tell us about something. He has seen with his own eyes. 02:14 Hi, boys and girls Ranger Jim 02:16 saying welcome to Nature Time, 02:18 we glad you can join us today. 02:19 I've something to caution you about today. 02:22 We've our special mount of dirt here 02:24 in this grass and these are called Fire Ants 02:28 and these are bad fellows. 02:30 Okay, they came into United States 02:32 by the practice of using soil as balanced into ship's. 02:36 Back in 1980 every word imported 02:39 here from Brazil. They're not native to the United States, 02:42 but they do well in the southern part of the 02:44 United States and so the fire ant has spread across 02:47 the South Eastern part of the Untied States 02:48 and it has call us great havoc in nature. 02:51 I want to caution you again, when Ranger Jim 02:54 cautioned you this much I mean you 02:56 find new of fire ants. We've regular here in South Florida, 03:00 pictures of boys and girls that came to visit 03:02 grandma and grandpa. 03:03 That's spend their winter in Florida, not knowing 03:06 what a fire ants is and step on it or go up 03:09 on the avid curiosity maybe kick it or hit it with the stick 03:12 and out of it comes what you're seen before you now. 03:15 Thousands of these ants and when they sting you, 03:19 it's like fire that where the name come 03:21 from his fire. Ranger Jim had the misfortune 03:24 about six weeks ago. I keep go fishing 03:28 early in the morning, I've came outside 03:29 and own porch and picked up my jacket 03:32 and put the jacket on and suddenly on my right arm. 03:35 I began to feel something was burning, 03:36 I thought what that can be and pull of 03:39 my jacket and along my arm. 03:41 They're about 15 or 20 fire ants, 03:43 they're had gone in my jacket during the night 03:45 and I quickly brush them of and wash 03:48 it thoroughly with water and put own medication in all, 03:50 before a week that would keep me awake at night. 03:53 So, I don't to frighten you of all ants. 03:55 If you go on a picnic the ant, were you live 03:58 perhaps it's not dangerous. You can ask mom 04:00 and dad about that, we've all kinds of ants. 04:02 We've sugar ants, they get in our house. 04:04 They like sweet things or maybe around 04:06 the garbage can in your kitchen 04:09 or something like that. You will find a ant, 04:12 I don't want you to be fright in where ever ant. 04:14 When you go on the picnic, look become historical, 04:15 because you see land, but if you come to Florida 04:18 and I know that you boys and girls, 04:20 that live in the fire ant area. 04:22 Your parent and your teachers have cautions 04:25 you about those things. So don't go near them, 04:27 when the fire ant moves in. They eat everything, 04:30 mini birds nest are completely destroyed. 04:33 They're spices of birds that they no longer 04:35 nest in certain areas. 04:36 Because they even climb up the tree and 04:38 will attack baby birds, can you imagine 04:40 beautiful baby birds just beginning to get 04:42 their feathers and these ants that you see 04:44 swarming before you, just come in and cover 04:47 and devour them. So, they are a terrible thing. 04:49 They attack craps that are planted peanuts 04:52 and things of that nature. Ants can't eat solid food; 04:55 they've to take the food and take the moisture 04:58 from it or juice from it and discard the solid part 05:01 and so the ant going about attack young plant. 05:04 That grow up, they eat all the bud from around the 05:07 edges of it and then that destroys the plant 05:09 and so animals, mammals and things like that. 05:13 They lived under ground, it affects them 05:15 baby rabbits in many areas. 05:17 There no longer rabbits in that area, 05:19 because in their nest side. The ants come in 05:21 and began to attack them and if you've the blue 05:24 bird box or if you've a martin house in you're 05:27 lawn or you're yard and you've fire ants 05:30 in that area. I would recommend 05:32 that every mother so that you just 05:33 simply go out, if you dad has some grease 05:35 or something like that. If not take Vaseline 05:38 and just code that post go around it 05:40 and make a place about 2 or 3 inches long 05:42 and code that then the ants can't follow that. 05:45 Because one ant goes and finds the source of 05:47 food, when they come back they're putting down 05:49 a scent trail and that's what happens. 05:51 Have you seen the ant? Of course you have. 05:53 You see the ants going along of single file, 05:55 thousands of them going back and forth 05:58 they're following that scent trail. 05:59 That's how, they arrive at their destination, 06:02 were the first ant discovered food. 06:04 Boys and girls, an ant can pick up 20 times. 06:07 Its own weight and carry it back to his home. 06:10 Can you imagine that and if you've necessary 06:13 can take 20 times, it's own weight 06:15 and follow it right straight carry it, right 06:17 straight up a pane of glass. 06:19 They're truly and amazing creature, 06:22 that God has made. God gave them this defense 06:25 to protect themselves, because they're mini creatures 06:28 have prey up on ants and they've to defend their home. 06:31 They defend their larva, the young bees 06:33 and their queen and all of these things. 06:35 So, we really can't blame the ant. 06:37 It's simply that the ant was originally 06:39 in the jungle in desolate areas 06:42 and now they've been imported into this country 06:44 and they've been spread by people building a 06:46 new home. You don't want to wait for 06:48 year or two have nice lawn. 06:49 You can hire a man, who deals in sod 06:52 and so he has big farm or he grows grass. 06:54 So, he can cut that sod into sections 06:57 and bring into a truck and in two days. 06:59 You can have a beautiful new lawn, but you also quite often. 07:03 If that's sod come from Florida or 07:04 many the south eastern sod farms. 07:07 You will also receive fire ants, 07:09 so you've to be careful of that. 07:10 So, they're God's creatures that we can study 07:12 and learned from that. But he is always true; 07:15 he made them perfect to right time. 07:17 So, as always Ranger Jim telling you. 07:19 Don't forget to tell a Jesus that you love him, 07:21 because he really does love you. 07:31 No one can lay any foundation other than Jesus Christ. 07:36 1 Corinthians 3:11 07:46 My hope is built on nothing less 07:51 Than Jesus' blood and righteousness; 07:56 I dare not trust the sweetest frame, 08:00 But wholly lean on Jesus' name. 08:06 On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; 08:11 All other ground is sinking sand, 08:15 All other ground is sinking sand. 08:24 When He shall come with trumpet sound, 08:29 Oh, may I then in Him be found; 08:34 Dressed in His righteousness alone, 08:39 Faultless to stand before the throne. 08:44 On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand; 08:49 All other ground is sinking sand, 08:54 All other ground is sinking sand. 09:09 I love Italian food and you know I love foods; 09:13 they are simple to make to. 09:14 Well, today you're gonna love the recipe, 09:16 I have for you. We're making Bruschetta spaghetti, 09:19 let me go ahead and read ingredients for you. 09:22 1 lb, angel hair pasta 09:25 14oz, of grape tomatoes 09:28 ½-2/3 cup of fresh basil chopped 09:32 4 tablespoons of extra Virgin Olive oil 09:35 1 clove of garlic finely chopped 09:39 And salt to taste 09:40 Now, I already have my grape tomatoes in my bowl 09:43 and I've just slice them in half and we're gonna add 09:46 our oil to this and this is extra virgin olive oil. 09:51 In extra virgin just has a, little bit more flavor to it 09:55 and that's why I use extra virgin. 09:56 Let me take my basil and now this is fresh basil. 09:59 I've and I'm choosing kitchen scissors 10:02 to make sure they're clean first. 10:03 Now, my mom grew a fresh basil in our garden, 10:07 actually and even in the winter time, she likes to have it 10:11 and she just keeps in there decorative pottery 10:14 inside her house and waters that in. 10:16 So, we've fresh basil all you around. 10:20 Just cut that all up, mixed it up. 10:26 Now, it's gonna add our pasta, I already have some 10:30 angel hair pasta and this is actually just 10:33 spaghetti this some a much thinner 10:35 and I don't know my family likes it a lot better. 10:37 I've been use it, when I've spaghetti or sauce. 10:40 Because it just, it's finer and it taste better to me. 10:43 Let's go and pour your mixture into here 10:52 and tossed it up. You know, this recipe, 10:58 I love recipes am I guess said that before 11:00 I love recipes are simple and this one only 11:03 has a few ingredients makes it that much easier. 11:07 Now, I've some salt here and the salt. 11:13 You just want to sprinkle and you don't really measure it. 11:16 You just wanna sprinkle it in, it just to give it a little 11:19 bit of flavor. Mixed it up a little bit to, 11:25 now Bruschetta pasta. Bruschetta you can even use 11:27 the mixture and put it on toasted bread 11:30 and it's good like that to. 11:31 Just have a piece of bread; I know that my mom 11:35 always makes this Bruschetta. Just a Bruschetta 11:39 part and even you can put in pasta, but 11:40 it's delicious. Well, simple and easy, 11:44 it's delicious to make and I, I love it. 11:49 You should really try; you're gonna like it too. 11:51 You know, I never really of like tomatoes. 11:53 Until I try this dish, my mom got me taste it one day 11:56 and I loved it and I think you're gonna love it too. 11:59 So, remember and till next time to keep 12:01 cooking and eat healthy. 13:06 Momma you're gonna have to put this down, 13:09 because I've got something to tell you. 13:11 Haven't we kids? Yes. We've got something 13:13 to tell you that you're gonna find hard to believe, 13:15 but it's true isn't it. It was so excited. 13:18 Last night Clea Palis, came home 13:22 and when he came in he had two men with him 13:24 and they came to have dinner. 13:26 Well, let me tell you, what happened first 13:28 because I've got to tell you this part. 13:30 Clea Palis, and his friend were coming home from 13:32 Jerusalem on the road to a mess, 13:35 to our home and he said they were so discouraged and 13:39 so sad. Because of what it happened to Jesus, 13:42 because they crucified him and momma he said that. 13:46 As they walk down the road, a man came and joined them 13:50 and he asked them what's wrong my brothers, why are 13:54 you so sad and Clea Palis looked at him 13:57 and said, what's wrong with you? 14:00 Are you the only one in this part of the country 14:03 who hasn't heard, what's happened to Jerusalem? 14:06 They crucified Jesus Christ and momma, he said that 14:10 suddenly this man began explaining the scriptures 14:14 to them and from the law and from Moses 14:17 and from the Prophet's. 14:19 He began explaining, how the Messiah 14:22 would come and what would happened to him 14:25 and your daddy said that his heart was burning 14:28 inside wasn't it. When here this man was talking to him, 14:32 he said it was like a fire was in his chest. 14:35 When this man talked and suddenly, 14:37 they got to in front our house and the man started 14:41 too turned away. But Clea Palis said, please come in 14:44 and join us for dinner. So, we didn't know 14:47 what to expect and what Clea Palis, with 14:50 his friend and the stranger and they set down for dinner. 14:53 So, Rebecca, had help me set the table 14:55 and when we were serving. I handed them the 14:58 bread and I gave it to Clea Palis, 15:01 and said give to this stranger. 15:03 Who's gonna blessed it and the man took the bread 15:06 and he looked to heaven and he blessed it 15:09 and as he broke the bread and he passed it out. 15:13 Momma, you now gonna believe this. 15:17 But our like scales dropped up and we could recognize, 15:22 who it was. Momma it was Jesus wasn't it children, 15:26 it was Jesus and when we saw that. 15:31 They tell, what happened next. All of us sudden, 15:34 we'll recognized him and he disappeared. 15:39 He just disappeared, but momma. 15:42 He's alive; he's alive hallelujah to God. 15:46 Jesus is alive, I'm so excited, I just. 15:50 I know we should pray, but I'm too excited pray with. 15:54 Rebecca please say the prayer to the father for us. 15:58 Oh! Lord thank you for dying for us. 16:02 Yes. And thank you for rising 16:06 and we love you so much, Amen. 16:11 Oh! Lord praise you that you're alive, 16:14 he's alive momma. Oh! I am so excited. 16:34 I heard about old Noah landin on the mountain top; 16:41 I heard about old 'Zekiel, preachin' to the bones; 16:48 I heard about old Daniel, prayin' from the lion's den; 16:56 I heard about li'l David, pickin' up five smooth stones. 17:03 But greater than all these miracles 17:07 Is something that happened to me 17:10 The day that Jesus came into my heart to stay. 17:17 I heard about old Joshua, tearin' down old Jericho; 17:26 I heard about that battle when the sun stood still; 17:33 úI heard about old Samson, waitin' for his hair to grow; 17:41 I heard about old Jonah, learnin' to do God's will. 17:48 But greater than all these miracles 17:53 Is something that happened to me 17:55 The day that Jesus came into my heart to stay, 18:04 that Jesus came into my heart to stay. 18:21 Hi, boys and girls. Ones econd she was holding onto 18:59 the saddle horn and then the next, 19:01 she was flying over right over firecracker's head. 19:04 What can you do with a horse that won't listen 19:06 to a word you say?
