It's time to share there's a world out there, 00:00:03.24\00:00:07.09 looking for a friend like Jesus. 00:00:07.10\00:00:10.06 It's time to share there's a world out there, 00:00:10.07\00:00:13.60 let's tell them that He loves us so, 00:00:13.61\00:00:16.74 let's tell them that He loves us so. 00:00:16.75\00:00:20.51 Kids Time, Kids Time, Kids Time. 00:00:20.52\00:00:24.23 Hi, boys and girls, isn't this a beautiful box? 00:00:24.24\00:00:27.63 Now looks like it could hold something 00:00:27.64\00:00:29.92 very special, doesn't it? 00:00:29.93\00:00:31.82 This actually belongs to my friend Dee 00:00:31.83\00:00:33.60 and she loaned it to me today, 00:00:33.61\00:00:35.24 so I could show it to you. Isn't that beautiful? 00:00:35.25\00:00:37.22 See how the detailed and the beautiful flowers right here. 00:00:37.23\00:00:41.00 Well, I'm going to set it down right here 00:00:41.01\00:00:42.84 because I don't want to break it. 00:00:42.85\00:00:44.49 It's very special. But do you know, 00:00:44.50\00:00:47.48 as you listen to our Bible story today, 00:00:47.49\00:00:49.69 I want you to think about this box 00:00:49.70\00:00:52.10 because there's a young woman in our story 00:00:52.11\00:00:54.27 that had a beautiful box. 00:00:54.28\00:00:55.70 And now it was probably even more beautiful than 00:00:55.71\00:00:58.06 this one because it was made out of alabaster. 00:00:58.07\00:01:00.50 And it did have something wonderful 00:01:00.51\00:01:02.71 and very expensive in it. 00:01:02.72\00:01:04.80 Jesus is in this story too and so as a man 00:01:04.81\00:01:07.35 called Simon, Simon the leper. 00:01:07.36\00:01:09.55 Now I'm sure he didn't have leprosy at the time 00:01:09.56\00:01:11.38 of the story, so Jesus must have healed him. 00:01:11.39\00:01:13.78 And I'm sure He forgave Simon sins too. 00:01:13.79\00:01:17.87 Now you would think that Simon would have been 00:01:17.88\00:01:19.54 thrilled when someone else did something 00:01:19.55\00:01:21.42 kind for Jesus, wouldn't you? But no, not Simon. 00:01:21.43\00:01:25.14 When he sees that beautiful alabaster box 00:01:25.15\00:01:28.38 and what it has inside, well, 00:01:28.39\00:01:30.85 but you're gonna have to wait and hear the story. 00:01:30.86\00:01:34.00 I think Simon did learn a lesson that day 00:01:34.01\00:01:36.15 though, and Jesus wants us to remember all that 00:01:36.16\00:01:39.32 He has done for us. 00:01:39.33\00:01:40.88 Do you know Jesus forgave our sins 00:01:40.89\00:01:42.77 and He even died on the cross for us 00:01:42.78\00:01:45.00 just because He loves us so much? 00:01:45.01\00:01:48.38 You know, boys and girls, 00:01:48.39\00:01:50.30 don't wait to give your heart to Jesus. 00:01:50.31\00:01:52.50 Give it to Him today. 00:01:52.51\00:01:53.85 Tell Him everyday how much you love Him. Wont' you? 00:01:53.86\00:01:58.90 All right now, Ranger Jim has something 00:01:58.91\00:02:00.58 very interesting to show us. 00:02:00.59\00:02:02.37 I can't wait. Let's watch and see. 00:02:02.38\00:02:04.00 Hi, boys and girls, Ranger Jim saying 00:02:10.93\00:02:12.55 welcome to Nature Time. 00:02:12.56\00:02:13.75 We're at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa Florida. 00:02:13.76\00:02:16.38 And we have some beautiful things for you to see today. 00:02:16.39\00:02:19.62 My friend Lorene is very knowledgeable about this. 00:02:19.63\00:02:22.03 Lorene, just tell us something about 00:02:22.04\00:02:23.12 your beautiful creatures. Sure. 00:02:23.13\00:02:24.78 This is actually one of two touch things 00:02:24.79\00:02:26.52 that we have here at the Florida Aquarium. 00:02:26.53\00:02:28.45 And we call it the no bone zone area because 00:02:28.46\00:02:31.26 all of the animals that are in this tank are 00:02:31.27\00:02:33.39 invertebrates, meaning that they don't have a 00:02:33.40\00:02:35.58 single bone in their body, 00:02:35.59\00:02:36.58 and they don't have a backbone. 00:02:36.59\00:02:38.98 So you can actually touch the animals that 00:02:38.99\00:02:41.92 are on the top shelf for this exhibit 00:02:41.93\00:02:43.63 when you come to the Florida Aquarium. 00:02:43.64\00:02:45.13 And Ranger Jim, I'm gonna see if you'd like 00:02:45.14\00:02:47.91 to touch any of the animals. 00:02:47.92\00:02:50.74 Go ahead and put your hand in the water 00:02:50.75\00:02:52.13 and tell me what you think. 00:02:52.14\00:02:53.19 Well, it's cold. Yeah, it sure is. 00:02:53.20\00:02:55.15 The water in this tank is about 52 to 55 degrees 00:02:55.16\00:02:59.00 and that's what we keep it at because 00:02:59.01\00:03:01.36 all of the animals that are in this exhibit are 00:03:01.37\00:03:03.77 native to the pacific coast of the United States. 00:03:03.78\00:03:06.43 So they like the cold water. 00:03:06.44\00:03:07.93 Some of them you can find in deeper water 00:03:07.94\00:03:10.10 and some of them you can find in shallow water 00:03:10.11\00:03:12.42 or inner tidal zones, meaning sometimes 00:03:12.43\00:03:14.97 they're covered in water and sometimes they have 00:03:14.98\00:03:17.93 less water and they may actually 00:03:17.94\00:03:19.27 be exposed to the air. 00:03:19.28\00:03:22.00 So, if you look at some of the ones that are up 00:03:22.01\00:03:24.82 on the top shelf, these really pretty colored 00:03:24.83\00:03:27.84 animals are called Sea Anemones and you see-- Wow! 00:03:27.85\00:03:31.43 They are beautiful, aren't they? 00:03:31.44\00:03:32.57 They sure are. May I touch it? 00:03:32.58\00:03:35.14 I would love for you to touch it. 00:03:35.15\00:03:36.47 Just go ahead and put a finger next to it. Wow! 00:03:36.48\00:03:39.53 Can you feel it stick? Yeah. Yeah. Neat. 00:03:39.54\00:03:41.98 Like I said they're called Sea Anemones, 00:03:41.99\00:03:44.56 and they're actually related to a Jellyfish 00:03:44.57\00:03:47.30 and to Coral Polyps and one of the characters 00:03:47.31\00:03:50.97 for those animals, is they have stinging cells. 00:03:50.98\00:03:54.10 So everybody-- This, this one does it, right? 00:03:54.11\00:03:56.97 Everybody is scared to touch the Sea Anemones-- 00:03:56.98\00:03:59.25 Why is that only? --because like Jellyfish, 00:03:59.26\00:04:02.52 they have the ability to sting you but all 00:04:02.53\00:04:05.48 we feel as people with these Anemones 00:04:05.49\00:04:07.60 is so little sticking on our fingers. 00:04:07.61\00:04:11.18 One of these creatures the other blue things-- 00:04:11.19\00:04:12.89 They are called Starfish or actually Sea Stars 00:04:12.90\00:04:16.27 because they're not fish at all. 00:04:16.28\00:04:18.36 Nice. They're Sea Stars. 00:04:18.37\00:04:20.98 They're shape like a star and you can see, 00:04:20.99\00:04:23.73 you can touch them on the top. 00:04:23.74\00:04:25.59 Some of them feel little bit slimy and some of 00:04:25.60\00:04:28.16 them actually are kind of hard to go out. 00:04:28.17\00:04:29.82 A little hard, aren't they? 00:04:29.83\00:04:31.10 Aren't they gorgeous? Absolutely. 00:04:31.11\00:04:33.59 Aren't they gorgeous like that? Absolutely. 00:04:33.60\00:04:35.38 One of the things we tell our visitors about 00:04:35.39\00:04:37.56 the Sea Stars that they can't actually pick them 00:04:37.57\00:04:39.76 up off the shelf because they're quite stuck on that. 00:04:39.77\00:04:43.00 However, they have tiny tube feet on the bottom 00:04:43.01\00:04:45.25 and that's what they used to move around. 00:04:45.26\00:04:46.96 So we don't want to damage these-- And would 00:04:46.97\00:04:48.38 also keep them from washing away in the tide 00:04:48.39\00:04:50.43 or something like that controls it. 00:04:50.44\00:04:51.58 Absolutely, absolutely, one of the really cool 00:04:51.59\00:04:54.68 things about those animals. 00:04:54.69\00:04:55.78 Another really cool thing about Sea Stars 00:04:55.79\00:04:57.99 is they're actually quite effective predators, 00:04:58.00\00:05:00.86 meaning they eat other animals, 00:05:00.87\00:05:02.91 which is weird because they don't seem to move 00:05:02.92\00:05:05.01 around all that much, but their stomachs are 00:05:05.02\00:05:07.65 on the bottom and when they crawl up on an 00:05:07.66\00:05:09.73 animal that they'd like to eat, 00:05:09.74\00:05:11.14 they grow their stomach out 00:05:11.15\00:05:12.86 and kind of digestive the animal and go in their way. 00:05:12.87\00:05:16.19 Isn't that incredible? 00:05:16.20\00:05:17.32 Boys and girls, wouldn't you like to have Lorene 00:05:17.33\00:05:19.58 come to your school and talk for about 00:05:19.59\00:05:20.92 three or four hours, that would be neat? All right. 00:05:20.93\00:05:23.98 What about, is there anything else that 00:05:23.99\00:05:25.61 we could talk about in this show? 00:05:25.62\00:05:26.84 Sure, I'm the back wall here. 00:05:26.85\00:05:30.45 There are some animals that probably look 00:05:30.46\00:05:31.78 pretty familiar to people, they have all the spines. 00:05:31.79\00:05:34.54 Right, they're round like this? Right. 00:05:34.55\00:05:36.16 And name of the spines they're called Sea Urchins. 00:05:36.17\00:05:38.89 And they're actually related 00:05:38.90\00:05:40.07 to the Sea Stars or the Starfish. 00:05:40.08\00:05:42.59 And some of them you can actually touch that one, 00:05:42.60\00:05:46.93 one actually hurt you, but some of them 00:05:46.94\00:05:48.54 you don't want to touch because those spines can 00:05:48.55\00:05:51.15 break up and go into your skin. 00:05:51.16\00:05:52.47 Well, I will trust you for that, okay. Right. What else? 00:05:52.48\00:05:56.79 Do we have any others that we'd like to cover? 00:05:56.80\00:05:58.80 Sure, there's actually some shrimp in here 00:05:58.81\00:06:00.75 which are a kind of, it's nee to see them 00:06:00.76\00:06:03.05 alive as a-- Well, I see them over there. Yes. 00:06:03.06\00:06:05.03 Or interplay, but there is some 00:06:05.04\00:06:06.70 shrimp on the bottom there. 00:06:06.71\00:06:08.52 And shrimp are animals called Crustaceans 00:06:08.53\00:06:12.20 and they don't have any bones either, 00:06:12.21\00:06:14.25 but they actually have a skeleton kind on the outside. 00:06:14.26\00:06:17.62 It's a protective covering. 00:06:17.63\00:06:18.84 So the skeleton is only outside 00:06:18.85\00:06:20.93 instead of ours that are inside. 00:06:20.94\00:06:22.38 Right, absolutely, absolutely. 00:06:22.39\00:06:23.93 And what was the word that you used again? 00:06:23.94\00:06:26.99 Exoskeleton. Exoskeleton! 00:06:27.00\00:06:28.72 Exoskeleton, they are something, 00:06:28.73\00:06:29.95 boys and girls, you could remember that. 00:06:29.97\00:06:31.43 Okay, if you're learning that so. 00:06:31.44\00:06:34.30 Okay, boys and girls, hasn't this been fun? 00:06:34.31\00:06:36.51 I have enjoyed it so much. 00:06:36.52\00:06:37.83 So, boys and girls, Ranger Jim is always saying, 00:06:37.84\00:06:41.15 don't forget to tell Jesus that you love Him 00:06:41.16\00:06:43.39 because He really does love you. 00:06:43.40\00:06:46.71 Hello, boys and girls. 00:06:54.45\00:06:55.58 We're very enthusiastic that Jesus is coming back. 00:06:55.59\00:06:58.88 We're gonna be "Greetin' Him" with a song. 00:06:58.89\00:07:01.28 I walked in the world for many a mile, 00:07:07.16\00:07:10.06 And that was fun for a little while, 00:07:10.07\00:07:13.20 When Jesus there how could I smile, 00:07:13.21\00:07:16.16 How could I'll be happy for long? 00:07:16.17\00:07:18.97 Lord, now is in my heart all happy day, 00:07:18.98\00:07:22.19 He took my sins and my guilt away. 00:07:22.20\00:07:25.00 And now He's coming to take me home, 00:07:25.01\00:07:27.79 And I'll greet Him with a song. 00:07:27.80\00:07:30.19 And Jesus came back for me and you, 00:07:36.56\00:07:39.17 And Heaven was meant for very few. 00:07:39.18\00:07:42.21 Not there many would make it through, 00:07:42.22\00:07:45.13 How could I'll be happy for long? 00:07:45.14\00:07:47.82 But Jesus came back just for all, 00:07:47.83\00:07:51.11 Jesus came to help to save us all, 00:07:51.12\00:07:54.12 And now He's coming to take us home 00:07:54.13\00:07:56.97 We'll greet Him with a song 00:07:56.98\00:08:00.03 Yes, we'll greet Him with a song. 00:08:00.04\00:08:02.45 Hi, boys and girls, welcome to Learning Time. 00:08:12.07\00:08:14.47 Hey, if you've got some balloons around, 00:08:14.48\00:08:17.50 I've got something that you have probably 00:08:17.51\00:08:19.96 never ever seen before. 00:08:19.97\00:08:21.71 Now, I've got a balloon in my hand. 00:08:21.72\00:08:23.70 Do some of you have a hard time blowing up balloons? 00:08:23.71\00:08:26.62 Do you have a hard time? Yeah. 00:08:26.63\00:08:28.66 Well, here's a secret about hard times with balloons. 00:08:28.67\00:08:31.42 If you stretch them out just like this 00:08:31.43\00:08:33.66 they become easier to blow up. Did you know that? 00:08:33.67\00:08:36.08 So I'm gonna--stretch this balloon out-well 00:08:36.09\00:08:39.27 that one blow, but you know what you don't want 00:08:39.28\00:08:42.50 to stretch them too much, do you? No. 00:08:42.51\00:08:45.12 Let's try another one. 00:08:45.13\00:08:46.10 Let's stretch this balloon now 00:08:46.11\00:08:47.63 and I'm gonna blow it up. 00:08:47.64\00:08:49.09 Now, here we go. Wow! 00:08:49.10\00:08:53.34 That's a squeaky balloon, isn't it? 00:08:53.35\00:08:55.82 Well, let's try weaning some more air in this balloon. 00:08:55.83\00:08:57.98 Let's put a little more in. Here we go. 00:08:57.99\00:08:59.65 Now that's about right for our experiment. 00:09:02.19\00:09:05.05 We're gonna take this balloon. 00:09:05.06\00:09:06.74 The only hard thing about balloons 00:09:06.75\00:09:08.85 is you have to tie them and you got a first time 00:09:08.86\00:09:12.28 on your fingers and that's really hard 00:09:12.29\00:09:14.33 and that like all get stuck. There we go. 00:09:14.34\00:09:17.08 Now I'm gonna take this balloon. 00:09:17.09\00:09:18.55 We have air in this balloon, don't we? 00:09:18.56\00:09:20.67 I'm gonna take this air. 00:09:20.68\00:09:22.56 We're gonna get this air really, really cold. 00:09:22.57\00:09:25.43 What do you suppose happens to air 00:09:25.44\00:09:27.40 when we get it really, really cold. 00:09:27.41\00:09:29.45 Well, I'll tell you what I'm gonna, it might pop. 00:09:29.46\00:09:31.91 I'm gonna put it right here in my ice chest, 00:09:31.92\00:09:34.05 let's put it in my ice chest 00:09:34.06\00:09:35.89 and I have something with me today, 00:09:35.90\00:09:37.73 that's the second coldest thing on planet earth. 00:09:37.74\00:09:40.30 It's called Liquid Nitrogen. 00:09:40.31\00:09:43.19 Now you can't buy this at the store, 00:09:43.20\00:09:44.99 but I have some right here. 00:09:45.00\00:09:46.29 Now our front row right here, 00:09:46.30\00:09:48.10 we're gonna put our safety glasses on 00:09:48.11\00:09:49.93 and I'm gonna put a glove on because this stuff is 00:09:49.94\00:09:52.71 cold, if you get it on your hand it will freeze 00:09:52.72\00:09:55.99 your skin and your skin will fall off. 00:09:56.00\00:09:58.93 And that's not good thing, is it? So here we go. 00:09:58.94\00:10:01.90 I'm gonna pour this right on my balloon, 00:10:01.91\00:10:03.64 let's see what happens right here. 00:10:03.65\00:10:06.09 When I poured it out it looks like it's water, 00:10:06.10\00:10:08.55 but it's not water at all. 00:10:08.56\00:10:09.99 It's Liquid Nitrogen, and it's very, very cold. 00:10:10.00\00:10:13.32 I'm gonna pour some more on it. 00:10:13.33\00:10:15.45 We're making a great cloud 00:10:15.46\00:10:16.83 because we're cooling down those water molecules 00:10:16.84\00:10:19.24 that we can't see and here we go. 00:10:19.25\00:10:21.58 I think we're about ready right here. 00:10:21.59\00:10:23.15 Now I'm gonna reach in with my glove hand 00:10:23.16\00:10:26.17 and I'm gonna pull this out 00:10:26.18\00:10:27.72 and let's take a look at my balloon. Oh! Wow! 00:10:27.73\00:10:31.13 Does that look like the same balloon? No! 00:10:31.14\00:10:33.53 It looks all flat and down. 00:10:33.57\00:10:34.94 It looks like there isn't any air inside 00:10:34.95\00:10:37.12 of that balloon, but you know what, 00:10:37.13\00:10:38.74 what's happening right now to this balloon? It's swelling. 00:10:38.75\00:10:43.00 That's right, it's getting bigger, you know, why? 00:10:43.01\00:10:45.29 Because those air molecules got so cold 00:10:45.30\00:10:48.44 that they got real close together. 00:10:48.45\00:10:50.23 They took up less space, but now we're warming 00:10:50.24\00:10:52.85 them up and when they get so warm they start 00:10:52.86\00:10:55.98 to expand and get further apart 00:10:55.99\00:10:58.47 and this balloon is gonna be back 00:10:58.48\00:11:00.14 the same size as that was before. Isn't that great? 00:11:00.15\00:11:04.54 Now, let's do another exciting thing, 00:11:04.55\00:11:06.82 I'm gonna take my balloon and we're gonna 00:11:06.83\00:11:08.63 put it over here, 00:11:08.64\00:11:09.61 I've got another balloon right over here. 00:11:09.62\00:11:11.77 This balloon has a very, very special gas in it 00:11:11.78\00:11:14.95 and it's called the Party Gas 00:11:14.96\00:11:16.75 because when we have parties, 00:11:16.76\00:11:18.92 we put helium gas in our balloons, 00:11:18.93\00:11:22.20 because helium is a light gas. 00:11:22.21\00:11:24.14 The balloon wants to float up in the air. 00:11:24.15\00:11:27.17 I'm gonna cool down this gas. 00:11:27.18\00:11:28.89 This gas is a very light gas. 00:11:28.90\00:11:31.04 We're gonna try to make it heavier. 00:11:31.05\00:11:32.88 Do you think we can make it heavier? Yeah! 00:11:32.89\00:11:35.57 Oh, yeah, if we can take those molecules, 00:11:35.58\00:11:37.84 jam and real close together, 00:11:37.85\00:11:39.90 we can make this really heavy. 00:11:39.91\00:11:42.07 And that's what we're gonna try to do right now. 00:11:42.08\00:11:44.41 So let's put this right in here. 00:11:44.42\00:11:45.85 I'm gonna pour this liquid nitrogen right on top 00:11:45.86\00:11:48.71 and we're gonna make this balloon 00:11:48.72\00:11:50.73 get really, really small again. 00:11:50.74\00:11:53.09 And those air molecules are gonna get 00:11:53.10\00:11:55.32 so close together, 00:11:55.33\00:11:56.68 we're gonna make it really, really heavy. 00:11:56.69\00:11:59.84 Let's pour all in here. 00:11:59.85\00:12:01.28 We're gonna use all of it, just like that. 00:12:01.29\00:12:03.51 Now I'm gonna take this cooler. 00:12:03.52\00:12:05.62 We're gonna make sure that we've got that ballon 00:12:05.63\00:12:08.12 so cold and then I'm gonna put my balloon right here. 00:12:08.13\00:12:11.53 We're gonna watch it. 00:12:11.54\00:12:12.57 I'm wondering what's gonna happen to it. 00:12:12.58\00:12:14.80 Some of you might know or might want to guess. 00:12:14.81\00:12:17.61 Are you ready? Yeah! Okay. 00:12:17.62\00:12:19.78 I think it's just about ready. 00:12:19.79\00:12:21.20 It is so cold. 00:12:21.21\00:12:22.80 It's almost freezing my hand. 00:12:22.81\00:12:24.07 Look at my glove, it is so cold. 00:12:24.08\00:12:26.49 Let's put that balloon right there and let's watch it. 00:12:26.50\00:12:29.00 Now it's really heavy, but what happening, 00:12:29.01\00:12:31.57 the balloon is getting--oh, oh, oh my, 00:12:31.58\00:12:34.80 oh my, what's happening to her balloon 00:12:34.81\00:12:37.43 and it went right up to the air. 00:12:37.44\00:12:39.24 The balloon got lighter again because those 00:12:39.25\00:12:41.67 molecules got further apart and that is so interesting. 00:12:41.68\00:12:46.14 Now next time you have a party balloon, 00:12:46.15\00:12:48.92 I want you to remember about how light that gas 00:12:48.93\00:12:51.22 is and that gas goes up in the air and it keeps 00:12:51.23\00:12:54.20 going up in the air because helium is 00:12:54.21\00:12:55.97 extremely light and we can cool down that gas, 00:12:55.98\00:12:58.90 make a real heavy gas out of it 00:12:58.91\00:13:00.86 and then it will go over and over and over again. 00:13:00.87\00:13:04.89 Every time we study science, 00:13:04.90\00:13:07.07 we learn about our Creator God. 00:13:07.08\00:13:10.36 Jahaziel, good to have you here. 00:13:17.47\00:13:19.56 It's my pleasure. 00:13:19.57\00:13:21.44 I can't help, but tell you every time 00:13:21.45\00:13:23.36 I sit down for meal, I think of that event. 00:13:23.37\00:13:26.82 Brings back memories, doesn't it? 00:13:26.83\00:13:28.32 Oh, oh, I was a leper, Simon the leper. 00:13:28.33\00:13:31.12 You remember? Yes. 00:13:31.13\00:13:34.14 And I thought I was really holy too, Jahaziel. 00:13:34.15\00:13:37.12 I even followed Christ, 00:13:37.13\00:13:39.74 but I still didn't have that relationship. 00:13:39.75\00:13:42.99 The day I just wanted to pay back Christ 00:13:43.00\00:13:47.35 because of the leprosy that healed me from. 00:13:47.39\00:13:50.51 He came to the house. 00:13:50.52\00:13:52.29 I had Martha to cater it, 00:13:52.30\00:13:53.73 everything was perfect. Perfect. 00:13:53.74\00:13:59.26 And then Mary came in. 00:13:59.27\00:14:01.83 She was very, very quiet about it 00:14:03.67\00:14:07.05 and Lazarus was here. Jesus was in the middle. 00:14:07.06\00:14:11.54 Lazarus is on one side, have been raised from 00:14:11.55\00:14:13.27 the dead, I was on this side and I admit I was 00:14:13.28\00:14:17.35 proud that Jesus at my house. 00:14:17.36\00:14:18.65 I still wrestle with pride Jahaziel. That's true. 00:14:18.66\00:14:22.63 I think we all wrestle with something- 00:14:22.64\00:14:24.97 Someday somebody is going to write, I died daily. 00:14:24.98\00:14:29.36 That's what I have got to do because it keeps coming up. 00:14:29.37\00:14:32.26 Anyway, back to the story. Mary came in. 00:14:32.27\00:14:37.57 She had the most beautiful alabaster box 00:14:37.60\00:14:40.35 I had ever seen. It was very nice. 00:14:40.36\00:14:43.41 She broke it open. 00:14:43.42\00:14:45.07 She started putting it on Christ feet, 00:14:45.08\00:14:49.20 putting on Christ's head. 00:14:49.21\00:14:51.93 I took one look at Judas, 00:14:51.94\00:14:53.36 I heard Judas say why such waste? 00:14:53.37\00:14:56.49 He was always thinking of money. 00:14:56.50\00:14:59.14 I felt the same thing though. 00:14:59.15\00:15:01.02 And then when I knew so much about her, 00:15:01.03\00:15:03.43 I felt oh, if Jesus knew who was touching her, oh. 00:15:03.44\00:15:08.30 He was almost like Jesus. 00:15:08.31\00:15:10.22 It was almost like he read my mind. 00:15:10.23\00:15:13.13 He said, Simon, I have a story to tell you. 00:15:13.14\00:15:16.56 Jesus was the greatest storyteller. He was. 00:15:16.57\00:15:19.83 He would never open His mouth, 00:15:19.84\00:15:21.43 but He would tell a story. 00:15:21.44\00:15:24.50 Simon, he said there were two great debtors, 00:15:24.51\00:15:27.07 one own a huge debt, one own a small debt. 00:15:27.08\00:15:29.80 They were both forgiven. 00:15:29.81\00:15:30.92 Which would be most thankful? 00:15:30.93\00:15:33.11 And I found myself saying, 00:15:33.12\00:15:34.30 the one who own them all. 00:15:34.31\00:15:37.92 And I knew he was talking about me, Jahaziel. 00:15:37.93\00:15:40.79 But he was so gentle. 00:15:40.80\00:15:42.80 No one knew that, but Jew. 00:15:42.81\00:15:44.73 Oh, oh, the perfume, it smelled up the whole room. 00:15:44.74\00:15:49.34 I was embarrassed. 00:15:49.35\00:15:50.98 Jesus finally sensed what was going on 00:15:50.99\00:15:54.02 and He said leave this woman alone. 00:15:54.03\00:15:57.49 What she has done will be recorded throughout 00:15:57.50\00:15:59.90 the world, at which point Judas ran out. 00:15:59.91\00:16:04.57 We know now, don't we? Yes. 00:16:04.58\00:16:07.45 He was going to see the priests. 00:16:07.46\00:16:10.62 Oh, I wish you to sit and stay with it. Yes. 00:16:10.66\00:16:14.93 I looked around at the religious leaders 00:16:14.94\00:16:16.76 and I saw they were still struggling, 00:16:16.77\00:16:18.30 I knew I still struggle with pride, 00:16:18.31\00:16:19.82 I'm not saying I don't, 00:16:19.83\00:16:20.80 but they were planning on death, 00:16:20.81\00:16:22.86 on death for Jesus. For Jesus. I just wish. 00:16:22.87\00:16:28.84 I know I can't relive my life, 00:16:28.85\00:16:32.81 but I wish I had been a more open 00:16:32.82\00:16:34.23 closer follower of Jesus. 00:16:34.24\00:16:36.42 I feel like I still let Him down. 00:16:36.43\00:16:38.63 But He loved you. Right. 00:16:38.64\00:16:41.58 And the grace of God, He continues to love, 00:16:41.59\00:16:45.10 He continues to forgive. 00:16:45.11\00:16:46.66 And He loved Mary. Yes, yes. 00:16:46.67\00:16:49.73 You know, when I see a leper now, 00:16:49.74\00:16:51.96 I think of where I was. 00:16:51.97\00:16:53.43 When I see a woman, I think of what I did, 00:16:53.44\00:16:56.16 and yet Jesus continues to forgive, forgive, 00:16:56.17\00:16:59.48 forgive, thank God. 00:16:59.49\00:17:01.65 He gives me a picture of God that I know, 00:17:01.66\00:17:04.75 that Jesus accepts you and me just as we are. 00:17:04.76\00:17:08.51 Isn't that a tremendous thought? Amen. 00:17:08.52\00:17:11.03 Jahaziel, what kind of host am I? 00:17:11.04\00:17:13.33 I've had you over here for a meal and haven't 00:17:13.34\00:17:15.63 let you have a bit of food. Please. 00:17:15.64\00:17:19.16 Help yourself to some bread. 00:17:19.17\00:17:23.62 So good to have you here. It's my pleasure. 00:17:23.63\00:17:26.20 Everything we have, Jahaziel, the food, 00:17:30.74\00:17:33.40 the bread, the wine, the great fresh air it's all 00:17:33.41\00:17:38.56 because of God who loves us and desires to do good to us. 00:17:38.57\00:17:43.39 Praise the Lord. 00:17:43.40\00:17:44.37 This little light of mine, 00:17:59.78\00:18:03.97 I'm gonna let it shine. Hi, Brace. Hi. 00:19:05.06\00:19:07.95 I'd want to thank you for joining me 00:19:07.96\00:19:09.61 on Sharing Time today. 00:19:09.62\00:19:11.07 What do you do to share Jesus? 00:19:11.08\00:19:12.90 Well, recently I went to Vacation Bible school 00:19:12.91\00:19:15.53 and I helped people with HIV positive and AIDS 00:19:15.54\00:19:21.71 and-- How did you do that at Vacation Bible School? 00:19:21.72\00:19:24.61 Was it, doesn't sound like a normal Vacation 00:19:24.62\00:19:26.51 Bible School to me? That's right. 00:19:26.52\00:19:28.06 We filled boxes form and put stuff that food 00:19:28.07\00:19:34.39 stamps won't cover, like different things like 00:19:34.40\00:19:37.70 toilet paper and that's kind of stuff. 00:19:37.71\00:19:40.48 Toilet paper, what else would you put in? And-- 00:19:40.49\00:19:43.05 Do you make up boxes and you put stuff in there. 00:19:43.06\00:19:45.60 Yeah, toilet paper and like shampoo and soap 00:19:45.61\00:19:52.70 and-- And personal items like that. 00:19:52.71\00:19:54.42 So you collect that and you make boxes and-- Yeah. 00:19:54.43\00:19:57.57 And then how did then you gave them to? 00:19:57.58\00:20:00.29 We gave them to the community service person 00:20:00.30\00:20:04.03 and then they took them to the people. 00:20:04.04\00:20:05.87 And these are specifically for people, 00:20:05.88\00:20:08.73 you know, you said, you mentioned that food 00:20:08.74\00:20:10.88 stamps won't cover because of these a lot 00:20:10.89\00:20:12.71 of these people were on, you know-- On drugs 00:20:12.72\00:20:15.11 and stuff like that. 00:20:15.12\00:20:16.69 Also there were a lot of more on drugs and didn't 00:20:16.70\00:20:18.41 have lot of money and--so did that, 00:20:18.42\00:20:22.00 did you learned about what, 00:20:22.01\00:20:24.81 about drug abuse when you were there too? 00:20:24.82\00:20:27.23 And what kind of things did you learned? 00:20:27.24\00:20:29.16 We've learned that, you never want to take drugs 00:20:29.17\00:20:32.06 and what, how harmful they are to your body 00:20:32.07\00:20:34.60 and stuff like that. And that's true. 00:20:34.61\00:20:36.63 We don't ever want to take drugs and you know, 00:20:36.64\00:20:39.30 we were told that our bodies are temple of 00:20:39.31\00:20:41.06 God, aren't they? 00:20:41.07\00:20:42.04 So we want to always be careful what we take 00:20:42.05\00:20:45.00 into our bodies and what we do with our bodies, 00:20:45.01\00:20:47.19 and we want to get exercise, 00:20:47.20\00:20:48.57 and eat right and we definitely don't want to 00:20:48.58\00:20:51.09 do drugs, do we? No. 00:20:51.10\00:20:52.25 And so that you've probably learnt a little bit 00:20:52.26\00:20:54.29 more about that at Vacation Bible School. Yeah. 00:20:54.30\00:20:56.74 And so that's good. 00:20:56.75\00:20:58.39 How old are you? I'm 11. You're 11. 00:20:58.42\00:21:00.85 What grades are you in? 00:21:00.86\00:21:02.54 I'm in fourth and going into fifth. 00:21:02.55\00:21:05.76 Going into fifth grade.
