It's time to share there's a world out there, 00:00:03.76\00:00:06.75 looking for a friend like Jesus. It's time to share 00:00:06.78\00:00:11.83 there's a world out there; Let's tell them that 00:00:11.86\00:00:14.51 He loves us so. Let's tell them that He loves us so. 00:00:14.54\00:00:20.17 Kids Time, Kids Time, Kids Time. 00:00:20.70\00:00:25.12 Hi boys and girls, oh! I was so sleepy, 00:00:25.15\00:00:30.82 you know my mom made this beautiful pillow 00:00:30.85\00:00:32.79 and it's so soft, I thought I just have to lay down 00:00:32.82\00:00:35.68 and take a nice nap. Isn't that beautiful and so plumpy 00:00:35.71\00:00:39.87 and soft. Okay, I wasn't really sleeping. 00:00:39.90\00:00:43.61 I was just pretending to be sleeping and taking a nap. 00:00:43.64\00:00:47.09 But today I want to tell you about an animal that spends 00:00:47.68\00:00:51.29 half of its life sleeping. And it's not pretending like 00:00:51.32\00:00:54.23 I was. I am talking about this animal right here. 00:00:54.26\00:00:58.16 Do you know what kind it is? If you guess a muskrat 00:00:58.88\00:01:02.86 or a squirrel or a bear, a seal you are wrong. 00:01:03.63\00:01:06.62 This is an otter. Otters are lots of fun to watch when 00:01:07.69\00:01:11.39 they are awake that is and the river otter lives in 00:01:11.42\00:01:14.44 North America as well as other parts of the world, 00:01:14.47\00:01:16.89 and it loves to swim and to play and sleep. It 00:01:16.92\00:01:20.93 leads a happy life, doesn't it? When it's hungry it 00:01:20.96\00:01:24.54 hunts for it's food in the fresh water or salt water 00:01:24.57\00:01:27.17 as well as on land. It's not a very fussy eater are 00:01:27.77\00:01:30.84 you little guy. Well, as I told you it loves to sleep 00:01:30.87\00:01:34.64 and sleep soundly even the water and it loves to play. 00:01:34.67\00:01:38.61 Now, if you ever had a chance to watch otters 00:01:39.26\00:01:40.96 play you'll find yourself laughing as they tuck 00:01:40.99\00:01:44.31 their webbed feet underneath them 00:01:44.34\00:01:46.06 and they slide down the slippery banks to land 00:01:46.09\00:01:48.91 in the water with a great big splash. 00:01:48.94\00:01:50.81 And then they scramble up the bank and do the same 00:01:51.54\00:01:54.16 thing all over again. Now, in the water they swim 00:01:54.19\00:01:58.78 and glide and they dive and in fact, 00:01:58.81\00:02:01.20 do you know the otters can dive up to depths 00:02:01.23\00:02:03.51 of more than 60 feet and they stay under the water 00:02:03.54\00:02:06.39 for a more than four minutes. Uh! I can't hold my breath 00:02:07.19\00:02:11.15 that long, can you? That's a long time to hold 00:02:11.18\00:02:13.52 your breath. When they come up for air, 00:02:13.55\00:02:15.83 they bob to the surface almost like a, 00:02:15.86\00:02:18.11 almost like a little beach ball with whispers 00:02:18.14\00:02:20.58 and flipping and their eyes are shining and they're 00:02:20.61\00:02:22.50 looking as if they're about to smile and laugh 00:02:22.53\00:02:26.35 at any at you any minute and they do have fun. 00:02:26.38\00:02:28.92 You know I think in some ways Jesus would like us 00:02:30.25\00:02:32.53 to be like otters. He wants us to be happy, 00:02:32.56\00:02:34.88 to play hard and work hard and to sleep hard. 00:02:34.91\00:02:38.65 He doesn't want us to be fussy eaters but 00:02:39.40\00:02:41.59 to be faithful for the food someone has worked 00:02:41.62\00:02:43.71 very hard to provide for us. And he wants us 00:02:43.74\00:02:46.89 to enjoy ourselves in this wonderful world that 00:02:46.92\00:02:49.65 he has made and he wants us to always get plenty 00:02:49.68\00:02:52.56 of sleep so that we'll feel well enough to do all 00:02:52.59\00:02:55.24 these wonderful things. Well, now Ranger Jim 00:02:55.27\00:02:58.37 is going to tell us more about the otters. 00:02:58.40\00:03:01.06 Hi boys and girls, Ranger Jim saying welcome 00:03:08.36\00:03:09.94 to Nature Time. We're glad you can join us today. 00:03:09.97\00:03:12.00 You see what we have. We have the beautiful 00:03:12.57\00:03:14.97 river otter. We have two of them here. 00:03:15.00\00:03:16.66 Olga and Way Water, she's swimming around and 00:03:17.31\00:03:20.02 enjoying this place. We've been trying to get them 00:03:20.05\00:03:22.38 to come out and they've been asleep. 00:03:22.41\00:03:23.66 We're here about noon today and they were 00:03:24.35\00:03:26.24 sleeping and we had to awake them to come out 00:03:26.27\00:03:28.25 to be on television. The river otter is a very 00:03:28.28\00:03:31.01 interesting creature. In fact, 00:03:31.04\00:03:32.25 many people call them the clown of the animal 00:03:32.28\00:03:34.68 kingdom because they love to slide like you like to 00:03:34.71\00:03:37.06 slide if you live in a Northern climate. 00:03:37.09\00:03:38.88 And you will see them sliding down a river bank 00:03:39.42\00:03:41.02 maybe if it's muddy, may be if it's green grass 00:03:41.05\00:03:43.82 where we live in the Southern part of Florida. 00:03:43.85\00:03:46.34 We have a female that has three cubs with her 00:03:46.37\00:03:49.36 and she enjoys picking them up on the grass 00:03:49.92\00:03:52.11 and they slide down into the water. 00:03:52.14\00:03:53.61 They seem to never tire up here, 00:03:53.64\00:03:55.22 play like this sometime for a half an hour. 00:03:55.25\00:03:57.26 We have learned something else also that when 00:03:57.83\00:03:59.91 the otter has her den and she likes to dig back 00:03:59.94\00:04:02.68 in the bank of the river or the lake back amongst 00:04:02.71\00:04:05.42 the roots and make a very nice, quite comfortable 00:04:05.45\00:04:08.11 den, she lines it with soft material when her babies 00:04:08.14\00:04:11.41 are born, they are born typical of babies born 00:04:11.44\00:04:13.53 to mammals, they are quite helpless for sometimes 00:04:13.56\00:04:16.41 and of course they nurse from mammary glands 00:04:16.44\00:04:18.74 on her belly and then when they're able to travel 00:04:18.77\00:04:21.66 with their mother they go out and travel back 00:04:21.69\00:04:23.13 and forth with her and we have learned also and 00:04:23.16\00:04:26.23 all the fisherman know there is no safe place 00:04:26.26\00:04:28.95 to keep fish from an otter. If you do it must be 00:04:28.98\00:04:31.57 something that it fastened so tight that they can't 00:04:31.60\00:04:34.96 unfasten it. If it's regular latch or if it's a fish 00:04:34.99\00:04:38.07 basket that most people will use they simply go 00:04:39.09\00:04:41.40 inside and eat all the fish. They're a great fisherman. 00:04:41.43\00:04:44.32 They would chase down almost any fish that's 00:04:44.35\00:04:46.53 swimming back and forth in their territory. 00:04:46.56\00:04:48.25 The sea otter is much larger than the river otter 00:04:49.68\00:04:53.34 that you see here and if you live in an area where 00:04:53.37\00:04:55.76 the sea otter is prevalent if you live in coastal areas 00:04:55.79\00:04:58.68 you will find that the sea otter is much larger 00:04:58.71\00:05:00.85 than this and if you live where there are salt kelp, 00:05:00.88\00:05:03.90 floating debris or not debris really it is a 00:05:05.51\00:05:08.99 growing matter. The sea otter likes to lay on that 00:05:09.02\00:05:13.89 and relax and when they're eating they relax 00:05:13.92\00:05:16.12 and lay back with that and you can tell the difference 00:05:16.15\00:05:19.96 in a very young otter, a sea otter is the coloration 00:05:19.99\00:05:23.04 and sometimes you will see them, 00:05:23.07\00:05:24.62 they're quite gray and some of them are almost 00:05:24.65\00:05:27.13 white headed, so they call those old timers. 00:05:27.16\00:05:29.22 But with a river otter, the babies stay with 00:05:29.89\00:05:32.12 their mother for about a year or so and as 00:05:32.15\00:05:34.41 I said before their favorite food is fish and I 00:05:34.44\00:05:37.16 have in my bag some of things that we've been 00:05:37.19\00:05:38.82 feeding them. And you see here I have very small 00:05:38.85\00:05:42.44 fish that they, that they enjoy, we feed them that, 00:05:42.47\00:05:45.67 that is a very nutritional meal for them. 00:05:45.70\00:05:48.40 They also like to, they will open clamps, 00:05:48.43\00:05:51.40 they will open the shells of oysters and things 00:05:51.43\00:05:54.77 of that nature. They will take just about anything 00:05:54.80\00:05:57.44 fresh that they find. You cannot attract them, 00:05:57.47\00:06:00.03 people that try to attract the otter you will not 00:06:00.06\00:06:03.24 attract them with anything that's dead or has 00:06:03.27\00:06:05.31 any taint or smell about it. 00:06:05.34\00:06:06.72 And so the otter we can say would live to be 12 00:06:07.30\00:06:11.10 or 15 years, the mother always has two, 00:06:11.13\00:06:13.82 may be three cubs and the mother has very 00:06:13.85\00:06:17.42 nourishing milk, and the otters grow very rapidly. 00:06:17.45\00:06:20.29 Their pelt is very valuable because of its soft 00:06:20.91\00:06:24.26 consistency and many people have trapped these 00:06:24.29\00:06:27.52 animals in the early history of America they were 00:06:27.55\00:06:30.09 trapped almost to extinction, because they 00:06:30.12\00:06:32.36 do have such beautiful coats. 00:06:32.39\00:06:33.74 So, we have the river otter and if you live in an area 00:06:33.77\00:06:36.90 where they are and you can find a secured place 00:06:36.93\00:06:38.57 where they're feeding or where they live and travel. 00:06:38.60\00:06:40.70 You would be wise to spend sometime 00:06:40.73\00:06:43.28 as I have and enjoy the antics that they can do. 00:06:43.31\00:06:46.20 They enjoy chasing each other, chasing their own 00:06:46.23\00:06:48.50 tail much the same as a dog or a cat and when 00:06:48.53\00:06:50.96 you have two or three baby otters playing 00:06:50.99\00:06:52.84 on a river bank you can spend an hour so 00:06:52.87\00:06:54.98 and not even know the time passed. 00:06:55.01\00:06:57.07 So, boys and girls, another wonderful creature 00:06:57.10\00:07:00.01 that God has made. He's given the many abilities 00:07:00.04\00:07:02.39 and many things that we can study and learn 00:07:02.42\00:07:04.98 about them. They have perhaps the sharpest 00:07:05.01\00:07:07.27 teeth of any creature that I know. 00:07:07.30\00:07:09.15 Even when they're tiny you can't handle them 00:07:09.18\00:07:11.67 because their teeth are even sharper than that 00:07:11.70\00:07:13.91 of your kitty and you know how sharp that can be. 00:07:13.94\00:07:16.28 So, boys and girls, whatever animal it is that 00:07:16.81\00:07:19.53 He has made, including the river otter, 00:07:19.56\00:07:21.78 he made it perfect the very first time. 00:07:21.81\00:07:24.07 The first river otter was perfect when He finished 00:07:24.10\00:07:26.83 creating that, and we are to study them and learn 00:07:26.86\00:07:29.48 about them and honor them and share the earth 00:07:29.51\00:07:32.25 with them, so that they might live peacefully 00:07:32.28\00:07:34.91 with us. So, as always your friend Ranger Jim 00:07:34.94\00:07:38.00 telling you don't forget to tell Jesus that 00:07:38.03\00:07:40.50 you love him today because he loves the otters, 00:07:40.53\00:07:42.90 but most of all he loves boys and girls like you. 00:07:42.93\00:07:46.87 Hello, boys and girls, I am here with my daughter 00:07:55.05\00:07:57.19 Hannah. Hannah, I have to ask you a question 00:07:57.22\00:07:59.01 when you get to heaven what are you not gonna miss. 00:07:59.04\00:08:01.21 Poison ivy and mosquitoes. Oh! It sounds like 00:08:02.68\00:08:06.32 something your Brother Adam would say, 00:08:06.35\00:08:07.51 Adam does not like poison ivy and mosquitoes 00:08:07.54\00:08:10.01 and neither do I. You know, Revelation 21 says 00:08:10.04\00:08:12.86 when we get to heaven, there will be a new heaven 00:08:12.89\00:08:14.45 and a new earth and all that other stuff 00:08:14.48\00:08:16.70 would be passed away. I can't wait. 00:08:16.73\00:08:18.48 Hey little dove, so brown and gray, 00:08:25.34\00:08:27.84 you make such a sad, sad sound. 00:08:27.87\00:08:30.04 But you won't be alone in dawn of day when 00:08:30.93\00:08:33.80 the Lord of the earth comes down. 00:08:33.83\00:08:35.79 And hey willow tree with your falling leaves flow 00:08:36.76\00:08:39.88 like tears to the ground. Oh you won't be a weakling 00:08:39.91\00:08:44.08 on that day when the Lord of the earth comes down, 00:08:44.11\00:08:47.43 you'll be a laughing willow and a dancing dove 00:08:47.46\00:08:51.13 made brand new by the Lord above, 00:08:51.16\00:08:53.84 no more sorrow only joy above, 00:08:53.87\00:08:58.14 laughing willow and a dancing dove. 00:08:59.45\00:09:02.42 Hey pretty leaves with the little green stem 00:09:07.29\00:09:09.87 and a pointy sponge all around, you'll 00:09:09.90\00:09:12.24 be a joy to hold back down when the Lord 00:09:13.31\00:09:16.64 of the earth comes down. And yes 00:09:16.67\00:09:19.40 Mr. Skunk with your awful scent lets just move 00:09:19.43\00:09:23.10 you around, you won't have to smell bad anymore 00:09:23.13\00:09:27.88 when the Lord of the earth comes down. Just 00:09:27.91\00:09:30.12 like the laughing willow and the dancing dove 00:09:30.15\00:09:33.40 made brand new by the Lord above, 00:09:34.08\00:09:36.39 no more sorrow only joy above, the laughing willow 00:09:36.42\00:09:42.73 and the dancing dove. And little one with 00:09:42.76\00:09:49.93 your face so sad, does it seem your life is turning 00:09:49.96\00:09:55.92 out so bad, when the Lord of love given half 00:09:55.95\00:10:01.89 a chance makes your heart to smile and your feet 00:10:01.92\00:10:07.67 to dance, just like the laughing willow and the 00:10:07.70\00:10:11.74 dancing dove made brand new by the Lord above, 00:10:11.77\00:10:15.87 no more sorrow only joy above, laughing willow 00:10:15.90\00:10:22.02 and the dancing dove. Laughing 00:10:22.05\00:10:24.23 willow and the dancing dove. 00:10:24.26\00:10:30.37 Hi, today we're gonna make harvest muffins. 00:10:43.67\00:10:45.33 These muffins are delicious. They go with almost any 00:10:46.02\00:10:49.00 meal. You can put them with the fruit salad 00:10:49.03\00:10:50.69 or just about any meal. Now, 00:10:50.72\00:10:53.11 first I am gonna read you my recipe. 00:10:53.14\00:10:55.05 2 cups shredded unpeeled apples 00:10:57.03\00:10:59.79 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries 00:11:00.44\00:11:04.01 1 cup shredded carrots 00:11:04.63\00:11:06.39 1 1/4 cup sucanat or date sugar 00:11:07.32\00:11:10.38 2 1/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour 00:11:11.31\00:11:13.98 1 tbsp. baking powder 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 00:11:15.05\00:11:22.05 ½ cup water ½ cup olive oil 00:11:22.73\00:11:25.91 Okay, first I am gonna add all the dry ingredients 00:11:28.00\00:11:30.81 together. I'm gonna put our salt and our flour, 00:11:30.84\00:11:38.62 our whole wheat pastry flour, and this is sucanat 00:11:39.53\00:11:44.36 but you could also use date sugar or maple sugar 00:11:44.39\00:11:47.69 it's good too, good sweetener. 00:11:47.72\00:11:50.16 And put cinnamon and the baking powder, 00:11:53.36\00:12:01.90 you mix all the dry ingredients up first 00:12:03.34\00:12:05.45 before you put any of the wet ingredients. 00:12:05.48\00:12:08.10 Mix that up real good, oops spilled a little bit, okay. 00:12:09.03\00:12:14.39 I'm gonna put the apples and all the carrots. 00:12:17.79\00:12:20.69 The apples and the carrots we're gonna put in last. 00:12:21.39\00:12:22.82 So, I'll go ahead and put the water in, 00:12:22.85\00:12:24.33 and the oil. And then we're gonna put the apples 00:12:28.18\00:12:36.53 in and the apples there are a little brown here 00:12:36.56\00:12:39.23 but the apples when you shred them, 00:12:40.15\00:12:41.33 they're always going to turn brown like real soon 00:12:42.20\00:12:46.78 so and when you grate the apples you're gonna be 00:12:46.81\00:12:50.50 real careful and grate it on this side but be real 00:12:50.53\00:12:53.67 careful not to get your hands. It'll really hurt. 00:12:53.70\00:12:55.48 And now we gonna add the apples, the carrots, 00:12:58.48\00:13:14.01 gonna hold this, mix it all up. You 00:13:23.70\00:13:32.19 mix till it's about this consistency and then take 00:13:36.68\00:13:40.87 our baking muffin pans and put some, 00:13:42.53\00:13:47.95 you want to make sure you never wanna, 00:13:48.97\00:13:49.94 you don't wanna put same amount. 00:13:49.95\00:13:52.03 Make sure you put the same amount in each one, 00:13:52.06\00:13:53.83 but don't, when you get in there. Be sure 00:13:53.86\00:13:56.37 not to flatten it 'cause it won't rise as good. 00:13:57.47\00:14:00.50 It won't rise up. We'll do a few of these. 00:14:00.53\00:14:03.56 Scoop it off in there. Make sure to well kind of level it 00:14:05.77\00:14:15.88 off but don't smush it, to the way it looks. 00:14:15.91\00:14:18.95 But you want it even. Okay, we'll show you the 00:14:18.98\00:14:26.68 finished product here. These are what the muffins 00:14:26.89\00:14:35.66 look like. You want to bake this at 00:14:35.89\00:14:36.95 350 for 20 to 25 minutes until its going brown 00:14:36.98\00:14:40.51 or until it looks like this. These look delicious, 00:14:40.54\00:14:45.99 might have one for myself. Remember 00:14:46.93\00:14:50.45 to keep cooking and eat healthy. 00:14:50.48\00:14:53.55 Oh! Hello Boys and girls, how are you? 00:15:06.41\00:15:08.61 I am King Hezekiah. I bet you're wondering 00:15:09.58\00:15:12.43 what I am doing here. Well, I am wondering the 00:15:12.46\00:15:15.47 same thing. I have a little story, I like to share with 00:15:15.50\00:15:18.52 you if you got few moments. It's about my father. 00:15:18.55\00:15:21.54 My father King Ahaz, I as his son knew at the time 00:15:22.51\00:15:28.43 that he was King that he was a wicked King. 00:15:28.46\00:15:31.41 He built alters unto false Gods. He had build, 00:15:32.51\00:15:35.65 planted groves for the people to worship false Gods 00:15:36.25\00:15:38.61 in and because of that the God, the creator of the 00:15:38.64\00:15:42.18 heavens and the earth, he left us and we 00:15:42.21\00:15:47.07 became a weak nation and many of our people were 00:15:47.10\00:15:50.09 taken captive and made slaves. 00:15:50.12\00:15:52.32 And I had made a decision in my heart that when 00:15:53.46\00:15:56.77 I became King I would not do some of the things 00:15:56.80\00:15:59.76 that he had done. Well, my father he eventually died, 00:16:05.34\00:16:06.31 and he was such a wicked King that they wouldn't 00:16:06.65\00:16:10.33 even bury him in the tombs of the Kings. 00:16:10.36\00:16:14.47 Though they did bury him in the city, 00:16:15.47\00:16:17.13 well at the beginning of my reign I decided that I would 00:16:17.16\00:16:22.75 call the priest to gather and Levites to gather 00:16:22.78\00:16:25.14 and that we would renew the temple services. 00:16:25.17\00:16:27.79 And they came together and they cleaned 00:16:29.24\00:16:33.23 the outer court, they cleaned the inner court 00:16:33.26\00:16:36.03 and they were preparing the temple for the passover 00:16:36.06\00:16:39.54 and surely there after, after the temple was cleaned, 00:16:40.73\00:16:43.48 our nation had a wonderful passover service. 00:16:44.28\00:16:46.57 Our revival as a nation was one of the greatest 00:16:48.17\00:16:50.66 revival since the time of King David. 00:16:50.69\00:16:53.15 And I was a happy man. Well, that revival was 00:16:54.48\00:17:00.15 so great and God was with us and he was showing 00:17:00.18\00:17:02.92 us that he was with us so much at one time King 00:17:02.95\00:17:05.89 Sennacherib from Assyria they surrounded our 00:17:05.92\00:17:10.73 cities and laid siege to us. Well, God in one night 00:17:10.76\00:17:17.33 sent an angel and he destroyed 185,000 Assyrians 00:17:17.36\00:17:23.42 in one night. And King Sennacherib he went home 00:17:23.45\00:17:27.08 in shame. And there he even died at the hands 00:17:27.11\00:17:30.18 of his own two sons. Later I became sick and the 00:17:30.21\00:17:37.48 Prophet Isaiah came unto me and says, 00:17:37.51\00:17:39.75 King Hezekiah, get your house in order for this 00:17:39.78\00:17:43.80 sickness it is unto death. Well, I didn't want to die 00:17:43.83\00:17:49.75 and as Isaiah left I turned my face towards the wall 00:17:50.55\00:17:54.11 and I began to pray to God. And before Isaiah 00:17:54.14\00:17:57.62 got out of the it's center court of the temple. 00:17:57.65\00:18:00.32 He turned back 'cause God told him to go back and 00:18:01.88\00:18:04.08 tell me that I was gonna live. 00:18:04.11\00:18:05.97 But when he told me that I said, well what would 00:18:07.27\00:18:08.80 be the sign that I am going to live. 00:18:08.83\00:18:10.98 He said, I can choose that the sun would go forward 00:18:11.77\00:18:14.09 10 degrees or the sun could go backwards 00:18:14.12\00:18:16.87 10 degrees. Well, of course, the sun goes forwards 00:18:16.90\00:18:20.74 all the time. So, I felt it would be a greater sign 00:18:20.97\00:18:23.72 for the sun to go backwards 10 degrees. 00:18:23.75\00:18:26.43 Well, sure enough it happened the way I asked 00:18:27.73\00:18:31.58 it to happen. And Isaiah made a prescription 00:18:31.61\00:18:35.19 that I should put some figs on the boil that 00:18:35.22\00:18:37.37 I had during my sickness and in three days 00:18:37.40\00:18:40.64 I was healed. I knew the Lord was with me, 00:18:41.76\00:18:44.64 and I praise God for that healing and then 00:18:45.57\00:18:48.18 I was able to attend the temple services again. 00:18:48.21\00:18:51.03 Well, I think that made me proud because some 00:18:51.06\00:18:56.57 ambassadors from Babylon came because 00:18:56.60\00:18:59.60 they heard about the miracle of the sun 00:18:59.63\00:19:01.22 and they also heard about my sickness and how the 00:19:01.25\00:19:03.37 miracle of the sun going backwards was a sign 00:19:03.40\00:19:05.68 to me that my God was going to heal me. 00:19:05.71\00:19:08.12 Well, because of my pride, not giving God the glory 00:19:09.96\00:19:14.09 and the honor for what happened. 00:19:14.12\00:19:15.47 I went and showed those ambassadors all my 00:19:17.03\00:19:20.52 treasures. I didn't even want to say a thing about 00:19:20.55\00:19:23.25 my God. I showed my glory, my cities, my treasure. 00:19:23.28\00:19:26.75 It was a big mistake on my part. 00:19:28.88\00:19:30.07 Pride was hard at my throat. Well, after that 00:19:31.00\00:19:34.87 they went back. They missed, 00:19:36.59\00:19:38.67 I missed the opportunity to share with them 00:19:39.22\00:19:40.74 something wonderful. Then born to me since the 00:19:40.77\00:19:44.14 time I supposed to die was another child and 00:19:44.17\00:19:48.18 that child is going to be King of Judah 00:19:48.21\00:19:51.45 after I am gone. But I am very concerned for I can 00:19:51.48\00:19:56.82 see in him some of the same tendencies that 00:19:56.85\00:19:59.83 I saw in my father, and I'm wondering if me 00:19:59.86\00:20:03.42 living any longer. It was 15 years that God said 00:20:03.45\00:20:07.82 I would live and living longer has allowed me 00:20:07.85\00:20:12.63 time to make big mistakes in my life. 00:20:12.66\00:20:14.96 And because of those mistakes I've learned 00:20:16.89\00:20:19.90 that I need to trust God and I do now trust him 00:20:19.93\00:20:23.26 that his timing is always best. Kids, 00:20:23.29\00:20:25.15 boys and girls, have you ever made any mistakes 00:20:26.61\00:20:30.61 in your life like I've made these last few years. 00:20:30.64\00:20:34.55 God will forgive you of any of your sins 00:20:35.72\00:20:38.06 as he has forgiven me. Isn't he a wonderful 00:20:38.99\00:20:42.69 God we serve? If you would just 00:20:42.72\00:20:44.91 ask him he will forgive you. 00:20:44.94\00:20:47.43 Into my heart, Into my heart, 00:21:09.83\00:21:16.57 Come into my heart, Lord Jesus. 00:21:17.15\00:21:24.05 Come in to stay, Come in always, 00:21:24.54\00:21:31.50 Come into my heart, Lord Jesus. 00:21:31.92\00:21:39.48 Out of my heart, Out of my heart, 00:21:40.24\00:21:46.73 Shine out my heart, Lord Jesus. 00:21:47.25\00:21:54.21 Shine out always, shine out always, 00:21:54.68\00:22:01.72 Shine out all my heart, Lord Jesus. 00:22:02.32\00:22:10.17 Shine out all my heart, Lord Jesus. 00:22:11.26\00:22:19.40 Thank you Taylor and Mark for that beautiful song. 00:22:30.55\00:22:32.56 Taylor is just 3 years old and already singing 00:22:33.13\00:22:35.42 with his daddy, isn't that wonderful? 00:22:35.45\00:22:37.13 Well, boys and girls I'd like to introduce you 00:22:37.98\00:22:39.49 to our guest today, this is Christine Thomas. 00:22:39.52\00:22:41.57 Hi Christine. Hi. Thank you for being 00:22:41.60\00:22:43.68 on sharing time now. Can you tell me, 00:22:43.71\00:22:46.24 you wrote me a letter and what did you write to me? 00:22:46.94\00:22:49.15 Can I be on sharing time? 00:22:49.60\00:22:50.72 That's right, and you know boys and girls, 00:22:51.17\00:22:52.84 if you would like to be on sharing time sometime 00:22:53.37\00:22:55.01 write and let me know okay, 00:22:55.04\00:22:56.17 'cause I'd love to have you come and be on the 00:22:56.20\00:22:58.06 program and tell how you share Jesus. 00:22:58.09\00:22:59.92 But Christine you and I have something in common. 00:23:00.68\00:23:02.54 Do you know what that is? What? 00:23:02.57\00:23:04.06 Your daddy is a Pastor and my daddy is a Pastor. 00:23:04.09\00:23:07.50 So, we're both preacher's kids. How about that? 00:23:07.97\00:23:10.18 I know you travel with your dad quite a bit, don't you? 00:23:10.21\00:23:12.63 Umh! And when you travel you have an opportunity 00:23:12.66\00:23:15.78 to witness. Can you tell me what you do that's 00:23:15.81\00:23:19.10 a special ministry for your? 00:23:19.13\00:23:20.27 Well, what I do is I pass out literature to different 00:23:21.11\00:23:25.16 people and with... This literature is about what? 00:23:25.19\00:23:29.96 It's about how Jesus loves you and how he died 00:23:31.05\00:23:34.05 on the cross for you and some of it's 3ABN stuff. 00:23:34.08\00:23:37.16 Well, that's good. Now you meet a lot of boys and girls 00:23:37.96\00:23:40.60 when you travel and what do you, 00:23:40.63\00:23:42.15 you do something special even after you leave 00:23:42.18\00:23:44.18 and what you do when you meet boys and girls? 00:23:44.21\00:23:46.29 Well, I talk to them and ask them sometimes 00:23:46.94\00:23:49.76 to come to Church with me and so after 00:23:49.79\00:23:53.62 I leave I write letters to them. 00:23:53.65\00:23:56.98 So, you keep on encourage them even after you 00:23:57.46\00:23:59.52 left there. So, you keep on, you know watering 00:24:00.56\00:24:03.73 those seeds and helping the Holy Spirit out there, 00:24:03.76\00:24:06.96 don't you? Yeah. Yes, that's wonderful and now 00:24:06.99\00:24:09.39 recently you just went to New York City. 00:24:09.42\00:24:11.10 Can you tell me about that trip? 00:24:11.13\00:24:12.33 Well, when I went to New York City 00:24:13.16\00:24:15.50 I passed out different literature too. 00:24:16.05\00:24:18.24 And this literature was about a youth meeting 00:24:18.84\00:24:21.39 and how they were gonna have it for different youth 00:24:22.06\00:24:24.50 and so I passed out posters so that they could 00:24:25.16\00:24:28.20 come and enjoy that meeting. 00:24:28.23\00:24:29.95 Now, where did you go to pass out the posters? 00:24:30.47\00:24:32.35 New York City. Right Downtown Harlem 00:24:32.38\00:24:34.81 and I understand that you were right on the 00:24:34.84\00:24:36.78 street corner passing them out, waving at the cars, 00:24:38.13\00:24:40.08 were you doing that? Yep! 00:24:40.11\00:24:41.52 You were. Now, how come you didn't bring any posters 00:24:41.55\00:24:43.48 with you today? I passed them out and I am all out. 00:24:43.51\00:24:48.52 You passed every one of them out. Yeah. 00:24:48.55\00:24:51.06 Well, we do have a picture right here, 00:24:51.09\00:24:52.32 I'd like you to see boys and girls, this is 00:24:52.35\00:24:53.85 the picture of Christine in Downtown Harlem 00:24:53.88\00:24:56.78 and I believe your brother is standing right 00:24:57.85\00:24:59.20 here next to you, is that right?
