It's time to share there's a world out there, 00:00:03.57\00:00:07.26 looking for a friend like Jesus. 00:00:07.27\00:00:10.35 It's time to share there's a world out there, 00:00:10.36\00:00:13.70 let's tell them that He loves us so, 00:00:13.71\00:00:16.96 let's tell them that He loves us so. 00:00:16.97\00:00:20.54 Kids Time, Kids Time, Kids Time. 00:00:20.55\00:00:26.20 Hi, boys and girls. 00:00:26.21\00:00:27.43 Do any of you have a baby in your house? 00:00:27.44\00:00:29.72 If you do, you know that babies need 00:00:29.73\00:00:31.57 lots of love and care. 00:00:31.58\00:00:33.42 And they need families and food and hugs 00:00:33.43\00:00:35.95 and blankets and a nice crib to sleep in. 00:00:35.96\00:00:38.83 Well, our story today is about a baby, 00:00:38.84\00:00:41.11 who didn't sleep in a crib 00:00:41.12\00:00:42.79 in fact this baby found himself 00:00:42.80\00:00:44.91 floating on the river Nile, in a little handmade boat. 00:00:44.92\00:00:48.53 Nearby there were crocodiles 00:00:48.54\00:00:50.07 sunning themselves on the shore. 00:00:50.08\00:00:51.78 Kind of like this one right here. 00:00:51.79\00:00:54.28 Oh, can you see his sharp teeth coming down right here? 00:00:54.29\00:00:58.29 Oh, this one looks a little hungry, doesn't he? 00:00:58.30\00:01:01.25 The scales, feel these scales on his body, 00:01:01.26\00:01:04.18 kind of rough right here 00:01:04.19\00:01:05.61 and this tail can do some damage too. 00:01:05.62\00:01:08.55 Not a safe place for a baby to be. 00:01:08.56\00:01:11.74 And the baby in our story had a big sister, 00:01:11.75\00:01:14.38 who stood knee deep in the water 00:01:14.39\00:01:16.23 and peeped around the tall grasses to watch and see 00:01:16.24\00:01:20.04 what would happen to her baby brother. 00:01:20.05\00:01:22.52 But why would a mother leave her baby 00:01:22.53\00:01:24.91 in a boat on the river. 00:01:24.92\00:01:26.63 We'll find out when we listen to our Bible story today. 00:01:26.64\00:01:29.85 God cares about babies, boy babies 00:01:31.15\00:01:33.91 and girl babies and animal babies. 00:01:33.92\00:01:36.39 God cares about big sisters and big brothers 00:01:36.40\00:01:38.84 and grownups too. 00:01:38.85\00:01:40.90 Long ago when God finished creating the world 00:01:40.91\00:01:43.56 He looked around and He saw the people 00:01:43.57\00:01:45.89 that He had made, petting baby dear and playing tag 00:01:45.90\00:01:49.59 with the monkeys and wrapping their arms 00:01:49.60\00:01:51.71 around tigers and kangaroos. 00:01:51.72\00:01:53.92 He saw birds lining on the man's shoulders 00:01:53.93\00:01:56.73 and watched as a baby raccoon 00:01:56.74\00:01:58.57 snuggled into the woman's arm. 00:01:58.58\00:02:01.11 God smiled and said, that's good, 00:02:01.12\00:02:04.47 yes, that's very good. 00:02:04.48\00:02:07.22 You can find God's own words 00:02:07.23\00:02:09.09 in the first book of the Bible. 00:02:09.10\00:02:10.85 The Book of Genesis, the book of beginnings. 00:02:10.86\00:02:13.92 Why not read them for yourself 00:02:13.93\00:02:15.54 right in the first chapter. 00:02:15.55\00:02:17.54 Let me know if you find them. 00:02:17.55\00:02:19.64 Now let's see what Ranger Jim has to show us. 00:02:19.65\00:02:22.35 Hi, boys and girls, Ranger Jim here. 00:02:31.88\00:02:34.13 We have a special treat for you today. 00:02:34.14\00:02:36.63 We're visiting with some friends 00:02:36.64\00:02:37.74 that have some Emu, and we would like to show them-- 00:02:37.75\00:02:40.90 first of all we like to show you an egg 00:02:40.91\00:02:42.95 where the Emu comes from. 00:02:42.96\00:02:44.07 This is rather a large egg is it not, 00:02:44.08\00:02:46.32 and an unusual color. 00:02:46.33\00:02:47.94 It has a very, very thick shell, in fact, 00:02:47.95\00:02:51.10 if we would to stand on this egg 00:02:51.11\00:02:52.76 when it is intact and be careful to do 00:02:52.77\00:02:54.94 so to distribute our weight correctly 00:02:54.95\00:02:56.82 it could support the weight of a man. 00:02:56.83\00:02:59.04 And the Emu lays the egg 00:02:59.05\00:03:00.88 and very unusual in the bird world, 00:03:00.89\00:03:05.05 that we have that the female lays the egg 00:03:05.06\00:03:08.10 and then guess who gets to take care 00:03:08.11\00:03:09.82 of the job of hatching it. 00:03:09.83\00:03:11.80 That's right, daddy bird's called into the picture 00:03:11.81\00:03:15.04 and he gets to sit on the eggs. 00:03:15.05\00:03:16.85 The Emu is a native of Australia 00:03:16.86\00:03:18.87 and it's in their make up, in their genes 00:03:18.88\00:03:22.52 that they will lay eggs at a certain time of year 00:03:22.53\00:03:25.60 and because in that part of the world, 00:03:25.61\00:03:28.50 January and February is when they normally 00:03:28.51\00:03:30.49 would lay their eggs. 00:03:30.50\00:03:31.84 But when we import them and bring them to this country 00:03:31.85\00:03:34.95 January is not a good time to lay eggs 00:03:34.96\00:03:37.55 to hatch their babies and so most folk 00:03:37.56\00:03:40.17 that raise Emus have incubators. 00:03:40.18\00:03:42.78 In fact a friend of mine Debbie that gave me this egg. 00:03:42.79\00:03:46.18 This egg didn't hatch and it's number 12 00:03:46.19\00:03:48.63 in her incubator because she raises baby Emus and she, 00:03:48.64\00:03:53.28 Debbie the favor of taking the inside out 00:03:53.29\00:03:55.61 and packing it so that I could pick it about 00:03:55.62\00:03:57.74 and show boys and girls this huge egg. 00:03:57.75\00:04:00.97 And on this farm they were surprised last January, 00:04:00.98\00:04:04.81 when the male suddenly appeared after being gone 00:04:04.82\00:04:08.09 for about six weeks they didn't see him, 00:04:08.10\00:04:09.97 they didn't see him, they didn't know 00:04:09.98\00:04:11.11 what happen to him at all. 00:04:11.12\00:04:12.89 And suddenly he appeared walking through the snow 00:04:12.90\00:04:16.01 with four baby Emus. 00:04:16.02\00:04:18.87 Because they're, once again the female laid the eggs 00:04:18.88\00:04:21.57 when she was suppose to lay them in January 00:04:21.58\00:04:24.13 and dad faithful to his task 00:04:24.14\00:04:26.61 he went out and sat on the eggs. 00:04:26.62\00:04:29.23 And it is very unusual for people even in an incubator 00:04:29.24\00:04:33.65 to hatch all of the eggs. 00:04:33.66\00:04:35.30 This rarely all, rarely happen 00:04:35.31\00:04:38.14 because the variation in the temperature 00:04:38.15\00:04:40.73 can only be one or two degrees, 00:04:40.74\00:04:42.70 even in a professionally manufactured incubator. 00:04:42.71\00:04:46.18 But this fellow was able to sit on the eggs 00:04:46.19\00:04:48.66 through the cold rain and the cold snow 00:04:48.67\00:04:51.04 and looking at the Emus that you can see here, 00:04:51.05\00:04:53.52 that you see they have a very 00:04:53.53\00:04:55.00 heavy shaggy back their feathers. 00:04:55.01\00:04:57.42 And so they're well adapted to shedding water 00:04:57.43\00:05:00.03 and the snow and things of that nature 00:05:00.04\00:05:02.10 and so that's how he was able to carry out his task. 00:05:02.11\00:05:05.48 Now the Emu is very, very widely distributed now 00:05:05.49\00:05:10.17 in the United States because a number of the years ago 00:05:10.18\00:05:12.10 they thought this would be the next great source 00:05:12.11\00:05:14.61 of flesh foods that Americans would like to eat this. 00:05:14.62\00:05:17.17 Because the Emu flesh is very low in fat content. 00:05:17.18\00:05:21.60 Americans are becoming more and more and more aware 00:05:21.61\00:05:24.66 of the fat that they're eating, 00:05:24.67\00:05:26.19 and so these creators very important to this country 00:05:26.20\00:05:28.59 thinking that they would be commercial grade food 00:05:28.60\00:05:31.74 for human beings to consume. 00:05:31.75\00:05:34.16 And looking out of the Emus now, 00:05:34.17\00:05:35.59 you see the baby is up here and he looks 00:05:35.60\00:05:38.26 a little bit unusual if you've never seen the Emus 00:05:38.27\00:05:41.00 because his feathers are sticking out 00:05:41.01\00:05:43.33 in different directions and he is quite shy. 00:05:43.34\00:05:46.40 But he is the one baby that survived 00:05:46.41\00:05:48.45 and so they're happy to have that one baby that survived. 00:05:48.46\00:05:51.64 I wish the mother bird would be up closer 00:05:51.65\00:05:53.48 and you could hear the sound that she makes. 00:05:53.49\00:05:55.64 She makes a very deep drumming sound 00:05:55.65\00:05:59.20 deep down in the front of her body 00:05:59.21\00:06:01.26 and it's in her breathing apparatus 00:06:01.27\00:06:03.28 and it's something like-- this is not really accurate 00:06:03.29\00:06:05.73 but it's something like when we would swallow our air 00:06:05.74\00:06:07.63 and make this sound it's sort of a boom, boom, boom, 00:06:07.64\00:06:10.28 boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, 00:06:10.29\00:06:12.76 but it has much more resonance to that 00:06:12.77\00:06:15.19 and so that is very unusual to hear that. 00:06:15.20\00:06:17.82 And I was so pleased when we came today 00:06:17.83\00:06:19.67 and they had a female that was calling and talking. 00:06:19.68\00:06:22.44 Now that is a sound that they normally make 00:06:22.45\00:06:24.36 when they're curious, they see something 00:06:24.37\00:06:27.37 they had never seen before or if it's an unusual sound 00:06:27.38\00:06:31.59 they will respond to that. 00:06:31.60\00:06:32.95 Like the lady who owns the Emus was saying 00:06:32.96\00:06:34.94 that she has a three wheeler 00:06:34.95\00:06:36.43 and one day she was trying to start 00:06:36.44\00:06:37.95 that and the motor didn't want to fire exactly right 00:06:37.96\00:06:40.53 so the motor was turning over going. 00:06:40.54\00:06:43.34 And immediately the mother Emu began to respond to that. 00:06:43.35\00:06:46.43 And though the Emu is a very friendly bird, 00:06:46.44\00:06:48.69 they are defensive when they have young around 00:06:48.70\00:06:51.32 but they can even be dangerous to human beings. 00:06:51.33\00:06:54.12 I know that you would never going to a pen 00:06:54.13\00:06:55.80 if you should be visiting someone a neighbor 00:06:55.81\00:06:58.50 or a friend that has Emus 00:06:58.51\00:07:00.08 you would never want to go into that pen unescorted, 00:07:00.09\00:07:02.76 because the Emu has the ability to jump in the air 00:07:02.77\00:07:05.54 and strike out with its feet. 00:07:05.55\00:07:06.75 It has very powerful claws on its toes 00:07:06.76\00:07:09.61 and you might be injured, okay. 00:07:09.62\00:07:11.19 So if you go to someone that has an Emu 00:07:11.20\00:07:13.35 just visit with them and see it 00:07:13.36\00:07:15.22 and learned to enjoy it and perhaps some day 00:07:15.23\00:07:17.97 you could come to this lady's house 00:07:17.98\00:07:19.54 where she has a baby that you can see. 00:07:19.55\00:07:22.10 But anyway, boys and girls, 00:07:22.11\00:07:23.34 as always when we see the creatures 00:07:23.35\00:07:25.52 that God has made for us to see and enjoy 00:07:25.53\00:07:28.77 and learn about. 00:07:28.78\00:07:30.16 We find the story is always true, 00:07:30.17\00:07:33.12 that He does a magnificent job 00:07:33.13\00:07:35.65 if it's an Emu or a mockingbird, 00:07:35.66\00:07:38.13 a salamander or a turtle whatever it might be, 00:07:38.14\00:07:41.38 it barely shouts, I love you, 00:07:41.39\00:07:43.39 I've given you all of these creatures, 00:07:43.40\00:07:45.92 to see and to study and to learn about. 00:07:45.93\00:07:48.74 Because in learning about them you will discover 00:07:48.75\00:07:51.71 that I am truly that loving creator God. 00:07:51.72\00:07:55.05 So Ranger Jim here, boys and girls, 00:07:55.06\00:07:57.15 telling you once again, 00:07:57.16\00:07:58.70 be sure that you tell Jesus that you love Him, 00:07:58.71\00:08:01.94 because He really does love you. 00:08:01.95\00:08:04.89 Hello, boys and girls. 00:08:11.57\00:08:13.62 We need to show the love of Jesus everyday, 00:08:13.63\00:08:16.50 Brittany and Bethany have a text that talks about that. 00:08:16.51\00:08:19.34 "And this gospel of the kingdom 00:08:19.35\00:08:22.09 shall be preached in all the world 00:08:22.10\00:08:24.50 for a witness unto all nations, 00:08:24.51\00:08:27.16 and then shall the end come." stay cooking. 00:14:32.60\00:14:35.26 And eat healthy. 00:14:35.27\00:14:36.84 Fear thou not, for I am with thee, 00:14:45.08\00:14:49.95 be not dismayed, for I am thy God, 00:14:49.96\00:14:56.86 I will strengthen thee, 00:14:56.87\00:14:59.93 yea, I will help thee, yea, I will uphold. 00:14:59.94\00:15:06.45 Oh, don't worry, you won't bother baby Moses, 00:15:06.46\00:15:10.68 he can laugh, he can coup, he can do anything, 00:15:10.69\00:15:14.37 he's safe now from wicked King Pharaoh, 00:15:14.38\00:15:17.99 ruler of all Egypt. 00:15:18.00\00:15:20.08 You see, it wasn't always that way for us. 00:15:20.09\00:15:24.03 Used to be when Joseph was in charge 00:15:24.04\00:15:26.87 we were given the best to the land, 00:15:26.88\00:15:29.49 the King Pharaoh in that day liked us, 00:15:29.50\00:15:32.01 then he passed away and Joseph passed away 00:15:32.02\00:15:36.16 and the wicked King Pharaoh 00:15:36.17\00:15:37.72 that we have now doesn't like us at all. 00:15:37.73\00:15:40.64 He is so wicked that he has made all of us slaves 00:15:40.65\00:15:45.77 and he has even made it a decree 00:15:45.78\00:15:47.83 that every baby boy should be killed. 00:15:47.84\00:15:52.21 But I determined in my heart 00:15:52.22\00:15:54.52 that this would not happen to baby Moses. 00:15:54.53\00:15:58.18 I knew that God had something special for this baby. 00:15:58.19\00:16:02.25 That God loved this baby, just as He loves all babies. 00:16:02.26\00:16:06.44 But this baby was something very special 00:16:06.45\00:16:08.95 and I determined in my heart that I would hide him, 00:16:08.96\00:16:12.27 that I would do everything 00:16:12.28\00:16:13.48 I could so the King would not find this baby. 00:16:13.49\00:16:16.31 I hid him unto the bed but he made too much noise 00:16:16.32\00:16:20.29 and I was afraid the soldiers would hear, 00:16:20.30\00:16:22.03 and then so I cried out to God. 00:16:22.04\00:16:24.61 Oh, God in heaven tell me what I can do, 00:16:24.62\00:16:28.46 for this baby to protect him. 00:16:28.47\00:16:31.14 And God impressed me to make a basket boat for this baby. 00:16:31.15\00:16:35.68 And so I put, lined it with pitch and soft material 00:16:35.69\00:16:40.67 and I put him in the basket boat 00:16:40.68\00:16:42.73 and I took him down to the river 00:16:42.74\00:16:44.57 and put him in the bulrushes. 00:16:44.58\00:16:46.53 And I asked my daughter Miriam to watch, 00:16:46.54\00:16:49.51 so that little baby Moses would be safe. 00:16:49.52\00:16:52.67 It wasn't long while Miriam was watching 00:16:52.68\00:16:56.29 that the princess came down. 00:16:56.30\00:17:00.42 And the princess with her maidens 00:17:00.43\00:17:03.23 and she saw the little basket boat in the bulrushes. 00:17:03.24\00:17:06.98 And she said go, bring me that basket at once. 00:17:06.99\00:17:10.94 And they brought the basket 00:17:10.95\00:17:12.68 and when they opened the basket 00:17:12.69\00:17:15.24 there was baby Moses and he started crying, 00:17:15.25\00:17:18.54 he wasn't used to a strange person 00:17:18.55\00:17:20.69 looking at him and he was also hungry. 00:17:20.70\00:17:23.42 Miriam ran up as fast as she could and she said, 00:17:23.43\00:17:27.26 could I bind a nurse for you. 00:17:27.27\00:17:29.41 And the princess said yes, go at once. 00:17:29.42\00:17:32.08 And so she ran to where I was praying to God 00:17:32.09\00:17:35.03 to spare baby Moses, to save him 00:17:35.04\00:17:38.21 from the wicked King Pharaoh, 00:17:38.22\00:17:40.72 and she said, mommy, hurry, hurry, 00:17:40.73\00:17:43.45 the King won't throw our baby in the river. 00:17:43.46\00:17:46.18 The princess has found him 00:17:46.19\00:17:47.46 and she wants him for her very own. 00:17:47.47\00:17:49.77 I was rejoicing in my heart 00:17:49.78\00:17:52.14 that God had answered my prayer 00:17:52.15\00:17:54.16 to spare our precious baby. 00:17:54.17\00:17:56.57 And so I ran as fast as I could 00:17:56.58\00:17:58.85 and when I got there 00:17:58.86\00:18:00.28 she put little Moses into my arms. 00:18:00.29\00:18:03.95 And I held him and she said here, 00:18:03.96\00:18:08.10 take care of him until he is older 00:18:08.11\00:18:10.65 and I will pay you to take care of him. 00:18:10.66\00:18:13.42 Now Moses would have everything he needed, 00:18:13.43\00:18:17.65 I was so thankful to the great God in heaven. 00:18:17.66\00:18:21.49 He heard me Jochebed, He heard my prayer for help 00:18:21.50\00:18:27.01 when I cried to God to save my baby. 00:18:27.02\00:18:30.15 And I know that God have something very special 00:18:30.16\00:18:32.74 for this little boy. 00:18:32.75\00:18:34.34 And I thank Him, 00:18:34.35\00:18:35.64 God has something special for you too 00:18:35.65\00:18:38.30 and he will help you also. 00:18:38.31\00:18:40.31 Wasn't that an amazing story 00:18:55.02\00:18:56.79 how Jesus looked after baby Moses and protected him. 00:18:56.80\00:19:00.01 Jesus will protect you too. 00:19:00.02\00:19:02.00 All you have to do is pray and ask Him 00:19:02.01\00:19:03.96 and He will be with you. 00:19:03.97\00:19:05.64 He hears even the tiniest little prayer. 00:19:05.65\00:19:08.32 We serve a wonderful God don't we? 00:19:08.33\00:19:11.17 You know, sharing time is all about sharing Jesus. 00:19:11.18\00:19:14.11 When you share Jesus with others 00:19:14.12\00:19:15.71 it makes Him very happy doesn't it? 00:19:15.72\00:19:18.21 And I like making Jesus happy. 00:19:18.22\00:19:20.26 I also like it when you write 00:19:20.27\00:19:21.68 and tell me ways you share Jesus. 00:19:21.69\00:19:23.84 This gives other boys and girls ideas 00:19:23.85\00:19:25.58 on how they can witness too. 00:19:25.59\00:19:27.59 You know, there is so many ways 00:19:27.60\00:19:29.16 you can share Jesus, 00:19:29.17\00:19:30.14 it doesn't have to be just telling about Jesus does it. 00:19:30.15\00:19:33.59 Sometimes I think we, we think we're too little that, 00:19:33.60\00:19:36.90 there is nothing we can do to serve Jesus. 00:19:36.91\00:19:39.21 But you know boys and girls there isn't any age 00:19:39.22\00:19:41.85 that is too little to serve Jesus. 00:19:41.86\00:19:43.86 We can witness for Him 00:19:43.87\00:19:45.05 right now you can right there, 00:19:45.06\00:19:46.96 write at whatever age you are. 00:19:46.97\00:19:49.16 Let's go to our mail box to see 00:19:49.17\00:19:50.67 if I have any letters today from you. 00:19:50.68\00:19:52.72 I hope and I could find one. 00:19:52.73\00:19:54.41 You know, I also have a letter to mail today. 00:19:55.98\00:19:58.45 I'm mailing this letter grandma loves him. 00:20:15.65\00:20:17.52 So I put that in there and close it uptight. 00:20:17.53\00:20:20.46 And boys and girls, when you mail a letter 00:20:20.47\00:20:21.89 in a mail box like this one, 00:20:21.90\00:20:23.56 you need to put the flag up right like this 00:20:23.57\00:20:26.48 and that tells the postmen that there is a letter inside 00:20:26.49\00:20:29.73 and then he will stop and get your letter, 00:20:29.74\00:20:31.69 isn't that nice? 00:20:31.70\00:20:33.63 Now let me see, I have a letter from, 00:20:33.64\00:20:36.54 I have a letter from Nicole in Edmore, Michigan name, 00:22:13.58\00:22:15.99 she spelled it here, KALIE, isn't that a beautiful name? 00:22:16.00\00:22:21.87 Let's see what Kalie has to say, 00:22:21.88\00:22:23.37 she says, dear Brenda, my name is Kalie 00:22:23.38\00:22:26.11 and I love riding my bike and playing in the snow. 00:22:26.12\00:22:30.49 Snow is awfully cold for me, 00:22:30.50\00:22:32.46 but I know you love the snow, 00:22:32.47\00:22:33.98 because there is so many fun things to do 00:22:33.99\00:22:35.67 in the snow, isn't there. 00:22:35.68\00:22:37.18 You might has some ice skates or maybe a sled 00:22:37.19\00:22:39.87 to go sledding down some hills, 00:22:39.88\00:22:41.83 maybe mom and dad can play you in the toboggan, 00:22:41.84\00:22:44.01 there are so many nice things to do 00:22:44.02\00:22:45.39 in the snow isn't there. 00:22:45.40\00:22:46.64 And Kalie says, she also likes to travel. 00:22:48.27\00:22:50.37 I like to travel too. 00:22:50.38\00:22:52.96 One day, the way I witness for Jesus 00:22:52.97\00:22:54.83 was when I baked bread and wrote a scripture verse 00:22:54.84\00:22:57.16 on a piece of paper. 00:22:57.17\00:22:58.70 Then we visited people who were sick 00:22:58.71\00:23:00.44 and gave them the bread and scripture verse. 00:23:00.45\00:23:02.73 It was fun, I like helping people, sincerely, Kalie. 00:23:02.74\00:23:07.77 Kalie, thank you, for sharing your letter, 00:23:07.78\00:23:09.65 that was a really good idea to put the scripture verse 00:23:09.66\00:23:14.15 with the bread and I know that your friends 00:23:14.16\00:23:16.79 and neighbors appreciated that, didn't they. 00:23:16.80\00:23:18.98 But show them that you cared about him 00:23:18.99\00:23:20.84 and they saw Jesus in you for your kindness. 00:23:20.85\00:23:23.39 That was a wonderful way to witness. 00:23:23.40\00:23:26.00 You know, Jesus has shared 00:23:26.01\00:23:27.29 so many things with us hasn't He. 00:23:27.30\00:23:29.44 He gave us this big beautiful world 00:23:29.45\00:23:31.98 with wonderful things in it. 00:23:31.99\00:23:33.90 Like the Emu that we heard about from Ranger Jim. 00:23:33.91\00:23:36.92 There's also wonderful things that he has given us. 00:23:36.93\00:23:39.82 I think about just the beautiful flowers and trees. 00:23:39.83\00:23:43.98 What about your pet dog or your kitty cat 00:23:43.99\00:23:46.58 or maybe if the goldfish at home, 00:23:46.59\00:23:48.59 there's, Jesus gave us all those things didn't He. 00:23:48.60\00:23:52.08 And He gave them to us because He loves us. 00:23:52.09\00:23:54.45 He could have made the world just all flat and brown 00:23:54.46\00:23:57.15 and not anything green in it, but he didn't. 00:23:57.16\00:23:59.73 Those are gifts that Jesus gave us. 00:23:59.74\00:24:01.68 So when you go outside 00:24:01.69\00:24:02.73 and you look at all the beautiful things that, 00:24:02.74\00:24:05.87 that you see you see the birds flying in the sky, 00:24:05.88\00:24:09.54 and you see the green grass and the shrubs and the trees. 00:24:09.55\00:24:12.44 Say thank you prayer to Jesus 00:24:12.45\00:24:14.00 because those are gifts that Jesus gave us. 00:24:14.01\00:24:16.70 He also gave us the Bible with great stories in it, 00:24:16.71\00:24:19.72 like the story of baby Moses. 00:24:19.73\00:24:22.14 You know, best of all He shared Himself with us, 00:24:22.15\00:24:25.63 He came to this earth and He showed us how to live. 00:24:25.64\00:24:28.80 He even died for us on the cross 00:24:28.81\00:24:31.35 so that our sins can be forgiven 00:24:31.36\00:24:33.22 and we can go to heaven with Him. 00:24:33.23\00:24:35.83 You know, I'm looking forward to that, 00:24:35.84\00:24:37.34 I want to go to heaven, don't you, boys and girls? 00:24:37.35\00:24:41.07 You know, I know of one little boy 00:24:41.08\00:24:42.67 who share Jesus by visiting a sick woman. 00:24:42.68\00:24:45.98 And she was in the hospital 00:24:45.99\00:24:47.49 and he marched right up to her bed 00:24:47.50\00:24:49.17 and he pulled out of violin 00:24:49.18\00:24:50.80 and he placed it under his chin 00:24:50.81\00:24:52.35 and he began to play just like this very sweetly. 00:24:52.36\00:24:55.67 He start to playing the song called 00:24:55.68\00:24:57.47 "Jesus Never Failed" 00:24:57.48\00:24:59.04 and he got through with that song 00:24:59.05\00:25:00.68 and he played another and he played one called 00:25:00.69\00:25:03.23 "Tis So Sweet to Trust in Jesus." 00:25:03.24\00:25:05.14 I love that song. 00:25:05.15\00:25:06.44 And the woman just kind of whispered along, 00:25:06.45\00:25:08.76 she wasn't very strong, 00:25:08.77\00:25:10.62 she couldn't sing too much. 00:25:10.63\00:25:12.37 But the violin began to sing Jesus loves me. 00:25:12.38\00:25:16.04 This time the woman's whisper go a little stronger 00:25:16.05\00:25:19.76 and she kind of whispered a little bit more 00:25:19.77\00:25:22.24 and when the boy finally played 00:25:22.25\00:25:24.26 "The Old Rugged Cross," 00:25:24.27\00:25:26.75 you know, the woman's voice started trembling. 00:25:26.76\00:25:28.80 And this time she started singing along, 00:25:28.81\00:25:31.28 not beautifully but you could hear her singing 00:25:31.29\00:25:34.05 and she said, I will cling to the Old Rugged Cross 00:25:34.06\00:25:37.94 and exchange it some day for a crown. 00:25:37.95\00:25:41.19 I bet you know that song don't you boys and girls. 00:25:41.20\00:25:43.69 I love that song too 00:25:43.70\00:25:45.09 and when the little boy finished playing, 00:25:45.10\00:25:47.71 you know, the lady's sad old eyes weren't sad anymore, 00:25:47.72\00:25:50.39 they just shone with happiness. 00:25:50.40\00:25:52.25 She was so happy that this little boy 00:25:52.26\00:25:54.55 took his time out to come 00:25:54.56\00:25:56.51 and play for a little old lady in a hospital. 00:25:56.52\00:25:59.37 You know, the little boy his eyes were smiling 00:25:59.38\00:26:02.22 and shining too, because you know what, he was happy. 00:26:02.23\00:26:05.05 That's what it is, boys and girls, 00:26:05.06\00:26:06.51 when we do something for others, 00:26:06.52\00:26:08.87 it makes us happy. 00:26:08.88\00:26:09.85 We might want to gave someone else a blessing 00:26:09.86\00:26:12.26 but we get a blessing too don't we, 00:26:12.27\00:26:14.05 from, from sharing Jesus. 00:26:14.06\00:26:16.14 That's a wonderful way to share Jesus, isn't it? 00:26:16.15\00:26:19.48 You know, you too you can share Jesus with others. 00:26:19.49\00:26:24.52 And there's many, many ways 00:26:24.53\00:26:26.30 you can do thing to share Jesus. 00:26:26.31\00:26:28.54 I'd like to hear about them. 00:26:28.55\00:26:30.21 Why not write and tell me what adventures 00:26:30.22\00:26:32.12
