there is a small prayer in
their house every Wednesdays,

every week.

So, this couple,

the husband is
working in a government office

and she's a housewife.

They are really well-to-do
family, educated people.

And whenever these people come
for the Wednesday's meeting,

she would prepare food for them

so that they can eat and
then go, you know, happily.

And this family was also a
great support for the church.

So the pastor
was depending on them

for, you know, everything.

And they don't
have children, actually.

This family, particularly,
was a great support

to that church.

And one day, she
happened to see the TV show

and she was really touched
by the message she heard.

And she saw the number
rolling down in that show.

She called up to
the number for prayer,

because she was not
doing well, health-wise.

She was not feeling well.

So, she called up to this number

and asked the people who
answered her to pray for her.

And that is how it started.

And the person,
the prayer warrior,

the people who answer the phone,

they took down her number,

talking to her everyday.

They became very close friends.

to give bible studies.

And this lady was really amazed
to hear all these messages

because, even though she is
going to a Christian church,

she has never
heard these messages

about the true sabbath,
about the 10 commandments

and about all those
things in the bible.

Because these
ladies who called her,

they were telling
everything from the bible,

with the bible verses.

So she was really impressed.

And she said, oh
I am really touched.

So what all doubt she had

from, you know,
hearing from these ladies,

the prayer warriors,

she wrote it down and
asked her pastor, you know,

why you didn't
teach me these things?

All these, why?

The pastor was really upset.

From where did you learn this?

Who taught you this?

And she said, I
saw a TV program.

I called them, they are
giving me bible studies.

And I've been
attending your church thus far

and you have never taught
me all these things 'til now.

He was really very, very upset.

He said, you don't
follow any anti-Christ.

They all are deceiving you.

So do not hear them, do not.

But she said, they are
quoting from the bible.

The same bible I'm holding.

It cannot be false.
- Anti-Christ, yeah.

- And she got this doubt because

whatever question
she asked the pastor,

the pastor was
not able to answer.

All his answer was anger.

All his answer was anti-Christ.

He could not prove
or he could not defend

the questions she had.

And so, she told these ladies,
you know, who prayed for her

and she said, coming
Wednesday is my birthday.

So, since I have accepted
this truth, I'm really impressed

impressed by this truth.

So we know that seventh
day is the sabbath day now.

Even if our pastor
accepts or doesn't accept,

but we are accepting this truth.

So we want to
be children of God.

And follow the true sabbath day.

And then we connected
the local JFA bible worker,

Pastor Doreraj, who was a former

Chennai Metrosection President
of Seventh-Day Adventist.

After his retirement,
he became our JFA worker.

And he's still working
for the Lord in that area.

These ladies, they connected
Pastor Doreraj with this lady.

So he started
going to their house

and giving more bible
studies and more praying.

When she's not feeling well,

she would call Pastor
Doreraj, not their pastor,

to come and pray for
them - Pray for her, wow.

- So, he would go with
his wife and pray and console

and give bible study
and then he would come back.

So these people
were really impressed.

These people are not
only telling us the truth,

showing it in action.

members started coming.

requested the church pastor,

which was our previous
pastor, to pray for them.

He prayed and then they asked

our prayer
warriors to sing a song.

So, they started singing a song

which talks about
speaking in tongues.

It is a song but all
the verses from the bible,

comes as a song.

So they sang that song.

Because these
people, as he was praying,

that pastor,
Sunday-worshiping pastor,

they were speaking in tongues.

So they had the
privilege to sing that song.

And then this lady
stood up, her name is Mary.

She stood up and she said,
00:07:45.43\00:07:47.13
sisters, why can't you
say something form the bible.

And immediately, the pastor,
because the songs they sang
00:07:51.27\00:07:55.94
was really hurting him.

So he said no more.

No, I'm not here to
listen to them preach.

house, he stood up and he said

- So this pastor cursed them

And there was a particular
man who called in the morning,

a young boy, he
called my mother for prayer.

This is the
young man, who is tall,

standing there in the middle.

He's the one who called
my mother in the, really,

early in the morning.

He called my mother and he said,

I'm going to die.

And she was really shocked.
