away talking about the children

running the medical clinic,

people dying of HIV/AIDS

and children being orphaned.

One of those children actually
came to live in our home

and became our daughter.

But we recognized that

there was no real place
for these children to go

because of the stigma with AIDS,

extended family didn't want them

and other
orphanages didn't want them.

And, so we felt there was
a need to start an orphanage

that catered
especially for these kids

but not only for these kids.

Now did you have
this idea of the orphanage

and you were gung ho,

and you were going
to do it right away,

or did God kind of have
to work on you a little bit?

We saw the need

but we didn't want to be
the driving force behind it.

We felt we had
enough to do already.

and so it's like, "We
can't run an orphanage."

So, God, if you're going to...

then you have to find
somewhere else to run it.

And so He did that?

Well, He picked us.

He sent a family to us
from the United States.

They said they were
willing to do this work.

bring their family out

and so we are
really excited about that.

And at the time we
received a donation

deceased, the estate,

a friend had died and
left 25% of her estate to us.

And so, we decided we
build the first orphanage house

and we get the paperwork done

so that the
orphanage could operate,

and when this family
arrived they could run.

It would be ready.

So once everything's
rolling, the family pulled out.

And so Wendy and I
were like left with bowl.

And we realized at that point

that we were
being really stubborn

wanted us to run it,

and as we would not
agree, He would just work around

Well, when you look at nature,

painted a lot of color into it,

brings us a lot of joy.

to make the kids lives joyful,

So, about four years ago,

God impressed
me through a friend

that we should
build a butterfly garden

for tourists to come to visit

and tourists
could pay an entry fee,

and that would provide income
to help take care of the kids.

First idea was to build a cage
