00:02:22.13\00:02:23.21 Well I am using a window washing fluid right here. 00:02:23.24\00:02:25.94 What I do is if your windows are a little too dirty 00:02:25.97\00:02:30.61 I kind of scrub it at the back here like this. 00:02:30.64\00:02:33.71 Then I turn it over and I use a squeegee. 00:02:33.74\00:02:36.90 And that does the trick - Uh Ha, real smooth straight 00:02:36.93\00:02:41.55 lines - sure does. 00:02:41.58\00:02:42.79 You know you mentioned things being clean. 00:02:42.82\00:02:44.60 Do you have time to come inside and talk to us 00:02:44.63\00:02:47.66 more about keeping things clean? 00:02:47.69\00:02:49.04 I would like to do that, as a matter of fact why 00:02:49.07\00:02:50.67 don't you go finish up doing what you are doing 00:02:50.70\00:02:51.89 and I will finish up here and join you 00:02:51.92\00:02:53.73 inside at the Wonder Room. 00:02:53.76\00:02:54.79 And maybe we can look at where window washing 00:02:54.82\00:02:56.47 is going right now. 00:02:56.50\00:02:57.98 That will be terrific - okay that is great. 00:02:58.01\00:02:59.67 Make sure you play real close attention because 00:02:59.70\00:03:03.33 as usual we are going to have 00:03:03.36\00:03:05.06 some mystery words today. 00:03:05.09\00:03:06.62 Did you notice I said words? 00:03:06.65\00:03:08.48 It's two words today. 00:03:08.51\00:03:10.11 I will be talking along and when ever 00:03:10.14\00:03:12.67 I say key word it will come up on the bottom 00:03:12.70\00:03:15.80 of the screen right down here. 00:03:15.83\00:03:17.69 The letter that is important out of it will be 00:03:17.72\00:03:20.53 either bright color and it will be bigger and it will come 00:03:20.56\00:03:24.14 over and go into the right space in the mystery word. 00:03:24.17\00:03:28.44 Count the letters, each word has five letters for today. 00:03:28.47\00:03:33.67 So pay close attention. 00:03:33.70\00:03:35.20 Let's go see where window washers go okay? 00:03:35.23\00:03:37.79 Well now that my windows are clean what can 00:03:51.83\00:03:54.04 you tell us about our bodies? 00:03:54.07\00:03:55.59 Water is really important on the outside and 00:03:55.62\00:03:57.65 inside of our bodies so the first thing a want 00:03:57.68\00:03:59.69 to show you is an experiment. 00:03:59.72\00:04:01.25 I will take a clear bowl and put in 32 ounces of water. 00:04:01.28\00:04:07.02 See I marked it here with the red sticker. 00:04:07.05\00:04:10.03 Oh okay! 00:04:10.06\00:04:11.03 I will pour this in 00:04:11.04\00:04:12.01 So right up to the sticker is 32 ounces? 00:04:12.02\00:04:14.81 That is right and we are going to pretend our 00:04:14.84\00:04:17.42 bodies are like the sponge and put it 00:04:17.45\00:04:20.19 in the water and see what happens. 00:04:20.22\00:04:21.76 We put that in there I will set it off to 00:04:21.79\00:04:27.11 the side for a moment. 00:04:27.14\00:04:28.21 Water is really important, first of all outside of 00:04:28.24\00:04:32.41 our bodies we have a lot of germs everywhere. 00:04:32.44\00:04:36.24 On the ground, on doorknobs places 00:04:36.27\00:04:39.75 that you would not imagine. 00:04:39.78\00:04:41.18 And it is very important for us to get germs off 00:04:41.21\00:04:43.83 of our hands, especially before we are going to eat. 00:04:43.86\00:04:46.06 I did something that even the kids can do it home. 00:04:46.09\00:04:49.65 First we get some powdered potatoes and we add 00:04:49.68\00:04:53.23 a little bit of hot water and a pinch of sugar and 00:04:53.26\00:04:56.77 we make mashed potatoes. 00:04:56.80\00:04:58.51 Just like this - just like the regular kind you eat. 00:04:58.54\00:05:00.49 That's right and then you take a fingernail 00:05:00.52\00:05:02.79 clipper and we cleaned out our fingernails right 00:05:02.82\00:05:06.04 on top of the mashed potatoes. 00:05:06.07\00:05:07.68 Everybody gets dirty fingernails sometimes. 00:05:07.71\00:05:10.12 That is right and then we put this into a plastic bag 00:05:10.15\00:05:12.87 and tie it and put it in some place warm. 00:05:12.90\00:05:15.79 Like on top of your refrigerator for a few days. 00:05:15.82\00:05:18.40 Kind of out of the way - that's right. 00:05:18.43\00:05:19.86 Do you want to see what happens - yeah! 00:05:19.89\00:05:21.55 I would like to. 00:05:21.58\00:05:22.55 Are you really sure that you want to see what happens? 00:05:22.56\00:05:25.05 Um hum, yeah - it is kind of gross. 00:05:25.08\00:05:27.10 I don't know this looks fine. 00:05:27.13\00:05:29.21 Okay here it is - oh that's horrible. 00:05:29.24\00:05:34.98 This is what grew on our potatoes after a few days 00:05:35.01\00:05:39.20 of cleaning out our fingernails. 00:05:39.23\00:05:41.09 Those germs grew - can you see why it is important 00:05:41.12\00:05:44.10 to wash our hands before we eat? 00:05:44.13\00:05:46.03 I'll say - now and not only should we wash our 00:05:46.06\00:05:50.35 hands on the outside, but we should wash 00:05:50.38\00:05:52.10 our bodies on the inside too. 00:05:52.13\00:05:53.91 We need to drink a lot of water. 00:05:53.94\00:05:57.37 Now suppose I told you Janice that you had to wash 00:05:57.40\00:06:00.47 your dishes, and I only gave you a little 00:06:00.50\00:06:03.01 bit of water to wash them with. 00:06:03.04\00:06:05.17 You wouldn't be able to get them clean we all know that. 00:06:05.20\00:06:07.89 That is right, that means if I give you a bucket full of 00:06:07.92\00:06:10.75 water you would have an easier time washing your dishes. 00:06:10.78\00:06:13.01 As long as it was clean water - that's correct! 00:06:13.04\00:06:15.34 We must start with clean water. 00:06:15.37\00:06:17.36 As a matter of fact our bodies need 6 00:06:17.39\00:06:22.43 of these glasses every day. 00:06:22.46\00:06:25.08 I could never drink that much water all at one time. 00:06:25.11\00:06:28.90 Do you think you could? 00:06:28.93\00:06:30.26 You may not be able to all at one time, as a matter 00:06:30.29\00:06:32.75 of fact I don't recommend it. 00:06:32.78\00:06:34.24 But if you take one glass in the morning, maybe two of 00:06:34.27\00:06:37.24 them mid morning, mid afternoon and the early evening, 00:06:37.27\00:06:40.91 you would get in your 6 glasses very easily. 00:06:40.94\00:06:43.04 So like when you first get up, 00:06:43.07\00:06:44.38 and then on throughout the day. 00:06:44.41\00:06:46.27 This helps your body to wash itself very clean and take 00:06:46.30\00:06:50.92 care, eliminate all those wastes your body makes when it 00:06:50.95\00:06:54.14 takes all those foods. 00:06:54.17\00:06:55.60 Do you remember our experiment we started with early on? 00:06:55.63\00:06:58.46 Well our bodies are made up of about 60% water as we 00:06:58.49\00:07:02.99 get older, and I want to squeeze out and see how much 00:07:03.02\00:07:07.02 water was left after we finished. 00:07:07.05\00:07:11.12 I will put this in here, and let's pour out the water 00:07:11.15\00:07:15.56 that we have left. 00:07:15.59\00:07:17.61 Oh look at that, that sponge just gobbled up water. 00:07:17.64\00:07:25.67 It certainly did - that much! 00:07:25.70\00:07:28.85 our bodies are made up of about 60 % water. 00:07:28.88\00:07:31.39 If you were to take out all the water there would 00:07:31.42\00:07:33.82 not be very much of us left. 00:07:33.85\00:07:35.15 We really need a lot of it. 00:07:35.18\00:07:36.54 We get water in our food and we get water by drinking 00:07:36.57\00:07:40.00 clear water. 00:07:40.03\00:07:41.86 What about like, can you get water from other places? 00:07:41.89\00:07:45.66 You sure could, so would you like to wash your dishes 00:07:45.69\00:07:48.44 in brown water, brown soda water? 00:07:48.47\00:07:51.12 No way, that's sticky, the dishes would get sticky. 00:07:51.15\00:07:54.20 Think about what it does to your body as well. 00:07:54.23\00:07:56.90 You know I have a way for people to kind of remember 00:07:56.93\00:07:59.10 what kind you should drink. 00:07:59.13\00:08:00.96 Have you ever seen a river or a stream of brown soda 00:08:00.99\00:08:04.80 water like root beer? 00:08:04.83\00:08:06.11 No! - God provided water for us, natural water and 00:08:06.14\00:08:10.87 that is the stuff that He wants us to use. 00:08:10.90\00:08:13.17 In the rivers, and streams, and wells. 00:08:13.20\00:08:15.77 That's right! 00:08:15.80\00:08:16.77 How did God make water anyways? 00:08:16.78\00:08:18.01 Well God did something very interesting, he took 2 00:08:18.04\00:08:21.36 And he made water, H2o. 00:08:27.81\00:08:30.01 That's water - H. for hydrogen and there is 2 of 00:08:30.04\00:08:32.47 those - in 1 o is oxygen, H2o that's water. 00:08:32.50\00:08:36.73 I think what God has made us amazing. 00:08:36.76\00:08:39.11 I agree! 00:08:39.14\00:08:40.29 What keeps your body running clean, 00:08:43.21\00:08:46.19 Water, Water 00:08:46.22\00:08:49.08 What keeps your body fit and lean, 00:08:49.11\00:08:52.39 Water, Water, too! 00:08:52.42\00:08:55.50 What keeps the germs from off your face, 00:08:55.53\00:08:58.62 and chases that old dirt away, 00:08:58.65\00:09:01.71 cleans your clothes after you play, 00:09:01.74\00:09:04.96 Water, Water, too! 00:09:04.99\00:09:07.98 I should be drinking it every way 00:09:08.01\00:09:11.36 Water, Water 00:09:11.39\00:09:13.96 6 to 8 cups every day, 00:09:13.99\00:09:17.45 Water, Water, too! 00:09:17.48\00:09:20.26 It keeps my insides running clean 00:09:20.29\00:09:23.51 Like a well-oiled tough machine 00:09:23.54\00:09:26.72 You know I won't be feeling green 00:09:26.75\00:09:29.94 With water, water too! 00:09:29.97\00:09:32.88 Good ole H2o 00:09:32.91\00:09:35.87 Water, water too! 00:09:35.90\00:09:38.85 Good old H2o. 00:09:38.88\00:09:42.23 Hey kids if you love all the fun things you get to do 00:09:46.16\00:09:49.00 with Janice and her friends you will flip over this. 00:09:49.03\00:09:51.51 It's Janice is activity book loaded with fun this book 00:09:51.54\00:09:55.79 teaches scripture through mazes, puzzles, dot to dot 00:09:55.82\00:09:58.96 games, coloring and more. 00:09:58.99\00:10:01.08 And the best part is, it's free! 00:10:01.11\00:10:03.61 Let's take a look inside. 00:10:03.64\00:10:05.82 The scripture on this page says: 00:10:05.85\00:10:07.81 Now let's circle the pictures that are the same. 00:10:12.43\00:10:14.77 That is right you have the idea. 00:10:14.80\00:10:17.44 There are many more fun filled activities, 00:10:17.47\00:10:20.04 in this book, just waiting for you. 00:10:20.07\00:10:21.95 By the way, did I mention it's free! 00:10:21.98\00:10:25.34 To get your very own copy have your mom or dad write to: 00:10:25.37\00:10:28.96 People are not the only creatures that need water. 00:10:46.19\00:10:49.73 Animals do too! 00:10:49.76\00:10:50.95 And I want you to guess what animal it is that people 00:10:50.98\00:10:54.53 always think washes his hands before he eats? 00:10:54.56\00:10:57.45 Have you guessed? 00:10:57.48\00:10:59.05 The raccoon, but do you know what it is not always true. 00:10:59.08\00:11:04.01 You see what raccoons put their paws in water, it makes 00:11:04.04\00:11:07.39 the end of their fingers and their hands more sensitive. 00:11:07.42\00:11:10.39 So it just feels fun for them to roll the food around 00:11:10.42\00:11:13.77 their hands and they just enjoy doing it. 00:11:13.80\00:11:15.99 It is a way of playing. 00:11:16.02\00:11:17.46 Sometimes they are actually washing their food though. 00:11:17.49\00:11:19.94 And that is like with frogs and toads. 00:11:19.97\00:11:22.13 Sometimes they have horrible tasting substance on 00:11:22.16\00:11:24.73 their skin that the raccoons don't like. 00:11:24.76\00:11:26.46 So they do get them in the water and then 00:11:26.49\00:11:29.21 when they are washing those it is not for fun, 00:11:29.24\00:11:31.61 it is for cleaning them. 00:11:31.64\00:11:32.98 Guess, this is an animal you might have at home, 00:11:33.01\00:11:37.08 and it does not like water, usually. 00:11:37.11\00:11:40.18 Have you guessed? 00:11:40.21\00:11:41.65 The cats, you are right! 00:11:41.68\00:11:44.39 Have you ever given your little kitty cat a bath? 00:11:44.42\00:11:46.69 Kitty cats are fun to play with, but they usually 00:11:46.72\00:11:49.74 do not like water. 00:11:49.77\00:11:50.92 But there is one member of the cat family, and it is the 00:11:50.95\00:11:55.06 biggest member of the cat family that does like water. 00:11:55.09\00:11:58.95 Can you guess? 00:11:58.98\00:11:59.95 The Tigers, did you know that Tigers like water? 00:11:59.96\00:12:03.45 Oh they do, they love to get in the water and 00:12:03.48\00:12:07.56 just lay in it because where they live it is very hot 00:12:07.59\00:12:10.84 so that cools them down. 00:12:10.87\00:12:12.32 Also, Tiger is lots of times get bugs and parasites 00:12:12.35\00:12:15.96 in their fur that make them all itchy and 00:12:15.99\00:12:17.86 it is not very comfortable. 00:12:17.89\00:12:19.60 So they get under the water and those little 00:12:19.63\00:12:22.33 bugs drown, because they do not like water, 00:12:22.36\00:12:24.32 so it protects them that way. 00:12:24.35\00:12:26.22 And Tigers are very strong swimmers and they learn to 00:12:26.25\00:12:29.28 swim when they are very young. 00:12:29.31\00:12:30.90 A tiger cubs swims the cat paddle. 00:12:30.93\00:12:33.84 You have heard of the dog paddle, 00:12:33.87\00:12:36.03 well tiger cubs do the cat paddle. 00:12:36.06\00:12:38.18 There is another animal that loves water and I bet 00:12:38.21\00:12:42.49 you can guess, because he drinks a lot of it. 00:12:42.52\00:12:45.47 Have you guessed? 00:13:04.14\00:13:05.22 A long time! 00:13:05.25\00:13:07.07 But he just will swoops it up his truck and sprays 00:13:07.10\00:13:10.62 it into his mouth and others times he is busy 00:13:10.65\00:13:13.88 swooping it up to take a shower. 00:13:13.91\00:13:15.83 Do you take a shower everywhere you go? 00:14:49.97\00:14:51.67 Kimberly can you see water in the air? 00:14:51.70\00:14:53.87 No, - no you can't can you? 00:14:53.90\00:14:55.75 But here is an experiment that you can do 00:14:55.78\00:14:57.33 at home to show that. 00:14:57.36\00:14:58.47 Feel this plate, what is it like? 00:14:58.50\00:15:01.95 Cold, - it's cold. 00:15:01.98\00:15:03.37 I had it in the freezer, now feel this bowl. 00:15:03.40\00:15:05.19 It's hot, - it's hot because we have hot water and it. 00:15:05.22\00:15:10.32 In fact I will pour in just a little bit more. 00:15:10.35\00:15:12.62 Then you take your cold plate that you put in 00:15:12.65\00:15:15.80 the freezer for maybe an hour. 00:15:15.83\00:15:18.19 Then put it over top of it. 00:15:18.22\00:15:19.31 Water rises up above the earth and evaporates. 00:15:19.34\00:15:22.40 Then when it hits something cold, 00:15:22.43\00:15:24.13 it comes down as rain. 00:15:24.16\00:15:26.87 This hot water that is in this bowl is rising up as 00:15:26.90\00:15:31.89 steam, or vapor and when it hits this plate it is 00:15:31.92\00:15:36.23 going to form something called condensation. 00:15:36.26\00:15:39.39 You will see in little drops, shall we look and see? 00:15:39.42\00:15:42.03 Can you see that - yes! 00:15:42.06\00:15:44.89 Can you see that? 00:15:44.92\00:15:47.14 That is condensation, you keep your eyes open 00:15:47.17\00:15:51.22 because you can see condensation in lots of places. 00:15:51.25\00:15:53.98 You know God has made laws for how our world works. 00:15:54.01\00:15:57.23 He wants us to cool operate with Him in 00:15:57.26\00:15:59.30 making our world work properly. 00:15:59.33\00:16:01.53 Let's go see how we can help the animal that 00:16:01.56\00:16:04.72 lives near the water okay? 00:16:04.75\00:16:05.98 Well Mr. Moulder I just love coming to the Los Angeles 00:16:06.01\00:16:12.60 zoo and seeing the Sea Lions, they are such playful 00:16:12.63\00:16:15.99 creatures - yes they are. 00:16:16.02\00:16:17.10 And so streamline - yes they are they can't just 00:16:17.13\00:16:19.22 zip through the water. 00:16:19.25\00:16:20.22 I wish I could swim like that - that's right! 00:16:20.23\00:16:21.87 Tell me about where they live 00:16:21.90\00:16:24.02 when they are not in a zoo. 00:16:24.05\00:16:25.18 Well we have them all along our coast. 00:16:25.21\00:16:27.29 Along the rocky shores, and there are some islands, 00:16:27.32\00:16:32.37 offshore islands and they live there and raise their young. 00:16:32.40\00:16:35.74 So if kids are out at the ocean they might possibly 00:16:35.77\00:16:40.53 see a Sea Lion? 00:16:40.56\00:16:41.67 yeah they will see a Sea Lion or 00:16:41.70\00:16:42.67 a Harbor Seals coming up. 00:16:42.68\00:16:44.96 And what, if I was out at the ocean, could I do and 00:16:44.99\00:16:49.15 my friends do to keep the ocean clean for the little 00:16:49.18\00:16:53.35 animals that live there? 00:16:53.38\00:16:55.06 Well certainly you can take the pop lids off the pop 00:16:55.09\00:16:58.89 cans and make sure they are put in the trash. 00:16:58.92\00:17:02.31 Of course the cans and any plastic materials, lids, 00:17:02.34\00:17:05.86 or the tops of the pop cans where there is maybe 6 rings. 00:17:05.89\00:17:12.91 Of course those are very dangerous and they can get 00:17:12.94\00:17:15.72 themselves caught in those. 00:17:15.75\00:17:17.23 Oil spills are dangerous to them because it could 00:17:17.26\00:17:23.88 change their fur and make it possible for them 00:17:23.91\00:17:27.72 to get cold and die that way. 00:17:27.75\00:17:29.55 I'm thinking specifically of the Sea otter 00:17:29.58\00:17:32.97 we have along our coast. 00:17:33.00\00:17:34.83 They have a very thick, beautiful lush fur and 00:17:34.86\00:17:39.29 the hairs are so close together that water 00:17:39.32\00:17:43.84 cannot penetrate through them. 00:17:43.87\00:17:45.54 But somehow the oil seems to change that and make it 00:17:45.57\00:17:50.74 possible for the water to get through. 00:17:50.77\00:17:52.66 If there is an oil spill and they get oil on their fur, 00:17:52.69\00:17:54.89 they are in grave danger. 00:17:54.92\00:17:57.11 They get so cold I guess - yes - because the ocean 00:17:57.14\00:17:59.18 water is very cold - yes. 00:17:59.21\00:18:00.46 God has made such provisions for them to live and I 00:18:00.49\00:18:03.23 guess it is important for all of us to do our best to 00:18:03.26\00:18:07.15 cooperate with God and keep where they live clean. 00:18:07.18\00:18:09.78 That's right - so they can enjoy it and then we can 00:18:09.81\00:18:12.22 enjoy watching them. 00:18:12.25\00:18:13.44 Well I just really appreciate you taking the time 00:18:13.47\00:18:16.91 to share this bit of information with us and we have 00:18:16.94\00:18:20.52 lots to do so we need to be running and I will let 00:18:20.55\00:18:22.53 you keep enjoying your friends. 00:18:22.56\00:18:24.08 We will see you. 00:18:24.11\00:18:25.08 Why you think that Mr. Moulder mentioned these 00:18:27.15\00:18:29.32 tops from the six packs of pop cans are bad? 00:18:29.35\00:18:32.38 Let me show you why. 00:18:32.41\00:18:33.81 Think about this loom, if she got her beak caught 00:18:33.84\00:18:38.74 inside of that, that would be death for her because 00:18:38.77\00:18:42.08 she would not be able to get her beat back open. 00:18:42.11\00:18:44.00 How would she feed herself. 00:18:44.03\00:18:45.35 That happens every year to many birds and animals. 00:18:45.38\00:18:49.15 Or what about if she was pecking along and she ate 00:18:49.18\00:18:53.32 one of the taps from the top of a pop can? 00:22:00.07\00:22:01.61 Yeah! - okay now remember so far in our story there 00:22:01.64\00:22:05.93 were mysterious noises in the cave and nobody 00:22:05.96\00:22:08.61 knew what they were. 00:22:08.64\00:22:09.71 And then the boat and the horse both disappeared and 00:22:09.74\00:22:12.60 both came back, the widow got crackers and nobody 00:22:12.63\00:22:16.18 knew who gave her the crackers, and then the 00:22:16.21\00:22:18.86 lifejacket disappeared and came back. 00:22:18.89\00:22:21.20 Well, Roy as you can imagine by now was 00:22:21.23\00:22:24.67 feeling like regular detective. 00:22:24.70\00:22:26.80 He just wanted to figure out what was happening, 00:22:26.83\00:22:29.89 but he couldn't figure it out. 00:22:29.92\00:22:31.87 One afternoon he thought to himself you know 00:22:31.90\00:22:34.32 I'm just going to forget about all this stuff 00:22:34.35\00:22:37.37 because I can't even figure it out and he decided 00:22:37.40\00:22:39.95 to go for another swim. 00:22:39.98\00:22:41.64 So he dove into the water, and pretty soon he got 00:22:41.67\00:22:45.33 tired so he came to one of those big rocks, and he 00:22:45.36\00:22:48.09 climbed up on the big rock and he rested. 00:22:48.12\00:22:50.47 He dove in again and he's swam to a another rock 00:22:50.50\00:22:53.64 because this bay was full of different rocks here 00:22:53.67\00:22:57.12 and there that you can swim in between. 00:22:57.15\00:22:58.81 And you know he went swimming for a long time and he 00:22:58.84\00:23:02.33 didn't realize how far he had gone because there 00:23:02.36\00:23:04.83 were so many rocks that he kept resting on. 00:23:04.86\00:23:07.12 All of a sudden he realized he was kind of getting 00:23:07.15\00:23:10.50 late into the afternoon, and he was looking around to 00:23:10.53\00:23:15.16 see where the sun was to figure out what time it was. 00:23:15.19\00:23:18.30 When he was doing that he noticed that he was right 00:23:18.33\00:23:23.32 across from the entrance to the cave. 00:23:23.35\00:23:26.55 Now it was several hundred feet away but it was there. 00:23:26.58\00:23:30.39 And he looked over and it was dark hole, 00:23:30.42\00:23:34.60 and a shiver went down to his back because 00:23:34.63\00:23:37.68 he was out all alone you know. 00:23:37.71\00:23:39.82 He thought to himself you know this is really 00:23:39.85\00:23:43.81 interesting and all of a sudden as he was just sort 00:23:43.84\00:23:47.41 of looking he thought he saw a person standing in 00:23:47.44\00:23:52.01 front of the hole of the cave. 00:23:52.04\00:23:53.95 So he started to stand up on the rock, because he 00:23:53.98\00:23:57.48 couldn't see very good he was squatting, and when he 00:23:57.51\00:24:00.87 stood up the rock was slippery and so were his feet, 00:24:00.90\00:24:05.42 and splash he fell into the water. 00:24:05.45\00:24:10.55 Rats, he couldn't see and blub, blub, blub, blub, blub, 00:24:10.58\00:24:13.51 he got back up above the water and wipe the out of his 00:24:13.54\00:24:17.06 face and climbed back up all the rock. 00:24:17.09\00:24:19.06 Do you think the person was still there? 00:24:19.09\00:24:21.34 Nope, he was sure that he had seen somebody though, 00:24:21.37\00:24:26.59 but now they were gone. 00:24:26.62\00:24:29.79 Well, he swim home and you can imagine he was very 00:24:29.82\00:24:33.79 disappointed because he was so sure he had seen somebody. 00:24:33.82\00:24:38.18 He decided, because now he was feeling like a good 00:24:38.21\00:24:41.38 detective, he decided he was not going to tell anybody 00:24:41.41\00:24:45.85 about what he has seen. 00:24:45.88\00:24:47.10 He was going to keep it a secret. 00:24:47.13\00:24:48.82 He went home, he had a good supper and he really wanted 00:24:48.85\00:24:52.61 to meet those boys Oscar and Bruce. 00:24:52.64\00:24:55.27 So he decided he would go again and try to visit them. 00:24:55.30\00:24:58.75 So after he had a good supper, good Scottish oat cakes, 00:24:58.78\00:25:02.24 and milk he's set out to hike to their house. 00:25:02.27\00:25:05.27 Now they didn't live right in the village, 00:25:05.30\00:25:06.88 that lived off a ways and so it was quite 00:25:06.91\00:25:10.00 a little hike to get there. 00:25:10.03\00:25:11.51 Pretty soon he was coming around the corner and up to 00:25:11.54\00:25:15.55 what looked like it might be their house, and sure 00:25:15.58\00:25:18.08 enough out in the yard was the house of these two boys. 00:25:18.11\00:25:22.14 They were throwing rocks at glass jars 00:25:22.17\00:25:25.10 they had set up on a wall. 00:25:25.13\00:25:26.75 So he didn't want to scare them, cause when someone 00:25:26.78\00:25:29.78 comes up unawares it could scare them, so while he 00:25:29.81\00:25:31.62 was a little ways off, he said hello. 00:25:31.65\00:25:33.47 They kind of jumped and turned around and said oh 00:25:33.50\00:25:38.34 welcome! and he introduced himself and 00:25:38.37\00:25:41.02 they introduced themselves. 00:25:41.05\00:25:42.47 Then you know how boys are, they just started having 00:25:42.50\00:25:45.14 a grand old time taking turns aiming and throwing 00:25:45.17\00:25:48.42 rocks at the jars. 00:25:48.45\00:25:49.92 And soon Roy could not contain his curiosity any 00:25:49.95\00:25:54.99 longer and he say what you think about all these 00:25:55.02\00:25:58.42 things that are happening? 00:25:58.45\00:26:00.27 You know the horse, and the cave, 00:26:00.30\00:26:02.00 and the boat and everything? 00:26:02.03\00:26:03.25 They said Ahhh, how are we supposed to know. 00:26:03.28\00:26:08.43 He said well aren't you curious? 00:26:08.46\00:26:10.41 They said ahhh, we were curious, but you know what we 00:26:10.44\00:26:14.71 went with a group of men and we went through that cave 00:26:14.74\00:26:18.03 our self and we saw there is nobody in that cave. 00:26:18.06\00:26:21.11 And as far as all these other things that have been 00:26:21.14\00:26:23.34 happening, Ahhh who could even know. 00:26:23.37\00:26:26.35 And then he thought to himself, man I wish these boys 00:26:26.38\00:26:31.07 would be more curious, but then they didn't seem like 00:26:31.10\00:26:34.15 they were so the conversation went on. 00:26:34.18\00:26:36.11 Then he said don't you guys get scared staying up 00:26:36.14\00:26:40.19 here all by yourself, what about nighttime, 00:26:40.22\00:26:42.85 don't you get lonely? 00:26:42.88\00:26:44.11 They said Ahhh we sleep like tops, 00:26:44.14\00:26:47.59 nah not at all worth worried. 00:26:47.62\00:26:50.55 Then they said to them Roy have you ever been 00:26:50.58\00:26:53.25 fishing out here before? 00:26:53.28\00:26:55.23 And he said no. 00:26:55.26\00:26:56.48 They said how would you like to go fishing with us tomorrow? 00:26:56.51\00:26:59.42 And Roy thought that would be a great idea so he said 00:26:59.45\00:27:02.07 sure I would love that. 00:27:02.10\00:27:03.37 So they planned where to meet and everything and then 00:27:03.40\00:27:05.29 Roy went home. 00:27:05.32\00:27:07.05 Next time we'll find out some more okay?
