destruction of the Man Child

Satan was cast out of heaven.

there will be those who triumph

just not the fruit

Satan lured Eve into sin.

Eve affirmed that it was so.

She was not to eat of the
fruit that grew on that tree.

She stated that God
had told her they would die

if they ate that fruit.

But Satan said this:
"You will not surely die."

Now, as bad as that
was, he added the following:

"For God knows that
in the day you eat of it

your eyes will be opened,
and you will be like God,

Analyze that.

What was it that
Satan was actually saying?

He was saying, "God
didn't really mean what He said.

you'll have knowledge

unfair. God can't be trusted.

That was the first time
Adam or Eve had ever heard

anyone suggest that God was
unjust or dishonest or unfair.

Take a look at Eve's response:

that the tree was good for food,

pleasant to the eyes,

She also gave to her

And that's the first
human sin recorded in the Bible,

on what the devil had told her.
