The cookies! 00:03:30.31\00:03:35.13 - Now here are the major dietary problems: 00:03:35.16\00:03:39.68 salt, oil, and sugar, yes those would make a problem. 00:03:39.71\00:03:45.91 - One more outside of the dietary ones, although it 00:03:45.95\00:03:48.80 does have an effect upon the digestive organs, 00:03:48.83\00:03:51.08 is tobacco and alcohol. 00:03:51.11\00:03:53.36 You know America is cutting down, so we are sending 00:03:53.39\00:03:57.08 them all over to them, and it is pandemic in these 00:03:57.11\00:04:01.95 countries, and in Eastern Europe, 00:04:01.98\00:04:03.46 it just amazes me how many people smoke. 00:04:03.49\00:04:06.35 - Young people are picking it up? 00:04:06.38\00:04:09.40 - Children are picking it up. 00:04:09.43\00:04:11.49 - How terrible, what we need to do then is to 00:04:11.52\00:04:14.51 establish schools, and you help with schools in Ukraine? 00:04:14.54\00:04:18.31 - Yes help with schools, there are two schools in Ukraine 00:04:18.35\00:04:21.26 right now, there is one there at Knoshdome?, 00:04:21.29\00:04:23.10 there's one down in Koriukivka, which when you and I were 00:04:23.13\00:04:27.24 over in Ukraine in 1995 and I think that is when 00:04:27.27\00:04:30.35 the bud started down there in the Nikolayev area 00:04:30.38\00:04:33.52 and the school started... 00:04:33.55\00:04:35.32 - That's when Uchee Pines got interested in trying to 00:04:35.35\00:04:37.87 help them get new schools there. 00:04:37.90\00:04:40.41 - Yes and one of our staff members did a lot 00:04:40.44\00:04:42.25 of fund raising and going there and appointing a place, 00:04:42.28\00:04:45.93 so we have had a major role but it's sort of a behind 00:04:45.96\00:04:50.82 the scenes role, we've never said look what we're doing 00:04:50.85\00:04:54.41 in all these places, I know we're doing a wonderful job. 00:04:54.44\00:04:56.30 We just go there to help, and someone else can whatever, 00:04:56.33\00:04:59.96 so then Gnoshdome?, I was there for the last 6 weeks 00:04:59.99\00:05:02.64 before Gnoshdome? opened up in a little town called 00:05:02.67\00:05:05.26 Novihobioti? 00:05:05.29\00:05:06.26 - Now what was that name again? 00:05:06.27\00:05:07.84 - Novi- new settlement, basically it was a refuge 00:05:07.87\00:05:12.26 for those who came from Chernobyl, 00:05:12.29\00:05:15.39 - I see! - they were building this 00:05:15.42\00:05:17.09 community... Chernobyl do you want to 00:05:17.12\00:05:19.79 explain what that was? 00:05:19.82\00:05:20.79 Chernobyl was where they had the meltdown with the nuclear 00:05:20.80\00:05:23.21 reactor which is still hot and still emitting radio active 00:05:23.24\00:05:27.06 material into the atmosphere, 00:05:27.09\00:05:28.24 So you've got a lot of thyroid problems 00:05:28.27\00:05:30.41 all over Eastern Europe and Western Europe, 00:05:30.44\00:05:32.76 and so these people would come to Novihobioti?, 00:05:32.79\00:05:36.66 and then the iron curtain fell, 00:05:36.69\00:05:38.21 the building stopped, and we had all these 00:05:38.24\00:05:41.04 empty buildings, and a woman with vision, 00:05:41.07\00:05:44.29 a dentist from Vinnitsa came and started buying them 00:05:44.32\00:05:49.45 and what a wonderful place, I was there not long ago. 00:05:49.48\00:05:50.45 Again teaching the students and they have expanded out into 00:05:50.48\00:05:56.18 Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan and just wonderful work, 00:05:56.21\00:06:00.86 so we send me to these places to teach. 00:06:00.89\00:06:06.84 Down in Moldova they've got a small school there 00:06:06.87\00:06:12.24 in a place called Schratanoa?. 00:06:12.27\00:06:13.85 Moldova has gone back to Communism, a wonderful country 00:06:13.88\00:06:18.56 and some of the most dedicated students that I have found. 00:06:18.59\00:06:21.37 - Do you know why thy they went back to Communism 00:06:21.40\00:06:23.66 or is that a complex political issue? 00:06:23.69\00:06:26.21 - Democracy takes awhile, the market economy takes awhile, 00:06:26.24\00:06:30.22 capitalism takes awhile, and they are impatient for this 00:06:30.25\00:06:34.12 and under Communism, pretty much things were supplied 00:06:34.15\00:06:38.68 and it wasn't happening fast enough, so they re-elected... 00:06:38.71\00:06:41.95 matter of fact the ones that they re-elected 00:06:41.98\00:06:45.25 were Communists and they something else, 00:06:45.28\00:06:48.34 now they are back to being Communists again, 00:06:48.37\00:06:49.80 but it's an open country, I love going to Moldova, 00:06:49.83\00:06:54.24 I love the students and they are so dedicated. 00:06:54.27\00:06:56.72 - I've met a few people from Moldova and they are such 00:06:56.75\00:07:00.17 sweet people, so loving, so kind, so giving, they will just 00:07:00.20\00:07:04.20 give you anything. 00:07:04.24\00:07:05.21 Now I know that there was a time when you used to go to Africa 00:07:05.22\00:07:09.21 some, and I think you still do go to Africa, 00:07:09.24\00:07:11.71 what's happening there? 00:07:11.74\00:07:13.25 I love Africa, again, down there at a place called Riverside 00:07:13.28\00:07:17.24 in Zambia, they started four courses: 00:07:17.27\00:07:20.73 An Evangelistic course, 00:07:20.76\00:07:22.59 to train the native Africans to go out and be evangelists 00:07:22.63\00:07:26.44 in their own areas. 00:07:26.47\00:07:28.01 A seamstress course, to empower women to be able to have a 00:07:28.04\00:07:33.05 college industry, because all school children in Africa, 00:07:33.08\00:07:36.48 in India and many places, wear uniforms where you can't go to 00:07:36.51\00:07:39.91 Wal-Mart to buy uniforms, so they make them, 00:07:39.94\00:07:42.76 and do it very well, a Scientific Gardening Course, 00:07:42.79\00:07:46.32 so they can eat something besides maze, or they call it 00:07:46.35\00:07:49.76 sheema when you finally eat it, it's just a corn gruel. 00:07:49.79\00:07:53.05 So they teach them how to make other things and scientifically 00:07:53.08\00:07:56.98 a very good course, and then they started... 00:07:57.01\00:07:58.70 Oh it must be about three years ago now, 00:07:58.73\00:08:00.96 the Lifestyle Educator Course, and I was there with the first 00:08:00.99\00:08:05.01 intake with those students, helping Juanita a young woman 00:08:05.04\00:08:09.90 from South Africa who's the head of the program to... 00:08:09.93\00:08:12.52 Preytorious is the last name, to get this program off the road. 00:08:12.55\00:08:15.63 And it's very very good. - Well you have taught 00:08:15.66\00:08:17.50 in the Lifestyle Educator Course at Uchee Pines 00:08:17.53\00:08:20.19 for many years, so it was a natural for you export it 00:08:20.22\00:08:24.45 somewhere else. 00:08:24.48\00:08:25.45 Now you are going to talk with us about a topic in digestion, 00:08:25.46\00:08:30.33 what did you choose? 00:08:30.36\00:08:32.49 - Constipation! 00:08:32.52\00:08:34.55 - Well it's such a common thing and it can be very disabling 00:08:34.58\00:08:42.81 to some people, or very distressing to some people, 00:08:42.84\00:08:46.45 I'll put it that way. 00:08:46.48\00:08:47.45 - And it can cause a whole lot more problems, which problems 00:08:47.46\00:08:50.78 I see when I'm in these countries, like varicose veins, 00:08:50.81\00:08:53.63 hiatal hernia, hemorrhoids, all these things from the 00:08:53.66\00:08:58.29 constant struggling to emit those things that have gone 00:08:58.32\00:09:02.28 down the old alimentary canal and having a hard time 00:09:02.31\00:09:04.75 coming back out. 00:09:04.78\00:09:05.75 - Tell us what we can do to help that situation. 00:09:05.76\00:09:09.74 - Well the first thing that we got to do it we got to learn 00:09:09.77\00:09:11.74 how to get the food through our bodies a little bit faster. 00:09:11.77\00:09:14.35 Fiber is one of the keys, there is a doctor that worked 00:09:14.38\00:09:18.47 many years Dr. Kenneth Burkett in Africa, and he learned 00:09:18.50\00:09:21.73 a couple of interesting things. 00:09:21.76\00:09:22.94 He found out, Wow!, these people just don't seem to get 00:09:22.97\00:09:25.09 colon cancer down there, and he became known as 00:09:25.12\00:09:27.87 the fiber doctor, well fiber is the key to getting the food 00:09:27.90\00:09:32.45 through our bodies quicker. 00:09:32.48\00:09:33.69 When you move into a western society, a western dietary 00:09:33.72\00:09:39.31 program, which has lots of refined carbohydrates, 00:09:39.34\00:09:44.04 your white flour, your white rice, your white spaghetti, 00:09:44.07\00:09:47.20 your white sugars, these things devoid of fiber, 00:09:47.23\00:09:50.90 slow down the digestion and things sort of slowly 00:09:50.93\00:09:53.76 eat their way through the system. 00:09:53.79\00:09:56.22 A high meat diet, no fiber in the meat, 00:09:56.25\00:09:58.65 again, it slows down the food moving through the system 00:09:58.68\00:10:04.23 and leads to constipation. 00:10:04.26\00:10:06.40 Constipation is major problem much to the world that I have 00:10:06.43\00:10:09.26 traveled to, and if you could just teach people 00:10:09.29\00:10:11.62 go back to eating good fibrous food. 00:10:11.65\00:10:15.53 Which is fruits, vegetables, whole grains, 00:10:15.56\00:10:18.36 a little bit of nuts and seeds, 00:10:18.39\00:10:20.13 high in fiber, moves the food along. 00:10:20.16\00:10:22.40 When I go to a western country and most western countries 00:10:22.43\00:10:25.53 have this available, and when I say western countries 00:10:25.56\00:10:27.60 I mean countries that have moved into a western mindset 00:10:27.63\00:10:30.71 and economy, there is always flax seed, and I think 00:10:30.74\00:10:34.21 flax seed's one of the best things that we can do in the 00:10:34.24\00:10:36.94 United States and any of these countries, 00:10:36.97\00:10:38.69 a little bit of ground flax seed every day, 00:10:38.72\00:10:40.84 taken with your food, has a lot of good advantages: 00:10:40.87\00:10:44.02 One is and anti-inflammatory with the diets and lifestyles 00:10:44.05\00:10:47.72 we live right now, we have lots of inflammation in the 00:10:47.75\00:10:50.26 digestive tract, secondly, it is high in fiber, 00:10:50.29\00:10:54.07 moves things along, thirdly, it is mucilaginous, which means 00:10:54.10\00:10:58.52 it is going to help repair some of the damage that's been done 00:10:58.55\00:11:01.62 in the digestive tract, the stomach on down the 00:11:01.65\00:11:04.72 alimentary canal, help repair some of the damage 00:11:04.75\00:11:07.31 that's been done by spicy foods. 00:11:07.34\00:11:09.97 Now I do travel a lot, I remember very well Dr. Thrash 00:11:10.00\00:11:13.32 that day I got out of the Marine Corp, 00:11:13.35\00:11:14.56 I was in the Marine Corp for fourteen years, 00:11:14.59\00:11:16.29 I was driving off base, and the thought that came, 00:11:16.32\00:11:19.90 I still remember this thought very well, 00:11:19.93\00:11:21.66 "Uhhh my traveling days are over. " 00:11:21.69\00:11:24.87 Two months later I was at Uchee Pines for a seminar 00:11:24.90\00:11:28.32 which completely changed my mindset about life, and then 00:11:28.35\00:11:32.38 one year later I was called to go back there as a worker, 00:11:32.41\00:11:35.36 and my traveling days had not even begun, 00:11:35.39\00:11:38.48 by the time I got back, when I got to Uchee Pines, 00:11:38.51\00:11:41.29 because I do nothing now but travel. 00:11:41.32\00:11:43.41 Anyway I go to some these countries, they have a lot of 00:11:43.44\00:11:47.54 refined carbohydrates, I'm always amazed, 00:11:48.02\00:11:51.21 you go to a country that has a lot of dietary problems 00:11:51.24\00:11:54.25 and a lot of nutritional problems, 00:11:54.28\00:11:56.24 like India, for instance. 00:11:56.27\00:11:57.88 I love India, I love the people, I love everything about India, 00:11:57.91\00:12:00.59 white rice, that's what they eat is white rice 00:12:00.62\00:12:03.82 and I remember one time I was there and here's white rice 00:12:03.85\00:12:07.51 and a few other white things at my meal and a little bit 00:12:07.54\00:12:10.02 of fruit, I would eat this food, you've got to sustain 00:12:10.05\00:12:12.18 life and as you can see, I'm not very corpulent I 00:12:12.21\00:12:14.83 need to keep some meat on my bones, 00:12:14.86\00:12:17.05 and so I'm eating a lot of white rice, and it wasn't 00:12:17.08\00:12:19.16 to many days before I had the problem of constipation. 00:12:19.19\00:12:23.01 So immediately I started eating less white rice 00:12:23.04\00:12:27.45 and made sure I had plenty of papaya, and the watermelon 00:12:27.48\00:12:30.59 and the grapes and the other things, to keep more fiber 00:12:30.62\00:12:34.22 into my diet so I could move my food through 00:12:34.25\00:12:37.54 a little bit better. 00:12:37.57\00:12:38.54 I like to travel with... if I'm going to a place 00:12:38.57\00:12:41.60 like this, some flax seed with me, one of the main things 00:12:41.63\00:12:45.61 you do when you go to a foreign country 00:12:45.64\00:12:47.11 is you go out into the market and you start identifying 00:12:47.14\00:12:49.54 where can I find what I'm looking for? 00:12:49.57\00:12:51.68 Extremely hard to find whole rice in these countries 00:12:51.71\00:12:56.58 but you can find it. 00:12:56.61\00:12:57.86 I was in Japan not long ago, and we're driving down a road.. 00:12:57.89\00:13:01.94 and Japan is an amazing country, you've got these huge cities 00:13:01.97\00:13:06.83 and every time you turn around, there is a rice patty. 00:13:06.86\00:13:09.72 People are growing rice, it's as much for eating 00:13:09.75\00:13:14.72 as it is for their culture, 00:13:14.75\00:13:16.58 they just like to grow rice apparently. 00:13:16.61\00:13:18.76 While driving down the road stopping at a stop sign, 00:13:18.79\00:13:21.35 and look over, there is a small building and a man's taking 00:13:21.38\00:13:24.78 a bag and dumps it in the top of this hopper, 00:13:24.81\00:13:27.86 puts in some coins, puts the bag underneath, 00:13:27.89\00:13:31.28 and immediately I knew what was happening, 00:13:31.31\00:13:32.94 he was taking perfectly good rice putting it into this 00:13:32.97\00:13:37.00 machine and bringing out the white rice, 00:13:37.03\00:13:40.18 and he paid for that process and what's left over 00:13:40.21\00:13:43.39 they are going to take across the street 00:13:43.42\00:13:44.71 and feed to the cows and the pigs, which they are going 00:13:44.74\00:13:47.51 to give us some non-fibrous milk, non-fibrous cheese 00:13:47.54\00:13:51.19 and non-fibrous meat. 00:13:51.22\00:13:52.52 So I like to sit there and say, I'd rather eat what is 00:13:52.55\00:13:55.86 in the bag before it goes into the hopper, 00:13:55.89\00:13:58.14 than after it goes into the hopper. 00:13:58.17\00:14:00.36 Another thing you can do for constipation 00:14:00.39\00:14:04.48 when it's really bad right now a person is having a hard time 00:14:04.51\00:14:07.43 sometimes a small enema, I carry with me when I go 00:14:07.46\00:14:12.16 to certain of these countries bulb syringes, 00:14:12.19\00:14:14.76 and I don't mean just one bulb syringe, 00:14:14.79\00:14:16.93 If I use a bulb syringe on somebody to irrigate a wound 00:14:16.96\00:14:21.09 or to help with an extremely impacted constipation 00:14:21.12\00:14:27.36 then I will now present them with that bulb syringe 00:14:27.39\00:14:29.93 as a gift, because I would not want to use it on 00:14:29.96\00:14:31.90 anybody else, it becomes their tool to use in the future. 00:14:31.93\00:14:35.43 But the key is teaching them how to live a lifestyle 00:14:35.46\00:14:39.88 that eliminates the problem. 00:14:39.91\00:14:41.37 When a person gets constipated 00:14:41.40\00:14:43.83 I've already mentioned it at the beginning of our little talk 00:14:43.86\00:14:45.77 here, they have to strain in order to pass their stools. 00:14:45.80\00:14:49.93 That straining puts upward and downward pressure 00:14:49.96\00:14:53.02 in the abdomen, the downward pressure works against 00:14:53.05\00:14:56.72 those little valves and veins coming back up to the heart 00:14:56.75\00:14:59.81 until finally it stretches those things out so much 00:14:59.84\00:15:02.81 that the valves no loner work, now we got a thing called 00:15:02.84\00:15:05.59 varicose veins. 00:15:05.62\00:15:06.66 Upstairs when you are forcing, you are forcing your stomach up 00:15:06.69\00:15:11.19 that's when you stomach comes up through the little 00:15:11.22\00:15:13.94 cardiac sphincter, and you've got part of your stomach 00:15:13.97\00:15:18.53 in your esophagus, and you get things like G.E.R.D., 00:15:18.56\00:15:21.01 and other acid reflux problems. 00:15:21.04\00:15:24.20 You also as you are squeezing will be putting a lot of 00:15:24.23\00:15:26.96 pressure on that colon which will cause those little hernias, 00:15:26.99\00:15:31.68 which is what a hemorrhoid is, a little hernia 00:15:31.71\00:15:37.04 whether external or internal, which can be very irritating 00:15:37.16\00:15:40.13 very painful, and can cause some other major problems 00:15:40.16\00:15:43.95 and so the best thing to do is to eat a lot of fiber 00:15:43.98\00:15:46.73 in your diet, get away from all those refined carbohydrates 00:15:46.76\00:15:49.71 get away from all of those meat products and animal products, 00:15:49.74\00:15:52.98 and constipation would not be a problem, 00:15:53.01\00:15:56.45 and so Dr. Thrash it's really a no brainer to me, 00:15:56.48\00:15:58.88 it's just eat what God prescribed there in Genesis. 00:15:58.91\00:16:01.64 - Yes, the diet that we got from our loving designer 00:16:01.67\00:16:06.56 in the Garden of Eden. 00:16:06.59\00:16:07.88 Now I understand that water is also extremely helpful 00:16:07.91\00:16:12.94 in constipation, I'm sure you have prescribed that too 00:16:12.97\00:16:17.38 when you talk with people about constipation. 00:16:17.41\00:16:20.08 - But again water is a major problem in many of these 00:16:20.11\00:16:23.22 countries, I was just reading an article not long ago 00:16:23.26\00:16:25.23 where in certain parts of Africa, children are drinking 00:16:25.27\00:16:27.92 their urine, because there is just no water, 00:16:27.95\00:16:30.44 they've got to walk 40 kilometers, 00:16:30.47\00:16:31.96 to get enough water, and it's a small amount of water. 00:16:31.99\00:16:34.92 They've got to cook with it, they got to drink it, 00:16:34.95\00:16:36.89 and what bathing they can do they've got to bathe with it 00:16:36.92\00:16:39.84 and so I believe that most of the world is chronically 00:16:39.87\00:16:44.00 dehydrated. 00:16:44.03\00:16:45.00 Even in America people, oh I don't like water, 00:16:45.03\00:16:48.79 and so they will drink their diuretics, 00:16:48.82\00:16:52.45 they're going to drink their coffee and colas, 00:16:52.48\00:16:54.63 and start losing more water and so they are constantly 00:16:54.66\00:16:57.62 chronically dehydrated, and the stools are going to... 00:16:57.65\00:17:01.39 the colon's purpose is to take up moisture, 00:17:01.42\00:17:05.56 to start consolidating the stools, 00:17:05.59\00:17:08.42 but if there is no moisture to begin with 00:17:08.45\00:17:10.90 then it just get harder and dryer and dryer 00:17:10.93\00:17:13.97 until finally it gets to the back door, and then it's a 00:17:14.00\00:17:16.38 bullet rather than... 00:17:16.41\00:17:18.07 - Now water, I remember back in 1995, when we had a 00:17:18.10\00:17:25.61 large team in Ukraine, and if I recall correctly, 00:17:25.64\00:17:29.74 you were one of those who got pure water for us 00:17:29.77\00:17:33.92 why was that, and what did you do to get pure water for us? 00:17:33.95\00:17:38.00 - I learned my lesson in the military, 00:17:38.03\00:17:40.21 when I was in the Philippians and I love the Philippians, 00:17:40.24\00:17:43.67 I just love everything about it, but there's a river 00:17:43.70\00:17:45.85 that flows between what used to be Subic Bay Naval Base 00:17:45.88\00:17:50.29 and the small town of Olongapo, and there would be children 00:17:50.32\00:17:54.78 in the daytime swimming in the water, 00:17:54.81\00:17:56.52 and you would throw pesos down, and they would go down 00:17:56.55\00:17:58.81 and bring up the pesos in their teeth quite nice, 00:17:58.84\00:18:01.72 well I had a young marine who decided to go swimming 00:18:01.76\00:18:03.88 in that same river, and he got all kinds of strange diseases 00:18:03.91\00:18:07.56 because we're not used to that water, 00:18:07.59\00:18:09.53 if you are used to the water, no problem. 00:18:09.56\00:18:12.07 If I go to Africa, if I go to India, 00:18:12.10\00:18:14.14 I'm not used to the water, and in Russia it was the same thing. 00:18:14.17\00:18:17.57 I remember one time crossing over the river, 00:18:17.62\00:18:19.48 going in to Nikolaev and my translator, 00:18:19.51\00:18:21.64 a lovely young woman, she says this is the "Cholera River" 00:18:21.67\00:18:25.06 and I thought that was funny, the "Cholera River. " 00:18:25.09\00:18:27.88 It's because cholera is in there and if you drink the water 00:18:27.91\00:18:30.65 you would probably get Cholera, so I would use a water filter 00:18:30.68\00:18:35.96 I've got a really nice water filter, a silver ceramic 00:18:35.99\00:18:38.57 water filter, and so I would basically treat 00:18:38.60\00:18:41.16 all of my water... I've gotten sort of lazy 00:18:41.19\00:18:43.29 over the years and so what I do now is, if I think the water 00:18:43.32\00:18:47.36 is fairly clear, I will add some grape fruit seed extract 00:18:47.39\00:18:51.84 to all of my water. 00:18:51.87\00:18:52.84 It makes me glad to get back to America to Uchee Pines 00:18:52.86\00:18:55.26 because we have great deep well water, 00:18:55.29\00:18:57.23 because to have your water always bitter, 00:18:57.26\00:18:59.60 is a little bit of a bitter pill to swallow. 00:18:59.63\00:19:01.75 But I know that grapefruit seed extract is very good 00:19:01.78\00:19:05.97 as an anti-microbial, and doing away with some 00:19:06.00\00:19:10.06 of these things that might give your body some problems. 00:19:10.09\00:19:12.48 Also using charcoal, if you think there is a problem 00:19:12.51\00:19:15.34 with your water, you can run it through a charcoal filter. 00:19:15.37\00:19:18.59 A lot of people boil their water, in many countries 00:19:18.62\00:19:21.33 I remember one time when I was in India 00:19:21.36\00:19:22.34 and I was in a person's home, and they brought out 00:19:22.37\00:19:28.51 two platters of grapes, one for the man I was with 00:19:28.54\00:19:31.06 and one for me, and I thought ahhh! my mind was 00:19:31.09\00:19:34.64 like I can't eat these things, I told my translator 00:19:34.67\00:19:37.02 I can't eat these grapes, and he said you got to 00:19:37.05\00:19:40.01 you will insult the host. 00:19:40.04\00:19:41.97 I can't eat these grapes look there wet 00:19:42.00\00:19:43.86 they just washed the grapes, and he said you got to 00:19:43.89\00:19:46.61 and so I sacrificed myself in the alter of that platter 00:19:46.64\00:19:49.83 of grapes, and I ate the grapes freshly washed 00:19:49.86\00:19:52.85 in their water, and that night I had some problems 00:19:52.88\00:19:56.38 with the water. 00:19:56.41\00:19:57.39 A good friend of mine and yours too Dr. Thrash, 00:19:57.42\00:20:00.06 Dr. Bill Doll says that the greatest weight loss 00:20:00.09\00:20:03.59 program in the world is two drops of water 00:20:03.62\00:20:07.40 from the Ganges River. 00:20:07.43\00:20:08.40 - That will do it! - That will do it! 00:20:08.41\00:20:11.23 - Now there is a parasite in Eastern Europe called Giardia 00:20:11.26\00:20:16.81 Do you remember that there was an herb we took that was 00:20:16.84\00:20:23.71 prophylactic, if we took that herb we were not supposed 00:20:23.74\00:20:26.81 the Giardia, do you remember that herb? 00:20:26.84\00:20:31.30 - Well I took a thing with me called Citricadel, which is 00:20:31.33\00:20:34.08 a combination of herbs, but there are a couple of 00:20:34.11\00:20:36.03 very nice herbs: Black walnut hull is a nice herb that you can 00:20:36.06\00:20:41.02 take with that, Periwinkle is another nice herb, 00:20:41.05\00:20:44.15 Echinacea and Golden Seal are other nice herbs that I take 00:20:44.18\00:20:49.01 when I'm trying to treat my water, along with the grapefruit 00:20:49.04\00:20:51.57 seed extract, because Giardia is a major problem 00:20:51.60\00:20:54.40 and that is why, years and years ago you could go to 00:20:54.43\00:20:57.37 the nice flowing stream coming down from mountain and just 00:20:57.40\00:21:00.40 put your face in and drink the water but Giardia is pretty much 00:21:00.43\00:21:03.78 pandemic around the world and so drinking untreated water 00:21:03.81\00:21:07.30 is a good way to treat yourself to a real bad time. 00:21:07.33\00:21:12.15 - Yes and the Giardia does give quite a lot of discomfort 00:21:12.18\00:21:16.92 it indeed can make you have a diarrhea that simply will not 00:21:16.95\00:21:22.25 stop, it's amazing how intense and how painful Giardia can be. 00:21:22.28\00:21:28.72 But there are some good things that can be used for Giardia 00:21:28.75\00:21:32.01 one is that we can use ginger, ginger has some very nice 00:21:32.04\00:21:37.77 anti-parasitic properties, and it will treat even the 00:21:37.80\00:21:43.19 Anisaki's worm which we get from eating fish 00:21:43.22\00:21:46.53 not properly cooked, and that is becoming increasingly 00:21:46.56\00:21:51.45 more common in the United States, 00:21:51.48\00:21:53.98 ginger and it's extracts will just do wonders for that. 00:21:54.01\00:21:58.75 Pumpkin seed is also another thing, very good for all sorts 00:21:58.78\00:22:04.68 of worms, all sorts of intestinal worms. 00:22:04.71\00:22:07.22 The pumpkin seed, not only the pumpkin seed but also 00:22:07.25\00:22:12.94 pumpkin seed extracts can be very helpful. 00:22:12.97\00:22:16.40 A big study was done on pumpkin seed and pumpkin seed 00:22:16.43\00:22:20.05 extracts showing the benefits of this very nice food 00:22:20.08\00:22:26.15 on intestinal parasites world over, and it was found that 00:22:26.18\00:22:31.36 many different kinds of parasites could be treated 00:22:31.39\00:22:34.85 using pumpkin seeds or pumpkin seed extract. 00:22:34.88\00:22:38.28 Now another one, one called worm seed. 00:22:38.31\00:22:42.71 Worm seed was first grown in Maryland by pilgrim fathers 00:22:42.74\00:22:49.01 who came here and they brought that with them from Europe 00:22:49.04\00:22:52.55 and they have done quite a great deal of work with 00:22:52.58\00:22:55.59 the pumpkin seed and the worm seed and it is still grown 00:22:55.62\00:23:01.53 I understand in America here in Maryland 00:23:01.56\00:23:06.17 in the environment of Maryland. 00:23:06.20\00:23:09.96 Garlic is another very good anit-worm substance, 00:23:09.99\00:23:18.58 garlic has so many wonderful benefits, and one of those is 00:23:18.61\00:23:24.13 that it does help you to get rid of worms. 00:23:24.17\00:23:26.89 Pinworms can be quite effectively treated with garlic, 00:23:26.92\00:23:31.60 just the juice from three or four cloves of garlic can cure 00:23:31.63\00:23:36.19 most cases of pin worms, should be taken every 00:23:36.22\00:23:39.18 couple of hours and when the itching around the anus has 00:23:39.21\00:23:44.57 stopped or subsided substantially 00:23:44.60\00:23:46.74 then one has usually gotten rid of the pin worms. 00:23:46.78\00:23:51.83 Another one that I like a lot is Papaya, and papaya seed, 00:23:51.86\00:23:56.32 the papaya seed can be used not only for intestinal worms, 00:23:56.35\00:24:01.00 but also for blood parasites. 00:24:01.03\00:24:04.47 The commonest blood parasite is Malaria, still a major killer 00:24:04.50\00:24:10.58 in the world today, so that around the world 00:24:10.61\00:24:14.51 wherever you go you may find someone who has Malaria 00:24:14.54\00:24:20.04 that you can treat with papaya seed, 00:24:20.07\00:24:22.60 it can also be treated with what the Bible calls worm wood, 00:24:22.63\00:24:28.52 or Artemisia annua, Artemisia also called wormwood 00:24:28.55\00:24:33.53 is very effective against Malaria and also wonderful 00:24:33.56\00:24:38.10 against the Giardia that we met in Eastern Europe. 00:24:38.13\00:24:42.00 Pineapple with its bromalane is also very helpful, 00:24:42.03\00:24:47.24 papaya has papain, an enzyme which helps the parasite 00:24:47.27\00:24:53.52 to turn loose from its mooring, its mouth parts get imbedded 00:24:53.55\00:24:59.84 in the lining of the bowel and it won't turn loose 00:24:59.87\00:25:05.06 and it eats what you are going to eat from around its 00:25:05.09\00:25:11.34 mouth part until the enzyme makes its mouth part sore 00:25:11.37\00:25:17.75 just a to much papaya or to much fresh pineapple 00:25:17.78\00:25:20.96 can make your mouth sore so apparently the parasite 00:25:20.99\00:25:25.52 gets a sore mouth and turns loose. 00:25:25.55\00:25:28.06 Now at that point then you need something else, 00:25:28.09\00:25:31.51 you need a very good enema, or you could use some kind 00:25:31.54\00:25:38.89 of mild cathartic to help you to pass the worms, 00:25:38.92\00:25:44.50 not a strong one, but just a very mild one, 00:25:44.53\00:25:47.35 something like licorice root, licorice root is a very good 00:25:47.38\00:25:51.45 mild diarrheic agent which can help you to get rid of 00:25:51.48\00:25:59.47 these worms. 00:25:59.50\00:26:00.69 Now turmeric, the common kitchen herb, called turmeric 00:26:00.72\00:26:04.81 is also very good with a variety of parasites 00:26:04.85\00:26:10.24 it can get rid of Nematodes even and that's 00:26:10.27\00:26:14.73 a very important one. 00:26:14.76\00:26:16.04 Turmeric has anti-inflammatory processes so that in a part of 00:26:16.07\00:26:24.78 what it does, it can help the inflammation of the bowel 00:26:24.81\00:26:28.47 caused by the worms, it can even help to kill worms. 00:26:28.50\00:26:33.60 about one half teaspoon four times daily, very good for that. 00:26:33.64\00:26:38.54 Another one that I have here on my list is cloves, 00:26:38.57\00:26:43.22 cloves has been demonstrated to be active against 00:26:43.25\00:26:46.04 many parasites including intestinal parasites. 00:26:46.07\00:26:50.41 As we see these variety of things that the Lord has 00:26:50.44\00:26:57.03 provided for us to help us to live in this age, 00:26:57.06\00:27:01.94 we can see that there are many things that He has provided, 00:27:01.97\00:27:05.81 as an example, we can make a smoothie from the cloves. 00:27:05.84\00:27:10.83 Let me just tell you how you can make a nice smoothie, 00:27:10.86\00:27:13.22 some papaya, and some pineapple pulp and blenderize that 00:27:13.25\00:27:19.11 very nicely, maybe you can add some figs which are also 00:27:19.14\00:27:23.39 filled with some good enzymes, and you might 00:27:23.42\00:27:27.72 want to add a little bit of the cloves so that it spices it up 00:27:27.75\00:27:33.40 a bit, and you can make a very nice smoothie this way. 00:27:33.43\00:27:38.28 Now the smoothie can be taken with breakfast, 00:27:38.31\00:27:40.67 and that will then help you to dislodge the parasites 00:27:40.70\00:27:46.15 and to expel them you can take some prune juice 00:27:46.18\00:27:49.26 about lunch time, and then the whole process of healing 00:27:49.47\00:27:53.04 has been accomplished. 00:27:53.07\00:27:54.70
