00:01 We live in a very mobile society
00:04 and sometimes changing time zones many thousands of miles 00:08 leaves us in very much less than optimum health. 00:12 If you've had this problem you might like 00:14 to hear some of the tips that we are going to give 00:16 on how to deal with traveling from place to place. 00:38 Welcome to Help Yourself To Health with Dr. Agatha Thrash 00:43 Of Uchee Pines Institute and now here is your host Dr. Thrash. 00:48 Of course everybody knows that well in advance of the travel 00:53 one should be well packed and everything to be relaxed, 00:57 but as it happens a lot of the time, we don't have really 01:01 a lot of time before the traveling is to be done 01:04 to do the packing. 01:05 So packing sometimes results in just things thrown together, 01:11 but if there is any possible way, you should spend some time 01:14 and use some care in your packing. 01:16 Pack the kind of clothing that will be specific for the area 01:21 where you are going, not necessarily where 01:24 you are leaving from. 01:25 You leave in that kind of clothing, but lets say you leave 01:29 in hot weather, but where you are going, 01:30 it's immediately cold weather. 01:32 When you get off the plane you are going to be in icy cold 01:35 weather, so you must take something in your carry on 01:38 to use at the time you are in an airport in a foreign country 01:44 or in a distant place, if it is cold there. 01:48 Always expect that where you are going, 01:50 the weather is going to be more severe 01:52 than where you just left. 01:54 If it is hot, you plan things that are more light weight, 01:58 much more light weight. 02:00 If it is cold things that are much more heavy weight, 02:03 so that you won't be cold or you won't be hot. 02:06 It's just as important to stay cool, as it is to stay warm. 02:09 When we go to another place and we are very upset because 02:15 of extreme heat, this can be just as upsetting to the 02:20 way you feel, as being shivering and trembling because 02:24 it's very cold where you are. 02:26 When you are on the plane you need to be careful not to 02:31 have tight clothing. 02:32 Tight clothing can become very uncomfortable, 02:36 particularly if you have some distention of the abdomen 02:40 during the flight, so first thing is to make certain that 02:44 your clothes are loose when you are traveling. 02:46 Be sure that they cover the legs well. 02:49 Women should have wide skirts so that they cover the legs well 02:54 and give plenty of freedom in the travel, 02:57 without being in other people's way, or hanging up on something. 03:03 That can be very helpful for you with your clothing. 03:07 In planning the kind of clothing that you take, 03:11 always take something light and helpful to wear on the plane 03:16 without over-burdening yourself, or freezing your arms, 03:22 so take a little sweater, or take some slippers, 03:25 so that as soon as you get on the plane, 03:27 you can remove your shoes and relax, and be comfortable 03:31 in slippers that you can slip into. 03:36 Some airlines actually furnish these things for people so that 03:41 they don't have to bring those things with them. 03:44 For warmth, not only something that you can put on your arms, 03:51 but also something that you can wrap around if necessary, 03:56 and that may be a jacket, or that may be a blanket. 04:00 Blankets are usually furnished by airlines and you can get them 04:04 quite easily. 04:05 Sometimes you may want to pack actually a travel bag. 04:10 A travel bag can furnish those things for you 04:15 while you are on the trip, as well as things that you get 04:18 when you are immediately after you get there. 04:21 Dr. Don Miller has done quite a lot of world traveling, 04:24 and he can tell you something about the way he packs a 04:28 travel bag, Dr. Miller. 04:29 Well it sounds like you are familiar with traveling too. 04:31 A little bit. 04:33 You know sometimes when you leave Alabama, 04:34 where its almost always hot, without thinking about where you 04:38 are going it's not going to be that way, 04:40 and I for some reason do this all the time. 04:43 I pack for Alabama, and I end up in Siberia, 04:46 and I think why did I do this, no sweaters, no sweatshirts, 04:51 no warm clothes, no long johns, 04:52 it gets to be pretty uncomfortable. 04:55 One of the first things that you need to do, 04:57 is you should make yourself a packing list, that you have 05:01 all the time, I've got one on my computer. 05:03 It tells me don't forget! as a matter of fact, 05:06 when I get ready to go on a trip, after I've packed 05:09 even if I've gone over the list, I sit there and say ok, my head, 05:12 do I have any hats, ties, shirts, jackets, belts, trousers 05:16 socks, shoes, those are important things. 05:19 So have a list to pack by. 05:20 But this travel kit is very, very, very important. 05:23 Things that you have with you when you are in the middle 05:27 of the travel experience, now it depends on 05:30 what you are traveling on. 05:31 When I go to Eastern Europe, I do a lot of traveling on a 05:34 train, and there are certain thing that you really want to 05:36 have when you are on that train. 05:38 I like to carry with me some of these little clean wipes 05:40 that you can wipe your hands with, you can wipe the toilets 05:44 with, you wipe door knobs with. 05:45 I use these a lot, and I buy them in these little individual 05:49 dispensers, I used to carry a big tube of them but, 05:52 I found that the tube, when you get them in the luggage, 05:54 if it gets pushed, it pops open and dries out, 05:59 and also leaks out when it's still wet on your clothes, 06:02 so I buy a lot of these. 06:03 I also carry with me, in my luggage, this is going back to 06:06 the luggage, not so much my travel bag. 06:08 I will get a whole box of zip lock bags, 06:13 and I will stuff some of my clothes in there, 06:16 and the rest I will just strew around in my luggage, 06:20 because it's amazing how handy they come in, 06:22 when you are traveling somewhere, 06:24 and they make great gifts, 06:26 A really good zip-lock bag, when you are in a country 06:28 that does not have them is a treasure for the people. 06:31 When I am traveling, I make sure I have some 06:34 really good ear plugs, as a matter of fact, 06:37 I don't just take a pair, I take a box of ear plugs, 06:40 because one of our missions, when we are traveling is to be 06:44 a blessing to other people who are traveling. 06:46 What a blessing to take out of your little box two clean 06:50 earplugs and offer them to your seat mate, or offer them to 06:54 somebody else in the airplane. 06:55 It can be a blessing for them, but I roll them up and poke them 07:00 into my ears, they swell up, and the sound gets very muffled 07:04 people are around doing all their stuff, 07:06 and I can go right through it. 07:07 I also carry with me an eye mask. 07:10 Basically just a mask without the holes like the Lone Ranger 07:14 but you just put them over your head, 07:16 therefore you've now got a dark field, you've got 07:19 your ear plugs in, everything is dark and quiet, 07:23 very nice to sleep. 07:25 I also carry in my carry on baggage, 07:29 a pair of slippers of some sort. 07:30 As soon as I get on the airplane I take off my shoes, I put on 07:35 the slippers, now Dr. Thrash has mentioned that sometimes 07:37 they supply, but what they always supply is little socks, 07:40 and I do not want to walk into that bathroom wearing a pair of 07:43 socks, and so I put on my slippers, 07:45 usually a pair of thongs, something I can wear 07:47 in other places, like if I am going to be showering, 07:51 like shower shoes, rubberized shoes, very nice to travel with, 07:55 so you want to have those with you. 07:56 I carry some business cards, I carry them in a little folder 08:01 where I've got my cards, and on the other side of the business 08:04 cards, I have some encouraging scripture type cards, 08:07 so I can share these with people, and I've got a place 08:10 to put their cards if we start up a conversation, 08:14 and a relationship, they know who I am, I know who they are, 08:17 and we can continue what we started right there. 08:20 But to give somebody a promise, I like to get these really nice! 08:23 You can get them in Bible Stores, Religious Book Stores, 08:27 little cards with a very nice picture on. 08:31 One that I like very much is a picture of Jesus holding a man, 08:34 and the man is sort of slumped, in one hand he has a mallet 08:38 and the other hand he has a spike, and Jesus is holding him 08:42 and the man is weeping, and if you give that to somebody, 08:45 even if they can't read it, it's in English, and they are in 08:48 Russia, it can be a blessing to them, and so I recommend 08:51 you carry some of those with you too. 08:53 I also carry with me, some little, these are Shout wipes 08:56 there are other types of wipes, that if you get a stain on your 08:59 clothing, right away you can treat that stain, 09:01 rather than go through the entire trip, 09:04 because when we travel, we've got a limited amount of clothing 09:07 this way you can treat it right away, and keep from ruining 09:10 your trip because you've got not enough clothes. 09:13 I also carry with me, bottled water. 09:16 Make sure that when you carry the bottled water, 09:19 you buy it at the store, and the seal has not been broken. 09:23 If you have taken your bottle like I like to do, 09:25 at Uchee Pines we got fantastic water... 09:29 fill it up, put the lid on... 09:31 You get to the airport, they don't know what is in that 09:34 bottle, they will have you drink half of it 09:36 or just discard the whole thing. 09:37 So make sure that you've got the completely sealed bottles, 09:42 so they will look at that and see that the seal 09:44 has not been broken, and I will take three or four. 09:46 It's not just for the trip, you want to stay well hydrated 09:50 on your trip. 09:51 You can get water from the airplane, but if you want 09:54 some extra, I take mine, but you also want water 09:58 for when you arrive to where you are going. 10:00 Let's say I want to set it up in Zahirabad, India 10:03 there's no place around there to buy water, where I was 10:06 but I had a couple bottles of my own. 10:08 Now! When we are talking about water, 10:11 be careful of what water you buy. 10:13 I was leaving Austria one time to go up to Germany 10:17 and was flying back from Germany, and I had a very large, 10:20 I think it was a two liter bottle of this very nice, 10:24 mineral water, which was, they called it gassed water 10:28 or fizzy water, or carbonated water. 10:30 I had this in the airplane, it was rolling around 10:34 at my feet for awhile, we landed in Amsterdam. 10:37 We take off from Amsterdam, about 20,000 feet I started 10:40 to feel a little bit thirsty so I bring up this great big 10:43 bottle of fizzy water, sit it between my legs, 10:46 and I break the seal, now you might know what happened 10:49 at that point, I got a complete shower all in my lap, 10:53 so make sure you don't carry fizzy water on the plane. 10:56 You want straight water, it will be a whole lot more convenient 11:00 for you when you up about 20,000 feet, 11:02 with all the pressures, and all the shaking of the thing. 11:05 I also carry with me in my carry on bag, 11:08 is a change of clothing. 11:09 It's not just for my computer, and my camera, 11:11 and things like this, because if my luggage ends up missing 11:15 somewhere, I want to enough clothing with me to get me 11:19 through the night, so I have my pajamas in there, 11:21 I have a full change of clothing, 11:23 I've got my most important things in my carry on bags. 11:27 I get it in my mind, ok, my goal is that everything is 11:32 going to arrive, my expectation is that all is 11:34 going to arrive is me and my carry on, 11:36 that way I've got what I need when I get there. 11:39 I also carry some literature for people. 11:42 Literature about any spiritual subject, that you can share 11:46 with them, as you are going through your experience. 11:49 I also carry some type of snacking foods. 11:51 Sometimes in the airlines, either you are not fed, 11:54 or you are fed..., you put I for your vegan meal 11:57 and they come by and say like this. 11:59 Do you want pork or fish? 12:01 I say well I asked for a vegan meal, 12:04 and so you are not down for a vegan meal. 12:06 So it's nice for you to open up your carry on, 12:09 your little travel kit, and pull out some Granola, 12:12 or some travel mix, or some nice things. 12:15 You don't want to eat heavy in an airplane, 12:17 You want to eat very light, 12:18 but you might want to eat something. 12:20 I also carry some melatonin, with me, which I will talk about 12:23 in a few minutes, but it's nice to have melatonin. 12:25 If you are flying east especially, 12:27 when I'm flying east, which means you are going 12:30 into the sun, which is usually you are flying at night time 12:33 across the Atlantic Ocean. 12:34 I get on the airplane, I get settled in about two hours later 12:37 I take a melatonin, trying to sleep for that extremely short 12:41 night, because you have a long day ahead of you 12:43 once you get there. 12:45 I also carry with me, and this is sort of a strange things to 12:49 carry, I carry a harmonica. 12:51 It's amazing sometimes when you get into a flight, 12:54 and you got some fussy child sitting right next to you 12:57 and they just can't be still, you start playing a harmonica 13:01 they get completely quiet and watch what you are doing. 13:04 I think people like to hear some sounds, you may not 13:07 be able to play the harmonica, but if I can play the harmonica, 13:10 you can play the harmonica. 13:12 Just get one and start blowing and drawing, and pretty soon 13:15 you're going to find that you can play that thing quite well. 13:18 There are some of the simple things, 13:20 one other thing I want to mention. 13:22 If you travel a lot to the same country, I travel a lot 13:25 to the country of Ukraine. 13:27 What I've done this last time I went there, when I was going 13:30 through customs, I got a few sheets of their 13:34 custom declaration forms, so now I have them at my home. 13:37 I'm leaving for Ukraine again soon, I can take out that form 13:41 have it completely itemized before I even leave my house 13:45 to get to Kiev, instead of waiting in these long lines 13:49 while everyone is filling their things out, 13:50 I go straight up to the counter give them my customs declaration 13:54 show them my passport, with my visa's and breeze on through. 13:57 One other thing, when you are packing your suitcase, 13:59 keep and itemized list of everything you are packing. 14:02 Especially things that you might want to declare, 14:06 or someone might wonder where you got that. 14:09 You don't have to list all your pairs of socks, and how many 14:12 shirts, but anything that is electronic, anything that is 14:15 hardware, you want to list this on a sheet of paper, 14:19 because the next time you go across another border, 14:21 you want an itemized list of what you have with you, 14:25 because it will make things a whole lot more pleasant. 14:28 Traveling is a great experience, when you are out there traveling 14:32 remember that your are representing not America, 14:35 you are representing Jesus Christ. 14:37 And Dr. Thrash, I think that's exactly what God wants us to do, 14:40 to be good representatives of Him. 14:42 Yes travel is for some people a great blessing, a great joy 14:47 and a nice time, but for others like myself, 14:51 it's not the very nicest. 14:54 I always travel with a good bit of discomfort, and wish I 14:59 could do what I need to do over there, at my home. 15:04 One of the things that can make travel a lot easier for you, 15:08 is that of the food that you eat. 15:11 For about a week before you go into a trip, 15:14 especially if you are the kind of person that gets motion sick, 15:17 make your food very light. 15:19 Especially don't eat very heavy fats, 15:22 you may eat a few nuts, but don't eat a lot of nuts, 15:27 because they can be pretty heavy foods. 15:31 All kinds of free fats margarine, mayonnaise, 15:34 fried foods, cooking fats, salad oils, all of these 15:38 are very heavy foods, they tend to make it so that you are 15:41 more likely to get sick at the stomach, 15:43 if you have the tendency to be motion sick. 15:46 In addition to that, on the day of the flight, 15:50 try to figure out when the next meal will be for you. 15:57 You simply figure how many hours it is going to take you to go 16:02 the next place, and then you decide if they will be eating 16:06 at X hour, which for me is Y hour, so it's wise if you take 16:13 that meal at Y hour, instead of at your regular meal time. 16:19 Then your next meal, unless it's in the night on the plane, 16:24 then you eat that also at the next scheduled time for them, 16:29 where you are going. 16:30 If night catches you, and you are on the plane 16:33 during the night, they're going to offer you some foods, 16:36 sometime during the night. 16:37 Refuse that food, you will do far better if you do. 16:41 Your jet lag will be a lot less severe, you will have a lot less 16:46 gastrointestinal distress if you simply say no to that food. 16:50 Then with the meals that you eat on the plane, 16:57 before and after, if you will very carefully regulate this 17:02 you will suffer much less from jet lag. 17:04 Now Dr. Miller will tell you another aspect that's 17:08 very important about traveling, Dr. Miller. 17:11 - You know another thing that she reminded me of, 17:14 while she was talking, is when I travel at night, 17:16 she says when they offer you the meal, refuse it. 17:19 Often, they are going to wake you up to offer you the meal. 17:23 I like to carry with me a Do Not Disturb sign, 17:27 and I hang it right around my neck, 17:29 It's right on my chest, so I'm sitting there asleep, 17:31 it's on top of the blanket, Do Not Disturb, 17:34 and they will not disturb you, 17:36 I think thats is a really good suggestion. 17:39 Dr. Thrash has mentioned a term called "jet lag. " 17:42 It's a problem that we go through, it doesn't have to be 17:47 jet lag, it could be changing to daylight savings time lag. 17:50 Just changing one hour has a profound effect upon our 17:54 circadian rhythms upon our whole body, 17:56 and basically jet lag is a violation of our 17:59 circadian rhythm, it's an assault against our system, 18:02 and we've got to learn how to recover from it. 18:05 The first thing that I would recommend, 18:06 if you are going to do international travel, 18:09 especially flying east, which I've already mentioned, 18:13 it's the hardest way, try to arrive early. 18:16 I don't mean two hours early, I mean a few days early, 18:19 because, it will take you a few days... 18:22 It takes about a week to get over the critical effects 18:26 of jet lag, and a month to get over the entire residuals, 18:29 of the jet lag, and so you want to arrive a few days earlier 18:33 that you can sit there and relax, and 18:35 not have to have your mind very sharp. 18:37 Not long ago, I flew to Japan, from Cincinnati 18:41 to Atlanta, to Tokyo, that was a long trip. 18:45 I got picked up in Tokyo, and was taken, and within two hours 18:49 of arriving at my hotel, I was standing in front of a group 18:53 of people speaking, I was really in bad shape. 18:57 The Lord give grace in these times, and I was able to think 19:00 clearly, and speak clearly, but after the meeting was over, 19:04 I was totally exhausted, and I don't really want to do that 19:08 type of a program again, although I will have gotten 19:11 calls upon me to do it exactly that way. 19:13 But what can you do about jet lag when you arrive at your 19:16 destination you want to get outside in the sunshine, 19:20 and get some exercise. 19:21 I will say if you are flying west, coming back from Europe 19:25 to America, you usually arrive in the mid-afternoon, 19:29 it will take you awhile to get to your home, 19:31 what I usually try to do, is do a few things and go to bed 19:34 at a normal time, like 8:00, 8:30, or 9:00, and get myself 19:39 back on to my schedule, it's very much easier to get on to 19:42 your schedule going west, than it is east. 19:44 Going East you have a very short night, and an extremely 19:47 long day, because you are always flying at night time 19:50 going over west. 19:51 So, get some sunshine, get some exercise, 19:54 resist the temptation to take a sleeping aid, 19:57 anywhere along here. 19:58 The melatonin is just fine, it will naturally help you 20:01 get some rest. 20:03 I like to take that myself, but no sleeping aids 20:05 if you can't sleep, at that night of the flight, 20:08 or the next night, let your body naturally take over 20:11 stay away from alcohol, stay away from caffeine, 20:14 stay away from nicotine, all these things are extremely bad 20:18 for jet lag situations, you don't want those things. 20:21 You want to, as we've already mentioned twice, 20:23 keep yourself well hydrated, especially a few days before 20:28 going on your trip. 20:29 Before you go on the trip you want to be well hydrated, 20:32 you want to be well rested. 20:34 If you are like me, you are packing the night before 20:38 you leave, in the morning you are leaving, 20:40 you are throwing the stuff in the suitcase, and you are 20:42 getting all stressed out. 20:43 If you could pack a week ahead of time, or at least 3 or 4 days 20:47 ahead of time, and those last few days are restful, 20:51 getting ready to go days, that's the best way to do it. 20:54 That way you don't have all the stress along with your travel. 20:57 Eat light, don't take the light meal, arrive early, exercise, 21:04 simple, simple things, and I find that when I follow these 21:07 myself, I don't have the major problems with jet lag, although 21:11 I'm still going to meet it, because I violated my own body's 21:15 constitution, but it can be very kind to us, if we do it with 21:20 some moderation, and do it with these simple things in mind. 21:23 Dr. Thrash, does it work for you? 21:25 Oh yes, those things work for me, 21:27 but I still don't enjoy the traveling over many miles 21:32 and a lot of time zones. 21:34 One of the things that you can always benefit from, 21:38 is an understanding of light. 21:42 Light that comes into your eyes, sets your circadian rhythm. 21:48 The circadian rhythm is that biological time clock that's 21:52 built around a day. 21:53 It takes 24 hours for us to complete one cycle. 21:57 The circadian rhythm can be set somewhat by what you do. 22:03 If you have figured out what time it's going to be, 22:07 in the place of your destination then figure back to what time 22:11 that would be where you are now, and so you simply 22:15 advance or retreat in the time to agree with 22:21 where you are going, and then when it gets dark, 22:24 in the place where you are going, 22:26 especially when it gets to be bed time, put on some kind 22:29 of blinder or eye mask as Dr. Miller mentioned, 22:33 that can make it so your eyes are dark, 22:37 even if you can't sleep, you still need to have the darkness. 22:42 Then when you take the mask off, if you can leave it on until 22:50 it's time to be daylight on the other side where you are going, 22:54 then take the mask off at the time 22:58 of daylight, in that country. 23:00 When you get there, you may need a flashlight, because 23:01 it's true, even though you have taken these precautions, 23:09 you've eaten on their schedule, you've darkened your eyes 23:12 on their schedule, even so you may still wake up in the night 23:16 when you should be sleeping, and you are wide awake. 23:19 There's no way you can sleep, 23:21 and you don't want to turn the lights on, 23:23 so you just lie there miserable in bed. 23:26 So if you have a flashlight, 23:27 that could be very helpful to you, 23:29 it makes it so that you don't have to turn all the lights 23:32 on in order to at least just look at your watch, 23:34 or look over some notes, or read a passage in the Bible, 23:39 or whatever may be your desire at the moment. 23:43 With the water, the water is of course for you 23:48 to stay well hydrated. 23:49 One of the reasons for you to stay well hydrated, 23:52 is to avoid travel strokes. 23:54 These are getting to be quite an important cause 23:57 of disability today. 23:59 Travel strokes can be avoided to a large degree, 24:04 if a person will do two things. 24:06 Number one, they drink plenty of water. 24:09 How much is that? 24:10 It's enough to produce around two quarts of urine a day, 24:15 well you have no way to measure, is there another way 24:20 that you can tell? 24:21 Yes, about the color of the urine, that's a good way. 24:25 So if you know that the urine should be pale in color, 24:28 it should not be entirely water colored, but 24:30 it should certainly not be dark, 24:32 then that's about the color that the urine should be, 24:36 and you are well hydrated, if you can achieve that. 24:39 The second thing, is you must move. 24:42 Now move in an airline seat! There you are just crowded into 24:48 it, and a person is here, and a person is there 24:51 how can you move. 24:52 Well there are certain ways, one is you can yawn, 24:55 just take a big, big breath and try your best to yawn, 24:59 and then another thing is you can just raise your hands right 25:03 up over your head. 25:04 That's your space up there, so you raise your hands, 25:06 and you stretch upwards, as much as you can. 25:09 Then if you can't go any farther, you just squeeze, 25:14 squeeze your shoulder muscles, squeeze your arms, 25:17 your hands, then your abdominal muscles, your back muscles, 25:21 then the legs, and the thighs, it's especially important 25:25 to keep the blood circulating in the legs and the thighs 25:30 to prevent a stroke. 25:32 Clothing of course should not be tight around the waist, 25:35 or tight around any extremity. 25:37 If you eat heavy foods like beans, or nuts, 25:41 or a lot of high fiber foods 25:44 just before you leave for a trip. 25:47 When you are in the air, that gas 25:49 that's in the intestinal track will swell, and that will make 25:54 you all the more uncomfortable. 25:56 If you are traveling with an infant, 25:58 several things to remember about traveling with an infant. 26:01 One is when you go up, and when you come down, 26:04 but especially when you come down. 26:06 If you will provide something for the infant to suck 26:10 during that time, then that can help the infant to be 26:13 much more comfortable, because the sucking action 26:16 will open up the Eustachian tube, and keep the air equalized 26:21 between the middle ear and the external ear outside. 26:26 That can be helpful to the baby. 26:28 Then another thing, remember about the baby, 26:31 that you should not diaper the baby to tightly, 26:34 because a tightly bound baby, when the intestinal tract swells 26:41 a little bit with the increase in the altitude, then the baby 26:45 doesn't have a lot of room to expand, so if they expand 26:49 just a couple of tablespoonfuls worth, it's going to be very 26:53 uncomfortable for the baby. 26:54 So they may be most uncomfortable during the flight. 26:57 Those are some very important things to remember 27:01 for a small baby. 27:03 You can dilute the baby's food on the way up, 27:07 so that the production of gas is minimized, 27:12 and that can help the baby with that. 27:15 There are certain threats to health, and if you remember 27:20 these when you are traveling and adjust to them, 27:23 plan for them, make the provisions, 27:26 whenever they are supposed to come up, 27:27 you will travel much more successfully. 27:30 You will avoid many of the things that injure people 27:34 or even threaten their lives, even such things as allergies, 27:38 which have been in the news a good bit, recently about 27:44 airline foods, so with these tips, we hope the next time 27:48 you are traveling, it will not only be pleasant, 27:50 but also very safe and very comfortable. |
