We are in the middle of
the story of Joseph and when we

prison and there were 2 officers

with him who had had dreams.

The baker and the chief Butler.
And they were troubled by the

dreams, didn't understand them
and Joseph interpreted them.

And the dreams came
true just as he had said.

And Joseph had a request for
the butler; because the butler

was going to be returned to
Pharaoh's court, and Joseph said

couple of dreams that he doesn't

understand and his wise men
can't interpret them; but this

prompts the memory of the
chief butler and he speaks up

and he said, I am remembering
my faults here because I

I should have done 2 years ago.

When I was in prison, I
had a dream and there was a man

there who interpreted it
correctly. And so we're going to

what happened is Pharaoh sent

to the prison and Joseph was
taken out, he was cleaned up,

and brought before Pharaoh.
And another thing that struck me

as we were reading last time:
here is Joseph who has been

languishing in this prison
for all these years, forgotten,

and he's brought into the court
of the king and the king says

to him, I understand you
interpret dreams. And Joseph is

so humble and walking so closely
with God, that he isn't tempted

and that he doesn't to ahead
and say, Why, yes sir, I do.

He immediately gives the glory
to God. He says, well I don't

do it; but God can interpret the
dream. So Pharaoh, as we pick

up the story, beginning
to tell Joseph his dreams

so that Joseph's God can
