When we were together
last we were reading in Genesis

of Jacob and Esau

and how Jacob
deceived his father Isaac

in order to steal
the blessing from him

and then ended up having
to flee to his uncle Laban's

fell in love with Rachel

for her for seven years.

being deceived himself,
