00:17 If you try to do just one day a week...
00:20 We're not here to change anybody and make a person a vegetarian
00:23 or something of that nature, but if you just go-ahead
00:26 and try to go meatless. Just on Monday, one day a week,
00:29 you will see the benefit, it is amazing.
00:31 Just by doing in one half million cars will be
00:33 off of the road. You will also cut your saturated fat
00:37 by almost 15%. Wow!
00:40 And if you just switch from economy beef or
00:42 something of that nature to Tofu, you save $278 a year.
00:45 Who can use that right around those holiday times?
00:48 I will show you what you can do on one of your meatless
00:50 Monday's. You can go ahead and you can switch to maybe beans
00:53 instead, or as you see the Tofu there, olive,
00:57 you can do olive loaf or something of that nature.
01:00 You have some nuts, different types of nuts,
01:02 nut patties, there are so many things, nut burgers,
01:05 and as you see the peas, peas and beans is the cheapest thing
01:09 around town. Give it a try, not only will your body benefit,
01:12 your pocket will as well.
