00:03 Ready for another healthy moment?
00:05 Well, real simple. A lot of people say,
00:07 what do we need to do to get our fruits, vege's, nuts,
00:10 grains and different items.
00:12 What I say is really simple, all we need to do is color
00:15 our plate like a rainbow.
00:17 And I will show you real quick how to do so.
00:20 There is a variety of different foods, nuts and grains
00:22 and vege's as I said.
00:24 Let's look at them on how to color.
00:26 As you see, on this side we have the red items
00:28 such as, the red sweet potato, the tomatoes, the radishes,
00:30 apples, all of these are fantastic especially
00:33 your mango of course. Then you have what?
00:36 You have your yellow items such as the corn,
00:38 which is a good grain, you have your squash, and your carrots,
00:41 good for the eyes of course,
00:43 and pumpkin, never leave home without it.
00:45 As you see there is the oranges as well, get your vitamin C.
00:48 Then we come over here to the darker items which help with
00:51 antioxidants such as the blue berries and your cabbage,
00:54 and your eggplant and hey, we even have an avocado in there
00:58 also. And let's move over to some of the green items
01:01 which is also good, such as the string beans, asparagus,
01:04 cucumbers, okra, and as you see the white items there,
01:07 your onions, chickpeas and garlic.
01:10 Color your plate like a rainbow and everything else
01:12 works out fine.
