made tremendous gains

leaving extreme poverty.

But it is still a very
densely populated place

and food remains one of them.

largely agricultural country,

one in four Bangladeshis

This affects around five
and a half million children

which causes them to suffer

Much of this food insecurity
is concentrated in rural areas.
