are so many things

that there are two
forces at work in the world,

the forces of God
and the forces of Satan.

And therefore every
good thing that God has,

Satan also has a
counterfeit isn't that right?

In the Book of
Revelation, for example,

We see God's true church
as a woman dressed in white

In The Book of Revelation
we see the New Jerusalem

but we also see Modern
Babylon which is fallen.

We see the sea of glass

but we also see
the lake of fire.

But also in the
Book of Revelation

we see the seal
of the living God

and we also see
the mark of the beast.

So it is as we said last night
that God is preparing a world

that is divided into
two classes of people

for the final conflict

that is about to
transpire on the earth.

And the winds are
already beginning to blow.

I had a friend
who was a real, live,

friend who did this.

I didn't say I was with him.
I'm not going to admit that.

who was a wedding crasher.

He would get dressed up

word of God once again,

we are not so
haughty as to believe

that we can understand this word

without divine assistance.

we do not come in here

with our own human intellect,

Notice, horns like a
lamb, but speaks like a dragon,

a counterfeit.

California very long

wildfires in
the Santa Ana winds,

I did not know what
they were talking about.

All I know is
that it had not rained

for several
months in California.
00:15:13.11\00:15:16.14
All the grass was
dried up no matter
00:15:16.18\00:15:18.11
how often I watered it
and the ground was cracked.

And no matter what I
did, I was always thirsty

but I couldn't
turn on the faucet

because the city
was handing out fines

for too much water usage.

They were telling everybody,

"You can only take a
three-minute shower."

I'm only getting warmed up
in three minutes, you know.

But that's how it
was in California.

So when the
Newscaster came on and said,

"You must be concerned
because there are wildfires

that are loose in
Southern California."

I paid it no mind.

When I went out my door, I
looked up into the mountains
00:15:51.15\00:15:53.75
and you could see that
the mountains were smoldering.

They were on fire
and then the fire began

to creep down the mountain side,

down toward the valleys.

And the weather came
on and the newsflash said,

"You must evacuate your
homes if you were in this area."

Well, some people
stubbornly refused to evacuate.

And unfortunately when
people refused to evacuate

some will lose their lives.

They heard the
forecasts of the coming fire

but they did
not take note of it.

Well, when I read my
Bible in Revelation 13,

there was another storm
that is brewing on the horizon.

This time it's not
driven by the Santa Ana winds

but it's driven by
every wind of false doctrine.

The Bible says and warns
us, that we need to get ready,

to get prepared, it is coming
00:16:44.77\00:16:47.04
and just like a
California brush fire
00:16:47.07\00:16:50.27
that swept up
everything in its path,

so it is that this
fire of false doctrine

will sweep up
everything in its path as well.

You're not going to
hear about this fire on CNN

or from Al Roker but
from John the Revelator.

For he checks out the forecast
in Revelation Chapter 13

and he says, he says this,
"That there will come a time,

when there will be a power.
00:17:16.33\00:17:18.57
That will do great
wonders so that He makes fire,

come down from heaven

on the earth in
the sight of men."

He makes fire come down

But in order
for us to understand

understand what fire represents

the bush burned with fire,

Here, fire in this text,

is associated with
the holiness of God.

When Moses saw
the bush, God said,

This fire represents

In this particular
text the pillar of fire

presence and his protection.
