Matthew chapter 13,

the Bible speaks of something.

It says in verse 44, "Again,

the kingdom of
heaven is like a treasure

hidden in a field,
which a man found and

hid, and for joy
over it he goes and

sold all that he has
and buys that field."

You know, when I
first read this, this,

this little
passage in the scriptures I

thought it was
amazing because I pictured

a man that is
digging in a field.

And as he is digging
in the field he finds

a costly treasure in that field.

He was not
looking for a treasure,

he was just
minding his business,

digging in that
field. Maybe plowing

it for a new crop and he finds a

treasure in that
field. Now, in those

days generally
they would hide their

treasures in the
field. And sometimes when

they would do
these things, either they

would die or they
would forget where

they buried
them and someone else

along and purchase the

it up and find this

be working in the field

treasure. Well, this man

was in there and he was working

he found this treasure

and when he found this treasure,

over, hoping that no

His family think that

They did not
understand that this

something far greater

than anything that they had

Hebrews chapter

who did not believe,

different pearls out there,

We may desire
some things in life.
