1896 when they built the first

the best place to go to church.

Very hot in summer, cold in
winter. And then they decided

to build a church on the highest
piece of land in Courenbong,

right where we're standing. I've
even got a photo of the church

and it took them two months to
build that church. A fine church

When they brought all the
pews up, they also had to make a

pulpit and this is a very
special pulpit and it stood here

White used to preach from this

desk. She had a problem.

the new pulpit, the big one had

to be in exactly the same spot
that the old one was and so they
