Let's take a look at the promise
that the Lord made to Abraham

Even though his whole family
including his father Terah,

worshipped other god's idols.

Abraham was
faithful to the one true God,

the same God that
created Adam and Eve.

The same God that created

moved with Abraham to Haran.

Terah and the rest of
the family mixed the worship

of the true God with
other idolatrous practices.

They stayed in Haran until
Terah died, Abraham father.

After the death of
Terah, God once again came

and spoke to Abraham and
told him it's time to move on.

His brother Nahor and his
family decided to stay in Haran

homes and their traditions.

They did not move with Abraham.

to the land that God promised.

Abraham knew that when he

willing to do this because

his God meant everything to him.

If you want peace and joy
that this world cannot give,

follow the true God of Abraham.

and I talked to him on the phone

"Daddy I have accepted

the true God of Abraham,
the God of the holy Injeel."

I will not go into details but
I still remember talking to him

on the phone and when
I told him that the phone

the click of the
phone when he hung up

and I knew that at that
time I was being separated

from my family because I chose
to follow the God of Abraham.

It was painful for me and I'm
sure painful for my family too.

But it was a
choice that I had to make.

There was no other way.

with my brothers and sisters.

I will never tell you
that it is an easy road.

But I will tell you
that it's the right road,

the right path, the right way.

The only way to find peace

and contentment in
the God of Abraham.

Our final destination
is the heavenly Canaan,

That is not the kind

As I searched for these truths,

the truth of who He is.

God speaks to us in dreams,

and He is supernatural,

supernatural experiences

that showed me the path to Him.

And that's the path I followed
like Abraham still obeying

and hoping that when I
came to the end of that path,

I will find the

peace and the contentment

It was saved.

want anything to do with it.

The influence of our
family and our friends
