Welcome again to Digital Disconnect. 00:00:20.08\00:00:22.42 I'm your host Scott Ritsema and I always like to say 00:00:22.62\00:00:25.29 it's a joy to be here with you. And that's especially 00:00:25.49\00:00:28.19 important in this session. We live in a dark world. 00:00:28.39\00:00:30.99 The entertainment industry is full of absolute demonic 00:00:31.19\00:00:34.46 manipulation and spiritualism 00:00:35.66\00:00:37.70 and it's important to expose it so we understand 00:00:37.90\00:00:40.50 how beautiful the light is by contrast 00:00:40.70\00:00:42.64 and how dangerous it is to dabble in the entertainment 00:00:42.84\00:00:45.67 industry. So it's especially important to begin with prayer 00:00:45.87\00:00:48.54 and with the joy and light of Jesus in our hearts 00:00:48.74\00:00:50.81 as we tackle this great controversy that we live in 00:00:51.01\00:00:53.88 in the media. Let's pray. 00:00:54.08\00:00:55.95 Father, we thank you so much for this time to be together 00:00:56.35\00:00:59.35 in this virtual platform using the media to understand 00:00:59.55\00:01:03.06 the dangers of worldly media. 00:01:03.26\00:01:04.76 May we dwell on that which is true and noble and right 00:01:05.16\00:01:07.83 and lovely and excellent and admirable and praiseworthy. 00:01:08.03\00:01:10.93 We know that Jesus is all those things, so may 00:01:11.13\00:01:13.74 He be at the forefront of our thoughts as we understand 00:01:13.94\00:01:16.47 the nature of the conflict before us & before our children. 00:01:16.67\00:01:19.54 In Jesus' name we pray, Amen. 00:01:19.74\00:01:21.51 This session is entitled The Spirit of the Entertainment 00:01:22.48\00:01:25.41 Industry. And I want to begin way back in the 20's. 00:01:25.61\00:01:28.25 Hollywood was beginning. There was a famous actor called 00:01:28.45\00:01:30.82 Rudolph Valentino. 00:01:31.02\00:01:32.52 A book that records the history of his family 00:01:32.72\00:01:34.86 mentions that his wife would actually be receiving 00:01:35.06\00:01:37.76 from spiritual inspiration the script that would be delivered 00:01:37.96\00:01:41.93 to the set and to the director the next day. 00:01:42.13\00:01:44.87 The book was called Madam Valentino by Michael Morris. 00:01:45.07\00:01:47.57 And you might say: "Well that was quite getting off to a dark 00:01:47.97\00:01:52.47 start in the 1920's with the beginnings of Hollywood. " 00:01:52.67\00:01:55.94 It continued. In the 1930's 00:01:56.34\00:01:58.28 Mae West was one of the most famous actresses at that time. 00:01:58.48\00:02:01.92 And she it is said that Mae West received inspiration 00:02:02.12\00:02:05.55 from psychic phenomenon. 00:02:05.75\00:02:07.36 Fast-forward to modern times and you get actors and actresses 00:02:22.80\00:02:26.07 who have admitted the same: 00:02:26.27\00:02:27.74 that they are receiving inspiration from literal demonic 00:02:27.94\00:02:31.41 sources. So this is not meta- phoric; this is not hyperbole. 00:02:31.61\00:02:35.32 But one Oprah Winfrey. She was an actress. 00:02:35.52\00:02:38.32 You may not remember that, but she says this is how 00:02:38.52\00:02:40.76 I see acting: "I use my body to be a carrier 00:02:40.96\00:02:44.33 for the spirits of those who have come before me. " 00:02:44.53\00:02:46.80 She said: "I tried to empty myself 00:02:47.00\00:02:49.00 and let the spirit inhabit me. " 00:02:49.20\00:02:50.87 The spirits of the dead so-called. And the Bible 00:02:51.03\00:02:53.17 condemns communicating with "the dead. " 00:02:53.37\00:02:55.70 A very serious thing that Oprah Winfrey was involved with 00:02:56.10\00:02:59.41 in her acting: opening herself for the spirits to inhabit her. 00:02:59.61\00:03:02.71 She says: "This is how I see acting. " 00:03:02.91\00:03:04.61 Becoming possessed is what we would call it Biblically. 00:03:04.81\00:03:07.15 And Peter Sellers, another fam- ous actor said the same thing. 00:03:07.35\00:03:10.72 He says: "It's rather like being a medium. 00:03:10.92\00:03:12.95 You open yourself and let something inhabit your body. " 00:03:13.15\00:03:17.13 Another one was a famous actor named Robin Williams. 00:03:17.53\00:03:20.83 He says: "There's also that thing: it is possession. " 00:03:21.03\00:03:23.53 I'm quoting: possession. He used the actual word 00:03:23.73\00:03:26.74 and he says: "In the old days you'd be burned for that. " 00:03:26.94\00:03:29.30 But he's talking about literal spiritualism. 00:03:29.50\00:03:31.34 Very serious things we're discussing here. 00:03:31.74\00:03:33.61 He also went on in the quote to say 00:03:33.81\00:03:35.31 he thought that it was empowering in his acting 00:03:35.51\00:03:38.61 to have that experience of possession. 00:03:38.81\00:03:40.32 I know these things are quite unbelievable sounding 00:03:40.52\00:03:43.45 and many people would say: "That's impossible! 00:03:43.65\00:03:45.45 This couldn't be. " When they say it themselves 00:03:45.65\00:03:48.12 who am I to say that they are wrong? 00:03:48.32\00:03:50.33 When they say: "I am having entities inhabit my body 00:03:50.53\00:03:53.23 and becoming possessed. " If you want to see the quotes, 00:03:53.43\00:03:56.10 by the way, do please contact me 00:03:56.30\00:03:58.20 'cause I'm not going to be in 28 minutes 00:03:58.40\00:04:00.34 going through every quote from all the entertainers 00:04:00.54\00:04:02.64 from all the entertainers of the last hundred years 00:04:02.84\00:04:04.17 who have admitted and bragged about these things 00:04:04.21\00:04:05.67 'cause they are voluminous and I can just e-mail you 00:04:05.87\00:04:07.84 the quotes and the references. scottritsema@gmail.com 00:04:08.04\00:04:11.68 But Denzel Washington is another famous actor. 00:04:11.88\00:04:15.02 He was actually asked in an interview: "How did you act 00:04:15.22\00:04:18.82 so powerfully in that scene? " 00:04:19.02\00:04:20.86 It was in the movie Glory, and the critics acclaimed his scene 00:04:21.02\00:04:23.79 and how he acted so well. "You were so in charge 00:04:23.99\00:04:26.03 in that scene. " And he said: "Well basically 00:04:26.23\00:04:28.66 what I did was got on my knees. Before the recording began" 00:04:28.86\00:04:32.23 he says: "I got on my knees" which I like to do before 00:04:32.43\00:04:35.10 a recording as well is pray to the Lord 00:04:35.30\00:04:36.84 but he says: "I got on my knees 00:04:37.04\00:04:38.37 and communicated with the spirits. 00:04:38.47\00:04:40.88 And when I came out I was in charge. 00:04:41.04\00:04:43.58 I couldn't have acted that" he says. "I couldn't have made 00:04:43.78\00:04:46.65 a decision to play that part. " End quote. 00:04:46.85\00:04:49.08 So he was very much bowing down before the spirits 00:04:49.28\00:04:52.22 as he called them and being empowered by them 00:04:52.42\00:04:55.26 to do something he otherwise couldn't have done. 00:04:55.46\00:04:57.23 Now many actors and actresses say such things and musicians. 00:04:57.63\00:05:00.96 We'll talk about the musicians in this session as well. 00:05:01.16\00:05:03.13 The spirit of the entertainment industry 00:05:03.53\00:05:05.43 is definitely coming from the dark side. 00:05:05.63\00:05:07.64 But one quote really was help- ful to me as I was evaluating 00:05:07.84\00:05:11.54 "Is this an off-hand person? " "Is this a random thing 00:05:11.74\00:05:15.38 or is this a trend and tendency in Hollywood? " 00:05:15.58\00:05:17.91 Well there was an actress named Fairuza Balk 00:05:18.11\00:05:20.22 who was the star in the witchcraft, movie called 00:05:20.42\00:05:22.55 The Craft. And in that film they were 00:05:22.75\00:05:24.89 promoting witchcraft. And the journalist asked the actors 00:05:25.09\00:05:28.46 and actresses: "Is this a real thing? 00:05:28.66\00:05:30.26 Like people get into witchcraft in Hollywood? " 00:05:30.46\00:05:32.63 And here's the quote. You'll see it on the graphic. 00:05:32.83\00:05:34.66 She says, quote: 00:05:34.86\00:05:36.36 So meaning into witchcraft. 00:05:43.00\00:05:45.04 A lot... so there's a quantity for you. 00:05:45.24\00:05:47.61 It's not just: "OK, I'm going to stay away from Denzel 00:05:47.81\00:05:49.94 Washington and Peter Sellers and Robin Williams 00:05:50.15\00:05:52.78 and these old 1920's and 1930's actors and actresses. " 00:05:52.98\00:05:56.08 It is quantified vaguely as "a lot. " 00:05:56.48\00:05:59.79 Enough to have her say: "You know a lot of people 00:06:00.19\00:06:02.92 are really into this. " 00:06:03.12\00:06:04.46 And they're not mentioning their names, of course, 00:06:04.49\00:06:06.16 because that's not something most people brag about 00:06:06.36\00:06:08.66 that they're into spirit worship and demon possession. 00:06:08.86\00:06:11.87 Very serious and sober spiritual issues we are dealing with 00:06:12.37\00:06:16.07 in The Spirit of the Entertainment Industry. 00:06:16.27\00:06:18.57 And I say from somebody who's experienced it to some extent. 00:06:18.77\00:06:21.84 I mentioned earlier that I used to play in a rock band. 00:06:22.04\00:06:24.68 And if I were to show you video and imagery... 00:06:24.88\00:06:26.58 I'd rather just not... but there are some... 00:06:26.78\00:06:29.42 some clips and graphics of when I was involved in 00:06:29.62\00:06:32.75 playing in a punk rock band. 00:06:32.95\00:06:35.26 There was one particular occasion on October 31 of 1998. 00:06:35.66\00:06:39.69 And that was the year when oh, we were the coolest guys 00:06:39.89\00:06:42.70 'cause we played in the band and we played the rock music. 00:06:42.90\00:06:44.93 And the local church actually let us play 00:06:45.13\00:06:47.37 in their site for a spirit worship Halloween party 00:06:47.57\00:06:52.71 of some kind. We were dressed in demon attire 00:06:52.91\00:06:55.31 with painted faces in black and white. 00:06:55.51\00:06:57.61 Praise God for a new creation. 00:06:57.81\00:07:00.02 When you can say: "The old things have gone away 00:07:00.22\00:07:02.38 and behold all things are new. I am in Christ and I am 00:07:02.58\00:07:04.75 a new creation. " And so having foresworn that 00:07:04.95\00:07:07.36 and said no to that and goodbye to that 00:07:07.56\00:07:09.29 I look back on it with horror the kind of music I listened to, 00:07:09.49\00:07:13.33 the kind of movies I watched and sought after. 00:07:13.53\00:07:15.93 But now we seek after Christ with all our hearts. 00:07:16.13\00:07:20.34 Now who is the guy that brought this diabolical 00:07:20.54\00:07:23.91 Satanism to American culture 00:07:24.11\00:07:25.81 where it became cool and became prominent? 00:07:26.01\00:07:28.24 His name was Aleister Crowley. 00:07:28.44\00:07:30.38 And Aleister Crowley had a book called The Book of the Law 00:07:30.58\00:07:33.05 in which he stated his credo. 00:07:33.25\00:07:35.52 And it is as you see on the screen here: 00:07:35.72\00:07:38.79 Doing what you want to do is the entirety of the law? 00:07:43.49\00:07:47.30 Now I believe in the Bible and in Jesus Christ 00:07:47.50\00:07:49.16 and what He taught. He said: 00:07:49.36\00:07:50.70 "Loving the Lord your God and loving your neighbor 00:07:50.73\00:07:52.70 and the Ten Commandments hanging upon those two principles 00:07:52.90\00:07:55.70 are the whole of the law. " But Aleister Crowley 00:07:55.90\00:07:59.91 believed following your own desires. Follow your heart 00:08:00.11\00:08:02.98 you may have heard. Well, he was known by the BBC 00:08:03.18\00:08:06.55 as quote: "the wickedest man in the world. " 00:08:06.75\00:08:09.02 He called himself Satan's chief of staff. 00:08:09.22\00:08:11.45 He made no secret about the fact that he was promoting 00:08:11.65\00:08:15.16 straight up Satanism. He was the most prominent Satanist 00:08:15.36\00:08:18.09 in the 20th century... in history really... 00:08:18.29\00:08:20.70 other than Satan himself. 00:08:20.90\00:08:22.43 He brought modern culture into that Satanic ideology 00:08:22.63\00:08:26.70 in a mainstream way where it became acceptable and cool 00:08:26.90\00:08:29.74 and just the thing and part of the fashions and trends 00:08:29.94\00:08:31.91 of popular culture. 00:08:32.11\00:08:33.44 He advocated actually using music as an avenue 00:08:33.48\00:08:36.85 for experiencing - the music industry - which would adopt 00:08:37.05\00:08:40.72 his ideas and promote his ideas of "do what thou wilt. " 00:08:40.92\00:08:45.45 And that's not some conspiracy theory or some secret 00:08:45.65\00:08:48.59 or something that you need to decode. 00:08:48.79\00:08:50.69 On the Beatle's album of Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club 00:08:50.89\00:08:55.26 Band they put Aleister Crowley right on the cover of the album. 00:08:55.46\00:08:59.87 And John Lennon said the whole Beatle idea was 00:09:00.07\00:09:03.10 to do what you want, right? "Do what thou wilt... " 00:09:03.30\00:09:05.47 So he's saying: "Our world view, the Beatles ideas 00:09:05.67\00:09:08.98 or ideology, the whole Beatle idea is 00:09:09.18\00:09:11.95 and he quotes Aleister Crowley. 00:09:12.15\00:09:14.28 "Do what thou wilt... " 00:09:14.48\00:09:15.95 And they put him on the cover and they said: "These are people 00:09:16.15\00:09:18.35 we admire and like. " 00:09:18.55\00:09:19.89 But I think that would be one they especially admired & liked 00:09:19.92\00:09:22.82 because they said the whole Beatle idea was 00:09:23.02\00:09:25.46 Aleister Crowley's idea of "Do what thou wilt... " 00:09:25.66\00:09:28.10 So the rock and roll movement was underway. 00:09:28.30\00:09:29.96 You had the 1960's. Not just the Beatles. You had 00:09:30.17\00:09:32.20 Led Zeppelin. Let me quote for you 00:09:32.40\00:09:34.87 from Jimmy Page who said: "I feel Crowley is a 00:09:35.07\00:09:39.57 misunderstood genius of the 20th century 00:09:39.77\00:09:42.14 because his whole thing of liberation of the person. 00:09:42.34\00:09:45.15 What you want to do, do it" he said. 00:09:45.35\00:09:47.45 Is that liberation? That is enslavement to sin, to Satan. 00:09:47.65\00:09:50.69 But he said: "I've employed Crowley's system 00:09:50.89\00:09:53.46 in my own day-to-day life and that is the way big names are 00:09:53.66\00:09:56.46 made these days. " So how are the big names made 00:09:56.66\00:09:58.66 in the entertainment industry? 00:09:58.86\00:10:00.43 Employing Crowley's system according to the guitarist 00:10:00.63\00:10:03.93 for Led Zeppelin. 00:10:04.13\00:10:05.53 And it's not just them. 00:10:05.93\00:10:07.40 Many many musicians and singers that we don't have time 00:10:07.60\00:10:09.77 to get into, and I know 3ABN has 00:10:09.97\00:10:11.67 a series on this very topic of the music industry 00:10:11.87\00:10:13.91 so we're kind of skirting the edges of it. 00:10:14.11\00:10:16.08 But Pastor Lomacang doing a fantastic job exposing this 00:10:16.28\00:10:19.21 and so I'm just kind of adding emphasis to that 00:10:19.41\00:10:22.55 by sharing these quotes with you in rapid-fire fashion. 00:10:22.75\00:10:25.92 But there are a number of people who put Crowley in their songs 00:10:26.12\00:10:28.76 and they say: "We're wearing Crowley's uniform" 00:10:28.96\00:10:31.09 and "We sing about Mr. Crowley. " 00:10:31.29\00:10:32.83 So again I wanted to emphasize it's not a conspiracy theory. 00:10:33.03\00:10:36.73 It's not something people have cooked up. 00:10:36.93\00:10:38.30 They bragged about this from the 60's on 00:10:38.50\00:10:41.40 and when it really became main- stream in the music industry. 00:10:41.60\00:10:44.71 But one thing that people didn't notice was 00:10:44.91\00:10:46.74 one like a Michael Jackson. You fast-forward to the 1980's. 00:10:46.94\00:10:49.91 And he actually spoke of how he used specific methods 00:10:50.11\00:10:53.78 that Crowley advocated for invoking spirits. 00:10:53.98\00:10:57.22 It was to go in a private secret place 00:10:57.42\00:10:59.52 in a room with moving walls and mirrors and all this 00:10:59.72\00:11:02.02 dark spiritualism practices. 00:11:02.22\00:11:03.83 And he said: "I do that 00:11:04.03\00:11:06.66 and I talk to... " And he speaks of a dead piano player 00:11:06.86\00:11:10.80 named Liberace. That's where he was communicating with the dead 00:11:11.00\00:11:14.54 which again we know Biblically is not recommended. 00:11:14.74\00:11:18.01 It's participating with demon worship and is 00:11:18.21\00:11:21.34 absolutely dangerous. So we don't want to touch 00:11:21.54\00:11:23.35 that stuff with a ten-foot pole. 00:11:23.55\00:11:25.35 But on to more modern times. Past the 80's we get to 00:11:25.71\00:11:28.38 the hip-hop movement that sort of has supplanted 00:11:28.58\00:11:30.75 rock and roll as the biggest kid on the block so to speak. 00:11:30.95\00:11:34.22 Jay-Z a big name. Now interestingly you look at 00:11:34.42\00:11:36.99 the graphic of Jay-Z he puts the quote from 00:11:37.19\00:11:39.46 Aleister Crowley right on the sweatshirt there. 00:11:39.66\00:11:41.83 And so that's not hiding it. It's not something you need to 00:11:42.03\00:11:44.47 wonder about. It's in quotation marks 00:11:44.67\00:11:46.70 in Olde English script and word for word 00:11:46.90\00:11:49.50 "Do what thou wilt... " Aleister Crowley's credo. 00:11:49.70\00:11:52.84 In a song that Jay-Z put out 00:11:53.04\00:11:55.21 they said: "I live by you, desire. 00:11:55.41\00:11:58.58 Your love is my scripture. " 00:11:58.78\00:12:00.68 So the desires of the flesh, living by desire and loving 00:12:00.88\00:12:04.85 desire, is their religion. 00:12:05.05\00:12:06.49 They said: "We formed a new religion" 00:12:06.69\00:12:08.32 in that song. It's called No Church in the Wild. 00:12:08.52\00:12:10.83 "We formed a new religion. There's no sins as long as 00:12:10.99\00:12:14.13 there's permission, and it's something that the pastor 00:12:14.33\00:12:16.80 don't preach. " So that's all the lyrics of that particular 00:12:17.00\00:12:19.30 song saying we formed a new religion. Now time out. 00:12:19.50\00:12:22.50 Did they form it? Who formed the religion 00:12:22.70\00:12:24.91 that began in heaven with "Do what thou wilt? " 00:12:25.11\00:12:28.78 "I will be in the position of God. 00:12:28.98\00:12:30.31 I will make my own rule, my own law, my own authority. " 00:12:30.48\00:12:33.21 That was Satan, so he formed that religion. 00:12:33.42\00:12:35.18 Crowley didn't even form it. Definitely Jay-Z 00:12:35.38\00:12:37.72 didn't form it, but they think they're a big deal. 00:12:37.92\00:12:39.59 They have names for themselves that are blasphemous names 00:12:39.79\00:12:42.19 in this hip-hop community and in pop as well. 00:12:42.39\00:12:45.46 These are the big music genres that dominate the youth culture 00:12:45.66\00:12:50.70 of the 21st century. 00:12:50.90\00:12:52.53 But you heard the word straight out. It is: 00:12:52.73\00:12:54.70 "Do what thou wilt... " 00:12:54.90\00:12:56.30 And it's not just these few examples. 00:12:56.50\00:12:58.54 Oh if I had time to go through every quote 00:12:58.74\00:13:01.64 that I could find from the music I'm ashamed to say 00:13:01.84\00:13:05.15 I used to listen to and love 00:13:05.35\00:13:07.02 all about "Do what thou wilt... " 00:13:07.22\00:13:09.25 "I'm free to do what I want any old time. " 00:13:09.45\00:13:11.55 "Do what you want to do. Whatever, whatever gets you. " 00:13:11.75\00:13:14.42 "It's my life and I'll do what I want. " 00:13:14.62\00:13:16.49 These are all different singers different genres over the years. 00:13:16.69\00:13:19.96 "Do what you want to do... what you want to do. " 00:13:20.16\00:13:22.26 "Try hard to live your life; live right the way you want. " 00:13:22.46\00:13:25.33 Seeking for self and pleasure seeking. 00:13:25.73\00:13:28.57 That's not going to bring joy and fulfillment. 00:13:28.77\00:13:30.91 "I need to do what I feel like doing so let me go. " 00:13:31.11\00:13:33.91 This is all the enticing stuff that the devil puts out there 00:13:34.11\00:13:37.18 to make us seekers of pleasure. 00:13:37.38\00:13:39.78 It's: "Do what I want 'cause I can. If I don't, 00:13:40.18\00:13:42.48 because I wanna, do what you want to do. 00:13:42.68\00:13:44.52 There ain't no rule. Do anything you wanna do. 00:13:44.72\00:13:46.79 Do what you want. " Again, these are all different songs 00:13:46.99\00:13:49.06 saying the same thing reading off the Crowlian script 00:13:49.26\00:13:52.63 of "Do what thou wilt... " 00:13:52.83\00:13:54.16 "Do what you wanna do... do what you want. 00:13:54.33\00:13:56.73 Let me hear you say it's my thing. 00:13:56.93\00:13:58.27 I do what I want to do. " Now you're hearing 00:13:58.30\00:14:00.04 "Do what thou wilt... " pretty clearly in this, 00:14:00.24\00:14:01.90 aren't you? I won't go exhaustively through it 00:14:02.10\00:14:04.37 but it goes on to worldview philosophy distortions 00:14:04.57\00:14:09.01 like: "The truth is all within yourself" 00:14:09.21\00:14:11.98 and "Follow your heart. " 00:14:12.18\00:14:13.98 Now it says: "Why second guess what feels so right? 00:14:14.18\00:14:17.49 Just trust your heart. " Now again the Bible says 00:14:17.69\00:14:20.06 don't trust the heart. Says it is: 00:14:20.26\00:14:21.99 "deceitful above all things. " 00:14:22.19\00:14:23.63 But the method of the entertainment industry is 00:14:23.83\00:14:26.23 putting self in the position of God. Following a straight-up 00:14:26.43\00:14:29.40 demonic program of Aleister Crowley. 00:14:29.60\00:14:31.93 And the list of that goes on and on. It's slide after slide 00:14:32.13\00:14:35.30 and segment after segment of slides 00:14:35.50\00:14:37.94 showing all of these quotations from the music industry 00:14:38.14\00:14:41.21 where they're not hiding it. It's, you know, preaching 00:14:41.41\00:14:43.85 "We formed a new religion and our scripture 00:14:44.05\00:14:47.22 is loving our own desires. " 00:14:47.42\00:14:50.19 Now you might say: "OK, well then who's the musician 00:14:50.59\00:14:53.09 behind the music so to speak? " 00:14:53.29\00:14:54.79 This is not just an Aleister Crowlian phenomenon. 00:14:54.99\00:14:57.79 When you go back to the 1930's 00:14:57.99\00:14:59.96 and you look for the origins of the rock music movement 00:15:00.16\00:15:03.26 to develop into what it became in the 50's and 60's 00:15:03.47\00:15:06.20 with this big thing, it was in the 1930's that a man 00:15:06.40\00:15:09.00 called Robert Johnson... I want you to just take a look 00:15:09.20\00:15:11.11 at the image there at the crossroads. 00:15:11.31\00:15:12.94 You probably heard of the cross- roads if you ever got involved 00:15:13.14\00:15:15.28 in this worldly stuff. I hope you didn't, but 00:15:15.48\00:15:16.98 Robert Johnson famously at the crossroads of 61 and 49 00:15:17.18\00:15:21.55 in Clarksdale, Mississippi, 00:15:21.75\00:15:23.15 made this deal with the devil and acquired this ability 00:15:23.35\00:15:26.19 to play the guitar. Well he had been heretofore 00:15:26.39\00:15:29.22 a talentless guitarist according to his mentor 00:15:29.42\00:15:32.59 Son House, the famous blues artist, 00:15:32.79\00:15:34.80 who spoke of Robert Johnson as having no talent whatsoever 00:15:35.00\00:15:38.30 until he went... he disappeared for six months or so 00:15:38.50\00:15:42.20 and then came back and supposedly did this thing 00:15:42.40\00:15:44.97 this spiritual commitment to the enemy. 00:15:45.17\00:15:46.94 And then he could play his guitar in ways that held 00:15:47.14\00:15:49.74 audiences spellbound 00:15:49.94\00:15:51.35 and people were like: "Wow! We've never heard a sound 00:15:51.55\00:15:53.01 like this! " He went from talentless 00:15:53.21\00:15:54.95 to the most prominent musical innovator of his generation 00:15:55.15\00:15:58.45 basically inventing the rock and roll style guitar overnight? 00:15:58.65\00:16:02.96 So maybe there's something going on there when the musicians 00:16:03.16\00:16:05.73 of the 60's would sing about the crossroads 00:16:05.93\00:16:07.73 and acknowledge the importance of that place. 00:16:07.93\00:16:09.56 To this day it's still a tourist trap where people go 00:16:09.76\00:16:12.13 who love rock music history and think this was some great 00:16:12.33\00:16:15.04 thing. Now, by the way, Jesus... Nobody's out of the reach 00:16:15.24\00:16:18.97 of Jesus Christ, if they want Jesus Christ back in their life. 00:16:19.17\00:16:21.84 So don't you ever hear something like sold his soul to the devil 00:16:22.04\00:16:24.71 in the music industry and the entertainment industry 00:16:24.91\00:16:27.18 and go: "Oh, when I was 14 I said some foolish thing and 00:16:27.38\00:16:30.02 made some commitment - a blood oath or whatever 00:16:30.22\00:16:31.99 people get into. " If right now you're hearing this 00:16:32.19\00:16:34.69 and you have a past and you want to be with Jesus Christ, 00:16:34.89\00:16:36.99 the deal is sealed. Jesus sealed that at the cross 00:16:37.19\00:16:40.60 that He is there for you to receive Him if you will. 00:16:40.80\00:16:45.03 And so we can repent. I did. I was involved in these things 00:16:45.23\00:16:47.74 and here I have the opportunity to expose them 00:16:47.94\00:16:50.27 for what they are. So I praise God 00:16:50.47\00:16:52.34 that we can walk in newness of life and not be oppressed. 00:16:52.54\00:16:54.91 'Cause that Robert Johnson... he WAS oppressed. 00:16:55.11\00:16:56.95 He sang songs about a hell hound on my trail 00:16:57.15\00:16:59.65 and demonically oppressed for his career. 00:16:59.85\00:17:03.15 Now there's another guy who spoke of this. 00:17:03.55\00:17:04.89 We fast-forward from Robert Johnson to the 1950's. 00:17:04.99\00:17:07.46 And I love speaking about redemption because 3ABN 00:17:07.66\00:17:11.89 actually hosted an interview with this famed musician. 00:17:12.09\00:17:15.60 He was the king of rock and roll even beyond where Elvis 00:17:15.80\00:17:18.10 would stand and his name was Richard. 00:17:18.30\00:17:20.30 They called him Little Richard. 00:17:20.50\00:17:22.37 But this brother came around to the truth and repented of 00:17:22.57\00:17:25.74 his ways and was interviewed. And I just praise God 00:17:25.94\00:17:28.38 for 3ABN airing that and this brother making that commitment 00:17:28.58\00:17:32.05 to Jesus Christ. But when he was involved 00:17:32.25\00:17:34.02 and steeped in the spiritualism in the 50's 00:17:34.22\00:17:36.08 he was THE rock musician. He was the sought-after guy 00:17:36.28\00:17:39.42 and he said... he spoke of where he got the music from. 00:17:39.62\00:17:45.59 And he said: "I was directed and commanded 00:17:45.79\00:17:48.60 by the power of darkness that people don't believe exists, 00:17:48.80\00:17:52.47 the power of the devil: Satan. " 00:17:52.67\00:17:55.00 So praise God you can come out of that! 00:17:55.20\00:17:58.17 Right? But that's what was going on in the music industry 00:17:58.37\00:18:00.98 movement of the time. He said: "I was directed 00:18:01.18\00:18:03.01 and commanded by another power: the power of darkness 00:18:03.21\00:18:05.55 that a lot of people don't believe exists. 00:18:05.75\00:18:07.42 The power of the devil: Satan. " So he was kind of clear 00:18:07.62\00:18:09.82 about who that was that was directing not just his career 00:18:10.02\00:18:12.89 but you heard it from the other musicians of the time 00:18:13.09\00:18:15.69 all the way up to our day when we heard it was a Crowlian 00:18:15.89\00:18:18.26 influence. But now we're understanding 00:18:18.46\00:18:20.20 the devil himself is really the one not just in Aleister 00:18:20.40\00:18:23.50 Crowley in allegiance but a particular devotion to 00:18:23.70\00:18:27.04 the spirits just like the actors talked about. 00:18:27.24\00:18:29.84 "I got on my knees before the spirits" 00:18:30.04\00:18:31.51 and John Lennon spoke in another interview about 00:18:31.71\00:18:34.24 how he was filled with many spirits and he was a temple 00:18:34.44\00:18:37.25 being replaced by this spirit and then this spirit. 00:18:37.45\00:18:39.68 And he said, talking about the writing of his songs 00:18:39.88\00:18:41.98 he said: "I don't know who the blank writes it. 00:18:42.18\00:18:44.35 I'm just sitting... " I'm removing the expletive. 00:18:44.55\00:18:46.96 "I don't know who the blank writes it... 00:18:47.16\00:18:48.62 I'm just sitting there and the whole song comes out. " 00:18:48.82\00:18:51.79 So he says: "I don't know who wrote my song. " 00:18:51.99\00:18:53.90 And the Rolling Stones... you'll see the quote on the screen 00:18:54.30\00:18:56.63 from Keith Richards who wrote songs. He said: 00:18:56.83\00:18:59.03 So he was very clear also that the origins of his music 00:19:15.45\00:19:18.52 were not in his own creative capacity. 00:19:18.72\00:19:21.06 He says: "People think I wrote my songs. Not so. " 00:19:21.26\00:19:23.99 Same thing with Jimmy Page and Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin. 00:19:24.39\00:19:27.60 They said that they received the song Stairway to Heaven - 00:19:27.76\00:19:30.47 the most played song in radio history at one point at least - 00:19:30.67\00:19:33.03 and they said that: "My hand just started writing. 00:19:33.23\00:19:36.40 I almost leapt out of my seat! " 00:19:36.60\00:19:38.21 I mean these are direct quotes where they say their hand 00:19:38.41\00:19:40.41 just started writing and it startled them. 00:19:40.61\00:19:42.04 And they received that song... 00:19:42.24\00:19:43.78 that they did not compose that song. 00:19:43.98\00:19:45.88 Ginger Baker was a bassist for the band Cream 00:19:46.75\00:19:49.58 and he said the same thing about when they're playing the music. 00:19:49.78\00:19:52.25 He said: "Something else is playing my instrument 00:19:52.45\00:19:54.96 and I don't understand it. It is frightening. 00:19:55.16\00:19:57.56 We'll all play the same thing out of nowhere 00:19:57.76\00:20:00.40 and something else is playing my instrument. " 00:20:00.60\00:20:02.56 So these examples are, again, voluminous 00:20:02.96\00:20:05.80 but a few will suffice to make the point. 00:20:06.00\00:20:08.27 Back into the modern times. 00:20:08.47\00:20:10.01 Some of the pop musicians. Have you ever heard of Beyoncé? 00:20:10.21\00:20:12.74 Oh yes! Important musician of our time. She said: 00:20:12.94\00:20:16.78 So she's saying that this is something else she adopts. 00:20:42.90\00:20:47.04 But is it just an act? 'Cause we're talking about 00:20:47.24\00:20:49.11 how the devil is the true one behind this. 00:20:49.44\00:20:51.08 Is she just acting bad and then she feels better 00:20:51.28\00:20:53.75 'cause she calls it another name? No, listen 00:20:53.95\00:20:55.38 to the next quote. She says: 00:20:55.58\00:20:57.32 Have you ever talked to somebody and they're like: "Yeah, 00:21:23.04\00:21:24.85 the other day I wasn't aware of my face or my body. 00:21:25.05\00:21:27.22 And I was outside of my body and I would cut my leg 00:21:27.42\00:21:29.35 and I didn't feel it. " These are very spiritual 00:21:29.55\00:21:31.65 manifestations. This is NOT normal. 00:21:31.85\00:21:33.49 In her own words: "I have someone else 00:21:33.69\00:21:35.22 that takes over my body when I'm on stage. " 00:21:35.42\00:21:37.76 And speaking of on stage, she was at the Video Music Awards 00:21:37.96\00:21:41.20 and was wearing a particular ring that had goat imagery 00:21:41.40\00:21:44.13 on it. You can see the graphic there 00:21:44.33\00:21:45.93 with the goat-skull, the goat-horned deity 00:21:46.23\00:21:49.07 Baphomet which we saw in a previous session 00:21:49.27\00:21:51.24 with the children looking up adoringly at the Baphomet statue 00:21:51.44\00:21:54.44 in Detroit, Michigan. You also see the eye symbolism. 00:21:54.64\00:21:57.51 And eye symbolism became very popular 00:21:57.71\00:22:00.12 and you might say: "This seems to have come out of nowhere. " 00:22:00.32\00:22:02.42 And people discuss: "OK, what is this all about 00:22:02.62\00:22:04.85 the eye and doing this? " And you can see the other image 00:22:05.05\00:22:07.19 of her going like that with the triangle. 00:22:07.39\00:22:08.92 And people get into conspiracy theories about 00:22:09.12\00:22:11.56 eye symbolism that are not necessary. But the mediaist 00:22:11.76\00:22:15.03 likes to say: "Oh, this is nothing. 00:22:15.23\00:22:17.40 You know, all she was doing there when she did this at 00:22:17.60\00:22:20.30 Super bowl was promoting her husband's record company. " 00:22:20.50\00:22:23.54 You can see Jay-Z her husband using the symbol there. 00:22:23.74\00:22:26.44 And so: "Oh, she's not doing anything Satanic. 00:22:26.64\00:22:29.31 She's not promoting demonism or Satan worship... 00:22:29.51\00:22:32.55 she's just promoting a record company. " 00:22:32.75\00:22:35.38 But doesn't that beg to question why is Jay-Z's record company 00:22:35.58\00:22:38.59 all about the eye symbolism? 00:22:38.79\00:22:41.26 And why did this happen at the Super bowl 00:22:41.46\00:22:43.43 which Madonna referred to as the 00:22:43.63\00:22:45.59 "holy of holies" of American culture? 00:22:45.79\00:22:47.50 She said: "When I do the Super bowl halftime show 00:22:47.70\00:22:49.86 I get to come in at the halfway point 00:22:50.07\00:22:51.87 of the church experience. " 00:22:52.07\00:22:53.40 She says: "It's the 'holy of holies' 00:22:53.60\00:22:55.14 and the halftime show of the Super bowl is the church 00:22:55.34\00:22:58.01 experience and I get to deliver the sermon. " 00:22:58.21\00:23:00.74 That was her words directly on CNN in an interview 00:23:00.94\00:23:03.48 with Anderson Cooper. That was Madonna speaking about 00:23:03.68\00:23:05.88 the Super bowl. So the symbolism used at the Super bowl 00:23:06.08\00:23:08.42 means something to these people. I know we look at it 00:23:08.62\00:23:10.69 and we say: "That's silly. 00:23:10.89\00:23:12.25 This is kind of like immature secret handshake stuff. " 00:23:12.45\00:23:15.72 But to them it means something. 00:23:15.92\00:23:17.56 Eye symbolism appeared like on all the pop stars overnight? 00:23:17.76\00:23:20.96 I mean, like where did that come from with everybody doing 00:23:21.16\00:23:23.06 this and this and this? 00:23:23.26\00:23:24.60 I mean this doesn't just happen. 00:23:24.77\00:23:26.17 And so we could take one of two paths. 00:23:26.37\00:23:28.67 We could speculate. We could spend like 00:23:28.87\00:23:32.07 85 hours over the next you know several weeks 00:23:32.27\00:23:34.94 watching every YouTube video we can find 00:23:35.14\00:23:37.08 exposing the secrets of the Illuminati 00:23:37.28\00:23:39.28 and we can walk out you know a little imbalanced in mind 00:23:39.48\00:23:41.58 and having wasted a lot of time. 00:23:41.78\00:23:43.28 So I want to save us that process 00:23:43.49\00:23:45.82 and that's coming from a student of history. 00:23:46.02\00:23:48.16 I love to understand the unseen side of history 00:23:48.36\00:23:51.09 as I'm sure you've seen in understanding the media 00:23:51.29\00:23:53.16 manipulation, understanding the origins 00:23:53.36\00:23:55.43 of modern public schooling, and understanding the true nature 00:23:55.63\00:23:58.63 of the agenda in these last days having historical roots 00:23:58.83\00:24:01.90 and manifesting as diabolical fruits in the last days. 00:24:02.10\00:24:05.71 But having the proper balance here 00:24:05.91\00:24:08.44 would bring just one slide to answer, one graphic 00:24:08.64\00:24:12.85 to answer the question about what is this eye symbolism 00:24:13.05\00:24:16.05 all about? So I want to share with you 00:24:16.25\00:24:17.69 what Carlos Santana says about this eye symbolism 00:24:17.89\00:24:21.62 in the music industry. He first begins by saying: 00:24:21.82\00:24:24.13 So he's speaking to an entity 00:24:39.57\00:24:41.14 and the entity says to him: 00:24:41.34\00:24:43.11 "We're going to hook you back to the radio airwave frequency. 00:24:43.31\00:24:45.91 You're going to reach the young people. " 00:24:46.11\00:24:47.78 So did you notice? The devil has an outreach program here. 00:24:47.98\00:24:50.55 He's reaching the youth through the entertainment industry 00:24:50.95\00:24:54.09 and inspiring, literally having conversations with demonic 00:24:54.29\00:24:57.86 entities, these major music stars 00:24:58.06\00:25:00.03 having and passing it on to us in Rolling Stone Magazine 00:25:00.23\00:25:03.30 in an interview. And I know this sound unbelievable. 00:25:03.50\00:25:05.33 I was presenting the Media on the Brain Seminar 00:25:05.53\00:25:07.57 one time at a church sharing these very quotes 00:25:07.77\00:25:09.94 and somebody was in the back like skeptical and they 00:25:10.14\00:25:12.87 came up to me afterward and they said: "Scott, 00:25:13.07\00:25:14.84 he actually said that! " 00:25:15.04\00:25:16.71 I'm like: "I know. I'm not going to quote it if he didn't say it. 00:25:16.91\00:25:19.08 I want to make sure these are real, validated statements 00:25:19.28\00:25:21.68 by these people. " And he looked, showing me 00:25:21.88\00:25:23.69 in Rolling Stone like: "Look, here's where he actually 00:25:23.89\00:25:25.95 said it! " Yeah... he said that. 00:25:26.15\00:25:27.52 He spoke with this entity. The entity has a name: 00:25:27.72\00:25:29.69 Metatron, and we're going to get you reaching the youth. 00:25:29.89\00:25:32.56 Now what does this have to do with the eye symbolism? 00:25:32.76\00:25:34.36 Here's the rest of the quote: 00:25:34.56\00:25:35.90 Now pause right there. 00:25:49.51\00:25:50.88 Do you have divinity? I do not have divinity. 00:25:51.08\00:25:54.22 You do not have divinity... JESUS has divinity. 00:25:54.38\00:25:57.29 God has divinity. 00:25:57.69\00:25:59.15 We are mortal humans who do not have divinity. 00:25:59.35\00:26:02.49 But Satan's thing is "You will be like God. " 00:26:02.69\00:26:05.13 "I will ascend and I will be in a position of God. " 00:26:05.33\00:26:07.60 "Eve... you can be like God. " 00:26:07.80\00:26:09.13 Aleister Crowley says: "Do what thou wilt... 00:26:09.33\00:26:11.07 you make a law unto yourself. " 00:26:11.27\00:26:12.60 Satanism teaches you are a god 00:26:12.80\00:26:14.44 and that's exactly what Santana is preaching. 00:26:14.84\00:26:18.57 He said: "You will have your own divinity" 00:26:18.77\00:26:20.78 and that's the message. So here's this big secret 00:26:20.98\00:26:23.01 behind the all-seeing eye symbolism all over in the music 00:26:23.21\00:26:25.25 industry. It's just another angle: 00:26:25.45\00:26:28.42 a sort of occult, ritual symbolism type of usage 00:26:28.62\00:26:32.42 of the same toxic ideology of darkness 00:26:32.62\00:26:35.72 putting us in a position of God. 00:26:35.92\00:26:37.59 And that's something we don't want to even touch again. 00:26:37.79\00:26:40.50 I don't want to listen to these musicians; 00:26:40.70\00:26:42.26 I don't want to have anything to do with them. 00:26:42.46\00:26:43.80 And most of us look at the ones that are obviously dark 00:26:43.97\00:26:46.13 and Satanic and we go: "OK, yeah, I'm not going to touch 00:26:46.33\00:26:48.94 that. " But did you know a guy like Sammy Davis Jr. 00:26:49.14\00:26:51.21 was into Aleister Crowley. You look at pictures 00:26:51.41\00:26:53.54 of him he looks like he's singing special music 00:26:53.74\00:26:55.94 at church, you know? Or Sting, the musician from The Police. 00:26:56.14\00:27:00.32 He was into Crowley. I hear him at the dentist's office 00:27:00.52\00:27:02.92 you know in the waiting room. It's not like dark, evil 00:27:03.12\00:27:05.29 hip-hop and Satanic dark psychedelic rock music. 00:27:05.49\00:27:08.09 But we've gotta be careful when we look at the worldly things 00:27:08.29\00:27:12.56 and try to say: "I'm going to do worldly light. " 00:27:12.76\00:27:14.63 You know, "I'm going to do things that aren't as dark. " 00:27:14.83\00:27:17.47 One of the people in the music industry who said 00:27:17.63\00:27:20.27 "We're doing witchcraft music" 00:27:20.47\00:27:22.17 was actually the Beach Boys 00:27:22.37\00:27:24.37 who you'd think they were totally innocent. 00:27:24.57\00:27:26.41 "We were doing witchcraft music. " 00:27:26.61\00:27:27.98 The Beach Boys? I thought they were innocent 00:27:28.18\00:27:29.91 singing about going to the beach and going surfing 00:27:30.11\00:27:33.21 and so on. And so I could quote a number of people that would 00:27:33.42\00:27:36.25 really surprise you in terms of them also being into 00:27:36.45\00:27:39.19 these things. How about I Love Lucy? 00:27:39.39\00:27:41.72 You know she got her ideas of being on I Love Lucy 00:27:41.92\00:27:44.36 from a communication from a dead loved one, 00:27:44.56\00:27:47.96 a dead friend? So the devil's really working through this. 00:27:48.16\00:27:50.57 Don't try to find worldly light 00:27:50.77\00:27:52.27 in the things that aren't as bad. 00:27:52.47\00:27:53.80 "Come apart and be separate saith the Lord. " 00:27:53.84\00:27:55.87 "Touch no unclean thing and I will receive you. " 00:27:56.07\00:27:59.41 And that's the joy: we can be received by Jesus. 00:27:59.61\00:28:02.28
