highest incarceration rates

in the country.

the world's population,

the prison population,

we have, the prison population

has quadrupled
from 1980 to 2008.

And it continues to rise.

And we have
essentially a lot of,

spend a lot of time in prison
teaching financial literacy

and I've traveled

and really working with those

halfway houses
across the country

just had a hard life

but regardless of
what the situation

from incarceration.

I experienced some
unfortunate setbacks

when I was 18 years old.

And I became, I got
convicted of a violent crime.

course of my incarceration,

I was blessed to grow
into the understanding

that God doesn't allow
things that happen to you,

He allows them
to happen for you.

And so I did a
lot of introspection

and while I was
doing that introspection,

I began to examine the
things that I was told,

what I couldn't do,

what I couldn't be,

and how, you know, different
feedbacks that I receive

allow me to place the ceiling
on over my own development.

And so once I grow
into that understanding,

paradigm shift in my thinking.

became, I began to study myself,

at the Book of Genesis

So if a person
wants to be successful

whether it's in business
or in any endeavor in life,

they must first be fruitful

in the sense of
reproducing powerful thoughts.

And then they must multiply

in the sense of multiplying
those ideas to make it happen.

because they were not able

to handle their
financial affairs.

So before you get to prison,

that you have a person
