Come on now. 00:08:09.32\00:08:10.99 And He's involved in it by His Spirit. 00:08:11.02\00:08:13.05 See in our own strength, 00:08:13.09\00:08:14.66 we don't have enough strength to accomplish anything 00:08:14.69\00:08:18.13 that we set out to do even though we might think. 00:08:18.16\00:08:20.30 That's true. 00:08:20.33\00:08:21.66 It's like you said earlier about the rose of sin. 00:08:21.70\00:08:23.06 We can make promises and we can break them. 00:08:23.10\00:08:24.83 And we can, we can try things and get discouraged 00:08:24.87\00:08:27.24 but God never lies. Come on now. 00:08:27.27\00:08:28.87 God never changes, 00:08:28.90\00:08:30.24 whatever He says 00:08:30.27\00:08:31.61 and whatever He says He will do, 00:08:31.64\00:08:33.54 that is what He does. 00:08:33.58\00:08:35.88 He wants to give us this power of His spirit. 00:08:35.91\00:08:38.61 So, friends, as we look at this, 00:08:38.65\00:08:40.82 friends, we're gonna have to understand 00:08:40.85\00:08:42.18 that God wants to give us His Spirit. 00:08:42.22\00:08:44.89 The Bible even says above any other gift, 00:08:44.92\00:08:47.62 any other gift 00:08:47.66\00:08:48.99 God will give us a spirit above any other gift. 00:08:49.02\00:08:51.76 And even Jesus promised 00:08:51.79\00:08:53.13 that He would also send His spirit. 00:08:53.16\00:08:54.86 Isn't that right, Chef Law? That's what Jesus promised. 00:08:54.90\00:08:56.30 Come on now. That's right. 00:08:56.33\00:08:57.67 So let's talk about the spirit in the context there, 00:08:57.70\00:08:59.73 overcoming things on His life. Right. 00:08:59.77\00:09:01.40 And let's use the example of Jesus. 00:09:01.44\00:09:03.17 We see when Jesus was moving and doing things on this earth 00:09:03.20\00:09:06.14 when He was overcoming the devil. 00:09:06.17\00:09:07.54 It was not a time 00:09:07.58\00:09:08.91 where He was not filled with the spirit 00:09:08.94\00:09:10.38 empowered the world. That's true. 00:09:10.41\00:09:11.75 Come on now, let's talk about it. 00:09:11.78\00:09:13.11 Bible says that He was born by the Spirit, 00:09:13.15\00:09:14.48 that He was led by the Spirit. 00:09:14.52\00:09:16.38 The Bible even says He offered Himself 00:09:16.42\00:09:18.52 through the eternal Spirit 00:09:18.55\00:09:20.26 and then the Bible says in Romans 8 00:09:20.29\00:09:21.62 that He rose by the Spirit. Come on now. 00:09:21.66\00:09:23.93 So you see that Jesus lived His life living, 00:09:23.96\00:09:26.46 moving, breathing by the power of God's Spirit 00:09:26.49\00:09:29.06 and the same life He offers to us. 00:09:29.10\00:09:31.73 You see on your road to help on this 28 day challenge. 00:09:31.77\00:09:34.90 Twenty eight day journey. 00:09:34.94\00:09:36.27 God is taking it so He can 28 days give you more, 00:09:36.30\00:09:39.21 28 days give you more until your cup runneth over. 00:09:39.24\00:09:41.64 Come on now. 00:09:41.68\00:09:43.01 He wants your road to health to be a human effort 00:09:43.04\00:09:44.85 and a divine effort combined in one. 00:09:44.88\00:09:46.65 And so, friends, I would encourage you 00:09:46.68\00:09:48.52 pray for the Spirit. 00:09:48.55\00:09:50.49 Remember, each day 00:09:50.52\00:09:51.85 not only starting in these 28 days 00:09:51.89\00:09:53.62 but for our life experience. 00:09:53.66\00:09:56.19 God wants to pour out His spirit in our hearts. 00:09:56.22\00:09:59.26 And it might be strange to some of us. 00:09:59.29\00:10:00.76 We may have never heard that concept before. 00:10:00.80\00:10:02.63 But just know that God convicts us. 00:10:02.66\00:10:04.53 That little small voice that speaks to us, 00:10:04.57\00:10:06.50 that's the Spirit of God 00:10:06.53\00:10:07.87 and you can ask God's Spirit to help us 00:10:07.90\00:10:10.34 in whatever thing that we go through. 00:10:10.37\00:10:12.47 So in this whole challenge, these 28 days, 00:10:12.51\00:10:15.14 how can the Spirit help us, Chef Law? 00:10:15.18\00:10:16.78 Well, the first and the most important thing 00:10:16.81\00:10:18.65 I want to say about the Spirit. 00:10:18.68\00:10:20.02 I want to introduce him the way Jesus introduced. 00:10:20.05\00:10:22.92 Right now you've been going through a lot of changes. 00:10:22.95\00:10:25.45 You've been on a road it might seem difficult, 00:10:25.49\00:10:27.92 but when God sent His Spirit, 00:10:27.96\00:10:29.36 He gave Him a specific name 00:10:29.39\00:10:30.93 and he called that Spirit the comforter. 00:10:30.96\00:10:32.99 And so if there's mental challenges 00:10:33.03\00:10:34.40 you're going through, 00:10:34.43\00:10:35.76 if there's physical challenges on these 28 day challenge, 00:10:35.80\00:10:38.17 if the road is getting tough 00:10:38.20\00:10:39.53 and it seem like it's going to be long, 00:10:39.57\00:10:40.90 not only does God want to give you His Spirit and power 00:10:40.94\00:10:43.94 but He wants to give it so it comforts you. 00:10:43.97\00:10:46.07 We're going back to that word peace again. 00:10:46.11\00:10:47.94 He wants you to have peace during these 28 day challenge. 00:10:47.98\00:10:50.51 And every day that passes by is another layer 00:10:50.55\00:10:53.72 on the great brick built over your life 00:10:53.75\00:10:56.28 that God wants to layer on peace in your life. 00:10:56.32\00:10:59.22 To give you rest, 00:10:59.25\00:11:00.59 to give you, to give you rest from your problems, 00:11:00.62\00:11:02.62 to give you rest from anxiety, to give you rest 00:11:02.66\00:11:04.86 from any troubles that you're having, 00:11:04.89\00:11:06.90 not only does the Spirit want you to accomplish 00:11:06.93\00:11:09.56 the 28 day challenge, accomplish your health, 00:11:09.60\00:11:12.63 accomplish any other aspect in your life, 00:11:12.67\00:11:14.94 while you're accomplishing it, 00:11:14.97\00:11:16.64 He wants you to have a certain mood, 00:11:16.67\00:11:18.54 a certain mind state 00:11:18.57\00:11:19.97 and a certain peace about your life. 00:11:20.01\00:11:23.04 So as you move through this 28 day challenge 00:11:23.08\00:11:25.11 and also as we continue to read the Book of Matthew, 00:11:25.15\00:11:28.78 ask the Lord for the comfort of His Spirit, 00:11:28.82\00:11:30.89 so you can have peace and rest. 00:11:30.92\00:11:32.59 Hey, friends, we're moving right along, 00:11:38.46\00:11:40.36 and right now we are again at the "O". 00:11:40.40\00:11:42.90 And the "O" stands for Organization. 00:11:42.93\00:11:46.10 I tell you the FORK system is coming together. 00:11:46.13\00:11:48.30 We're right here and we're moving right along 00:11:48.34\00:11:50.61 day number 14 of our challenge, 00:11:50.64\00:11:52.54 and right now we're the last day of our kitchen tools. 00:11:52.57\00:11:57.01 In this rep, this episode is gonna talk about our griddle 00:11:57.05\00:12:01.02 and the griddle, Chef Law, is going to be exciting. 00:12:01.05\00:12:03.28 I love the griddle, man.
