Come on now. 00:07:29.24\00:07:30.58 So let's look at the first principle, 00:07:30.61\00:07:31.95 the first principle is, God is saying, 00:07:31.98\00:07:33.31 "Don't be afraid." 00:07:33.35\00:07:34.68 So we're in a battle, we're in a fight, 00:07:34.72\00:07:36.05 but we don't have to fear in this battle, in this fight. 00:07:36.08\00:07:37.75 Come on now. 00:07:37.79\00:07:39.12 When I was, when I was used to watch boxing... 00:07:39.15\00:07:40.49 Right, right. 00:07:40.52\00:07:41.86 A lot back in the day, 00:07:41.89\00:07:43.22 there was two fighting stances that the fighters would have. 00:07:43.26\00:07:44.59 They would do a right hand traditional stance, 00:07:44.63\00:07:47.00 and they would do a left hand stance called southpaw 00:07:47.03\00:07:48.40 Come on, are you going to boxing? 00:07:48.43\00:07:49.76 Come on, you sound like, you know, 00:07:49.80\00:07:51.13 you're talking about it right now. 00:07:51.17\00:07:52.50 No, I wasn't a boxer, but I used to watch a lot of that. 00:07:52.53\00:07:53.87 All right now, come on. 00:07:53.90\00:07:55.24 But I used to watch a lot of it, 00:07:55.27\00:07:56.60 so they would stand in these stances 00:07:56.64\00:07:57.97 when they had to fight. 00:07:58.01\00:07:59.34 God's battle that He wants us to fight, 00:07:59.37\00:08:00.88 He doesn't want us to stand in a right-hand 00:08:00.91\00:08:02.41 traditional stance or a left-hand southpaw stance. 00:08:02.44\00:08:04.05 Come on now. He has a spiritual stance. 00:08:04.08\00:08:05.78 Come on now. And it's called no hands. 00:08:05.81\00:08:07.42 No hands. No hands at all. 00:08:07.45\00:08:09.15 You have to be there, you have to show up, 00:08:09.18\00:08:11.29 but you don't have to fight it. 00:08:11.32\00:08:12.65 And like this text says, 00:08:12.69\00:08:14.02 "The battle's not ours to fight but it's the Lord's." 00:08:14.06\00:08:15.92 Now when we're talking about health, 00:08:15.96\00:08:17.29 this health experience, 00:08:17.33\00:08:18.66 and if it makes sense to me is that, 00:08:18.69\00:08:21.00 we're on this health journey, and we do have a part to play. 00:08:21.03\00:08:24.43 But ultimately, God is gonna give us the strength 00:08:24.47\00:08:27.04 to fight through these road barriers 00:08:27.07\00:08:29.74 that we face at times, as we seek to not eat healthy, 00:08:29.77\00:08:31.41 is that true, Chef Law? 00:08:31.44\00:08:32.77 You're 100% correct. 00:08:32.81\00:08:34.14 You've got one thing 00:08:34.18\00:08:35.51 that you have to remember and realize 00:08:35.54\00:08:36.88 is that this 28 days challenge 00:08:36.91\00:08:39.25 is really God's 28 days challenge. 00:08:39.28\00:08:40.62 Come on now. 00:08:40.65\00:08:41.98 It's His challenge that He instituted, 00:08:42.02\00:08:43.42 it His that... He wants for you 00:08:43.45\00:08:45.89 and He's gonna complete the challenge in you, 00:08:45.92\00:08:48.79 He's gonna give you the strength to go on 00:08:48.82\00:08:50.73 and if He told you to do it, 00:08:50.76\00:08:52.09 He's gonna give you the strength 00:08:52.13\00:08:53.46 and the means. 00:08:53.50\00:08:54.83 And what He wants you to do is cooperate 00:08:54.86\00:08:56.20 with His plans for your health. 00:08:56.23\00:08:57.90 Now, friends, I'll tell you. 00:08:57.93\00:08:59.27 Friends, I tell you, God has given us this, 00:08:59.30\00:09:01.57 again, this challenge. 00:09:01.60\00:09:02.94 And as Chef Law is telling us that it is not our battle, 00:09:02.97\00:09:05.97 God is gonna give us all that 00:09:06.01\00:09:07.88 we need to go through those days 00:09:07.91\00:09:09.54 when you don't want to eat that food, 00:09:09.58\00:09:11.05 you think about the stuff that you used to eat, 00:09:11.08\00:09:13.08 but remember this, God is gonna take us through. 00:09:13.11\00:09:15.32 So what else we got, Chef Law? 00:09:15.35\00:09:16.72 So when you're going through this 28-day challenge, 00:09:16.75\00:09:18.99 the main battle you're fighting is not against another person, 00:09:19.02\00:09:22.12 you're fighting a battle against yourself. 00:09:22.16\00:09:23.69 You're trying to change habits that have been ingrained in you 00:09:23.73\00:09:27.06 for years and you're starting something new, 00:09:27.10\00:09:28.73 and it can be hard and pretty challenging. 00:09:28.76\00:09:30.10 Come on now. 00:09:30.13\00:09:31.47 Anything you start that's new, it's a little hard. 00:09:31.50\00:09:33.00 Exactly.
