Exactly. 00:08:59.03\00:09:00.37 Let me tell you, let me tell you a quick story 00:09:00.40\00:09:01.80 about what the Bible says 00:09:01.84\00:09:03.41 about three extraordinary young men. 00:09:03.44\00:09:06.37 Early on in their life, 00:09:06.41\00:09:07.74 they got separated from their home, 00:09:07.78\00:09:09.21 separated from their family, 00:09:09.24\00:09:10.58 separated from their support group as well. 00:09:10.61\00:09:12.41 That's right. Exactly. 00:09:12.45\00:09:13.85 And so when they were separated from their support group, 00:09:13.88\00:09:16.02 they had one decision to make, 00:09:16.05\00:09:17.65 what they would eat and what they would not eat. 00:09:17.69\00:09:19.39 Come on. Come on now. 00:09:19.42\00:09:20.86 And they chose to eat a healthy diet, 00:09:20.89\00:09:23.19 do you know that? 00:09:23.22\00:09:24.56 Come on now. 00:09:24.59\00:09:25.93 Because they wanted to choose to make right decisions. 00:09:25.96\00:09:27.30 Come on. 00:09:27.33\00:09:28.66 Later on in life, those same three young men 00:09:28.70\00:09:30.10 had to go through a trial that had to do with fire. 00:09:30.13\00:09:33.10 Come on. 00:09:33.13\00:09:34.47 There was a king, 00:09:34.50\00:09:35.84 and the king wanted them to worship a certain statue. 00:09:35.87\00:09:37.61 And when they would not worship the statue, 00:09:37.64\00:09:39.84 he commanded that they be thrown into a fiery furnace. 00:09:39.87\00:09:42.78 Come on. 00:09:42.81\00:09:44.15 But then just at that moment something powerful happened. 00:09:44.18\00:09:45.51 Come on now. 00:09:45.55\00:09:46.88 When they went into the furnace, 00:09:46.92\00:09:49.02 there was another figure in the furnace with them 00:09:49.05\00:09:51.29 and the Bible records that it looked like the Son of God. 00:09:51.32\00:09:54.96 Come on now. 00:09:54.99\00:09:56.32 Through their fiery trial, Jesus, 00:09:56.36\00:10:00.00 He saw them through their trail and He say, you know, 00:10:00.03\00:10:02.10 I'm not gonna send an angel, 00:10:02.13\00:10:03.57 I'm not going to command that it be stopped, 00:10:03.60\00:10:06.07 I gonna get off the throne, 00:10:06.10\00:10:07.44 and I'm gonna come down there myself, 00:10:07.47\00:10:09.37 and I'm gonna through there with them. 00:10:09.40\00:10:10.74 And that's the kind of God we serve. 00:10:10.77\00:10:12.11 I tell you. 00:10:12.14\00:10:13.48 I tell you, friends, we having a Holy Ghost time in here. 00:10:13.51\00:10:16.34 Amen. Can He do it for you? 00:10:35.10\00:10:36.90 Can He do it for those out there, Chef Law? 00:10:36.93\00:10:38.53 Well, the Bible says, 00:10:38.57\00:10:39.90 that He is the same God yesterday, 00:10:39.93\00:10:42.24 today, and forever. 00:10:42.27\00:10:43.61 That's right. 00:10:43.64\00:10:44.97 And so I wanted you to know, 00:10:45.01\00:10:46.34 Noah might have had to go through the flood, 00:10:46.37\00:10:47.71 those three Hebrew boys 00:10:47.74\00:10:49.08 had to go through their fire as it were. 00:10:49.11\00:10:51.71 Jesus had to go through the cross, 00:10:51.75\00:10:53.62 the disciples, Paul and Silas, 00:10:53.65\00:10:55.45 they all had to get persecuted, 00:10:55.48\00:10:56.89 but through it all God was with them, 00:10:56.92\00:10:59.19 and He stuck with them. 00:10:59.22\00:11:00.56 God doesn't always promise ease and comfort, 00:11:00.59\00:11:02.66 but what He does promises 00:11:02.69\00:11:04.13 that He will go through the fire 00:11:04.16\00:11:06.73 and through the trials with us. 00:11:06.76\00:11:08.10 And He promises that you will be better after the trial 00:11:08.13\00:11:11.93 than you were before because He's a healer. 00:11:11.97\00:11:14.80 He is a great physician. That's right. 00:11:14.84\00:11:16.50 But He's also a potter.
