00:17:07.06\00:17:08.52 Again, we have something called horseradish. 00:17:08.56\00:17:11.03 Horseradish is a coral root and it has a nice kind of, 00:17:11.06\00:17:15.36 kind of like pungent flavor to it, 00:17:15.40\00:17:17.07 a nice garlic flavor, and so most of the times 00:17:17.10\00:17:19.20 when you go into the store, 00:17:19.23\00:17:20.57 they normally don't use horseradish 00:17:20.60\00:17:21.94 but I want give this mustard a nice special kick to it, 00:17:21.97\00:17:24.37 is that okay? 00:17:24.41\00:17:25.74 And next we have some turmeric, 00:17:25.77\00:17:27.11 and obviously the turmeric is gonna give it 00:17:27.14\00:17:28.48 that nice yellow color. 00:17:28.51\00:17:30.18 So we want to definitely make sure we use that turmeric 00:17:30.21\00:17:32.01 for that yellow color. 00:17:32.05\00:17:33.38 That lemon juice is gonna actually replace vinegar. 00:17:33.42\00:17:36.22 Normally a lot of the condiments 00:17:36.25\00:17:38.05 that you find have vinegar in it, 00:17:38.09\00:17:39.42 but we're gonna go with a different type of acid, 00:17:39.45\00:17:41.19 I like to say a little more healthier acid 00:17:41.22\00:17:43.06 and that acid again is lemon juice. 00:17:43.09\00:17:45.83 And then we have a little bit of apple juice 00:17:45.86\00:17:47.50 to give a light slight, a slight taste of sweetness 00:17:47.53\00:17:50.60 to the recipe. 00:17:50.63\00:17:51.97 So it's really simple. 00:17:52.00\00:17:53.34 All we do is use our simple little blender here, 00:17:53.37\00:17:56.07 put all of the ingredients inside of here
