that must be met in Christ

if heaven is to be our home.

Knowing that Christ is
our example in all things,

we as followers of Christ,

But really how does
heaven view who is our neighbor.

your heart and in your life.

people who are in prison,

devil has been binding,

he's loosening those things.

You know, Spirit of
God is loosing those chains

the devil's put upon individuals

and they are taking a
stand for Jesus Christ.

We love to hear about
that. It's an encouragement.

Remember it's not what
they can do with us but what,

the power of God we see working

We're starting with verse
25, Luke Chapter 10 verse 25.

certain lawyer stood up."

You understand this very well
about the parable of the what?

The Good Samaritan.

Maybe one of the most,
you know, frequent passages

that we read in
scripture time and time again.

What must I do to

law? And how readest thou?"

And what did Jesus say?

Notice what
Jesus said in verse 28.

He wasn't talking about
just living here on this earth.

living for eternity.

heart, your soul, and your mind

your neighbor that way too

He talks about a certain man

and he fell among thieves.

And so the question is asked,
"then who is my neighbor?"

if you watched the

who your neighbor really is?

How far reaching this is?

what the lawyer quoted.

You realize that a
good-- I won't say a good Jew

quoted that in the
morning and the evening.

In, I think,
Deuteronomy 6, verse 5,

you know, the responsibility--

love God with all your
heart, your soul, and your mind.

So he knew it where or why
because they quoted it everyday.

Maybe we should quote
that a little more often

and put some emphasis on what?

Loving God and
loving our fellow men.

So Jesus posed this
question, the real question,

and then He always
gives us an opportunity to see

whether we're going to
live it out in our life or not.

See, that's the test of
it. So who is my neighbor?

beat up, he's thrown down

and realized a priest
come by and, you know,

one wanted to help the man

except when the
Samaritan came by.

So let's look and examine
this a little bit closer here.

"The man was
wounded and robbed."

Who is this man?

You know who it represents?

It represents those who we
should have an interest in.

The one's who we have to--
we need to have sympathy for.

The one's we need
to have charity for.

And I thought how
interesting this reads.

If we neglect their cases. Who?

Those who are
hurting, those who are,

tests and trials and problem

and they need some love,

they need somebody to be
an encouragement to them.

you have done it" and to what?

brethren, you have" what?

Was Jesus just talking here?

When you done it to the
least to those who are outside,

no need for prisons

policemen and no need for laws

because we love everybody,

we treat everyone very

love my neighbor then?

I'm finding difficulty in
loving my neighbor as myself.

It is an impossibility to
love your neighbor as yourself,

love God supremely.

You can't love your fellow men
if you don't love God supremely.
