God that brought freedoms

stones that the Bible says

the Jordan forever.

But then there were another set
of stones that commentators say

that Joshua either put
on carts and were rolled
00:13:06.88\00:13:09.95
to the land of Gil
Gale or the large boulders
00:13:09.98\00:13:13.29
that were the foundations
that the men had to roll.
00:13:13.32\00:13:18.06
The Stones
00:13:18.09\00:13:20.46
took Gil down,
00:13:20.50\00:13:22.46
which is near
the camp of Jericho.
00:13:22.50\00:13:25.37
Okay, out and us.

So there were some
stones behind them,

but then they had to
carry some stones with them.

But in other words, notice

seven miles from the Jordan,

obstacle, which is Jericho.

So they can't look

without seeing the stones,

so that every time
they look at Jericho,

they have to pass by the
stones, which was a memorial

of what God did
at the Jordan River.

And the reason God set it up
that way is that if they looked

at Jericho
without seeing the stones

and they saw
the scale of Jericho

and the strength of its
walls and the aggression

of the archers, then
they would be tempted

to go back to the
other side of the Jordan.

And so God says, Make
sure you don't let them see

Jericho without being
able to see the stones

as a reminder of
what I have done for them
