laws, they help us to fight that

talking about spiritual eponyms.

what in the world is that?

explain what that is.

There's Kepler's law of
planetary motion, and you can go

Well in this spiritual
context there are spiritual

like to share with you today.

at a couple of people in the

Bible, who have not so
much discovered, but may be

used to exemplify the
laws that help us to fight

the fight of faith.

So the first eponym we're
going to look at is what we

call, Jacob's Law,
or the law of endurance.

There Jacob has an encounter
with a stranger and they

there, and the Bible says,

until the break of day. "

Jacob begins to realize
that this being he is wrestling

with is not just some
regular man, he is actually

wrestling with Divinity.

In fact when Jacob's name
was changed, it was changed

to Israel, meaning
one who is wrestled

in this story says to Jacob,

was stronger than God, but he

This is the principle that
we want to bring out in this

struggled the way we

These are men who are walking
in the footsteps of Jacobs

have another example of Elijah

He's determined faith, his
determined prayer, and that is

address is that we have to have

a determined prayer life.

observable, it is repeatable

If we endure, if we
continue to seek the Lord,

spiritual law tells us, that we

receive that Divine blessing.

This is where the determination
of Christ has to be

principles of the world.

We want to be subject to
Jacob's law, so that we say that

it is repeatable, it is

look at another law Atonte.

There is another law we
want to talk about and it is

Daniel's Law of Magnetism.

I want to go ahead and read

something here about magnetism.

What is magnetism?

"The word magnetism comes
from the ancient Greek name

for certain natural
occurring iron oxides, stones

called Lodestone. These
stones have the properties

exerting force on each
other and on bits of iron or

steel. They also have the
power of imparting their own
00:11:34.41\00:11:38.95
distinctive properties to
pieces of steel brought near
00:11:38.99\00:11:42.88
them. A piece of steel
for example, a steel needle,

that has thus acquired the
properties of the Lodestone

is said to be magnetized".
It is called a magnet.

Daniel's Law of Magnetism,
Daniel's Law which we also call

the law of
magnetism has something to do

with magnetic properties.

Another thing about magnets
is that, regardless of the

environment or surroundings,

people to iron in this verse.

So there are a couple
places in the Bible where we

are likened unto iron.

When I see this I say,
if we are likened unto iron,

then we should, in all
actuality, be as magnets.

by circumstances. "

Now remember, we have

programs, that the enemy
of souls is attempting to

manipulate the environment
so that we will adapt

to that environment.

What we are reading here,
is that God is looking for

people who will
be as true as steel,

as iron pillars who
cannot be moved or manipulated

by their circumstances.

magnetism then Daniel himself.

Daniel is a man in the
midst of compromise, in the

circumstances, because he had

Lodestone, Jesus Christ who is

our magnet, who
draws us with His love.

Because Daniel was so
closely connected with Him,

circumstances Daniel was put in,

he always pointed north.

Daniel's Law simply says this,

as long as it is magnetized

The enemy of souls is
always trying to put us in those

magnets standing there on the

devil sees this and says, hey

What does he do? He
moves Nebuchadnezzar to light,

or heat this furnace and
command that if they will not

will be demagnetized.

They will be thrown
into this fiery furnace, and

what do they do? They say
no, we are not going to bow

environment around us is

suggesting we do, no
matter what the circumstances,

we are going to

out there have friends, have

God is calling be a magnet.

Point north, don't allow
the enemy of souls to come in

and to draw you
southward, to draw you downward.

When you become a Christian
and you submit yourself to

the laws of the spiritual
world, these laws are as

certain as the laws of gravity.

is Daniel's Law of magnetism,

You have to make good decisions
about the things you are

The first law of thermodynamics
