Michigan, we have fields and my

Father actually has acreage and
he rent out his field to a- a

farmer and

they pay him so much an acre
and so they rent that field.

This man didn't own his
field because when he found the

treasure, he had to
sell all that he had

Michigan, there's- there's rocks
in some of the fields. Some

and some will just be as clean

even see a rock out there and
the rocks you'll see in piles

Sometimes Farmers say,

then there's other Farmers that
are really business minded that

they'll take this the- the rocks
in the field and they'll bury

that was renting the field, you

can imagine, he's got his oxen
and he's- you know, he's hanging

on to this- this plow, going
behind it and boom. He gets

this, he thinks
probably a rock or

enough down in there that- that
the corn, the wheat or whatever

he was planting can grow

mean, why would he want

to take the time when it's
not even his to- unearth that,

my Father-in-Law's. " I'm like,

Trying to get that
thing out of there.

rock out of there. " I knew it

what that rock ended up being a

boulder that was probably
8 foot high. It took me- it

probably took me 4 hours to dig
around it and then- and then the

backhoe was so- it was so- it
wasn't big enough to pick it up

so I just keep digging beside
it until that kept going down

plow would ever hit it. I just

couldn't stand the thought
of every time if I help my

I was going to hit this same

was a thorough man.

true treasure and it wasn't

sleep, his Wife wants to know

can't tell you. " So at night,
he goes out with his little

lantern, his little- you know,
oil lamp and he walks out there

in that field in the dark and he
lights his lamp and he digs it

up and goes- where he says,
"Nobody will find this treasure

here. " He's got to hide it
again because he said, "What if

somebody saw me looking a little
strange? I'm going to make sure

that if they come and dig
something there they ain't going
