a woman by the name of Fatimah.

She was about 35 years old.

She had a three-year-old baby.

She lived in the city of Mosul

in the Old City right in an area

with that ISIS occupation.

And her region of the city

was under siege for
three to four months.

And they had no food to eat.

And she ended up
having to feed her child

And that's how they operate.

And then you add to that

burden of disease outbreaks.

They're facing the
