What determines a year? 00:00:01.36\00:00:03.20 When the earth makes the complete rotation 00:00:03.23\00:00:05.47 around the sun. 00:00:05.50\00:00:07.24 What determines a day? 00:00:07.27\00:00:08.97 When the earth makes 00:00:09.00\00:00:10.34 the complete rotation on its axis. 00:00:10.37\00:00:12.67 What determines a month? 00:00:12.71\00:00:14.91 When the moon makes a full cycle. 00:00:14.94\00:00:17.41 But the question is what determines a week? 00:00:17.45\00:00:22.58 Today's program is entitled 'R' for Rest. 00:00:22.62\00:00:26.15 We answer that question so stay by. 00:00:26.19\00:00:27.79 Hi, welcome to Abundant Living. 00:00:50.18\00:00:51.71 My name is Curtis Eakins and my beautiful bride 00:00:51.75\00:00:55.52 of almost a quarter of a century. 00:00:55.55\00:01:00.69 Kinda shocking when I say that way. 00:01:00.72\00:01:02.06 See, if I say silver anniversary, 00:01:02.09\00:01:03.83 that's one thing, 00:01:03.86\00:01:05.19 but quarter of century it's like, uh-huh. 00:01:05.23\00:01:07.63 But it's been good though, hasn't it? 00:01:07.66\00:01:09.46 I'm Paula Eakins. 00:01:09.50\00:01:10.83 Oh, yeah, your name. You're welcome. 00:01:20.54\00:01:22.34 Do you like my hairstyle? 00:01:22.38\00:01:23.98 Love it. 00:01:24.01\00:01:25.38 Okay. Not being facetious. 00:01:25.41\00:01:27.88 Okay, I think we need to focus on the "R" for rest. 00:01:27.92\00:01:31.22 HEALERS, HEALERS, HEALERS. 00:01:31.25\00:01:32.59 "R" for rest, "R" for rest. 00:01:32.62\00:01:33.96 Now, but, let's go back to the tee... 00:01:33.99\00:01:35.32 because think about it now. 00:01:35.36\00:01:37.56 These people will think about, what constitutes a year? 00:01:37.59\00:01:40.86 The earth make a full rotation around the sun. 00:01:40.90\00:01:43.47 A day, a full rotation on its axis. 00:01:43.50\00:01:45.30 A moon, a full cycle. 00:01:45.33\00:01:47.14 But what represents or determines a week? 00:01:47.17\00:01:51.97 Think about that. 00:01:52.01\00:01:53.38 So with that, that something we wanna thing about. 00:01:53.41\00:01:55.54 But before we do that 00:01:55.58\00:01:57.15 this is a series "The HEALERS," 00:01:57.18\00:01:59.75 we're doing with this HEALERS, it's a acronym. 00:01:59.78\00:02:02.42 And we cover for the H for Herbal medicine, 00:02:02.45\00:02:05.02 E for Eating, 00:02:05.05\00:02:07.32 A for Adoration, 00:02:07.36\00:02:09.29 L for Liquids, 00:02:09.32\00:02:11.09 E for Exercise. 00:02:11.13\00:02:12.46 Now this is the "R" for Rest. 00:02:12.49\00:02:14.76 And we are going through this series here 00:02:14.80\00:02:16.97 because trying to help 00:02:17.00\00:02:18.67 to reduce the amount of medications 00:02:18.70\00:02:20.64 that people are taking on a routine basis 00:02:20.67\00:02:23.34 with all the painful side effects. 00:02:23.37\00:02:24.87 As we walk through the series, 00:02:24.91\00:02:26.91 we will cover impact over dozens of diseases, 00:02:26.94\00:02:30.45 just by going through these letters, the series. 00:02:30.48\00:02:33.11 And we are looking at the three tiers of credibility. 00:02:33.15\00:02:35.35 God's Word, tier number one. 00:02:35.38\00:02:37.19 And in tier number two, our featured author 00:02:37.22\00:02:39.95 we're using for this series, Ellen White. 00:02:39.99\00:02:42.49 And in tier number three, 00:02:42.52\00:02:43.86 all the scientific literature as well. 00:02:43.89\00:02:45.43 So those are the three tiers of the credibility 00:02:45.46\00:02:47.80 in the series and got a workbook, 00:02:47.83\00:02:49.26 so we're working from this workbook today. 00:02:49.30\00:02:51.43 Well, that first question is coming in, from our book. 00:02:51.47\00:02:53.80 It is asking the question, 00:02:53.84\00:02:55.17 are that so what physical laws nature determines a week? 00:02:55.20\00:03:00.48 Okay, yes. 00:03:00.51\00:03:01.84 What are the physical laws of the week? 00:03:01.88\00:03:03.24 And really if you look into heavens, Honey. 00:03:03.28\00:03:06.21 A week, that the moon does not determine our week. 00:03:06.25\00:03:11.89 It doesn't. 00:03:11.92\00:03:13.25 The sun doesn't do anything and haven't 00:03:13.29\00:03:15.72 that determines a week. 00:03:15.76\00:03:17.69 The stars, any planet 00:03:17.73\00:03:20.50 not find that determines a week. 00:03:20.53\00:03:21.90 How did we get a seven day week? 00:03:21.93\00:03:25.37 How did we get that? 00:03:25.40\00:03:26.84 There's nothing that we can explain at all 00:03:26.87\00:03:30.81 in the physical laws. 00:03:30.84\00:03:32.44 But when we go to God's Word, 00:03:32.47\00:03:34.31 the standard of truth is here in a Word of God. 00:03:34.34\00:03:37.45 And I'm gonna read this right out of our workbook here. 00:03:37.48\00:03:40.92 This is from in Genesis 2:2, 3 00:03:40.95\00:03:45.65 it says here, NIV, 00:03:45.69\00:03:48.56 "By the seventh day God hath finished the work 00:03:48.59\00:03:53.36 that He had been doing," dealing with creation. 00:03:53.40\00:03:56.80 "On the seventh day He," now here is one thing He did, 00:03:56.83\00:04:00.00 "rested from all His work." 00:04:00.04\00:04:03.00 And another thing He did." 00:04:03.04\00:04:05.21 God blessed the seventh day," and the third thing, 00:04:05.24\00:04:09.71 "and made it holy." 00:04:09.74\00:04:13.82 Why? It tells you, why. 00:04:13.85\00:04:16.58 "On it He rested from all His work of," 00:04:16.62\00:04:19.35 here it is, "creating that He had done." 00:04:19.39\00:04:23.66 So after creation, God did three things, 00:04:23.69\00:04:28.10 He rested, He blessed, and He made it holy. 00:04:28.13\00:04:33.27 So it took Him six days for creation, 00:04:33.30\00:04:37.37 on the seventh day He rested. 00:04:37.41\00:04:39.94 And thereby this is the only thing we have 00:04:39.97\00:04:44.05 that we can determine 00:04:44.08\00:04:45.61 what constitutes a seven day week. 00:04:45.65\00:04:51.19 Outside of this, 00:04:51.22\00:04:52.55 there's nothing in the physical world, 00:04:52.59\00:04:55.89 in our planets, the solar system 00:04:55.92\00:04:58.46 that gives us the seven day week 00:04:58.49\00:05:00.50 but this text right here. 00:05:00.53\00:05:05.03 So the question is... 00:05:05.07\00:05:06.90 So then was God tired? 00:05:06.94\00:05:10.31 You know, and I have heard that before, 00:05:10.34\00:05:12.31 because and you think about it, Honey. 00:05:12.34\00:05:14.18 Now let's say on the first day of the week, 00:05:14.21\00:05:16.41 I mean God only said what? 00:05:16.44\00:05:17.91 "Let there be light." 00:05:17.95\00:05:21.18 There're four words on the first day. 00:05:21.22\00:05:24.19 I mean, that's exhausting to say those four words. 00:05:24.22\00:05:26.45 I mean, that just wore Him out probably. 00:05:26.49\00:05:28.39 I mean He's just saying four words. 00:05:28.42\00:05:30.09 All He did, He just, He spoke and it is to pass. 00:05:30.13\00:05:33.29 So just talking shouldn't make God tired. 00:05:33.33\00:05:37.17 Now on sixth day, He made man 00:05:37.20\00:05:38.63 but again, you know, 00:05:38.67\00:05:40.34 so let's look at the Word of God. 00:05:40.37\00:05:42.17 And so I'm gonna read this from Isaiah 40:28, 00:05:42.20\00:05:46.37 this is the in NIV, Isaiah 40:28, 00:05:46.41\00:05:50.15 "Do you not know?" 00:05:50.18\00:05:51.51 Now notice this is in a question form. 00:05:51.55\00:05:54.48 "Do you not know? 00:05:54.52\00:05:56.79 Have you not heard the Lord is the everlasting God?" 00:05:56.82\00:06:01.72 Here it is. 00:06:01.76\00:06:03.09 "Creator of the ends of the earth, 00:06:03.12\00:06:06.06 He will not grow tired or weary." 00:06:06.09\00:06:11.60 So therefore, 00:06:11.63\00:06:12.97 now I guess here the question remains. 00:06:13.00\00:06:16.00 If God rested on a seventh day from creating the world. 00:06:16.04\00:06:21.94 In the Bible, it says, "He doesn't grow tired." 00:06:21.98\00:06:26.01 I guess the question is, then why did He rest? 00:06:26.05\00:06:30.69 What do you think, Honey? 00:06:30.72\00:06:32.05 I mean, we heard that before, maybe... 00:06:32.09\00:06:34.49 Rest is because of the fact 00:06:34.52\00:06:35.86 that when we think about Christ. 00:06:35.89\00:06:37.23 Okay. 00:06:37.26\00:06:38.59 The fact that Christ rested, the Father and Christ rested. 00:06:38.63\00:06:42.63 Okay. So He's resting really for us. 00:06:42.66\00:06:45.53 Okay. Not for Himself. 00:06:45.57\00:06:48.24 Setting an example. 00:06:48.27\00:06:49.60 Because He's an example for us to follow. 00:06:49.64\00:06:51.04 Okay. And we sure need rest. 00:06:51.07\00:06:53.54 We sure need rest. 00:06:53.58\00:06:55.74 I don't know about you. 00:06:55.78\00:06:57.48 But I know that 00:06:57.51\00:06:58.85 when the seventh day rolls around, I need rest. 00:06:58.88\00:07:01.75 Yes. Okay. 00:07:01.78\00:07:03.12 I think, yeah, it's true. 00:07:03.15\00:07:04.49 I think God is simply setting a divine example. 00:07:04.52\00:07:07.16 Yeah. 00:07:07.19\00:07:08.52 He doesn't need rest, He doesn't get tired. 00:07:08.56\00:07:10.09 So He must be setting a divine example. 00:07:10.13\00:07:14.36 Jesus knew no sin, He was sinless. 00:07:14.40\00:07:18.77 Yet, He was baptized 00:07:18.80\00:07:23.07 setting a divine example for mankind as well. 00:07:23.10\00:07:27.28 So thereby with that in mind, 00:07:27.31\00:07:29.64 that's the only conclusion we can come to, 00:07:29.68\00:07:31.98 setting a divine example. 00:07:32.01\00:07:34.12 And therefore we have our week 00:07:34.15\00:07:36.75 based on creation. 00:07:36.79\00:07:39.22 So therefore, every Sabbath 00:07:39.25\00:07:41.89 we're reminded of the Creator by doing that. 00:07:41.92\00:07:46.46 Well, I heard there is a weekly rest cycle. 00:07:46.49\00:07:51.60 So if there is a weekly rest cycle, 00:07:51.63\00:07:53.47 how do you explain that? 00:07:53.50\00:07:55.14 Okay. 00:07:55.17\00:07:56.81 This is not just from the Word of God, 00:07:56.84\00:07:58.94 this is also from the biblical perspective as well. 00:07:58.97\00:08:01.94 And not biblical but also from the scientific perspective. 00:08:01.98\00:08:05.81 Lot of people know and be aware 00:08:05.85\00:08:07.45 of we have a daily, daily rhythm cycle. 00:08:07.48\00:08:12.02 All right? 00:08:12.05\00:08:13.39 So certain things happen every day, 24 clock. 00:08:13.42\00:08:17.73 Very few people realize that we are also have 00:08:17.76\00:08:20.60 a built-in biological 00:08:20.63\00:08:24.73 weekly rhythm cycle. 00:08:24.77\00:08:27.94 And the father of chronobiology, 00:08:27.97\00:08:30.31 what he's called is Franz Halberg 00:08:30.34\00:08:32.34 from the University of Minnesota. 00:08:32.37\00:08:34.48 And he discovered that not just humans 00:08:34.51\00:08:37.25 but animals, mammals, 00:08:37.28\00:08:41.62 insects, fish, and birds 00:08:41.65\00:08:45.42 operate on an unexplainable built-in 00:08:45.45\00:08:50.36 seven day weekly rhythm cycle. 00:08:50.39\00:08:54.70 Exactly. 00:08:54.73\00:08:56.06 And I've seen in the medical journals, 00:08:56.10\00:08:57.60 it's in the book here... 00:08:57.63\00:08:59.50 There is a medical journal called 00:08:59.53\00:09:01.24 Chronobiology International, 00:09:01.27\00:09:04.61 November 2017 and it's a title. 00:09:04.64\00:09:08.34 This is a title, Honey, 00:09:08.38\00:09:09.94 "Seven Day Human Biological Rhythm." 00:09:09.98\00:09:14.68 So realize that certain things happen 00:09:14.72\00:09:18.05 on the seventh day, 00:09:18.09\00:09:22.72 not just humans, 00:09:22.76\00:09:24.66 animals, insects, fish, birds, mammals 00:09:24.69\00:09:28.33 is unexplainable outside of God's Word. 00:09:28.36\00:09:32.97 It's simply remarkable, simply remarkable. 00:09:33.00\00:09:37.01 Wow! Okay. 00:09:37.04\00:09:38.44 So what affects... 00:09:38.47\00:09:39.81 What functions, what functions we talk about outside of that? 00:09:39.84\00:09:43.81 Right, okay. 00:09:43.85\00:09:45.18 What functions are actually affected by this cycle? 00:09:45.21\00:09:46.55 Now, I'm gonna just go down the list here 00:09:46.58\00:09:48.42 until we just simply, just run out of time. 00:09:48.45\00:09:50.15 Okay. 00:09:50.19\00:09:51.52 So the body has a, normally a daily cycle, 00:09:51.55\00:09:53.82 we mentioned that. 00:09:53.86\00:09:55.19 But also functions on a biological rhythm cycle 00:09:55.22\00:09:58.69 on a weekly basis. 00:09:58.73\00:10:00.06 Okay. 00:10:00.10\00:10:01.43 Let me just start with vitamin K. 00:10:01.46\00:10:04.27 Vitamin K is called the clot, clot vitamin, 00:10:04.30\00:10:09.70 clot bursting vitamin. 00:10:09.74\00:10:11.37 Clot, clotting vitamin, 00:10:11.41\00:10:15.44 that's what I'll say clotting vitamin, 00:10:15.48\00:10:17.05 blood clot, all right. 00:10:17.08\00:10:18.41 Okay. 00:10:18.45\00:10:19.78 And did clotting of vitamin K 00:10:19.81\00:10:23.12 is complete on the seventh day? 00:10:23.15\00:10:29.42 Mercy. 00:10:29.46\00:10:30.79 Therefore when you read in scriptures 00:10:30.83\00:10:32.16 such as Genesis 17:12, 00:10:32.19\00:10:35.40 circumcision is always on the day after, day eight. 00:10:35.43\00:10:41.30 So if you circumcise before that 00:10:41.34\00:10:43.34 they would breach that. 00:10:43.37\00:10:44.71 So vitamin K, 00:10:44.74\00:10:46.81 clot blood is really complete on the seventh, 00:10:46.84\00:10:50.65 not the sixth, not the eighth, but the seventh day. 00:10:50.68\00:10:54.52 That's why circumcision is always on that eighth day 00:10:54.55\00:10:57.79 according to scripture. 00:10:57.82\00:10:59.59 That's one. Okay. 00:10:59.62\00:11:00.96 Now let's go and talk about our teeth. 00:11:00.99\00:11:05.69 They discovered, folks, this is just simply amazing. 00:11:05.73\00:11:08.90 All right, simply amazing. 00:11:08.93\00:11:10.63 This is from American Journal called Frontiers of Physiology, 00:11:10.67\00:11:14.07 June 2017, they discovered that 00:11:14.10\00:11:17.44 there is a dental enamel on our teeth. 00:11:17.47\00:11:20.78 And every time the teeth grows, 00:11:20.81\00:11:23.11 the teeth grows there's like a line a dark spot, 00:11:23.14\00:11:27.08 just like the rings of a tree. 00:11:27.12\00:11:28.95 Yes. All right. 00:11:28.98\00:11:30.85 The teeth is without exception. 00:11:30.89\00:11:33.22 If we look very closely on the microscope 00:11:33.25\00:11:35.62 you can see the dark spots 00:11:35.66\00:11:37.13 on the outside dental enamel 00:11:37.16\00:11:38.93 of the teeth and guess what? 00:11:38.96\00:11:41.06 Those dark spots only occur every seven days. 00:11:41.10\00:11:47.40 Wow! 00:11:47.44\00:11:48.77 Even our teeth experience a "rest." 00:11:48.80\00:11:54.34 Mercy. The teeth, all right. 00:11:54.38\00:11:56.68 Let's go with one more last one. 00:11:56.71\00:11:58.61 What about organ rejection? 00:11:58.65\00:12:02.25 And this is from another medical journal, 00:12:02.28\00:12:03.82 Spanish medical journal. 00:12:03.85\00:12:05.59 They determined that 00:12:05.62\00:12:06.96 when a person receives an organ, 00:12:06.99\00:12:08.89 based on scientific literature, 00:12:08.92\00:12:10.83 when you receive a organ, 00:12:10.86\00:12:12.43 transplant whatever kidney, heart, lungs, 00:12:12.46\00:12:14.96 that if the body is going to reject 00:12:15.00\00:12:16.60 that organ, guess what? 00:12:16.63\00:12:18.97 Usually, it rejects that organ either on the 7th day, 00:12:19.00\00:12:24.01 the 14th day, the 21st day, 00:12:24.04\00:12:28.74 the 28th day on a 7 day cycle. 00:12:28.78\00:12:33.25 Wow! 00:12:33.28\00:12:34.62 This is simply unexplainable outside of God's Word, 00:12:34.65\00:12:39.99 as far as that is concerned. 00:12:40.02\00:12:41.52 Let's go with another one. 00:12:41.56\00:12:44.56 The pineal gland, it's a small p gland 00:12:44.59\00:12:48.63 in the base of the skull, in the brain. 00:12:48.66\00:12:51.50 That releases the hormone melatonin, 00:12:51.53\00:12:56.60 also not just daily but also, folks, on the... 00:12:56.64\00:13:02.84 You guessed it. 00:13:02.88\00:13:04.38 Seventh day, melatonin, 00:13:04.41\00:13:08.02 you know, the mood, that kind of thing. 00:13:08.05\00:13:09.92 And now here's a last one, I got one more come, 00:13:09.95\00:13:11.32 I'm looking into clock. 00:13:11.35\00:13:12.69 I got, we can go on with it, but there's one more, 00:13:12.72\00:13:14.69 just one more, just one more. 00:13:14.72\00:13:16.06 Yes, yes, yes. 00:13:16.09\00:13:17.43 For those they did a study 00:13:17.46\00:13:18.99 and now this is a validated study a years ago, 00:13:19.03\00:13:22.46 got a group the people. 00:13:22.50\00:13:23.83 And they discovered that the heart rate 00:13:23.87\00:13:27.37 beats slightly slower on the... 00:13:27.40\00:13:31.87 You guess it by now. 00:13:31.91\00:13:33.34 That's right. The seventh day. 00:13:33.38\00:13:36.18 Now matter of fact, 00:13:36.21\00:13:37.61 that people's blood pressure 00:13:37.65\00:13:39.45 is slightly lower than a heart rate. 00:13:39.48\00:13:42.38 In respect, even if you have a day off on Saturday, 00:13:42.42\00:13:45.45 or any other day, 00:13:45.49\00:13:46.92 the heart rates beats a little slower 00:13:46.96\00:13:49.96 on the seventh day that any of the day a week. 00:13:49.99\00:13:54.86 Therefore we have an unexplainable built-in 00:13:54.90\00:13:59.47 seven day weekly rhythm cycle. 00:13:59.50\00:14:04.17 And therefore, that's what God says, 00:14:04.21\00:14:06.41 when He create our bodies, 00:14:06.44\00:14:08.51 our bodies are built for resting on that same day 00:14:08.54\00:14:13.11 that our bodies are designed to rest, 00:14:13.15\00:14:15.68 are designed to rest. 00:14:15.72\00:14:17.19 You now hear people say about they have a 24, 7 plus day. 00:14:17.22\00:14:21.66 So now we're knowing that 00:14:21.69\00:14:23.02 in a 24 hours of the day 00:14:23.06\00:14:24.39 as you're cutting down to 7. 00:14:24.43\00:14:26.59 So is there a Bible scripture that actually talks 00:14:26.63\00:14:31.43 about the seventh day rest? 00:14:31.47\00:14:33.94 Well, yes, it is. 00:14:33.97\00:14:35.30 I think we can go with our closing texts, 00:14:35.34\00:14:37.71 I think I'm looking at my time here. 00:14:37.74\00:14:39.61 Let's go to Exodus 20, I remember years ago, 00:14:39.64\00:14:45.65 there was a debate in Houston, Texas over 30 years ago. 00:14:45.68\00:14:49.78 And the debate was over the seventh day Sabbath 00:14:49.82\00:14:53.72 and we are not... 00:14:53.76\00:14:55.09 It was still binding on people 00:14:55.12\00:14:58.69 and went back and forth on that debate. 00:14:58.73\00:15:01.43 But sometimes if we look at the Word of God, 00:15:01.46\00:15:05.87 it tells us about the seventh day Sabbath. 00:15:05.90\00:15:08.30 Of course, the Jesus worship on, 00:15:08.34\00:15:11.37 went to church and synagogue 00:15:11.41\00:15:12.74 on the seventh day of the week. 00:15:12.77\00:15:14.84 Luke 4:16, but we look at this in a heart of Ten Commandments 00:15:14.88\00:15:19.18 God wrote with His own finger, it says in Exodus 20:8. 00:15:19.21\00:15:23.82 It's only commandment that start 00:15:23.85\00:15:26.32 with the word remember, 00:15:26.35\00:15:27.69 "Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy." 00:15:27.72\00:15:29.72 Why? 00:15:29.76\00:15:31.09 "Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work, 00:15:31.13\00:15:34.16 but the seventh day is a Sabbath 00:15:34.20\00:15:36.53 of the Lord thy God, 00:15:36.56\00:15:38.43 in it thou shalt not do any work, 00:15:38.47\00:15:40.44 thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, 00:15:40.47\00:15:42.67 nor thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, 00:15:42.70\00:15:44.87 nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger 00:15:44.91\00:15:46.64 that is within our gates," why? 00:15:46.68\00:15:48.44 "For in six days the Lord made heavens and earth, 00:15:48.48\00:15:52.28 the sea, and all that in them is, 00:15:52.31\00:15:54.32 and rested the seventh day, 00:15:54.35\00:15:57.05 wherefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day, 00:15:57.09\00:16:00.49 and hallowed it. 00:16:00.52\00:16:01.86 Wow! I think, Honey. 00:16:01.89\00:16:03.22 Okay, okay. 00:16:03.26\00:16:04.59 But us resting 00:16:04.63\00:16:06.70 and keeping holy the seventh day, 00:16:06.73\00:16:10.63 we are actually in a harmony 00:16:10.67\00:16:12.97 with how our bodies are created by God 00:16:13.00\00:16:15.80 that created Himself when He created our bodies. 00:16:15.84\00:16:19.11 So those who go against that, 00:16:19.14\00:16:21.84 it's gonna have detrimental far as our longevity is concerned. 00:16:21.88\00:16:25.51 So by resting, observing on a seventh day, 00:16:25.55\00:16:29.98 our bodies are designed to do that by God Himself. 00:16:30.02\00:16:33.96 Well, all I know that I loves the Sabbath day. 00:16:33.99\00:16:36.73 Yes. 00:16:36.76\00:16:38.09 And I'm gonna tell you why I love the Sabbath day 00:16:38.13\00:16:39.46 when we going into kitchen. 00:16:39.49\00:16:40.83 Oh, that's right. Okay. 00:16:40.86\00:16:42.20 Because in a kitchen today, 00:16:42.23\00:16:43.57 we're gonna do another one of our favorites 00:16:43.60\00:16:45.30 which is a vegetable pizza. 00:16:45.33\00:16:48.70 So, get your paper and pencil and meet us in the kitchen. 00:16:48.74\00:16:51.64
