Alzheimer's disease has reached 00:00:01.93\00:00:03.30 epidemic proportions. Drug therapy is at 00:00:03.33\00:00:05.26 best mediocre, stem cell availability is still 00:00:05.29\00:00:08.89 years away. However, God has something in 00:00:08.92\00:00:12.14 nature that will reverse Alzheimer's disease, 00:00:12.17\00:00:14.20 so our program is entitled 00:00:14.58\00:00:15.95 "Alzheimer's Disease Part 2" stay by. 00:00:16.28\00:00:18.49 Hi, welcome to Abundant Living I am glad that 00:00:45.62\00:00:47.69 you with us today our part II of our series 00:00:47.72\00:00:49.72 Alzheimer's disease and I would like to introduce 00:00:50.07\00:00:52.31 my wife Paula Eakins 00:00:52.34\00:00:54.18 wonderful wife of over 10 years. 00:00:54.61\00:00:56.82 I am, that's right. At the time it is taping on 00:00:56.85\00:00:58.65 this program maybe more after that. 00:00:58.68\00:01:00.60 You are doing now right today? 00:01:01.19\00:01:02.56 I am doing absolutely fantastic. 00:01:02.59\00:01:03.96 Okay, you are looking good too. 00:01:03.99\00:01:05.36 Thank you very much. You welcome very much. 00:01:05.39\00:01:06.76 Okay, as we get on the subject. 00:01:06.79\00:01:08.16 As we get on the subject. On the subject 00:01:08.19\00:01:09.56 of Alzheimer's, of Alzheimer's disease. 00:01:09.59\00:01:10.96 Okay, we met before and talked about this 00:01:10.99\00:01:13.35 before too, and so this time we're gonna do 00:01:13.38\00:01:16.94 just a brief summary because we have lot to 00:01:16.97\00:01:19.23 cover in this particular one of Alzheimer's, 00:01:19.26\00:01:21.32 so why don't you give our viewing audience 00:01:21.35\00:01:23.34 a little information about Alzheimer's 00:01:23.37\00:01:25.31 definitional term and the status. 00:01:25.34\00:01:27.20 Okay, just a quick review because this is 00:01:27.23\00:01:28.66 part 2 of a 2 part series, well one thousand people 00:01:28.69\00:01:31.66 are diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, 00:01:31.69\00:01:33.31 one thousand every single day, and it starts 00:01:33.34\00:01:36.96 about 65 years of age from 65 to 75 about 2%, 00:01:36.99\00:01:40.58 from 75 to 85 about 20% and over 85 years of age 00:01:41.06\00:01:45.84 it can be up to 1/2 and of course the 00:01:45.87\00:01:49.17 baby boomers are, may turn 50 every 7 seconds 00:01:49.20\00:01:53.47 so of course the parents are now in their 70's 00:01:53.50\00:01:55.53 so that's why become more epidemic and the causes 00:01:55.56\00:01:59.28 we talked about the homocysteine levels, 00:01:59.31\00:02:02.56 this is a common threat for those 00:02:03.00\00:02:04.80 who have Alzheimer's disease. 00:02:04.83\00:02:06.20 They always have, usually have a high rate of 00:02:06.23\00:02:08.94 homocysteines we talked about how one can get 00:02:08.97\00:02:11.43 high homocysteine levels in their blood stream 00:02:11.46\00:02:13.70 by eating animal products of course methionine 00:02:14.27\00:02:17.86 is an essential amino acid. Once it is eaten 00:02:17.89\00:02:21.06 it converts into homocysteines. 00:02:21.36\00:02:23.76 And homocysteine is a trademark for those 00:02:23.79\00:02:25.71 who have Alzheimer's disease and those foods 00:02:25.74\00:02:27.76 are we mentioned about the chicken and cheese, 00:02:27.79\00:02:29.49 Cheddar, not Cheddar but Parmesan cheese 00:02:31.41\00:02:33.43 and Swiss cheese are high methionine contents 00:02:33.46\00:02:37.01 in those foods. Milk has twice as much as 00:02:37.04\00:02:39.64 soy milk, so all animal products you can 00:02:39.67\00:02:42.00 have that. Plant based products have it too 00:02:42.03\00:02:44.24 but not as much as animal products. 00:02:44.27\00:02:45.66 And then we mentioned about the diagnosis 00:02:46.00\00:02:47.75 of course brain scan when the person is alive. 00:02:48.07\00:02:50.77 There are several tests a person take as well to 00:02:51.15\00:02:53.39 determine whether or not they have 00:02:53.42\00:02:54.79 Alzheimer's disease. They would normally 00:02:54.82\00:02:56.19 rule out some other problems that would mimic 00:02:56.31\00:02:58.55 those symptoms such as thyroid problems, 00:02:58.58\00:03:01.63 deficient in B12, brain tumor, depression, 00:03:01.89\00:03:06.50 and so it's about 90% probable that a person 00:03:06.82\00:03:10.01 can have Alzheimer's disease while the person 00:03:10.04\00:03:11.72 is alive but of course autopsy would be 00:03:11.75\00:03:15.22 definitive and of course as caretaker would mention 00:03:15.25\00:03:17.77 about that we also really suggest caretakers 00:03:17.80\00:03:20.97 to really join support group, the loneliness, 00:03:21.00\00:03:24.51 isolation, depression, a guilt, distress 00:03:24.54\00:03:26.84 and so caretaker there are some funds, 00:03:26.87\00:03:29.92 scholarship funds. Alzheimer's disease 00:03:29.95\00:03:32.02 associations across the nation that may be 00:03:32.05\00:03:34.22 available so people can come in for maybe 00:03:34.25\00:03:36.95 four hours with that caretaker can take care 00:03:36.98\00:03:39.37 of their personal business on a daily basis 00:03:39.40\00:03:41.27 or a weekly basis. Very good, very good, 00:03:41.30\00:03:43.19 I guess we would like to see what exactly 00:03:44.08\00:03:45.84 Alzheimer's brain looks like, of course, 00:03:45.87\00:03:48.62 people who had Alzheimer's what their 00:03:48.65\00:03:50.02 brain might be looking like. 00:03:50.05\00:03:51.42 Okay, let's before we go into our first graphic, 00:03:51.45\00:03:52.82 there are two hallmarks for those individuals 00:03:53.05\00:03:56.42 who have Alzheimer's disease two hallmarks. 00:03:56.45\00:03:59.07 This is after an autopsy now folks. 00:03:59.38\00:04:01.56 This is very important. Let's go to our first 00:04:01.59\00:04:04.36 graphic here and this hallmark here as you see 00:04:04.39\00:04:07.38 the beta-Amyloid protein. Now, this is a type of 00:04:07.41\00:04:10.93 protein, it's called diffused plaque, 00:04:10.96\00:04:12.84 but let not get confuse with the plaque that 00:04:12.87\00:04:15.45 you normally find in the coronary arteries, 00:04:15.48\00:04:17.73 so this plaque does not consist of cholesterol 00:04:18.27\00:04:21.51 and fat, but consist of a particular protein 00:04:21.54\00:04:25.15 structure and what happens is that you see 00:04:25.18\00:04:28.15 the neuron at the bottom left hand corner 00:04:28.18\00:04:30.56 of the screen there that nerve impulse sends 00:04:30.59\00:04:33.98 a message from that neuron to the neuron 00:04:34.01\00:04:37.04 at the top right hand corner, however this 00:04:37.07\00:04:40.53 beta-Amyloid protein is like a little small 00:04:40.56\00:04:44.46 hole or vacuum, thereby the nerve impulse 00:04:44.85\00:04:48.23 cannot reach to the other neuron thereby 00:04:48.26\00:04:51.37 that's why a person have short term memory 00:04:51.40\00:04:54.83 is below par so that's a small hole in the brain 00:04:54.86\00:04:58.49 and again most brains about 1,300 grams 00:04:58.52\00:05:04.39 as far as weight is concerned. 00:05:04.42\00:05:05.79 Alzheimer's brain is about 300 or less that's 00:05:05.96\00:05:09.34 about 10% so those holes will create in a 00:05:09.37\00:05:12.13 brain as a result of free radicals, 00:05:12.16\00:05:15.79 causes inflammation, causes the beta-Amyloid 00:05:16.60\00:05:19.83 plaque build up in a brain thereby those nerve 00:05:19.86\00:05:23.12 impulses cannot get through to the other 00:05:23.15\00:05:24.87 nerve that's why you have problems was short term 00:05:24.90\00:05:27.57 memory so that's very prevalent. 00:05:27.60\00:05:30.25 This was discovered by Dr. Alois Alzheimer, 00:05:30.49\00:05:34.30 back in 1906. He knows a woman who died 00:05:34.72\00:05:38.23 unusual death, a mental ill health 00:05:38.68\00:05:42.26 and so he decided to do an autopsy on her 00:05:42.29\00:05:44.57 brain in 1906 and discovered that her 00:05:44.60\00:05:47.73 brain looked like that is one of hallmarks 00:05:47.76\00:05:50.38 of Alzheimer's disease, so again free radicals 00:05:50.41\00:05:53.15 is the major culprit of that. 00:05:53.18\00:05:54.85 Now you say, free radicals, you made a comment 00:05:55.36\00:05:57.41 about the holes in the brain. 00:05:57.44\00:05:58.81 Now, I remember we've been talking before 00:05:58.84\00:06:00.72 I mean I've heard lot about this 00:06:00.75\00:06:02.12 mad cow disease. Now that also is a one way 00:06:02.15\00:06:05.21 it says, indicative that there are holes also 00:06:05.24\00:06:07.84 in the brain or brain material, 00:06:08.35\00:06:10.29 so is there any relationship between 00:06:10.69\00:06:12.43 Alzheimer's and mad cow disease? 00:06:12.75\00:06:14.76 Okay, now folks I want you to hold on to your seat, 00:06:14.79\00:06:18.04 now I don't say that too often but hold 00:06:18.07\00:06:20.19 on to your seat. Now when a cow is said 00:06:20.22\00:06:24.83 to have holes in a brain and goes mad we call 00:06:24.86\00:06:27.86 that mad cow disease. But now when a person 00:06:27.89\00:06:33.07 has those same symptoms we don't say that 00:06:33.10\00:06:35.66 we have mad cow disease because we are not cows. 00:06:35.69\00:06:37.82 It's a human variant form so we called 00:06:38.79\00:06:40.57 Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease or sometimes by the 00:06:41.73\00:06:46.09 initials CJD that a human variant form 00:06:46.12\00:06:50.94 Mad Cow disease. Now hold on to seat folks, 00:06:50.97\00:06:54.76 Creutzfeldt-Jakob comes from two individuals. 00:06:55.58\00:06:59.92 Dr. Creutzfeldt and Dr. Jakob both them were 00:07:00.24\00:07:04.73 young associates of Dr. Alzheimer's in 1906. 00:07:05.08\00:07:11.69 They too discovered holes in the brains as well, 00:07:12.16\00:07:16.12 that's why there is a close association between 00:07:16.58\00:07:18.51 mad cow and Alzheimer's. They were associates 00:07:18.87\00:07:22.35 of Dr. Alzheimer's in 1906 and this is what 00:07:22.38\00:07:25.57 they found, this is the second hallmark of 00:07:25.60\00:07:28.75 Alzheimer's disease. Let's go to our next graphic. 00:07:29.12\00:07:31.02 Let's see what we are talking about. 00:07:31.05\00:07:32.42 There is the Neuron Tangled Tau, 00:07:33.66\00:07:35.48 now this is a neuron, when I say neuron, 00:07:35.51\00:07:38.01 meaning nerve cell. Neuron, nerve cells are 00:07:38.28\00:07:41.61 interchangeable words. The top right hand corner 00:07:41.64\00:07:44.73 is a normal neuron that's the way it suppose 00:07:44.76\00:07:47.44 to look but now at the bottom middle picture 00:07:47.47\00:07:50.22 there that neuron is now tangled and therefore 00:07:50.25\00:07:53.97 its just a awful mess there that's why that neuron, 00:07:54.00\00:07:57.65 that nerve cell cannot transmit any nerve 00:07:57.68\00:08:01.62 impulses to another neuron and that's why a person 00:08:01.65\00:08:06.15 have behavioral problems, physical problems 00:08:06.18\00:08:09.35 cannot function, cannot think, have depression, 00:08:09.65\00:08:12.56 psychosis, and that's why and again this neuron 00:08:12.85\00:08:17.11 is due to as I said before a lot of the 00:08:17.14\00:08:21.06 free radicals that has been accumulated in the brain, 00:08:21.77\00:08:25.36 so again this is very prevalent as far as 00:08:25.83\00:08:28.69 our mad cow disease and Alzheimer's disease, 00:08:29.04\00:08:32.86 closely associated. Now, that's very interesting 00:08:33.24\00:08:35.96 of I guess that we're wondering as our audience 00:08:35.99\00:08:39.34 and myself what about medications as far as 00:08:39.37\00:08:41.63 is there medications that can help with this situation. 00:08:41.66\00:08:43.92 Yeah, there are two top medications that has been 00:08:43.95\00:08:46.94 approved by the Food and Drug Administration. 00:08:46.97\00:08:48.64 The number one is probably tacrine, 00:08:48.99\00:08:51.52 T- A-C-R-I-N-E that has been improved by the FDA. 00:08:51.55\00:08:55.99 The number two medication is Donepezil, 00:08:56.62\00:08:58.68 that's also been approved by the FDA 00:08:59.01\00:09:00.91 but there as I said before in a tease, 00:09:01.20\00:09:03.51 at best they're mediocre, it causes vomiting, 00:09:03.91\00:09:06.96 has side effects, nausea, and diarrhea, 00:09:07.36\00:09:10.84 that's the good news and also causes 00:09:11.63\00:09:14.24 inflammation of liver. It's so bad that one drug 00:09:14.27\00:09:17.89 company manufacture has actually stopped 00:09:17.92\00:09:20.58 marketing, tacrine as a drug for 00:09:20.83\00:09:24.53 Alzheimer's disease because it's so bad. 00:09:24.56\00:09:26.44 And so you know, like I said, before stem cell 00:09:26.98\00:09:29.80 research is still years away so really we need 00:09:29.83\00:09:32.89 something else in its place because medication 00:09:32.92\00:09:35.24 is a best mediocre as far as Alzheimer's disease 00:09:35.27\00:09:37.86 is concerned. So therefore, there is not 00:09:37.89\00:09:40.86 much hope when you look at medication in 00:09:40.89\00:09:43.89 relationship to Alzheimer's disease. 00:09:43.92\00:09:45.45 So you almost kind of like making a bad thing 00:09:45.48\00:09:47.25 worse really when you think about it, 00:09:47.28\00:09:49.05 I mean you know.. Well, it tends to enhance 00:09:49.08\00:09:52.10 somewhat the memory and behavior skills, okay, 00:09:52.13\00:09:55.82 but again you have the downside of the 00:09:55.85\00:09:57.73 side effects which all drugs held with them, 00:09:57.76\00:10:00.73 some more than others. What about herbal medicine, 00:10:00.76\00:10:03.44 okay, is there anything in herbal medicine? 00:10:03.79\00:10:05.44 Yes, there is now, this is very interesting, 00:10:05.58\00:10:07.96 this is one that's very dear to my heart 00:10:08.47\00:10:10.93 because I think what happens is that like 00:10:10.96\00:10:13.22 I said before Alzheimer's disease 00:10:13.25\00:10:14.62 is now has reached epidemic proportions. 00:10:14.65\00:10:16.61 There is something in nature that 00:10:17.24\00:10:19.80 God has provided that has been proven very 00:10:19.83\00:10:22.55 effective for the management of 00:10:22.58\00:10:25.17 Alzheimer's disease and this has been used for 00:10:25.20\00:10:30.13 years in China. This is a herb we called 00:10:30.16\00:10:33.61 a clubmoss and they have extracted this herb 00:10:33.64\00:10:36.74 and extract from this herb is call Huperzine A. 00:10:37.10\00:10:41.71 we'll spell it for you later on in the program, 00:10:41.74\00:10:43.91 Huperzine A. And Huperzine A 00:10:43.94\00:10:46.37 has been used very effectively as for as 00:10:46.40\00:10:48.23 Alzheimer's disease in improving the memory 00:10:48.26\00:10:50.53 and also protecting the Neuroma and also gives 00:10:51.21\00:10:54.53 a person more mental function as well. 00:10:54.56\00:10:57.42 Let me give you a time line as far as this 00:10:58.09\00:10:59.85 extract herb is concerned. Back in 1993 the first 00:11:00.06\00:11:05.31 landmark clinical study in China was done in 00:11:05.34\00:11:07.50 Beijing Institute of Mental Health 00:11:07.53\00:11:09.54 and they looked at several individuals, 00:11:10.42\00:11:12.39 a hundreds individual who had Alzheimer's disease 00:11:12.42\00:11:14.47 and they gave these individuals the 00:11:15.02\00:11:18.60 Huperzine A in this clinical trial here, 00:11:18.63\00:11:22.18 and it was actually published in a remarkable 00:11:22.52\00:11:25.30 landmark clinical journal there in Chinese. 00:11:25.63\00:11:28.84 Let's go look at this clinical study and see 00:11:28.87\00:11:31.52 the results of the Huperzine A 00:11:31.55\00:11:33.14 in relationship to Alzheimer's disease. 00:11:33.17\00:11:34.90 Here is a double-blind study; after 4 weeks 00:11:35.27\00:11:38.02 treatment of Huperzine A, over 70% had improvement 00:11:38.05\00:11:42.82 as measured by "MQ" that means memory quotation 00:11:42.85\00:11:46.14 and cognition tests, 70% this is remarkable, 00:11:46.17\00:11:50.95 and so this was done at the Beijing Institute 00:11:51.32\00:11:54.04 of Mental Health and it was also published 00:11:54.07\00:11:56.57 in a major medical journal as well emphasizing 00:11:56.60\00:11:59.44 that particularly clinical study. 00:11:59.47\00:12:00.84 That's in back 1993, 1994. Well, at 1996 because 00:12:00.87\00:12:05.35 Huperzine A is a Chinese herb and all the clinical 00:12:05.68\00:12:09.44 studies being done in Chinese over a 100,000 00:12:09.47\00:12:13.04 Chinese in Medical Journals in China. 00:12:13.07\00:12:16.19 It takes a while for that information to get over 00:12:16.53\00:12:18.95 here to United States but guess what, 00:12:18.98\00:12:21.08 it's here now, amen, back in 1908, that's an amen. 00:12:21.56\00:12:25.61 We need that. Yeah, we need that, 00:12:25.64\00:12:27.02 now back in 1996, a Professor by Kozikowski 00:12:27.05\00:12:32.49 he was a Professor and still Professor at 00:12:33.02\00:12:35.12 the Georgetown University of Cognition. 00:12:35.15\00:12:37.60 He standardize the Huperzine A for further 00:12:37.99\00:12:41.50 clinical studies in this country and so also 00:12:41.53\00:12:45.34 this is so remarkable that those individuals 00:12:45.66\00:12:48.12 who did a clinical study in that was even published 00:12:48.15\00:12:51.68 in a Peer Review Medical Journal in this country. 00:12:51.98\00:12:55.26 Now medical journals do not normally publish 00:12:55.29\00:12:58.93 herbal medicine if they do usually it's not 00:12:59.35\00:13:02.96 always positive but this Peer Review 00:13:02.99\00:13:05.98 Medical Journal called it the journal of the 00:13:06.30\00:13:08.24 American Medical Association. 00:13:08.27\00:13:10.27 In 1997 of March, says that this Huperzine A 00:13:11.25\00:13:15.98 can be even more effective than the Food 00:13:16.25\00:13:19.24 and Drug Administration approved drug for this 00:13:19.27\00:13:22.29 disease which is Tacrine and Donepezil, 00:13:22.32\00:13:24.81 that is very and highly unusual for a 00:13:25.04\00:13:27.98 Medical Journal to say that about an herb, 00:13:28.01\00:13:30.70 a Chinese herb in it's relationship and being 00:13:30.73\00:13:34.44 better then a Food and Drug Administrations 00:13:34.47\00:13:36.02 drug approve for this disease, 00:13:36.35\00:13:37.86 and they've mentioned in their articles so that's 00:13:38.25\00:13:40.95 very profound. I just talked to before we came up 00:13:40.98\00:13:44.54 here to the major researcher in 00:13:44.57\00:13:48.56 Washington DC. Right now this year, 00:13:48.59\00:13:51.50 this in 2004, I'll go ahead and state that, 00:13:51.53\00:13:55.04 right now 23 universities across this country 00:13:55.07\00:13:59.78 here in United States are now beginning to go 00:13:59.81\00:14:03.53 through clinical trails with this Huperzine A 00:14:03.56\00:14:06.60 in Alzheimer's disease, phase I, phase II 00:14:06.86\00:14:11.63 and phase III. Phase I, usually about 20 people 00:14:11.66\00:14:15.17 involved in phase I, they deal with that and 00:14:15.20\00:14:18.56 also the side effects in adults, that's phase I, 00:14:18.59\00:14:20.99 then next we go to phase II which 00:14:21.30\00:14:23.15 encompasses about a 100 to 300 people 00:14:23.18\00:14:26.73 that's in phase II, still monitored the 00:14:26.76\00:14:28.96 side effects and then phase III the last type 00:14:28.99\00:14:32.35 of phase in clinical trail which is over 00:14:32.38\00:14:35.10 1000 individuals, I just talked to her, 00:14:35.13\00:14:37.98 Sally Walsh, there in Georgetown University, 00:14:38.01\00:14:39.86 she said that Huperzine A has already passed 00:14:39.89\00:14:43.26 phase I with flying colors in this country, 00:14:43.29\00:14:46.91 phase II is going on the way as I speak right now. 00:14:47.53\00:14:50.81 There is other almost a dozen or two dozen 00:14:51.13\00:14:54.37 clinical studies going around throughout this 00:14:54.67\00:14:56.41 country emphasizing Huperzine A 00:14:56.44\00:14:59.19 and the benefits of improvement 00:14:59.52\00:15:02.68 Alzheimer's disease as far as short term memory, 00:15:02.97\00:15:05.40 behavior and learning skills as well so you see 00:15:05.60\00:15:09.68 and hear more about Huperzine A further on as 00:15:09.71\00:15:13.25 this topic is be more promoted in the near future. 00:15:13.28\00:15:17.87 That's, that's very, very good and that means 00:15:17.90\00:15:19.37 there is some hope once again. 00:15:19.40\00:15:20.79 Yeah, there is some hope, there is some hope, 00:15:20.82\00:15:22.40 and let's go to our last graphic and let's see 00:15:22.76\00:15:25.03 how it works the Huperzine A, 00:15:25.06\00:15:26.60 this is very more remarkable. Number 1, 00:15:26.63\00:15:29.02 Huperzine A, it protects the brain neurons 00:15:29.49\00:15:32.99 or nerve cell, remember tangled tau we saw 00:15:33.02\00:15:35.79 as our tangled, where Huperzine A goes in 00:15:35.82\00:15:37.89 and protects the nerve cell, the neuron 00:15:38.22\00:15:41.27 so it stays intact. Number 2, it promotes 00:15:41.30\00:15:44.72 neuronal growth, what, that means that one neuron 00:15:44.75\00:15:48.39 sends a nerve impulse to next neuron. 00:15:48.85\00:15:51.23 In Alzheimer's disease patients the impulse 00:15:51.67\00:15:54.46 is short. It doesn't reach to next neuron. 00:15:54.49\00:15:56.64 Huperzine A extends that impulse to the next 00:15:56.97\00:16:00.35 neuron thereby is more efficacious and 00:16:00.38\00:16:03.17 at number 3, it increase acetylcholine. 00:16:03.20\00:16:05.78 Acetylcholine is a thing that once it's increase 00:16:05.81\00:16:08.79 it also increase the function of brain, 00:16:08.82\00:16:11.24 mental activity, so you can see that's why 00:16:11.52\00:16:14.46 Huperzine A is at the fore front now you know 00:16:14.49\00:16:17.86 it was ginkgo biloba that's still good but 00:16:17.89\00:16:21.30 ginkgo biloba doesn't come close to Huperzine A 00:16:21.33\00:16:24.73 as far as Alzheimer's disease in reversing 00:16:24.76\00:16:27.42 the process. Huperzine A is that gonna be, 00:16:27.45\00:16:30.72 is it out now, I mean its studies and tests 00:16:31.92\00:16:34.20 are being done. So I mean like before you would go 00:16:34.23\00:16:37.16 and purchase certain types of herbs. 00:16:37.19\00:16:38.60 Can you purchase you know, should a person 00:16:38.63\00:16:40.62 get it now and. Okay. Let me, good question, 00:16:40.71\00:16:43.09 yeah, the dosage, number 1, based on 00:16:43.12\00:16:45.30 clinical studies. There has being several clinical 00:16:45.33\00:16:47.65 studies you just go to clinicaltrials.gov 00:16:47.68\00:16:50.89 type in Huperzine A, Alzheimer's you see 00:16:51.22\00:16:55.07 a whole list of at the timeless tapping, 00:16:55.10\00:16:57.21 23 clinical studies being done in this country. 00:16:57.47\00:17:00.69 You can even be involved in these clinical 00:17:01.00\00:17:02.85 studies by the way but let me go back 00:17:02.88\00:17:04.83 and say that based on these clinical studies 00:17:04.86\00:17:06.55 100 micro grams per day has being very 00:17:06.58\00:17:10.67 effective for reverse or improving the 00:17:10.70\00:17:13.71 Alzheimer's disease symptoms and folks 00:17:14.01\00:17:16.89 you can get it at the regular health food store 00:17:16.92\00:17:19.20 and is less than $20 a month. 00:17:20.50\00:17:24.99 Most health food stores will have that Huperzine A, 00:17:26.40\00:17:28.77 alright, it's extract from the clubmoss. 00:17:28.80\00:17:31.19 Well, you don't want to clear up because the 00:17:31.51\00:17:33.02 reason I don't want to clear it up for 00:17:33.05\00:17:34.42 two reasons. Number 1 is that a lot of times 00:17:34.45\00:17:36.83 when people watch this program 00:17:36.86\00:17:38.23 and here us say things, they say you know 00:17:38.40\00:17:41.01 I think I got Alzheimer's or something that 00:17:41.04\00:17:42.79 so be us go ahead... I can't find my car keys, 00:17:42.82\00:17:44.61 it does not... you want to go 00:17:44.64\00:17:46.09 and see a physician, that's true and you want 00:17:46.12\00:17:47.88 to make sure that it is diagnosed, right. 00:17:47.91\00:17:49.76 You want to get the brain scan 00:17:49.79\00:17:51.69 that was more definitive other than you know 00:17:52.56\00:17:55.97 of course the autopsy and also have some tests 00:17:56.00\00:17:58.76 and rule out some other things to be, 00:17:58.79\00:18:00.16 they want to be properly diagnosed. 00:18:00.19\00:18:01.56 That's the bottom-line and the bottom-line is that, 00:18:01.59\00:18:02.96 lets get the word out. Now the thing is also 00:18:02.99\00:18:05.19 we talked before about the plant based diet, 00:18:05.54\00:18:07.47 the diet of the creator God, our creator God 00:18:07.50\00:18:09.95 has given us. Nuts, grains and seeds shall be 00:18:09.98\00:18:12.03 your meat, eating good foods and good vegetables 00:18:12.06\00:18:14.74 and whole grains and staying away from, 00:18:14.77\00:18:17.11 member staying away from the dairy kingdom. 00:18:17.14\00:18:19.55 Okay, the milk, the meat, the cheese not the eggs 00:18:19.58\00:18:21.87 on that stuff and so once again we want to 00:18:21.90\00:18:24.45 go into the kitchen and you know you trying 00:18:24.48\00:18:26.07 to figure are we gonna cook? 00:18:26.10\00:18:27.47 The answer is yes. Alright. We're gonna fix 00:18:27.50\00:18:28.87 an enchilada casserole so you want to get 00:18:28.90\00:18:31.30 your paper and pencil, and stay by. 00:18:31.34\00:18:33.46
