So then, my question is. 00:02:11.15\00:02:14.02 Is it about migraines? 00:02:14.05\00:02:16.54 Well, that's it. Migraines. 00:02:16.57\00:02:19.71 We can't hold out too long, yes. 00:02:19.74\00:02:22.03 But what about migraines? 00:02:22.06\00:02:23.19 Well, I guess the question is. 00:02:23.22\00:02:24.35 We know, because a lot of people 00:02:24.38\00:02:25.80 will have headaches and I guess a migraine 00:02:25.83\00:02:28.73 is totally different from just a normal headache. 00:02:28.76\00:02:31.54 Okay, 'cause I do remember those back in the day. 00:02:31.57\00:02:33.94 Okay, now, for those who are not 00:02:33.97\00:02:36.50 may be familiar with that type of language. 00:02:36.53\00:02:38.55 Back in the day means sometime ago. 00:02:38.58\00:02:40.72 That's right. Okay. 00:02:40.75\00:02:42.32 It's okay, You've migraine, 00:02:42.35\00:02:43.46 we gonna talk about that as well. 00:02:43.49\00:02:44.59 So we are talking about migraine, 00:02:44.62\00:02:47.20 a migraine headache, all right. 00:02:47.23\00:02:48.65 Let's go to screen. 00:02:48.68\00:02:49.72 Let's talk about that and we gonna look 00:02:49.75\00:02:51.68 go little bit about anatomy and physiology. 00:02:51.71\00:02:53.72 So let's go to screen at this time. 00:02:53.75\00:02:55.08 Let's look at the migraine, all right. 00:02:55.11\00:02:56.53 Okay. 00:02:56.56\00:02:57.60 There are some characteristics of a migraine. 00:02:57.63\00:02:58.92 Number one. 00:02:58.95\00:03:00.57 Migraine is number one 00:03:00.60\00:03:01.80 is usually on one side of the head, 00:03:01.83\00:03:04.00 either left or to right. 00:03:04.03\00:03:05.99 Number two. 00:03:06.02\00:03:07.05 Another characteristic is that a migraine 00:03:07.08\00:03:10.58 has pulsating action in the brain. 00:03:10.61\00:03:13.29 You know, dilate, constrict, dilate, constrict, 00:03:13.32\00:03:17.55 the pulsating action in the brain 00:03:17.58\00:03:19.67 with the blood vessels. 00:03:19.70\00:03:20.99 And then number three, 00:03:21.02\00:03:22.63 that causes pain, excruciating pain. 00:03:22.66\00:03:26.61 So those are really the three characteristics of a migraine. 00:03:26.64\00:03:30.77 Most differ from let say, a tension headache. 00:03:30.80\00:03:33.81 Which is in the back of the head 00:03:33.84\00:03:36.19 or a cluster headache 00:03:36.22\00:03:37.49 which may be around the eyeball, 00:03:37.52\00:03:39.93 but a migraine is one side of the head itself. 00:03:39.96\00:03:43.10 So those are your characteristics of a migraine. 00:03:43.13\00:03:46.11 So that will be how you actually 00:03:46.14\00:03:47.27 be able to diagnose it or I mean... 00:03:47.30\00:03:48.85 Well. 00:03:48.88\00:03:49.94 If I'm experiencing that, 00:03:49.97\00:03:51.38 that could be what I'm going through. 00:03:51.41\00:03:53.60 Well, yeah, now there's one way of diagnosing now. 00:03:53.63\00:03:55.96 Again, migraines headaches, now of course, 00:03:55.99\00:03:57.91 there's about may be 30 million people out there. 00:03:57.94\00:04:00.80 I mean, a lot of people are experiencing migraines. 00:04:00.83\00:04:05.04 More women than men 00:04:05.07\00:04:07.96 and so, you know, it's about may be I think it's 6 to 1, 00:04:07.99\00:04:12.48 something like that, the ratio, you know. 00:04:12.51\00:04:13.90 Okay. 00:04:13.93\00:04:14.97 A lot of hormone issues done with that as well. 00:04:15.00\00:04:17.75 There is one way to diagnose a migraine 00:04:17.78\00:04:21.67 because sometimes they're misdiagnosed. 00:04:21.70\00:04:24.40 It's called the International 00:04:24.43\00:04:26.06 Classification Headache Disorder. 00:04:26.09\00:04:29.34 Now, the best way 00:04:29.37\00:04:30.49 to determine a migraine headache 00:04:30.52\00:04:32.11 because sometimes people misdiagnose, 00:04:32.14\00:04:35.44 be a fibromyalgia or you know, all kind of disorders. 00:04:35.47\00:04:41.24 The acronym is 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. 00:04:41.27\00:04:48.41 That's counting backwards. 00:04:48.44\00:04:50.12 That's really good, that is excellent. 00:04:50.15\00:04:52.18 How did you discover that? 00:04:52.21\00:04:53.85 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. 00:04:53.88\00:04:55.11 Now, the classification of a migraine 00:04:55.14\00:04:58.18 based on International Classification 00:04:58.21\00:04:59.64 of Headache Disorder. 00:04:59.67\00:05:01.58 Five, a person had to have five migraine headaches. 00:05:01.61\00:05:07.07 Four, lay for at least four hours. 00:05:07.10\00:05:13.10 Three, can last up to three days. 00:05:13.13\00:05:18.61 Two, have at least two of those characteristics 00:05:18.64\00:05:22.64 I just mentioned, either one side of the head, 00:05:22.67\00:05:26.61 pain or pulsating. 00:05:26.64\00:05:29.76 And one have either nausea 00:05:29.79\00:05:33.40 and or vomiting or sensitivity to light and sound. 00:05:33.43\00:05:39.88 That's your 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. 00:05:39.91\00:05:45.90 I'll actually do that again. 00:05:45.93\00:05:47.03 Oh, oh, not. 00:05:47.06\00:05:48.11 Okay, so that's the one way to diagnose a migraine, 00:05:48.14\00:05:52.42 a true migraine headache, the diagnoses. 00:05:52.45\00:05:56.69 Okay, so what would then be, 00:05:56.72\00:05:59.64 Curtis, somebody's gonna ask this question. 00:05:59.67\00:06:01.64 What would be the triggers 00:06:01.67\00:06:02.87 that would actually cause a migraine headache? 00:06:02.90\00:06:06.27 Okay, there are lot of triggers, 00:06:06.30\00:06:08.35 and before we go to the screen, 00:06:08.38\00:06:09.82 let me just say this that 00:06:09.85\00:06:12.20 a lot of the migraines are inherited, all right. 00:06:12.23\00:06:15.29 That's why sometimes the doctor may ask 00:06:15.32\00:06:17.40 for a family history, a history physical. 00:06:17.43\00:06:21.26 If there are people in the family 00:06:21.29\00:06:22.90 that has had migraines in the past, 00:06:22.93\00:06:25.49 normally that person is gonna have mig-- 00:06:25.52\00:06:27.41 Well, it's gonna be a likelihood 00:06:27.44\00:06:28.73 that person may experience migraines as well. 00:06:28.76\00:06:31.37 So family history is one thing inherited 00:06:31.40\00:06:33.94 where, you know, you just 00:06:33.97\00:06:35.80 that genetic makeup of a migraine. 00:06:35.83\00:06:39.02 But let's go to the screen 00:06:39.05\00:06:40.11 because there are some triggers to migraines 00:06:40.14\00:06:43.00 that we need to be mindful about. 00:06:43.03\00:06:45.20 Hopefully we can avoid some of these triggers. 00:06:45.23\00:06:46.87 Let's go to the screen at this time. 00:06:46.90\00:06:49.00 Well, number one. 00:06:49.03\00:06:50.20 Now, this is based on one particular survey. 00:06:50.23\00:06:53.15 There's lot of surveys out there 00:06:53.18\00:06:54.27 but I just chose this one and most surveys 00:06:54.30\00:06:56.63 used to have the same ones, weather. 00:06:56.66\00:06:59.53 78% this are triggers of the migraine. 00:06:59.56\00:07:02.50 Now, when I say weather, 00:07:02.53\00:07:03.58 I mean high or low temperature with humidity. 00:07:03.61\00:07:09.85 All right, so therefore 00:07:09.88\00:07:11.24 if there's a high or low temperature with humidity, 00:07:11.27\00:07:14.97 normally that would trigger a migraine headache. 00:07:15.00\00:07:17.79 Let's go to number two, stress. 00:07:17.82\00:07:20.42 Stress in itself can trigger a migraine. 00:07:20.45\00:07:23.73 You know, people working round the clock 00:07:23.76\00:07:26.89 don't have time to rest. 00:07:26.92\00:07:29.12 You know, they're too busy, 00:07:29.15\00:07:30.52 may have too much on a plate. 00:07:30.55\00:07:32.32 So stress, stress the word. 00:07:32.35\00:07:34.40 Number three, 68%. Lack of sleep. 00:07:34.43\00:07:39.04 When we have a lack of sleep, 00:07:39.07\00:07:41.29 it triggers a key protein that would trigger a migraine. 00:07:41.32\00:07:46.69 And when I say a lack of sleep, 00:07:46.72\00:07:48.76 they're talking about 6 hours or less 00:07:48.79\00:07:52.65 can trigger a key protein 00:07:52.68\00:07:54.46 that can lead to migraines, all right. 00:07:54.49\00:07:57.47 And then the last one is our food and drink. 00:07:57.50\00:08:01.78 Food dealing with tyramines which we get from wine 00:08:01.81\00:08:07.93 and our aged food such as cheese, 00:08:07.96\00:08:10.37 avoid these tyramines. 00:08:10.40\00:08:11.93 And then you have the nitrates, 00:08:11.96\00:08:14.03 the luncheon meats of baloney, hot dogs etcetera. 00:08:14.06\00:08:18.00 And then you have the drinks, caffeine, 00:08:18.03\00:08:23.80 that can trigger a migraine as well. 00:08:23.83\00:08:26.34 MSG, monosodium glutamate, that can trigger a migraine. 00:08:26.37\00:08:31.12 And another one, I'm gonna hurt 00:08:31.15\00:08:32.23 someone's feeling with this one, 00:08:32.26\00:08:33.62 I got to say it. 00:08:33.65\00:08:34.98 Go ahead. 00:08:35.01\00:08:36.05 Chocolate. 00:08:36.08\00:08:37.66 You hurt somebody, I can feel that. 00:08:37.69\00:08:39.66 You can feel someone's feeling being hurt on the last one. 00:08:39.69\00:08:42.06 Yeah, yeah, yeah. 00:08:42.09\00:08:43.12 But normally those are the top five or six scene 00:08:43.15\00:08:46.72 that would trigger a migraine. 00:08:46.75\00:08:47.82 Sometimes, just a smell of someone's perfume 00:08:47.85\00:08:51.32 or smell of a egg or something, 00:08:51.35\00:08:53.30 but usually the weather, 00:08:53.33\00:08:55.08 the food, the drink, stress, lack of sleep, 00:08:55.11\00:08:59.56 those are your main triggers to a migraine headache. 00:08:59.59\00:09:04.05 Well, I saw in a chart also that when you did that, 00:09:04.08\00:09:06.28 I saw the word menstrual. 00:09:06.31\00:09:07.96 Out at the very bottom one. 00:09:07.99\00:09:09.39 Yeah, it was another chart. 00:09:09.42\00:09:10.94 Menstrual was there at the bottom of it. 00:09:10.97\00:09:12.00 And that's why almost 5 to 1 women over men 00:09:12.03\00:09:17.37 will have migraine because of menstrual. 00:09:17.40\00:09:19.15 Now, we gonna have a program 00:09:19.18\00:09:20.24 on premenstrual syndrome, 00:09:20.27\00:09:22.34 I think in the coming weeks as well, 00:09:22.37\00:09:23.95 so we get more into that as well, 00:09:23.98\00:09:25.21 but menstrual is also the last one of that group, yes. 00:09:25.24\00:09:29.47 Okay, what kind-- like the danger 00:09:29.50\00:09:32.26 if someone's having this migraine headaches 00:09:32.29\00:09:34.24 and it's a constant thing, what kind of danger are there, 00:09:34.27\00:09:37.80 are they setting themselves up for. 00:09:37.83\00:09:39.56 Okay, If those who have a migraine 00:09:39.59\00:09:42.04 of course based on a classification 00:09:42.07\00:09:43.79 the 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. 00:09:43.82\00:09:45.64 We have a migraine at least five 00:09:45.67\00:09:48.47 and then last for 4 hours can up to 3 days 00:09:48.50\00:09:54.90 and then also have two of those symptoms 00:09:54.93\00:09:58.44 either pulsating pain on one side of the head, 00:09:58.47\00:10:01.43 nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light or sound. 00:10:01.46\00:10:06.34 If that is prolonged, 00:10:06.37\00:10:08.54 I mean prolonged not the migraine itself 00:10:08.57\00:10:11.25 but you have them on a consistent basis, 00:10:11.28\00:10:14.60 you know, over a period of years. 00:10:14.63\00:10:17.29 They have found that 00:10:17.32\00:10:18.72 there is white matter or brains lesions 00:10:18.75\00:10:21.97 that appear in the brain based on MRI. 00:10:22.00\00:10:24.84 All right, brain lesions in the brain 00:10:24.87\00:10:27.51 that can lead to dementia. 00:10:27.54\00:10:31.25 So if migraines are consistent with someone, 00:10:31.28\00:10:34.82 we have them over and over again, 00:10:34.85\00:10:37.99 and therefore you have the white lesions in a brain 00:10:38.02\00:10:41.37 can lead to dementia and forgetfulness. 00:10:41.40\00:10:43.83 We're talking migraine headaches 00:10:43.86\00:10:46.11 if they are not kept under control 00:10:46.14\00:10:48.92 or really they're just constantly 00:10:48.95\00:10:51.79 is throughout the week 00:10:51.82\00:10:52.85 or throughout the coming months. 00:10:52.88\00:10:54.47 So that's why it's very important to abort a migraine. 00:10:54.50\00:10:59.60 We'll give you some information 00:10:59.63\00:11:00.66 before we leave into the kitchen, 00:11:00.69\00:11:03.11 how we can actually reduce the risk of migraines 00:11:03.14\00:11:06.43 from happening as well. 00:11:06.46\00:11:08.08 Now, that's the good news, that's the good news. 00:11:08.11\00:11:11.71 Good? Okay. Yes. 00:11:11.74\00:11:13.31 The bad news is that, 00:11:13.34\00:11:15.48 sometimes people will have a migraine, 00:11:15.51\00:11:19.65 but there was a physician name Dr. Tarod back in 1950s. 00:11:19.68\00:11:24.74 And people were coming to him saying 00:11:24.77\00:11:26.42 they have a migraine headache or headaches, 00:11:26.45\00:11:28.91 and what they were describing to him 00:11:28.94\00:11:31.02 was I have the wavy lines, 00:11:31.05\00:11:35.78 a distortion of patterns or visual distortions 00:11:35.81\00:11:40.04 and of flashing lights 00:11:40.07\00:11:43.06 and sounds and this and that 00:11:43.09\00:11:45.57 and when he heard people saying that to him often enough, 00:11:45.60\00:11:49.92 he realized wait a minute, that's the same symptoms 00:11:49.95\00:11:53.44 of the main character in Alice in Wonderland. 00:11:53.47\00:11:59.32 Those same characteristics. 00:11:59.35\00:12:01.36 Hence, Alice in Wonderland 00:12:01.39\00:12:03.61 is the aura of those who have migraines 00:12:03.64\00:12:07.43 which just comes just before migraine. 00:12:07.46\00:12:09.87 We had the flashing lights, the wavy lines, 00:12:09.90\00:12:13.35 distortion, visual perception 00:12:13.38\00:12:15.55 and you know, disoriented 00:12:15.58\00:12:17.36 and that kind of thing, 00:12:17.39\00:12:18.97 that's the Alice in Wonderland syndrome. 00:12:19.00\00:12:22.75 So those people who have that with a migraine 00:12:22.78\00:12:26.61 which is almost by 20%. 00:12:26.64\00:12:28.99 There's something else that's added 00:12:29.02\00:12:31.13 to what we just mentioned about dementia. 00:12:31.16\00:12:33.04 Let's go to screen at this time. 00:12:33.07\00:12:34.57 This is gonna be eye-opener. 00:12:34.60\00:12:36.50 It states here, 00:12:36.53\00:12:37.61 The Aura Impact or the Alice in Wonderland. 00:12:37.64\00:12:39.73 Here it is, folks. 00:12:39.76\00:12:41.15 "After high blood pressure, migraine with aura 00:12:41.18\00:12:47.56 was the second strongest single contributor 00:12:47.59\00:12:52.04 to heart attacks and strokes." 00:12:52.07\00:12:56.41 So in addition to high blood pressure, 00:12:56.44\00:13:00.67 what's next as far as a contributor 00:13:00.70\00:13:03.30 to heart attacks and strokes is migraine with this 00:13:03.33\00:13:06.85 Alice in Wonderland syndrome or this aura. 00:13:06.88\00:13:10.31 So those who have a migraine with this aura, 00:13:10.34\00:13:12.61 and that's about 20%. 00:13:12.64\00:13:14.31 They're next to high blood pressure. 00:13:14.34\00:13:17.34 This is next strong contributor 00:13:17.37\00:13:19.33 to those who gonna have the heart attack or a stroke. 00:13:19.36\00:13:23.98 That's why this is very important 00:13:24.01\00:13:26.34 for a migraine headache particularly 00:13:26.37\00:13:28.83 with the aura effect that can lead 00:13:28.86\00:13:31.66 to heart attacks and strokes. 00:13:31.69\00:13:33.50 So that means that someone is actually experiencing this, 00:13:33.53\00:13:36.44 needs to go and see a doctor. 00:13:36.47\00:13:38.71 They need to go and check on this. 00:13:38.74\00:13:39.85 Not just try to baby eared or fix it 00:13:39.88\00:13:42.94 or let think it's gonna go away. 00:13:42.97\00:13:44.02 Right. 00:13:44.05\00:13:45.08 All right, I know we gonna talk about the other part of it 00:13:45.11\00:13:47.25 when we do around PMS about 00:13:47.28\00:13:48.98 the experience of migraine headaches 00:13:49.01\00:13:50.41 but, okay, so now what is the drug treatment 00:13:50.44\00:13:53.23 for this, for migraines? 00:13:53.26\00:13:54.98 A lot of people take a lot of medications 00:13:55.01\00:13:56.58 for migraine headaches and a lot of drugs out there 00:13:56.61\00:13:58.68 that they will use, they use the beta blockers, 00:13:58.71\00:14:02.54 the calcium channel blockers, 00:14:02.57\00:14:04.12 those are two medications for high blood pressure. 00:14:04.15\00:14:07.91 They use antiepileptic drug, they use antidepressant drugs, 00:14:07.94\00:14:14.39 but now all of those drugs 00:14:14.42\00:14:15.64 have their bell for side effects 00:14:15.67\00:14:17.66 where you have congestive heart failure, liver damage, 00:14:17.69\00:14:24.36 high blood pressure and glaucoma. 00:14:24.39\00:14:29.02 Using those drugs to treat migraine headaches. 00:14:29.05\00:14:34.34 So therefore, you know, 00:14:34.37\00:14:36.33 there have to be something better than those drug 00:14:36.36\00:14:39.24 because people having these migraines consistently 00:14:39.27\00:14:42.69 and particularly with this aura effect 00:14:42.72\00:14:45.34 or the Alice in Wonderland syndrome. 00:14:45.37\00:14:48.17 Okay, now, you're already feeling bad. 00:14:48.20\00:14:51.20 You're already feeling bad. 00:14:51.23\00:14:52.40 Okay, you're already having problem with the migraines 00:14:52.43\00:14:54.80 and this been going on for several days, 00:14:54.83\00:14:56.37 then you decided to take the medication. 00:14:56.40\00:14:59.06 Which can cause congestive heart failure, 00:14:59.09\00:15:01.62 glaucoma, you know, liver damage, 00:15:01.65\00:15:06.41 you see irregular heart beat or racing heart, 00:15:06.44\00:15:08.52 I mean it has a lot of side effects 00:15:08.55\00:15:10.46 with those drugs a lot of people take. 00:15:10.49\00:15:12.30 I can hear them hollering now saying and telling 00:15:12.33\00:15:14.02 what is natural out there. 00:15:14.05\00:15:15.08 What is natural? 00:15:15.11\00:15:16.15 What can I do if I don't want to take the drugs? 00:15:16.18\00:15:18.47 Okay, there are several things people can do. 00:15:18.50\00:15:21.23 Number one, magnesium. 00:15:21.26\00:15:23.47 Magnesium is used for the health condition 00:15:23.50\00:15:26.33 of the central nervous system in the brain and spinal cord. 00:15:26.36\00:15:29.44 Magnesium had been used very efficaciously 00:15:29.47\00:15:33.09 as far as reducing risk of migraines. 00:15:33.12\00:15:37.06 Looking at about 600 milligrams a day, 00:15:37.09\00:15:39.55 magnesium, that's number one. 00:15:39.58\00:15:41.69 Number two, essential oils. 00:15:41.72\00:15:45.36 We're talking about lavender, peppermint, calendula, 00:15:45.39\00:15:50.70 and there's another one too wintergreen, 00:15:50.73\00:15:53.47 all these are essential oils. 00:15:53.50\00:15:54.87 Now, just follow directions, 00:15:54.90\00:15:56.11 dilute it and follow directions 00:15:56.14\00:15:58.00 and you can put the oils on the back of your neck, 00:15:58.03\00:16:01.52 your temple or your forehead 00:16:01.55\00:16:04.72 or you can simply inhale the oils themselves, 00:16:04.75\00:16:09.79 that can also work good 00:16:09.82\00:16:11.45 with aborting a migraine as well. 00:16:11.48\00:16:14.55 I know that you're asking a question, 00:16:14.58\00:16:16.15 what about herbal medicine so. 00:16:16.18\00:16:17.73 What about herbal medicine? 00:16:17.76\00:16:19.91 Well, now when it comes to herbal medicine. 00:16:19.94\00:16:22.11 Now, those who know about herbal medicine and migraines. 00:16:22.14\00:16:25.95 The number one herb that 00:16:25.98\00:16:27.11 probably comes to most people mind 00:16:27.14\00:16:28.85 if you know about herbal medicine migraines is Feverfew. 00:16:28.88\00:16:32.90 And we did this program may be 8, 9 years ago. 00:16:32.93\00:16:35.88 At that time we mentioned Feverfew. 00:16:35.91\00:16:38.21 There's a new kid on the block 00:16:38.24\00:16:39.45 that works better than Feverfew, 00:16:39.48\00:16:42.72 it's called, let's go to the screen. 00:16:42.75\00:16:46.79 Butterbur, that's one word. 00:16:46.82\00:16:48.29 I'm not making this up, Butterbur. 00:16:48.32\00:16:50.85 It's from American Academy of Neurology. 00:16:50.88\00:16:52.94 This is what it says. 00:16:52.97\00:16:54.40 "... is effective for migraine prevention 00:16:54.43\00:16:58.17 and to reduce the frequency 00:16:58.20\00:17:01.73 and severity of migraine attacks." 00:17:01.76\00:17:06.61 Butterbur, and I always put in parenthesis 00:17:06.64\00:17:09.82 the scientific or the botanical name as well, 00:17:09.85\00:17:12.27 because sometimes you go to the health food store, 00:17:12.30\00:17:15.26 you see the scientific or the botanical name 00:17:15.29\00:17:17.93 but not the common name, 00:17:17.96\00:17:19.01 so that's why I always put the herb Butterbur 00:17:19.04\00:17:21.79 and then parenthesis, the botanical name as well. 00:17:21.82\00:17:24.77 Now, let me say this before we're going to the kitchen. 00:17:24.80\00:17:28.62 Any drug, herbal products, 00:17:28.65\00:17:31.12 supplement etcetera determines 00:17:31.15\00:17:34.15 its efficacy is paced in different levels. 00:17:34.18\00:17:38.02 For instance if something is not efficacious, 00:17:38.05\00:17:41.20 doesn't really work, it's like level D. 00:17:41.23\00:17:44.73 Something that work sometimes is level C. 00:17:44.76\00:17:48.34 Something that works most times is level B. 00:17:48.37\00:17:52.20 Something that works all the time is level A. 00:17:52.23\00:17:56.56 Guess what? 00:17:56.59\00:17:57.92 Feverfew is level B. Butterbur is level A. 00:17:57.95\00:18:03.68 So this is a level A product 00:18:03.71\00:18:08.33 for this particular situation, Butterbur, 00:18:08.36\00:18:10.92 you'll get it in any health food store 00:18:10.95\00:18:12.61 and just go based on its doses on a container. 00:18:12.64\00:18:16.50 Well, you know, I was thinking 00:18:16.53\00:18:19.09 when you said the Butterbur. 00:18:19.12\00:18:20.75 Butterbur. 00:18:20.78\00:18:22.30 You've some butter in the recipe. 00:18:22.33\00:18:26.68 No, but you know it's time for us to go in the kitchen, 00:18:26.71\00:18:28.89 and so we're gonna go in the kitchen 00:18:28.92\00:18:30.38 and we're actually gonna do a thyme 00:18:30.41\00:18:33.37 and chili cornbread muffins, 00:18:33.40\00:18:35.66 and so you want to get your paper and pencil 00:18:35.69\00:18:37.47 and meet us in the kitchen. 00:18:37.50\00:18:39.53
