Sometime ago the Hill's Brothers visited 00:00:01.98\00:00:04.01 Maxwell's house for a cup of Coffee. 00:00:04.04\00:00:06.94 And they both agreed this is good to the last drop, 00:00:07.74\00:00:11.31 well how good is it. Well our program is entitled 00:00:11.98\00:00:14.02 coffee, the inside scoop, we'll be right back. 00:00:14.05\00:00:18.32 Hi, welcome to Abundant Living, 00:00:45.00\00:00:46.37 this is Curtis Eakins and this is my wonderful bride 00:00:46.40\00:00:49.76 Paula Eakins. Hello, hello, not only are you my bride, 00:00:50.75\00:00:54.56 I like to also mentioned that you are my partner 00:00:54.59\00:00:57.13 and also my business partner, my traveling buddy. 00:00:58.21\00:01:01.07 All of those things above, my best friend too. 00:01:01.89\00:01:04.12 You're right below Jesus Christ, 00:01:05.59\00:01:06.96 now you can't get any higher than that. 00:01:07.87\00:01:09.24 Wow, wow! Anything you like to say in response to that 00:01:09.27\00:01:12.82 honey, while the cameras is rolling is just wow, 00:01:12.85\00:01:15.26 okay. Well I mean am I to return the compliments. 00:01:15.29\00:01:19.01 Well that's up to you, you know whatever you feel, 00:01:19.29\00:01:21.78 you don't have to say anything right now. 00:01:21.81\00:01:23.60 Okay, somewhere in the program I will have to return 00:01:23.63\00:01:28.13 the compliment. Okay, and we'll be waiting. 00:01:28.16\00:01:30.53 Okie dokie. Okay. Okie dokie. Alright, start to breathe 00:01:30.56\00:01:35.16 and get myself together first, 00:01:35.19\00:01:36.56 'cause that was a lot of compliments being thrown 00:01:36.59\00:01:38.34 at me at one time. Okay maybe next time 00:01:38.37\00:01:40.66 I can just kind of spin it out a little bit, yeah, 00:01:40.69\00:01:43.22 okay very good, I noticed the. Coffee 00:01:43.25\00:01:45.46 the inside scoop, I notice that, I noticed you got 00:01:45.49\00:01:47.66 the Hill's Brothers and everybody coming together. 00:01:47.69\00:01:49.31 Yeah. And getting their cup of coffee. 00:01:49.34\00:01:50.86 Yeah. Mr. Folgers's, he was there too at Maxwell's house, 00:01:50.89\00:01:53.19 they were all there together, this is a hot topic. 00:01:53.22\00:01:56.33 Alright, yes it is, this is a hot topic because 00:01:56.36\00:01:58.73 people love coffee, that's true, you got a couple 00:01:58.76\00:02:03.43 of places that we actually are volunteers at 00:02:03.46\00:02:05.85 and it's amazing how much coffee people drink 00:02:05.88\00:02:09.35 on a daily basis, that's true. Now and I personally 00:02:09.38\00:02:13.39 I never drank one cup of coffee in my entire life, 00:02:13.42\00:02:16.84 but this is what I'm told and so we'll go and talk 00:02:16.87\00:02:20.74 about is coffee really good to the last drop, 00:02:20.77\00:02:24.29 how good is it? I know you drank it years ago, 00:02:24.32\00:02:27.65 well you know, my parents were heavy coffee 00:02:27.68\00:02:31.95 drinkers and as a matter of fact my mother, 00:02:31.98\00:02:35.49 because it's ten of us in our family, she would say 00:02:35.52\00:02:38.82 when I drink my coffee then you can come 00:02:38.85\00:02:42.53 downstairs but until then until then stay upstairs. 00:02:42.56\00:02:46.44 And believe me we did not come down 00:02:46.47\00:02:48.37 until she had gotten her coffee in, alright. 00:02:48.40\00:02:50.48 And so of course you know as we got a little bit 00:02:50.51\00:02:53.37 older we drank the coffee as well. 00:02:53.40\00:02:55.01 The word is more mature. Okay more mature, 00:02:55.04\00:02:57.54 yes okay, we drink a little bit more of it, 00:02:57.57\00:02:59.83 you know but coffee is too strong for me, 00:02:59.86\00:03:02.16 I mean you know we've, I do not particularly care for it, 00:03:02.19\00:03:05.24 you know that's just me though, okay I know that, 00:03:05.27\00:03:07.42 that was one of the things and it was mainly because 00:03:07.45\00:03:11.03 of a drug we're gonna be talking about. 00:03:11.06\00:03:13.07 So, is there something about coffee that we ought 00:03:13.10\00:03:16.61 to know about, because it's obvious. 00:03:16.64\00:03:18.24 Well, it's obvious, this is where you going 00:03:18.27\00:03:19.65 and again this is part again 00:03:19.68\00:03:21.26 we're continuing our Mental 00:03:21.29\00:03:23.40 Wellness series and this is part of that 00:03:23.43\00:03:26.02 as well and you also determine why that is 00:03:26.05\00:03:28.37 so, as we go through this program. 00:03:28.40\00:03:30.27 I want to turn to one text and it's in Proverbs 20, 00:03:30.30\00:03:36.91 yes 20 and verse 1, the Bible says wine is a mocker, 00:03:38.92\00:03:44.95 strong drink is raging and whosoever is deceived, 00:03:48.29\00:03:54.86 thereby is not wise. Now of course we 00:03:55.80\00:04:00.94 sometimes say if you're not wise you must 00:04:00.97\00:04:03.23 be otherwise, but it says wine is a mocker, 00:04:03.26\00:04:06.77 strong drink is raging, in other words wine is not 00:04:06.80\00:04:11.19 the only beverage that's strong. And both says, 00:04:11.22\00:04:16.68 the Bible says whoever is deceived thereby, 00:04:16.71\00:04:22.31 thereby a lot of people may drink wine or others 00:04:22.54\00:04:25.82 strong beverages and there is a deception associated 00:04:25.85\00:04:30.57 with these two beverages and we're going to look 00:04:30.60\00:04:33.28 at how a person can be deceived by thinking that 00:04:33.31\00:04:36.44 they maybe receiving good benefits from wine, 00:04:36.47\00:04:39.71 red wine because it's lot of clinical studies out there 00:04:39.74\00:04:43.07 about heart disease, but again a lot of people 00:04:43.10\00:04:45.27 maybe deceived by that and also by coffee as well. 00:04:45.30\00:04:48.19 So it's a deception that we're going to more of that 00:04:48.22\00:04:51.17 in throughout our program. So, throughout our 00:04:51.20\00:04:54.53 program I want to ask your- self this question is coffee 00:04:54.56\00:04:59.42 or anything that caffeine has in it, 00:05:00.45\00:05:03.16 is that considered in the category of a strong drink, 00:05:03.85\00:05:08.09 we ask ourselves that question as we go through 00:05:08.12\00:05:09.99 this program today. Strong drink, 00:05:10.02\00:05:13.38 yes okay well then that means that when you're 00:05:13.41\00:05:16.25 saying strong drink there must be some type 00:05:16.28\00:05:18.33 of alteration going on with the mind and body 00:05:18.36\00:05:21.30 as you take these particular foods or this particular 00:05:21.33\00:05:24.04 drinks in so, I guess what then if we're talking 00:05:24.07\00:05:27.21 about coffee, what is the effect of that on our bodies? 00:05:27.24\00:05:31.36 Okay, now the first thing is we need to understand 00:05:32.09\00:05:35.36 coffee in itself has one ingredient that 00:05:35.39\00:05:38.08 we're going to zero in on today, that's caffeine. 00:05:38.11\00:05:41.16 Now caffeine is a plant alkaloid, anything that is a 00:05:41.94\00:05:47.47 alkaloid that goes into the system is going to disrupt 00:05:47.50\00:05:50.66 the delicate mechanism of the system itself 00:05:50.69\00:05:53.19 that God has created alright. It's a psychoactive 00:05:53.22\00:05:57.04 drug, according to the food and drug administration, 00:05:57.07\00:06:00.67 it is a drug. So although we're talking about coffee 00:06:00.70\00:06:04.46 anything that has caffeine in it, in the beverage 00:06:04.49\00:06:08.98 form also contains these psychoactive drugs 00:06:09.01\00:06:12.49 that caffeine brings to the table. 00:06:12.52\00:06:14.10 There are a lot of plants that has caffeine other 00:06:14.13\00:06:17.19 than the cocoa beans and any insect that feeds 00:06:17.22\00:06:21.38 on these plants that has caffeine in it actually 00:06:21.41\00:06:24.03 paralysis and kills some of the insects. 00:06:24.06\00:06:26.10 So it's a very powerful stimulant. 00:06:26.13\00:06:30.01 Now you have a several terms that we use, 00:06:30.04\00:06:33.83 such as I have a craving for something, 00:06:33.86\00:06:37.00 that means that if you don't get that item of food 00:06:37.03\00:06:40.64 that you desire you have craving for, 00:06:40.67\00:06:42.72 you can still function your life, you can still go to work 00:06:42.75\00:06:45.51 extra. But then we have another term that 00:06:45.54\00:06:48.04 says I am addicted to something, 00:06:48.07\00:06:51.41 that means that if you don't get that article of food 00:06:51.44\00:06:54.11 or that beverage whatever, 00:06:54.14\00:06:55.51 it really impacts your lifestyle drastically 00:06:55.54\00:06:59.41 and as we go through this program, 00:06:59.44\00:07:01.59 you will understand that a lot of people maybe 00:07:01.62\00:07:04.66 addicted to this liquid drug that has caffeine in it. 00:07:04.69\00:07:11.43 Coffee is one of the things and we're mentioning 00:07:11.46\00:07:13.46 coffee because coffee is consumed 4 out of 5 00:07:13.49\00:07:17.46 Americans every single day. So, ask yourself 00:07:17.49\00:07:21.50 this question again, if you're one of those millions 00:07:21.53\00:07:24.52 of Americans who must have your cup of coffee 00:07:24.55\00:07:28.40 in the morning, that shot, that steaming cup to 00:07:28.43\00:07:32.33 get yourself going to wake yourself up and if you 00:07:32.36\00:07:36.35 don't get it, you cannot function then as one think 00:07:36.38\00:07:41.12 tank conservative group says you maybe addicted 00:07:41.15\00:07:45.30 to that beverage. It is an addiction, 00:07:45.33\00:07:48.34 so we need to underscore that as well. 00:07:48.37\00:07:50.32 So coffee and also any beverage that has caffeine 00:07:50.35\00:07:54.49 in it will bring to the table as well. Okay. 00:07:54.52\00:07:58.46 But I know that someone is looking at their coffee 00:07:58.49\00:08:00.95 right now and they're saying well 00:08:00.98\00:08:03.51 I don't drink regular coffee, I drink decaf, 00:08:03.54\00:08:07.29 okay that's supposed to be caffeine free 00:08:07.32\00:08:10.76 or a low amount of caffeine in it. So, 00:08:10.79\00:08:13.22 address the decaf. Yeah, well I drink decaf, 00:08:13.25\00:08:16.58 well decaf of course decaf still has caffeine in it, 00:08:16.61\00:08:19.67 about seven milligrams and we'll look at 00:08:19.70\00:08:21.87 about other beverages that has caffeine as well, 00:08:21.90\00:08:24.45 but it still contains caffeine, but my question 00:08:24.48\00:08:27.64 is this, what do they use to take the caffeine 00:08:27.67\00:08:31.08 out of the coffee. You still have the coffee acids 00:08:31.11\00:08:35.68 and the harsh oils that's also added or it's also 00:08:35.71\00:08:40.12 still in the coffee itself, even though it's caffeine. 00:08:40.15\00:08:43.24 Now you still have, it affects the liver and it 00:08:43.27\00:08:46.76 also affects the stomach, so even though it's decaf, 00:08:46.79\00:08:49.67 some studies even suggest that decaf can raise 00:08:49.70\00:08:53.31 your cholesterol even higher than regular coffee. 00:08:53.34\00:08:56.52 So now you mentioned also before the other 00:08:56.55\00:08:59.22 question what about the effects it has on the body? 00:08:59.25\00:09:02.45 Coffee or beverages that contain caffeine 00:09:02.98\00:09:06.17 is a powerful stimulant, artificial stimulant that 00:09:06.20\00:09:10.51 acts on the central nervous system, 00:09:10.54\00:09:12.00 and also the brain, but also the body as well, 00:09:12.03\00:09:14.45 (1) It acts on the cardiovascular system. 00:09:14.48\00:09:19.75 When caffeine, such as coffee enters into the system 00:09:20.31\00:09:24.07 it raises our homocysteine, homocysteine 00:09:24.10\00:09:27.79 is related to heart disease, that's number one. 00:09:27.82\00:09:31.16 Also caffeine stimulates or effects the heart beat, 00:09:31.19\00:09:36.99 the heart muscle, delicate gland, the heart 00:09:37.02\00:09:41.76 itself when caffeine entered into that system 00:09:41.79\00:09:44.90 it creates a regular heart beat. Arrhythmias, 00:09:44.93\00:09:50.09 what about osteoporosis? 00:09:50.12\00:09:52.73 This was an interesting study done at the researches 00:09:52.76\00:09:54.97 at the Creighton University of Omaha, 00:09:55.00\00:09:58.27 they looked at 85,000 women and those women 00:09:58.30\00:10:02.20 who took in a lot of caffeine. So just coffee 00:10:02.23\00:10:06.14 they discovered that they have increased 00:10:06.17\00:10:08.24 rate of osteoporosis. Caffeine also snatches 00:10:08.27\00:10:12.66 calcium from the skeleton system, 00:10:12.69\00:10:14.95 you know sometimes you have the Dowager's hump, 00:10:15.29\00:10:17.81 yeah well caffeine helps to collapse the skeletal system, 00:10:17.84\00:10:21.29 so coffee does that as well or caffeinated beverages, 00:10:21.32\00:10:24.61 let me put it that way. What about diabetes 00:10:24.64\00:10:27.95 or hyperglycemia, when caffeine enters into the 00:10:27.98\00:10:31.00 system it triggers the liver to release stored sugar 00:10:31.03\00:10:36.54 we call glycogen, when stored sugars enters 00:10:36.57\00:10:40.34 into the system thereby what happens is it alerts 00:10:40.37\00:10:43.89 the pancreas to produce more insulin. Okay, 00:10:43.92\00:10:47.18 to take that stored sugar into the cell for energy, 00:10:47.21\00:10:50.73 well that happens over and over again then the 00:10:51.11\00:10:53.69 blood sugars becomes low, we have hypoglycemia. 00:10:53.72\00:10:58.09 Miscarriages, 3 cups a day, women expecting 00:10:58.12\00:11:01.52 a child bearing age, you have twice of much risk 00:11:01.55\00:11:05.61 of miscarriages as well. So coffee has a lot of things 00:11:05.64\00:11:09.27 that it can do and impacts the system, 00:11:09.30\00:11:12.08 the body and general. Whew! And you know 00:11:12.11\00:11:16.43 and that's just the good news, there is more to come. 00:11:16.46\00:11:21.04 The more to come, I guess then while people 00:11:22.20\00:11:26.74 are still trying to understand is it just 00:11:26.77\00:11:29.92 a coffee issue. Is this caffeine in other beverages, 00:11:29.95\00:11:34.03 because you called that out a couple of times, 00:11:34.06\00:11:35.84 right that's true yes. So and we're mentioning 00:11:35.87\00:11:38.11 coffee because again like I said before, we 00:11:38.14\00:11:40.74 get most of our caffeine in the form of coffee, 00:11:40.77\00:11:43.71 75%. Well let's look at that caffeine count, 00:11:43.74\00:11:46.67 let's go to our first graphic at this time. 00:11:46.70\00:11:49.03 The Caffeine Count: Just look at it. 00:11:50.66\00:11:53.16 Soft drinks, it can be anywhere form 35 up to 50 00:11:53.19\00:11:57.26 milligrams of caffeine, soft drinks. Tea, 00:11:57.29\00:12:01.44 this is caffeinated tea, that can be 50 milligrams 00:12:01.47\00:12:05.21 or more of caffeine just in caffeinated tea, 00:12:05.24\00:12:08.86 then you have coffee, this is instant coffee now 00:12:08.89\00:12:11.55 and of course these are averages but it can range 00:12:11.58\00:12:13.92 anywhere from 75 up to 90 milligrams of caffeine, 00:12:13.95\00:12:19.07 next we have energy drinks, now this is very popular, 00:12:19.65\00:12:22.37 energy drinks have at least 100 milligrams of caffeine, 00:12:22.40\00:12:26.71 sometimes up to a 150 because sometimes 00:12:26.74\00:12:29.97 if you read the ingredients and we'll have the word 00:12:30.00\00:12:32.51 Gorana, Gorana that's also caffeine too, 00:12:32.54\00:12:36.37 so add caffeine plus Gorana, we have sometimes up 00:12:36.40\00:12:39.67 to a 140 milligrams of caffeine. 00:12:39.70\00:12:41.84 The last one that's coffee and this is proved and this 00:12:42.25\00:12:45.02 can be again range of 115 up to 130 to 40 milligrams 00:12:45.05\00:12:51.19 of caffeine. So again, coffee is not of course the 00:12:51.22\00:12:55.19 only beverages that has caffeine in it, 00:12:55.22\00:12:57.66 you have the soft drinks, you also have particularly 00:12:57.69\00:13:00.63 that's more popular now as of late that energy 00:13:00.66\00:13:03.76 drinks that can have a whole lot of caffeine 00:13:03.79\00:13:07.16 in those energy drinks and you read those ingredients 00:13:07.19\00:13:09.97 it will help caffeine and also has the word Gorana 00:13:10.00\00:13:14.72 that needs to be added to the caffeine count 00:13:14.75\00:13:17.43 in those energy drinks. So again, these are, 00:13:17.46\00:13:20.62 we call health destroying beverages with a high 00:13:20.65\00:13:23.85 amount of caffeine, there's drug that's in the plant 00:13:23.88\00:13:26.88 kingdom. I guess when you're combining, 00:13:26.91\00:13:29.60 if you're having the coffee throughout the day 00:13:29.63\00:13:33.03 our lets say in the morning and then you're turning 00:13:33.06\00:13:35.40 around and having those soft drinks, 00:13:35.43\00:13:36.94 like the energy drink in the afternoon or so yes 00:13:36.97\00:13:39.53 so then that means that's some real, 00:13:39.56\00:13:41.39 that is some lots of mind alterations going on it. 00:13:41.42\00:13:45.19 As a result of that you're not going to be, 00:13:45.22\00:13:47.43 because you can have anywhere from 300 to 400 00:13:47.46\00:13:49.00 milligrams of caffeine and of course 3 cups of can like 00:13:49.03\00:13:53.60 I said before double the risk of miscarriages those 00:13:53.63\00:13:57.62 who are caring to feel. Well I'm sure that it also 00:13:57.65\00:14:00.87 will alter the minds of individuals anyway period 00:14:00.90\00:14:04.59 you know well now that's another thing, 00:14:04.62\00:14:06.58 a good point because honey we're talking about 00:14:06.61\00:14:09.05 how it effects our minds, this is a part of the 00:14:09.08\00:14:12.13 Mental Wellness series. So now we gonna get into 00:14:12.16\00:14:14.86 the Area of Mental Health. It does effect our mind 00:14:14.89\00:14:18.81 drastically, remember caffeine is a artificial 00:14:18.84\00:14:23.67 temporary stimulant, not only on our mind but 00:14:23.70\00:14:27.75 the entire Central Nervous System. 00:14:27.78\00:14:32.22 A very delicate system and it impacts that. 00:14:32.25\00:14:36.58 It also exhausts the adrenal glands, the adrenal glands 00:14:36.61\00:14:40.43 is our bodies stress center, okay and also we talk 00:14:40.46\00:14:45.07 about this in the last weeks or so coffee or caffeine 00:14:45.10\00:14:49.71 I should say, when it goes into the system it depletes 00:14:49.74\00:14:53.86 Serotonin. We talked about Serotonin before on the 00:14:53.89\00:14:57.31 program yes, yes serotonin is the mood 00:14:57.34\00:14:59.59 neurotransmitters, so coffee impacts that as well. 00:14:59.62\00:15:02.53 Let's go to our last graphic and let's see 00:15:02.56\00:15:04.15 what this inspired writer says about coffee and coffee 00:15:04.18\00:15:07.64 drinking. A deceitful cup, this is counsels on Health 00:15:07.67\00:15:11.96 page 441, this is powerful quote, 00:15:11.99\00:15:14.76 "coffee is a hurtful indulgence, it temporarily 00:15:14.79\00:15:22.43 excites the mind, but the after affect is sad. 00:15:22.46\00:15:27.71 The mind become weak and the activity of the 00:15:27.74\00:15:32.68 the brain greatly lessened." 00:15:32.71\00:15:36.53 Now we'll zero in on how it affects our mind 00:15:36.56\00:15:40.95 and the central nervous system. Why is that a 00:15:40.98\00:15:44.44 deceitful cup? Here's the thing about this, people 00:15:44.47\00:15:49.03 they would drink coffee in the morning and because 00:15:49.06\00:15:52.43 they feel invigorated their imagination it seems 00:15:52.46\00:15:56.68 to be enhanced, they think that coffee is doing them 00:15:56.71\00:16:01.43 a world of good. Okay, that's the deception, 00:16:01.46\00:16:05.17 it's just like if we had a 401K, if I took daily 00:16:05.20\00:16:10.18 withdrawal from my 401K to provide a temporary 00:16:10.21\00:16:14.58 financial fix then later on we're going to pay a hefty 00:16:14.61\00:16:20.73 dividend with that. Coffee is the same thing, 00:16:20.76\00:16:23.87 alright it provides a temporary fix but on long run 00:16:23.90\00:16:27.38 we'll pay the price in the long way. Well then what kind 00:16:27.41\00:16:31.05 of advice do you give an individual who is trying 00:16:31.08\00:16:33.99 to stop drinking coffee or a lot of caffeine 00:16:34.02\00:16:37.23 like beverages. Well, keep in mind now again 00:16:37.26\00:16:40.07 this is a drug, psychoactive drug, a plant alkaloid, 00:16:40.10\00:16:47.04 therefore a lot of people maybe addicted, 00:16:47.07\00:16:50.37 hence if someone's addicted to lets say recreational 00:16:50.40\00:16:54.69 drugs, then if one lay off with this drug caffeine, 00:16:54.72\00:16:59.42 there's going to be a withdrawal alright. 00:16:59.45\00:17:02.52 I want to read a statement and closing by this author 00:17:02.55\00:17:05.64 who's been translated more than anybody else 00:17:05.67\00:17:08.75 in the United States according to the Library Congress, 00:17:08.78\00:17:11.22 and this is to just kind of help people, let people 00:17:11.25\00:17:13.52 understand about the leaving off of the caffeine 00:17:13.55\00:17:17.01 or the coffee itself. This is very powerful, 00:17:17.04\00:17:19.49 counsels on diets and foods page 430, 00:17:19.52\00:17:21.91 listen to these words. Those who attempt to leave 00:17:21.94\00:17:25.83 off these stimulants, she's referring to coffee drinking 00:17:25.86\00:17:28.93 and caffeinated beverages. Well for a time fill a loss 00:17:28.96\00:17:33.86 and we'll suffer without them, but by persistence 00:17:33.89\00:17:39.64 they will overcome the craving and seize to feel 00:17:39.67\00:17:43.94 the lack. Nature may require a little time to recover 00:17:43.97\00:17:48.13 from the abuse she has suffered, but given her 00:17:48.16\00:17:51.76 a chance she will again rally and perform her work well. 00:17:51.79\00:17:57.85 So, again those out there, those 2 or 3 cups of coffee 00:17:57.88\00:18:02.36 just to get going to wake up. Nature has been abused, 00:18:02.39\00:18:06.21 the body has been abused and in time the nature 00:18:06.24\00:18:09.34 came really into a recover form this abuse of a long 00:18:09.37\00:18:13.66 coffee drinking or caffeinated beverages. 00:18:13.69\00:18:16.22 So we just ask that God will help you and the 00:18:16.25\00:18:19.90 Holy Spirit will give you the persistence, 00:18:19.93\00:18:21.89 the will power and also the strength to lay off this 00:18:21.92\00:18:26.16 hurtful beverage. Well you know once again 00:18:26.19\00:18:29.08 here we go we, you know we talk about this often 00:18:29.11\00:18:30.48 on Abundant Living and here on 3ABN that nothing 00:18:31.45\00:18:34.03 is impossible with God. That's right honey, 00:18:34.06\00:18:37.73 but the one thing that I like is that in the New Testament, 00:18:37.76\00:18:41.65 the book of Luke, there is a statement and that is it says 00:18:41.68\00:18:45.30 things that impossible with man are possible with God, 00:18:45.33\00:18:49.13 so God can do anything but fail. Amen! 00:18:49.16\00:18:52.39 And speaking about impossibilities, 00:18:52.42\00:18:54.76 there is positively that we're going into the kitchen 00:18:54.79\00:18:58.19 today and in this kitchen we're going to be fixing 00:18:58.22\00:19:01.36 a silken carob pie, so stay by. 00:19:01.39\00:19:05.41
