Why is that? 00:11:46.07\00:11:48.60 Well, you know, that in India particularly 00:11:48.64\00:11:52.17 there are non conversion laws that the Hindu government 00:11:52.71\00:11:55.88 is clamping down on. 00:11:55.91\00:11:56.78 And so there are five northern states 00:11:56.81\00:11:59.61 that are more particular about evangelism, 00:11:59.65\00:12:03.92 you know, against, you know, non conversion laws a stricter 00:12:03.95\00:12:07.39 and then in the southern states where Hyderabad is, 00:12:07.56\00:12:11.76 there's a much larger Christian presence. 00:12:12.29\00:12:14.83 And so they're they're more open and willing 00:12:14.83\00:12:16.67 to allow Christians in that area. 00:12:16.70\00:12:19.10 But this meeting was really brought about 00:12:19.13\00:12:22.20 because the new leadership was voted in 00:12:22.67\00:12:25.51 in October, you know, for for all of the division. 00:12:25.54\00:12:28.91 And what that means is that 00:12:29.81\00:12:31.51 these new leaders that are coming in 00:12:31.55\00:12:32.85 and their positions don't understand or know 00:12:32.88\00:12:35.95 the Gospel Outreach ministry and the policies that we have 00:12:36.65\00:12:40.16 in place 00:12:40.19\00:12:41.42 and how they work with our Bible workers and in the Bible work 00:12:41.46\00:12:45.06 the workers, supervisors and coordinators and everyone 00:12:45.89\00:12:48.80 that's working together. 00:12:48.83\00:12:49.96 So we wanted to have a division 00:12:50.00\00:12:53.03 leadership meeting, and I think there were around 00:12:53.64\00:12:56.24 300 or so division leadership plus 00:12:56.27\00:12:59.54 55 or 60 ministerial directors. 00:12:59.81\00:13:03.11 And the purpose of the meeting 00:13:03.68\00:13:06.35 was to get together 00:13:06.38\00:13:07.98 and share, cast the vision of what Gospel Outreach looks like. 00:13:08.02\00:13:12.05 And of course, you know, we're in the end times, right? 00:13:12.09\00:13:14.49 And we kind of the most effective ministry 00:13:14.52\00:13:18.53 is when we're all united in the in God's mission 00:13:18.56\00:13:21.60 and just allowing 00:13:21.73\00:13:22.70 the Holy Spirit to work on us so that the idea 00:13:22.73\00:13:26.33 behind our meeting together was not only to educate them 00:13:26.87\00:13:30.31 on our ministry and how we work better, work together 00:13:30.34\00:13:33.34 and get acquainted, 00:13:33.71\00:13:34.78 but to really try to spark a revival in our hearts 00:13:34.81\00:13:38.18 and to be honest with you, I am a laodicean in Christian 00:13:38.95\00:13:42.25 right because everything has been so easy in my life. 00:13:42.85\00:13:45.75 Pretty much. We live in, 00:13:45.79\00:13:47.56 We have first world problems. 00:13:47.59\00:13:48.89 We have first world problems where, you know, 00:13:48.92\00:13:51.59 everything is, you know, is so easy. 00:13:51.63\00:13:53.83 And we have 00:13:53.86\00:13:55.33 things and money and we're sitting in air conditioning. 00:13:55.36\00:13:58.50 Yeah. 00:13:58.77\00:13:59.73 So life isn't that hard really, compared to 00:13:59.77\00:14:02.97 third world countries that have religious persecution 00:14:03.67\00:14:06.54 where it's, 00:14:06.57\00:14:07.81 you know, there are consequences to being a Christian. Correct. 00:14:07.84\00:14:10.15 Here in our country, 00:14:10.18\00:14:11.18 there are no consequences to being a Christian. 00:14:11.21\00:14:13.05 Now, it's changing, Correct. 00:14:13.08\00:14:14.78 You know, to be more so, there are consequences. 00:14:14.82\00:14:16.95 Just read Matthew 24 Right. 00:14:16.99\00:14:18.39 So for this for this guy right here, I need revival. 00:14:19.69\00:14:23.39 And I think in the 00:14:23.43\00:14:24.66 spirit of prophecy talks about our greatest need is a revival 00:14:24.69\00:14:27.96 within our church, within each other's hearts. 00:14:28.13\00:14:30.07 And the Holy Spirit does that. 00:14:30.10\00:14:31.40 And like what you're saying, it all starts at home. 00:14:31.43\00:14:34.50 So help me understand. 00:14:34.64\00:14:35.84 So the new leadership, for example, in India is coming in. 00:14:35.87\00:14:38.81 Are they coming in for a four year term, 00:14:38.84\00:14:40.48 then new leadership? 00:14:40.51\00:14:42.28 I believe it's 00:14:42.31\00:14:43.71 probably more like a five year term. four year or five year. 00:14:43.75\00:14:45.61 Okay. So there's a turnover. 00:14:45.65\00:14:46.92 So basically it's introducing Gospel Outreach 00:14:46.95\00:14:49.62 to all these people, explaining how it works. 00:14:49.65\00:14:51.42 And yes, you can do this over Zoom and yes, 00:14:51.45\00:14:53.32 you can do this over email and phone calls, but 00:14:53.36\00:14:56.42 to make sure that everything 00:14:56.79\00:14:57.73 gets communicated well, it's the one on one. 00:14:57.76\00:15:00.13 It's the face to face. 00:15:00.16\00:15:01.16 Well, you know, and I think, too, that 00:15:01.20\00:15:03.63 we get tied down with church work and there is 00:15:03.67\00:15:07.40 there's more to evangelism than just church work. 00:15:07.80\00:15:11.71 There's there's reaching our neighbors. There's 00:15:11.74\00:15:14.21 being filled with the Holy Spirit, too, 00:15:15.81\00:15:17.51 where you're saying, Lord, I want to be totally yours 00:15:17.55\00:15:20.92 all the time. 00:15:21.48\00:15:22.32 I want to be surrendered. 00:15:22.35\00:15:23.49 I want to just be 100% in 00:15:23.52\00:15:26.59 and not just part partially right. 00:15:26.92\00:15:29.29 And so we get caught in church work and and, 00:15:29.32\00:15:33.96 you know, bless, bless these people. 00:15:34.00\00:15:35.83 They're just like us, right? 00:15:35.86\00:15:36.97 They get bogged down with their jobs and everything. 00:15:37.00\00:15:40.04 And and then on top of that, they, you know, they're expected 00:15:40.07\00:15:43.64 to go out and do evangelism just like, you know, all of us. 00:15:43.67\00:15:47.81 It's it's not just an expectation. 00:15:47.84\00:15:50.15 It's a privilege. 00:15:50.18\00:15:51.41 And and so we're trying to just build relationships, right? 00:15:51.45\00:15:54.95 One of the 00:15:55.48\00:15:57.02 examples that 00:15:57.05\00:15:59.05 I shared with my friends over there was the fact that when 00:15:59.09\00:16:02.46 I think it was 00:16:03.79\00:16:04.43 Joshua came to River Jordan 00:16:04.46\00:16:07.30 and they they were 00:16:07.66\00:16:09.53 they were on this side of the River Jordan, 00:16:09.56\00:16:11.40 right, with all of the people of Israel, 00:16:11.43\00:16:12.93 Needing to get to the other side. 00:16:12.97\00:16:14.14 and they'd been wandering around in the desert purposeless, 00:16:14.17\00:16:17.67 and they needed to get to the other side. 00:16:18.04\00:16:21.11 They needed to pass through the river of baptism 00:16:21.31\00:16:24.05 and have this full conversion experience, 00:16:24.08\00:16:26.95 because on the other side there was land to be taken back. 00:16:26.98\00:16:30.39 And to me, 00:16:31.15\00:16:33.19 that's not just so much land as we walk 00:16:33.22\00:16:35.42 on, but it's people's hearts that's going to be converted. 00:16:35.46\00:16:38.13 And that's kind of what's exciting for me, 00:16:38.63\00:16:40.20 because I get to be 00:16:40.23\00:16:41.20 part of a ministry that is sort of trailblazing 00:16:41.23\00:16:44.10 in this ministry 00:16:44.13\00:16:46.27 to see how God is using people like myself who 00:16:46.30\00:16:49.37 who don't have a lot of any church work experience or, 00:16:49.57\00:16:52.77 you know, 00:16:53.81\00:16:54.81 sort of this church administration experience, 00:16:54.84\00:16:57.18 you can 00:16:57.21\00:16:58.31 he can use every one of us, any one of us, if we just 00:16:58.35\00:17:01.58 for just willing and Lord, I want to be willing, you know, 00:17:01.62\00:17:04.49 make me willing to just go where you want me to go. 00:17:04.52\00:17:07.69 How important is prayer with our Gospel Outreach workers? 00:17:07.72\00:17:10.53 It's vital. 00:17:10.56\00:17:11.79 It's it's vital for each of each of us to 00:17:11.83\00:17:14.83 prayer is the connecting point between us and God. 00:17:15.00\00:17:17.63 It's that. It's the channel that opens up the channel. 00:17:17.67\00:17:20.30 It's a prayer is what opens up God's power in our lives. 00:17:20.34\00:17:23.37 We can see that. 00:17:24.11\00:17:24.77 And we've gone 00:17:24.81\00:17:26.11 through different phases of training for my workers. 00:17:26.14\00:17:28.81 And you know, that Gospel Outreach has shifted 00:17:28.84\00:17:31.75 to the health message because in the end times, Spirit 00:17:31.78\00:17:35.48 prophecy states very clearly that the entering 00:17:35.52\00:17:39.15 wedge is medical missionary, it's the health message. 00:17:39.19\00:17:42.76 And when you 00:17:42.99\00:17:44.09 when you go to villages and I was there I've been to 00:17:44.13\00:17:45.49 I've been to India like four or five times 00:17:45.53\00:17:47.36 and I've walked through complete Hindu villages. 00:17:47.40\00:17:50.50 If you walk through a village and you have something that 00:17:50.70\00:17:54.27 you can offer them in the health ministry, 00:17:54.30\00:17:56.67 some teaching, some training, something that some 00:17:56.71\00:17:59.64 health screening that you can offer them, 00:17:59.67\00:18:02.01 they'll let you into their home almost 100% of the time. 00:18:02.04\00:18:06.35 And then you build on friendship evangelism. 00:18:06.75\00:18:09.05 You build on things that can really help 00:18:09.08\00:18:11.65 increase their quality of life. 00:18:11.69\00:18:14.09 Right. 00:18:14.12\00:18:14.99 And when you have a smile that shows up 00:18:15.02\00:18:17.16 and a good attitude and love in your hearts 00:18:17.19\00:18:20.36 to people, they just the I kind of want to be like that. 00:18:20.76\00:18:24.03 Yeah, I want that. What I want. 00:18:24.07\00:18:25.80 What is it you do? 00:18:25.83\00:18:26.53 What's the remedy? 00:18:26.57\00:18:27.74 Of course. 00:18:27.77\00:18:28.70 Jesus Christ is the remedy for everything. 00:18:28.74\00:18:30.54 But yet it. 00:18:30.57\00:18:31.67 It doesn't happen right away. 00:18:31.71\00:18:33.14 Sometimes it takes a long time 00:18:33.17\00:18:34.84 for a muslim or a Hindu to be converted. 00:18:34.88\00:18:38.31 Yeah, it takes time. Yes. 00:18:38.68\00:18:40.55 Relationship. It's not only just religion. 00:18:40.58\00:18:42.48 This is culture. 00:18:42.52\00:18:43.52 This is family. This is everything wrapped up. 00:18:43.55\00:18:45.85 And until you have visited a country where they're 00:18:45.89\00:18:49.66 a Buddhist country, 00:18:49.86\00:18:50.59 a Hindu country, a muslim country, 00:18:50.63\00:18:52.33 you don't quite understand all of that. 00:18:52.36\00:18:54.56 Exactly. 00:18:54.56\00:18:55.36 And we we hear Jesus all the time. 00:18:55.40\00:18:57.73 Sure. There are towns and full villages 00:18:57.77\00:19:01.27 that have don't have one reference of Jesus Christ. 00:19:01.30\00:19:05.11 They have never heard his name. Yeah. 00:19:05.14\00:19:07.71 So we talked about prayer with the Gospel Outreach workers. 00:19:07.74\00:19:09.88 What about prayer Here at Gospel Outreach, 00:19:09.91\00:19:12.55 we have a prayer team and they meet twice a week 00:19:12.58\00:19:16.25 and they sometimes meet on the phone. 00:19:16.79\00:19:18.25 But they are the force behind what's happening here. 00:19:19.19\00:19:22.26 Prayer is a huge, huge thing. 00:19:22.52\00:19:24.73 Number one reason is because anything that good happens here, 00:19:24.76\00:19:27.83 Jesus Christ gets the credit. 00:19:28.16\00:19:29.53 Yeah, Yeah, we don't get the credit. 00:19:29.56\00:19:31.30 No. Jesus Christ does. Because we have a great need for him. 00:19:31.33\00:19:34.87 Yes, we know. 00:19:34.90\00:19:35.80 We can't do without him. 00:19:35.84\00:19:36.87 Yes, he's the brains that force 00:19:36.91\00:19:38.77 and everything behind everything. 00:19:38.81\00:19:39.94 good that happens here. 00:19:39.97\00:19:41.44 You know, we're talking about prayer 00:19:41.48\00:19:43.31 and I wanted to share a little story 00:19:43.35\00:19:45.08 when I was when we were 00:19:45.11\00:19:46.05 over there in January, working with a SUD, 00:19:46.08\00:19:49.08 I woke up one morning. 00:19:49.95\00:19:51.09 It was early. 00:19:51.12\00:19:52.39 I felt a sense that Jesus woke me up about 4:30 in the morning 00:19:52.42\00:19:55.86 and that I needed to go down 00:19:56.19\00:19:57.83 to the auditorium 00:19:57.86\00:19:58.93 where all of these leaders were going to be meeting. 00:19:58.96\00:20:00.83 So I got dressed and I went down there 00:20:00.86\00:20:03.90 and I'm like, okay, what do I do, Lord? 00:20:04.13\00:20:06.10 And he says, Just walk around and start praying 00:20:06.13\00:20:09.54 for every chair that is in there. 00:20:09.57\00:20:11.47 So I go down there and it's dark. 00:20:11.51\00:20:13.07 I can't figure out how to turn the lights on right there. 00:20:13.11\00:20:15.81 There's wires and things 00:20:15.84\00:20:17.71 I'm trying to do things. Use your phone. 00:20:17.75\00:20:19.31 No, I'm not supposed to turn on the lights, okay, 00:20:19.35\00:20:21.42 Because there's lights coming through the windows from outside 00:20:22.42\00:20:25.32 so I can kind of see silhouettes and see chairs. 00:20:25.35\00:20:27.92 So I'm going around and I like, okay, this is 00:20:27.96\00:20:31.56 this is not normally what I do, 00:20:31.86\00:20:33.93 but I sense that, Lord, the same pray for each chair, 00:20:33.96\00:20:36.60 each person. 00:20:36.63\00:20:37.47 So I'm, I'm, I'm standing behind a chair. 00:20:37.50\00:20:39.97 I'm saying, Lord 00:20:40.00\00:20:40.97 bless this person who is sitting in this chair 00:20:41.00\00:20:43.41 that he may know you, that may he may be 00:20:43.44\00:20:45.74 revived to the deepest core of having you live in his life. 00:20:45.77\00:20:49.88 And then I go to the next chair 00:20:50.31\00:20:51.58 and there would be another prayer for that person. 00:20:51.61\00:20:53.15 There would be another prayer. 00:20:53.18\00:20:54.28 And I'm walking around 00:20:54.32\00:20:55.65 this whole building and I'm walking and walking. 00:20:55.68\00:20:57.79 And then and then the prayers became began to be more intense. 00:20:57.82\00:21:02.59 You know they just started coming. 00:21:02.92\00:21:04.79 And I'm just praying now and I'm singing. 00:21:04.83\00:21:07.40 I don't sing, Julie. I don't. 00:21:07.40\00:21:09.16 I'm not a singer. The Holy Spirit was working on you Brent 00:21:09.20\00:21:11.67 Scully. I'm singing and I'm praying 00:21:11.70\00:21:13.64 And then I come around the back 00:21:13.67\00:21:14.80 and I see someone sitting in the back of the auditorium. 00:21:14.84\00:21:17.77 I walked by and I stopped. 00:21:17.81\00:21:19.54 I said, Hi what are you doing? 00:21:19.57\00:21:22.28 And he says, I'm just here. 00:21:22.31\00:21:23.28 My back is really hurting. 00:21:23.31\00:21:25.45 I have pain and I can't sleep. 00:21:25.48\00:21:28.12 And I said, Well, can I pray for your back? 00:21:28.15\00:21:29.68 Perfect. 00:21:29.72\00:21:31.15 I asked and prayed. 00:21:31.19\00:21:32.32 I pray for this man. And prayers kept coming for this man. 00:21:32.35\00:21:34.52 I kept praying, praying. And 00:21:34.56\00:21:36.79 and then we were done. 00:21:37.69\00:21:39.19 And he left. 00:21:39.23\00:21:39.76 And I kept on praying. 00:21:39.79\00:21:41.00 Well, so I finally got time that I need to go back to the room. 00:21:41.03\00:21:44.13 Sure. Well, 00:21:44.17\00:21:46.47 so I got ready for the day and we all met down here. 00:21:46.50\00:21:49.47 And during one of the breaks I ran into that man. 00:21:49.50\00:21:51.64 I said, Now I know he looks familiar. 00:21:51.67\00:21:53.71 Yeah, he was the guy that was there. 00:21:53.74\00:21:55.31 And I asked him how his how his back was. 00:21:55.34\00:21:57.35 He said that my back is, is is healed. 00:21:57.38\00:22:02.08 It's way better. 00:22:02.12\00:22:03.22 Praise the Lord. And I'm like, wow, that's that's neat. 00:22:03.25\00:22:05.62 Yeah. 00:22:05.65\00:22:05.95 You know, 00:22:05.99\00:22:07.09 And it's that feeling that the Holy Spirit gives you 00:22:07.12\00:22:09.39 and it's like a split second. Are you going to take it? 00:22:09.42\00:22:11.69 Are you going to go, Oh, no, I don't think I should do that. 00:22:11.73\00:22:14.36 But you took it and that's beautiful. Oh, Brent. 00:22:14.36\00:22:16.43 And sometimes you just you go and you think, Well, 00:22:16.46\00:22:18.67 I might embarrass myself, you know, or. 00:22:18.70\00:22:21.57 Or I could glorify God. Well, you did. You did. 00:22:21.60\00:22:24.07 You did. 00:22:24.11\00:22:25.34 And going we're going out and doing what God wants us to do. 00:22:25.37\00:22:27.94 Well, Brent, thank you so much. 00:22:28.21\00:22:29.78 Prayers are with you. Thank you. Thank you. 00:22:29.81\00:22:31.61 Have you heard the term 1040 window before? 00:22:33.42\00:22:36.05 This is a term that gets thrown around here 00:22:36.08\00:22:37.79 at Gospel Outreach quite a lot, along with many other 00:22:37.82\00:22:40.22 Christian organizations who use this term. 00:22:40.26\00:22:42.39 But what exactly is the 1040 window 00:22:42.42\00:22:45.13 and why is it so important to Christians? 00:22:45.16\00:22:47.30 Well, that's something that I want to delve into today. 00:22:47.30\00:22:49.60 So, first of all, 00:22:49.63\00:22:50.67 let me give you a visual representation of this 00:22:50.70\00:22:53.44 1040 window. 00:22:53.47\00:22:56.54 this, this rectangular area 00:22:57.57\00:23:01.78 on this map that I've done a very good job of drawing 00:23:01.81\00:23:04.88 is the 1040 window, this long expanse right here. 00:23:05.05\00:23:09.45 Now, this 1040 window, it's called the 1040 window 00:23:09.65\00:23:12.42 because it's 10 to 40 degrees north latitude of the equator. 00:23:12.45\00:23:16.46 Now, this term was first 00:23:16.83\00:23:17.96 coined by a Christian missionary named Luis Bush. 00:23:17.99\00:23:21.03 And the reason why this area is so important 00:23:21.20\00:23:24.07 is 97% of the people in our world 00:23:24.10\00:23:28.10 who have never heard of Jesus live within this 1040 window. 00:23:28.14\00:23:31.67 The other very important thing about the 1040 window 00:23:31.71\00:23:34.18 to understand is a large majority 00:23:34.21\00:23:37.28 of the poorest of the poor people on our planet 00:23:37.31\00:23:40.15 live in this area. 00:23:40.18\00:23:41.02 In fact, they say that eight out of ten 00:23:41.05\00:23:42.85 people who live within this 1040 window 00:23:42.88\00:23:45.65 live on no more than $200 to $300 U.S. 00:23:45.69\00:23:48.76 dollars per year. 00:23:48.79\00:23:50.66 So this area contains four of the major religions 00:23:50.69\00:23:53.60 in the world today. 00:23:53.63\00:23:54.46 First of all, the followers of Islam. 00:23:54.50\00:23:56.63 Then you have the Hindus, then you have the Buddhists, 00:23:56.67\00:23:59.23 and then you have the agnostics also that live in this area. 00:23:59.27\00:24:03.71 So as you look across the 1040 window, you can see that 00:24:03.74\00:24:06.54 a large majority of the Muslim population 00:24:06.57\00:24:09.31 is in the western portion of this 1040 window. 00:24:09.34\00:24:12.58 Buddhism is the primary religion in South East Asia. 00:24:13.01\00:24:16.69 And even though China has claimed 00:24:16.72\00:24:18.15 to be an atheist country, 00:24:18.19\00:24:20.06 there is still a very large Buddhist influence within China. 00:24:20.09\00:24:23.79 So where does Gospel Outreach fall into all of this? 00:24:24.13\00:24:26.83 The 1040 window consists of 69 countries. 00:24:26.86\00:24:30.30 Now Gospel Outreach has 2300 workers working within 00:24:30.33\00:24:34.07 39 of those countries within the 1040 window. 00:24:34.10\00:24:38.01 Now, one of the countries where Gospel Outreach has focused 00:24:38.04\00:24:40.34 a lot of effort is the country of India. 00:24:40.38\00:24:42.48 And here's the reason why 00:24:42.51\00:24:44.18 the country of India is mainly dominated by Hinduism. 00:24:44.21\00:24:46.85 In fact, 00:24:46.88\00:24:48.08 just over 2% of the population within India are Christian. 00:24:48.12\00:24:51.59 And so with that small minority and with all of the issues 00:24:51.79\00:24:54.76 that come with that Gospel Outreach has 1200 of their 2300 00:24:54.79\00:24:59.86 Bible workers working within the country of India. 00:25:00.13\00:25:03.03 Another reason why that is so important 00:25:03.06\00:25:05.20 is there's many countries where we can have a Bible worker 00:25:05.23\00:25:08.14 and we can actually have him travel long distances. 00:25:08.17\00:25:10.94 He can go out and he can work within large areas. 00:25:10.97\00:25:14.04 But within the country of India, many people 00:25:14.08\00:25:16.08 don't really have a way to be able to travel 00:25:16.11\00:25:18.88 and they're more community driven. 00:25:18.91\00:25:20.62 And so when we place a Bible worker 00:25:20.65\00:25:22.78 in a small village in India and that Bible worker 00:25:22.82\00:25:26.22 reaches out to maybe four surrounding villages 00:25:26.25\00:25:29.42 and he spreads the name of Jesus that works so much better. 00:25:29.59\00:25:33.50 Let me give you an idea on the model. 00:25:33.63\00:25:35.13 The Gospel Outreach follows. 00:25:35.16\00:25:36.43 So when Gospel Outreach stipends a Bible worker 00:25:36.46\00:25:40.07 in a specific area, his role is to start a church. 00:25:40.10\00:25:45.21 Many times those churches are simply home churches. 00:25:45.24\00:25:48.11 So he starts a church, he builds up that church, 00:25:48.14\00:25:51.31 he trains the elders and then he moves on. 00:25:51.58\00:25:53.98 And so he starts 00:25:54.02\00:25:55.42 it starts by creating these home churches throughout villages 00:25:55.45\00:25:59.09 surrounding his area 00:25:59.12\00:26:00.79 and then training people to take care of those churches, 00:26:00.82\00:26:03.46 training, training those elders so that he can start 00:26:03.49\00:26:07.00 to pull away from putting so much attention in that area. 00:26:07.03\00:26:10.60 Once those places are established, 00:26:11.30\00:26:13.17 many times 00:26:13.20\00:26:14.44 our Bible workers will move on and they'll go to a new location 00:26:14.47\00:26:17.21 and they'll start within that location. 00:26:17.24\00:26:19.37 In this way, we have created this model 00:26:19.41\00:26:22.54 so that our Bible workers create missionaries, 00:26:22.58\00:26:25.45 create more missionaries and more missionaries, 00:26:25.48\00:26:28.02 and it just completely explodes. 00:26:28.05\00:26:30.19 It starts with one. 00:26:30.22\00:26:31.62 It goes to five and hundreds and hundreds of people 00:26:31.65\00:26:35.49 hear the name of Jesus in such a short amount of time. 00:26:35.52\00:26:38.19 Gospel Outreach spends all of their time training 00:26:38.23\00:26:41.30 and stipend indigenous Bible workers. 00:26:41.53\00:26:44.47 And the reason why that is, oftentimes 00:26:44.50\00:26:47.27 when we take somebody from our culture here, from the U.S. 00:26:47.30\00:26:51.17 or from Canada 00:26:51.21\00:26:52.21 and we teach them 00:26:52.24\00:26:53.61 a new language, 00:26:53.64\00:26:54.51 we teach them about a specific culture, 00:26:54.54\00:26:56.51 and then we send them into the mission field, 00:26:56.54\00:26:58.48 it can be very effective. 00:26:58.51\00:27:00.38 But the issue is, as many times, we will never fully understand 00:27:00.42\00:27:03.75 that culture. 00:27:03.79\00:27:04.42 No matter how much we study, 00:27:04.45\00:27:05.75 we will never fully understand it. 00:27:05.79\00:27:07.39 And so when you train indigenous Bible worker, 00:27:07.42\00:27:09.86 somebody who loves Jesus, somebody who's passionate 00:27:09.89\00:27:12.56 about spreading the gospel, and you take care of their needs 00:27:12.59\00:27:15.56 so that they can put a majority 00:27:15.60\00:27:16.93 of their time into spreading the gospel, 00:27:16.97\00:27:19.27 starting home churches and raising up more disciples. 00:27:19.30\00:27:23.00 This is by far one of the most effective ways 00:27:23.04\00:27:26.37 to spread the gospel 00:27:26.61\00:27:27.74 in many of these countries throughout the 1040 window. 00:27:27.78\00:27:31.05 So I hope you've learned something 00:27:31.21\00:27:32.68 about the 1040 window today. 00:27:32.71\00:27:34.35 I appreciate you giving me this time. 00:27:34.38\00:27:36.22 And until next time, get out there. 00:27:36.25\00:27:38.22 Get involved. 00:27:38.25\00:27:39.29 God bless you. I'll see you in the next episode. 00:27:39.32\00:27:41.39 Thank you so much for watching Adventures in Missions 00:27:43.79\00:27:46.03 and please follow us online on Facebook, Instagram. 00:27:46.06\00:27:49.20 You can find episodes on YouTube, 00:27:49.23\00:27:51.27 and we're just so glad 00:27:51.30\00:27:52.43 that you're following us along on social media. 00:27:52.47\00:27:55.40 Thank you again for your prayers. 00:27:55.44\00:27:56.94 Thank you for your support, and may the Lord bless you today. 00:27:56.97\00:28:00.11 Get involved now wherever you are. 00:28:28.14\00:28:30.57 Get started now. 00:28:30.61\00:28:31.67
