I wanna give a 01:15 special welcome to everyone here on our 3ABN 01:17 worship center as well as our television viewers 01:20 and audience. I'm so glad you've joined us today 01:22 because we have an exciting program plan a 01:25 little bluegrass. Amazing saxophone, 01:28 some new faces and also a few are regular like 01:31 Sophia, Isabel, Eliann and Mirielle. Coming to us all 01:36 the way from Colorado, Courtney, Rachael, Philip, 01:39 Hannah and Laura Hartman are five of ten siblings 01:42 that have been playing together for about six years. 01:45 I know you would be blessed as you listen to 01:47 Hartman's play in their typical bluegrass style. 01:50 "Will the Circle Be Unbroken." 03:05 Amen. A little over a month ago I asked Mirielle 03:12 if she would learn this next song for our camp 03:14 meeting program. She proved be quite intelligent 03:17 student by memorizing all three verses and. 03:20 Are you ready for this? Just 30 minutes aha! 03:24 My good friend Chuck Fulmore is an incredible 03:26 songwriter and he has written some of my most 03:29 favorite songs. He wrote this one too and I'm sure 03:32 you will understand this spiritual lesson to 03:34 us all as Mirielle sings "I Haven't Turned Out Yet" 03:46 The other day I heard my mom complaining to my dad 03:54 It seemed she was quite certain I was turning out all 04:00 Bad. And so that night when she came in to tuck 04:06 me into bed. I asked her to sit down 04:11 awhile and this is what I said 04:16 I said, "Mom you do not need to worry" 04:22 I said "Mom you do not need to afraid" 04:30 I hear about things you tell me I never will forget. 04:37 Someday, I'll be a grown up and you'll be proud I'll bet 04:44 You see I'm still a kid mom, I haven't turned out yet." 04:52 My dad was telling grandpa he was worried as could be 04:59 It seemed his heart was breakin' he was so ashamed 05:05 of me. And so that night instead of mom, 05:10 was Dad who tucked me in. I asked him to 05:15 sit down awhile, I started with a grin 05:21 I said, "Dad you do not need to worry" 05:27 I said, "Dad don't give up all the yet." 05:35 That spankin you just gave me I never will 05:40 forget. Someday I'll be a grown up and you'll be 05:47 proud I'll bet. You see I'm still a kid dad, 05:53 I haven't turned out yet. 05:57 A little later that same night I heard both mom 06:02 and dad. I peeked through the keyhole, 06:07 they were kneeling by their bed 06:11 With arms around each other, they were talking 06:16 kind of sad. It seems that they were 06:20 praying cause this what they said. 06:25 They said, "God we ask you to forgive us" 06:32 They said, "God we're so quick to forget" 06:39 We were kids not long ago and we're not grown 06:44 up yet. Don't let us be kind Lord or do things 06:51 we'll regret. Be patient with us please Lord we haven't 06:58 turned out yet. Keep working with us please 07:04 Lord, we haven't turned out yet. 07:21 Can you see why I want her to sing that song isn't 07:23 that precious. Well, Alessandra loves to share 07:27 Jesus every chance she gets and God has blessed 07:29 her with a beautiful voice in which to praise him. 07:32 She is thankful for Christian parents, who love and 07:35 obey God and have taught her to sing in several 07:37 different languages including Portuguese that 07:40 she will sing in this next song "How Good God Is" 08:26 How good God is. Sing it with all of your heart 08:34 How good God is. Sing it with all of your heart 08:42 Tell those around you that he died for you 08:47 And on the cross he gave life to you 08:52 How good God is. Sing it with all of your heart. 09:09 The Wen family recently performed at a benefit 09:12 concert for the Asians South East Asia project. 09:15 Now, funds generated help support missionaries 09:17 and worthy students, so that they can receive a 09:19 Christian education, they love to share Jesus 09:22 through their music. Let's listen as Isabel & 09:25 Wen-Ting minister to us once again as they play 09:29 "Crown Him With Many Crowns." 12:34 Tabitha was only three years old when she came 12:36 last spring to record this next song for Kid's Time 12:39 Praise, she has shared her talents on the Tiny Tot 12:42 programs as well and I couldn't help grim when 12:44 she informed me that she worked at 3ABN. 12:48 I'm sure you will find yourselves smiling as she 12:50 sings "My God is So Great." 12:56 Here Tabitha, Tabitha asked that if she could sing 13:01 by Miss Brenda and I said yes. My God is so great, 13:12 so strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God 13:15 cannot do. My God is so great, so strong and so 13:22 mighty, there's nothing my God cannot do. 13:26 The mountains are His, the rivers are His, 13:31 the stars are His handiwork, too. My God is so great, 13:37 so strong and so mighty, there's nothing my God 13:41 cannot do, for you! Amen, one day Mirielle have been 13:53 practicing her piano lessons for almost an hour, 13:56 when I thought that maybe she was working too hard 13:58 and I asked her to take a break. She quick to respond 14:01 it, but daddy I'm not finished yet. It really 14:04 touches my heart that she wants to work so 14:07 hard to glorify Jesus. Mirielle is now going 14:10 to play and sing "Lord, Be Glorified." 14:21 In my life Lord, Be glorified, be glorified 14:36 In my life, Lord, Be glorified today. 14:49 In Your church, Lord, Be glorified, be glorified 15:03 In Your church, Lord, Be glorified today. 15:27 Amen and Amen. Sofia prayed that God would open 15:31 the door for her to attend the Hass Kass Pathfinder 15:34 Camporee this summer and she was overjoyed when 15:37 God answered her prayer and she was able to praise 15:39 and worship God with thousands of Kid's from all 15:42 over the world that shared her same beliefs. 15:45 She is going to sing for us now, 15:46 "Oh Worship the King." 16:06 O worship the King, all glorious above, 16:14 O gratefully sing His wonderful love; 16:22 Our Shield and Defender, the Ancient of Days, 16:29 Pavilioned in splendor, and girded with praise. 16:53 Rejoice, the Lord is King! Your Lord and King adore; 17:03 Rejoice, give thanks and sing, and triumph evermore; 17:14 Lift up your heart, lift up your voice; 17:22 Rejoice, again I say, rejoice! 17:44 Crown him with many crowns, the Lamb upon 17:51 his throne, Hark! how the heavenly anthem drowns 17:59 all music but its own. Awake, my soul, and sing 18:08 of him who died for thee, and hail him as 18:15 thy matchless King through all eternity. 18:26 O worship the King, all glorious above, 18:34 O gratefully sing His wonderful love; 18:41 Our Shield and Defender, the Ancient of Days, 18:49 Pavilioned in splendor, and girded with praise. 19:07 Well, in Taiwan this past summer Isabel, 19:09 Wen-Ting & Josephine were scheduled to play 19:12 in Southern Taiwan and in Northern Taiwan on 19:15 the same day. Now, the cities were five hours apart 19:19 by car and they would only have four hours between 19:21 the concerts. Just when they thought they would 19:24 not be able to fulfill this commitment someone 19:27 suggested the rapid metro transit, which covered the 19:30 distance in less then two hours. They praise the 19:32 Lord that he provides these daily miracles. Today 19:35 they proclaim God "It's Good to Know You." 22:18 Now, it wouldn't be a Kid's Time program, 22:20 if Miss Brenda didn't talk about her grandsons now 22:23 would it. Well, my grandson Michael wanted a puppy 22:26 so much that it was all he could think about and 22:30 even though his parents told him it was not possible. 22:33 He began to pray for a puppy, well God answered 22:36 his prayer and he was overjoyed when he received 22:39 a beautiful golden lab, he named Jumper. 22:43 In fact there is the picture of Michael and Jumper in 22:45 my new book that I co-wrote with Kay Kuzma called 22:48 Prayer Promises for Kids. Michael knows that he can 22:51 talk to Jesus about everything; nothing is too 22:54 big or too small to pray about. You may think that 22:57 Jumper was just a simple answer to Michael's prayer, 23:00 but sometimes simple gifts are the best gifts of all. 23:05 Let's listen as the Hartmans play "Simple Gifts." 25:50 Well Maxwell liked that so much, he was trying 25:52 to sing along were you Max and do you catch that. 25:56 Have you ever had a friend start to tell you a 25:58 story only to hear someone else interrupt over and 26:02 over again to make corrections to the story 26:05 each of them start assisting that they way they 26:07 remember the story is the right way soon you 26:10 might begin to think your friends story isn't a 26:12 real or true. Well, there is someone I know who is 26:17 real because I have experience his direct answers 26:20 to prayer all my life, I know with absolute certainty 26:24 my "God is Real." As Sofia sings this beautiful song, 26:29 ask Jesus to come into your heart and life and 26:31 start experiencing the true joy of serving our 26:34 awesome and very real Lord and savior. Amen. 26:47 If I want to tell you what someone told me, 26:56 well I might me so detail or true. 27:07 For word you describe something, 27:12 you didn't see then you are never quite so good, 27:21 That it's true. When what I have seen with the 27:31 eyes of my soul, and with fingers of faith. 27:39 I can feel, I can feel well you just have to listen, 27:49 then to know that is true, there is no doubt I 27:56 believe you. God is real. With all of creation 28:08 persuasive enough to proof him create all to be, 28:22 And maybe if some way our God has exist, 28:30 Well I should he be more good we can be. 28:40 When what I have seen with the eyes of my soul, 28:48 With fear because afraid I can feel, 28:55 I can feel makes me believe. 29:01 God is living and loves us there is no doubt 29:10 I believe you. God is real, there is 29:20 no doubt I believe you. God is real. 29:42 Can you believe Sofia is only 13 years old. 29:45 Maxwell I mean it, I have to tell them the truth. 29:48 You know, he is arguing with me. 29:49 But she really isn't, she has been sing with us 29:52 when she was three, so thank you Sofia. 29:55 Well, cookies, cookies everywhere, 29:58 Eliann's pathfinder club was working on their 30:00 baking honor, but instead of eating the cookies, 30:03 they chose to share Jesus by giving them to the 30:05 homeless. Now, as the kids were handling out the 30:08 cookies smiles just spread everywhere. 30:11 Just because of this small jester of love and in this 30:15 ferry room there is plenty of love for all of us 30:18 to smile about, as Eliann sings 30:20 this very beautiful song. 30:36 In this very room there's quite enough love for all 30:46 of us, And in this very room there's 30:53 quite enough joy for all of us, 31:00 And there's quite enough hope and quite enough 31:04 power to chase away any gloom, 31:14 Because Jesus, Lord Jesus is in this very room. 31:35 And in this very room there's quite enough love 31:42 for all of us, And in this very room there's quite 31:51 enough joy for all the world, 31:56 And there's quite enough hope and quite enough 32:01 power to chase away any gloom, 32:10 For Jesus, Lord Jesus is in this very room. 32:39 Lester attends a high school that's specializes in 32:42 careers for medical professionals because he is 32:44 considering a life as a physician. However, 32:47 he is not yet decided exactly what path he will 32:50 choose, that's because he wants to do whatever 32:53 God has chosen for him and he is praying for divine 32:56 direction, that's always a good thing to do isn't. 32:59 Well, Lester will play for us "God and God Alone." 35:39 Well, Via Dolorosa is the Latin word for the way 35:43 of suffering. This song is a good reminder of how 35:46 Jesus sacrificed himself to save us and gave us 35:50 grace so that we can live with him forever. 35:52 Wen-Ting says that God's mercy and forgiveness 35:55 always amazes her because he chose to walk that 35:58 road out of his love for you and me. 36:01 As Isabel and Wen-Ting play, let's think about 36:03 the incredible sacrifice Jesus made I'm Calvary. 39:14 Mirielle came to record some segments of Tiny 39:17 Tots issue with my sisters Auntie Linda and 39:19 Miss Cinda. She even recorded some songs for 39:22 the new Tiny Tots CD that is being produced right 39:25 now on our 3ABN sound center. My sisters were 39:28 so impressed to how polite she was and how 39:30 hardworking and especially how much she reflected a 39:33 Christ like character in all she did. In fact I have a 39:37 very good authority that she was an excellent 39:40 example to some of the younger Tiny Tots 39:42 and she quickly won the hearts of everyone around 39:45 her. She is quite the dependable and expressive 39:48 little singer and there are no burdens on her heart 39:51 as you will see today as she sings "Rolled Away." 39:56 All sinners in the side of God, but praise God 40:01 Jesus loves us and he died on the cross for each 40:05 one of us. The Bible tells us in First John 1:9: 40:10 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just 40:14 to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse 40:17 us from all unrighteousness. Amen. 40:26 Rolled away, rolled away, rolled away 40:30 Every burden on my heart rolled away 40:34 Rolled away, rolled away, rolled away 40:38 Every burden on my heart rolled away 40:43 All my sin had to go, 'Neath the crimson flow. 40:50 Hallelujah. Rolled away, rolled away, rolled away 40:55 Every burden on my heart rolled away. 40:59 Every burden on my heart rolled away. 41:15 Proverbs 3:5-6 is one of the Hartman's favorite 41:18 Bible verses, because it talks about trusting God 41:21 with all of our hearts and not to lean on our 41:24 own understanding. But to acknowledge God in 41:27 all that we do so that he can direct our paths. 41:30 That's what I want, don't you? I prayed for divine 41:33 direction on every aspect of Kid's Time including 41:36 that's right Maxwell I'm talking too, 41:40 including just to, to invite on the program and 41:42 that mean you too Maxwell. I only want to do what 41:46 Jesus wants me to do and as we follow God's path 41:50 then some bright morning when this life is over, 41:53 I'll fly away to that home on God's 41:55 so let's just sure yes "I'll Fly Away." 43:44 Thank you Hartman, I can't wait for that day, 43:46 can you? But two years ago Alessandra went 43:49 on a mission trip to Guatemala to help with a 43:52 water of life project. Since she knows Spanish, 43:54 she was able to do some translating and she sang 43:57 some songs for the evangelistic meetings. 43:59 Today, I have asked her to sing "God Made 44:01 Our Hands" in both English and Spanish. 45:26 God made our hands to give and receive His blessings 45:35 He made each voice for singing a happy song 45:43 God made our feet to walk on the path of Rainbows 45:51 He made a smile for smiling the whole day long. 46:00 God gave us eyes then filled all the earth with beauty 46:09 Sunshine and trees and stars above 46:16 Wonders of all He gave us a gift so special 46:26 God gave us a heart to share His love 46:46 One of Lester's favorite Bible promises is found 46:48 in Psalms 51:10: Create in me a clean heart, 46:52 O God: and renew a right spirit within me. 46:55 He claims this promise so that "Above All" he 46:58 can share his advent Faith with people 47:00 all over the world through his music. 49:58 This next song is a song that I grew up with 50:00 and is still one of my favorite songs today. 50:03 It reminds me that I serve a great big awesome 50:06 God, who was all knowing, all powerful and creator 50:10 of the Universe. I invite you to think about what 50:12 God has done for you as Eliann sings 50:15 "How Great Thou Art." 51:23 Sing with me now, when sings my soul, 51:30 my savior God to thee How Great Thou Art, sing it. 51:37 How great thou art. How great thou art. 51:49 Then sings my soul My Savior God, to Thee, 52:01 How great thou art How great thou art 52:20 And when I think that God, His Son not sparing 52:33 Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in 52:45 That on the cross, my burden gladly bearing, 52:58 He bled and died to take away my sin! 53:18 When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation 53:25 And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart! 53:34 Then I shall bow in humble adoration 53:48 And there proclaim, my God, how great Thou art! 54:01 Then sings my soul My Savior God, to Thee, 54:14 How great Thou art How great Thou art 54:28 Then sings my soul My Savior God, to Thee 54:41 How great Thou art How great Thou art! 54:54 How great Thou art! How great Thou art! 55:11 How great Thou art! 55:35 Amen, what a privilege it is to serve and worship 55:38 our God and praise him through our music, 55:40 won't you agree, these kids have really praise 55:43 God through music today. I also wanna introduce 55:46 to you, we have a brand new Kid's Time Pastor, 55:49 Pastor Mark Howard and he is from the Michigan 55:52 conference and I also wanna tell you about checking 55:55 on our website KIDSTIME4JESUS.ORG, 55:58 KIDSTIME4JESUS.ORG and you will find out all 56:01 about it, special thank you to my husband who 56:04 drove all night long to be here, thank you sweetie 56:07 I love and I thank you for being here with us 56:10 and I couldn't do what I do if it wasn't for his 56:12 love and support. A thousand percent, 56:15 you know I just wanna thank you for joining us, 56:16 it's such a privilege to be here on Kid's Time. 56:19 You know this is a first rush Maxwell is just now 56:21 sleeping and I was gonna say, it was the first 56:23 program he's never slept in but I can't see 56:26 that anymore. Well, I hope that you have been 56:29 blessed as much as Maxwell and I have, 56:32 and I wanna tell you wherever you go whatever 56:33 you do remember boys and girls it's 56:36 Kid's Time to Praise Jesus, God bless you. |
