the king of Assyria.

just the normal heathen king

the people of God.

began a military campaign.

As he started his military
campaign he had the strategy

where he would come into

certain series of victories,
decimating towns, bringing

nations to their feet.

He came to the place

come to Israel, Jerusalem
is a very beautiful temple.

It is a very good land,
so Sennacherib decides to be

diplomatic and he sends an

Hezekiah wakes up one morning

checks his e-mail and

Sennacherib, king of Assyria.

we have been destroying

Now we are going to come up
to Israel and I figure rather

country and destroyed Jerusalem,

It is as if Hezekiah
comes to God, in the temple, and

This is my situation, you
see every other nation has not

been able to gain
victory over Sennacherib.

I don't know about you,
but there has definitely been

some Sennacherib
experiences in my life.

Sometimes when you
didn't know what to do.

Some situations that seem
to overwhelm you emotionally.

Intellectually you
had reached your wits end.

out of this one and perhaps you

other individuals who have not

So the Bible recommends to

Hezekiah, there are some
things you have to spread out

before the Lord.

There're some things that
you have to go to God and say,

Lord, this is the situation.

The Spirit of Prophecy
says that if you spread it out
